1:39 begin starting with the year 2019 my hair was kind of gorgeous to be honest

1:44 I just had Natural Healthy long brown hair moving on first half of 2020 I

1:53 decided to do something a little bit weird I cut my hair a bit shorter

1:58 as you can see here I B Bally split my hair like this and dyed

2:02 this part blonde and this part dark brown I I respect the risk

2:14 that I took I can find the beauty in that uh the sentiment behind

2:20 this hairstyle but I I cannot find the beauty in the hairstyle itself I think

2:24 in order for your style and personality to evolve you must make mistakes

2:29 this this is one of my mistakes the second half of 2020 I went full platinum

2:35 blonde and I realized why people always say blondes have more fun because I did

2:40 have a lot of fun as a blonde until all of my hair started breaking

2:44 off when you bleach your hair over and over and over again naturally

2:48 your hair will get brittle and it will start to break I realized okay I

2:51 think that my time as a platinum blonde girl has to come to an end

2:55 otherwise I'm not going to have any hair left uh my hair is falling

2:58 out so that takes us to 2021 I colored my hair back to Brown

3:04 and I was kind of in a healing phase like my hair was just straw

3:08 like brittle and now brown I mean after this experience I was like I'm

3:16 probably never going to bleach my hair

3:17 again then I really dedicated myself to growing

3:20 my hair out getting it back to a healthy place and so for quite

3:23 a while that's what I was doing until I threw that all to the wind

3:27 and said you know what let's go back to blonde why not blondes have

3:33 more fun come on we miss being blonde it was so much fun when we

3:37 were blonde let's go back back back but this time let's do a blonde

3:43 bob I was reliving my blonde era from years prior I sort of was

3:49 on a high from having so much fun with my hair I love this haircut

3:54 so much I was having so much fun with it that I was like you know

3:56 what I'm going to do something weird I'm going to do something weird then

4:18 I dyed it orange I I never really figured out if I loved this there

4:22 would be moments where it looked really really good like I'd be like wow

4:26 this is really cool and then there'd

4:27 be moments where it looked absolutely hideous

4:29 and I didn't want to go outside but from here I was like you

4:32 know what it makes sense for me to just go back to Brown so I

4:36 was on a trip in France and I decided last minute you know what

4:40 I'm going to dye it back to Brown there's a reason why people say not

4:44 to make a big hair change with a new hair stylist because bad things

4:48 can happen and bad things did happen when I tried to go from Orange

4:53 to Brown as you can see that's not brown hair that's black hair let

5:01 me tell you what happened to make a long story short I scheduled an appointment

5:04 with a hair stylist I had them come to my hotel room to die

5:07 my hair brown I thought it'd be like a quick easy little appointment they'd come

5:11 to my hotel slap some brown hair dye on my hair 5 10 minutes would

5:17 go by I'd rinse it out and I'd have brown hair again that's what I thought

5:20 would happen the hair stylist puts the dye on my hair we let it

5:24 sit for 20 something minutes we rinse it out and my hair is black black

5:29 black my eyebrows are light brown um so black hair looks a little off

5:35 on me and I started to freak out and so I was talking to this hair

5:39 stylist and I was like hey maybe we could get some of this black hair

5:43 dye out I wanted Brown I didn't want black puts this product in my hair

5:48 that's a mystery to me and leaves my hotel room to get something else

5:51 from the car while he was gone I decided to look at the bottle

5:54 of what he put in my hair and I saw I think hydrogen peroxide

5:59 or something and and I was like I don't think that that would be good

6:02 to put on bleached hair then I looked down at my hair to see

6:06 if it was working and clumps started coming out I was like okay my hair

6:12 is falling out I get in the shower start scrubbing it out chunks

6:15 of my hair are falling out oh[ __] literally all my hair is falling out

6:19 I was left with broken Shaggy short black hair now that experience was so

6:29 atic that from then I was like I'm really never doing anything to my hair

6:33 again and I dedicated myself in my life to having healthy hair and from there

6:41 we have me [Music] today I am really bad at styling long hair

6:49 and so I end up just putting my hair up I'll put it

6:52 in a clip I'll put it in a ponytail I'll put it in a bun

6:56 and at that point why even have long hair what's the point when I put

6:59 on outfit I want it to feel like a full vision the hair the nails

7:05 the makeup and my hair right now is so lackluster to me it just

7:09 doesn't inspire me when I'm getting dressed

7:11 in the morning I don't know there's something

7:13 energizing about having a fun haircut I plan to get sort of a risky

7:18 haircut I want to get something ballsy

7:20 something that people might not like Pinterest

7:27 is an overwhelming space I spent an ungodly amount of time on Pinterest trying

7:33 to figure out what the[ __] I'm going to do with my hair I managed

7:36 to narrow it down to six option number one really just cut all my hair

7:41 off this is a frightening haircut to get I might not like how I

7:45 look I like how Winona Ryder looks in this photo can I pull this off

7:50 without wearing makeup I don't know I don't wear makeup every day so I need

7:54 to feel confident in my haircut with or without makeup this next one I

7:59 mean I love being blonde the only thing is I feel like I've done something

8:03 similar to this before like when I did my platinum blonde bob that feels

8:10 kind of similar to this now I could do a short Shaggy little fun color

8:17 like do a deep red or a deep orange the last time I did

8:21 it I had good days and bad days with it you know styling red orange

8:25 hair is really challenging I don't know I do like that haircut though next

8:32 I really like this honestly like this is really exciting to me this is less

8:37 scary to me than this because it's just less short I've actually tried

8:41 on a wig almost exactly like this before and I really loved it I feel

8:45 better about this than this and yeah it's not the right time it's too

8:54 the orange before and it's not fun to style it well now we've narrowed

8:58 down to four this one I like because the most unique haircut out of all

9:02 of these the only problem with this is like is it trendy in the sense

9:05 that it's not Timeless like it's something that I'll look back on like my half

10:31 next I sent it to my stylist Jerry we talk about hair and makeup

10:36 and clothes all the time I trust his opinion immensely I sent it to him

10:43 and I said imagine me with this and he said is this a joke

10:47 because I like it Jared is a harsh critic the fact that he likes

10:51 this haircut is it's pretty good and then last but not least I had

10:56 to ask a straight boy my age I want to do this the boy did

11:03 not respond immediately so I decided to help paint the picture for him a little

11:08 bit better and he said I love it and I said do you actually

11:12 and he said so cool that's sick I feel like I'm marrying this haircut

11:17 and right now I'm asking the people in my life to speak now or forever

11:22 hold their peace because I am getting
