0:29 you hold to that desire with singleness
0:31 of purpose and i've always had visions of better
0:37 i've always visualized better and in times of struggle

0:45 banger of a car that i had to push

1:05 visualize victory success abundance
1:12 i visualized it all and it's all
1:14 happening here we are yeah in front of
1:16 that arena you know if you have a clear
1:17 like if you have a clear picture in your
1:19 head if something is is going to happen
1:22 and a clear belief in that it will
1:24 happen no matter what
1:26 then no nothing can stop it you know it
1:28 is destined to happen and that that's
1:29 what that's what happens
1:31 you know it's it's perfect

2:37 away from them a lot of times people believe in certain
2:40 things but they keep to themselves
2:42 they don't put it out there you truly
2:45 believe in it if you become vocal with it you are
2:49 creating that law of attraction and it
2:51 will become reality i believe in myself so
2:55 much that newton is going to stop me i mean that's
2:59 just the way it is it's 24 7 in my head

3:02 always doing i don't do anything else
3:04 i'm known that knowing that that i have that
3:07 kind of mentality about it
3:08 that's what gives me confidence going in
3:09 there you know i've already visualized
3:12 what what's what's ahead of me here i've
3:14 already visualized the my hands getting wrapped and what may be
3:19 walking out to the lanes walking out of
3:21 the cage a visual i can see everything i can see
3:24 of course i visualize the belt man that
3:26 belt again that belt is on me up 24 7.
3:29 it's a fight at the end it doesn't
3:31 matter who there is no opponent there's
3:32 no jose out there
3:33 it's jose aldo there's no no one you're
3:36 against yourself you know what i mean you're against
3:39 yourself and uh and i just feel like i'm able to
3:45 beat myself yeah i don't just knock them out i
3:48 picked around john yeah i said this

3:51 in your head this guy is talking
3:53 absolute dribble he's not going to do
3:55 what he says he's going to do he's
3:56 probably all sitting there thinking that
3:58 but now here we are again

4:20 when preparation meets opportunity you

4:31 this journey and if the title shot is
4:33 next i will take it if not at the end of the
4:36 day i already feel like that is mine
4:38 i already feel like that belt is mine
4:40 true just two two years in the gym true true wins true
4:44 losses through life i just realized that if you say it to
4:47 yourself and you look yourself in the
4:49 eye and look yourself in the mirror and
4:50 truly truly believe that not a man alive can beat you and
4:53 that that is the way it is and and
4:55 just through true hours in the gym and
4:57 preparation i feel that i am untouchable
4:59 right now you're going to be an irish legend my
5:01 friend yeah yeah i'm i am an irish lady that's true i'm a
5:06 living legend yeah i see myself as the
5:08 champ already already the you're the featherweight
5:11 champion already of course i see myself
5:12 as the champ from day one before i even
5:14 started training i always saw myself as
5:16 the champion that's how i see myself i've visualized
5:19 myself already there i visualize everything i've visualized
5:22 this conversation i visualize the
5:24 workout i visualize everything going on
5:26 i know i have shots picked out that i'm gonna
5:28 throw in this fight in five weeks
5:30 you know i i've seen everything in my
5:32 head and now it's gonna happen you see it in your
5:34 head you're gonna see it before your
5:36 eyes that's what i say
5:37 could you fight tomorrow you seem right
5:39 you seem like you're going to jump out
5:40 of the screen right now and fight me
5:41 stay ready so i don't have to get ready
5:43 i'm ready to go

5:49 adversity causes some men to break and
5:52 others to break records and
5:53 uh i chose to be the second one you know
5:56 what i mean so
5:57 that's the that's the way i look that i
5:58 just looked at it as another challenge

6:18 grateful for it and that's when good

6:21 to have that bitterness and that
6:22 negativity then then things have gone bad and i mean so
6:26 i i think the fact that i have them thoughts and
6:29 in fact i appreciate everything and i'm
6:31 grateful for for the things around me and the way
6:34 things are going that is why that's why it's going so
6:37 good for me prepared
6:38 i knew i was going to be the person to
6:40 bring martial arts to the public eye
6:42 and now it's happening you know i mean
6:44 there's two things i've learned from all
6:45 from these past seven months
6:46 number one is the hard work pays off and
6:49 number two is that dreams come true
6:51 and that's what's happening when i was a
6:52 kid i was visualized
6:54 or something and like even when i was
6:56 playing football i'd kick the ball
6:57 against the wall and i'd
6:58 pretend i scored a goal and i'd run off
7:00 and i'd be raising my hand and visualizing a arena
7:05 full of fans that was something i'd done as a kid on
7:08 my own but of course because you have to
7:10 do that you have to battle with this
7:12 this is the law of attraction you have
7:14 to in the struggle you know when when
7:18 things are going good and you visualize
7:20 these good things happen
7:21 you visualize more good things happen
7:22 that's easy what's not easy to do
7:25 is when things are going bad and you're
7:27 visualizing the good stuff
7:29 and that that was what i was able to do
7:30 i was able to you know even though
7:32 i was having these troubles at home and
7:34 even though i know real i had no job no
7:36 you know what i mean or whatever didn't
7:38 know what actually what i was doing if
7:39 it didn't happen it didn't happen but
7:42 i still was able to feel like it was i
7:44 still was able to go into a different
7:46 just like you might use my imagination
7:48 like a kid would use his imagination
7:50 i was basically just using my
7:51 imagination driving a a little pure my
7:56 girlfriend's car that killed your 2016
7:58 that was driving that shaking down the
8:00 road and i visualized that
8:01 and i swear to god sitting in the
8:02 traffic and on i visualized
8:05 i'm sitting here on the steering wheel
8:07 visualizing a brand new car and
8:09 visualizing good things in in in times of struggle and that
8:13 that when you can do that i think that
8:16 really makes the the that law of
8:18 attraction work i think it really
8:19 attracts to you more
8:21 you know because that is harder to do
8:23 when you're in the struggle to visualize
8:25 these things what do you want to be now
8:30 what what do you want to be i don't i
8:32 don't want to be anything i
8:34 i am i am what i i am everything i want
8:37 to be and i'm already there i don't
8:40 i don't want anything you know people
8:42 say people say like
8:44 i want this i want to do this and i want
8:48 to do that but
8:49 the 5 year point is one you're always
8:52 going to want i always have the action that i have and
8:55 i always again i always felt like i was the black
8:58 belt you know what i mean i always felt like
9:02 i was the world champ and i always felt
9:03 like i already could do everything i was only
9:06 telling you about the scoffing the other
9:07 day got the random walking around walking
9:10 around like i was a[ __] pro
9:12 i mean but i don't i don't want anything
9:14 i have everything that doesn't matter
9:16 i mean i have everything i have
9:18 everything i doing everything i said i was going to
9:21 do i was a laughter
9:24 i was literally laughed out to win that
9:26 second world title when i first came into i was going to
9:29 take these two world titles down laugh
9:31 that that's never going to happen an irish
9:33 man even winning the ufc
9:35 when i said that i was laughed at so i
9:38 said i was going to win the two world
9:39 titles i won them
9:41 i done everything i said i was going to
9:42 do i every every move is a calculated
9:45 step make no mistake about that it's only
9:48 well it's only january of 2017
9:51 i'm already the face of the ufc i'm
9:54 already to the face of boxing
9:55 i'm already to face in the wwe and i'm
9:58 already on the face of hollywood
10:04 and that's only january that's only
10:07 january but in the media i stayed many times
10:12 all the way up it's a dream just to
10:14 climb above that cage and raise them to
10:16 your belts that was in every interview i've ever
10:18 done so when i won the fight and they strapped
10:22 that then receiver situation
10:24 when i grabbed the two belts was before
10:26 i'd even got one belt yes yes that's how
10:29 much your power to visualize hey that's
10:30 that's how strong the power of
10:32 visualization is i wasn't even a ufc world champion at
10:35 that time and already i was grabbing two
10:37 of them and flaunting it in everybody's face i
10:40 believed it was going to happen i put
10:41 the work in for it to happen
10:43 and it happened so it's a strong thing
10:46 the power of visualization
10:47 that[ __] has been a part of my[ __] since i'm 16
10:51 15 16 and start trying to play with that
10:53 start trying to start trying to visualize things i used
10:56 to drive into a car park and try and visualize a car
11:01 spa right next to the door and try and get
11:04 that car spot and return visualize
11:06 i've been playing with that law of
11:08 attraction and visualization a long time
11:10 so since i'm 16 since i first discovered
11:12 it if you can see it here even the other
11:15 day i left my home
11:17 and like i was flustered leaving the
11:20 home i had to rush before i had to catch
11:22 a flight here i tried to rush into town and i was in a
11:25 hurry panicking i got pulled up over the old bill in
11:29 a sweat and then i hit the city ender
11:32 and then i hear a traffic jam
11:34 i'm seeing it's like when you when you
11:36 feel that rush or when you feel you know it just it
11:39 just keeps going and going and going so
11:41 i just sit and count to ten
11:43 patient and then everything opened up
11:44 for me and i rolled through so i don't
11:46 know it's been a part of my life a long
11:47 time i've been playing with it
11:49 i can't pinpoint an actual moment but i
11:51 tell you what it[ __] works
