18:26 well, here's my potential top five as of right now.

18:29 I had Lurks in the number one spot alongside Kips, TRS, Neam, and Mamba.

18:36 Now Mamba has been on and off my top five list.

18:38 He's been hot recently.

18:40 Neam though feels like consistent,

18:42 but the hottest hand may belong to the guy in Miami.

18:45 If you're looking for consistency and flash

18:47 since the start of the season though,

18:49 let's talk a little bit about Carolina's lurks and of course Trakes.

18:53 So, uh, and where do you want to start?

18:55 Should we go with Trakes here from Miami?

18:57 Yeah, I think Trakes is the front runner right now for rookie of the year.

19:00 I do think the race is super close and really any of those guys

19:03 in the in the first four there have a huge opportunity at getting it.

19:07 But TX in particular,

19:08 he's the only rookie who's positive across all three modes.

19:10 Uh he's risen to the occasion.

19:12 He had to fill some big shoes.

19:13 I mean, Real was pushing the edge of being a a superstar player,

19:16 definitely a star player last year,

19:18 and you have to come in, find these kills, and you know,

19:20 work with the team who, you know,

19:22 you talk about two ARs that weren't exactly easy to play with, you know,

19:25 majority of the time early in this season.

19:27 So yes, I think Trace right now leading

19:29 that way in terms of rookie of the year race,

19:31 but definitely these other guys can catch up.

19:33 I absolutely love that perspective when it comes to Trakes,

19:36 I think there's absolutely can be two truths at once, too.

19:38 On the flip side of like Lurks and the situation that he's in, right?

19:41 When I look at Lurks and the numbers that he's able

19:43 to put up and just the kind of POV that he has,

19:46 I look at his supporting cast, you know,

19:48 and some of the other rookies that are leading,

19:49 you think Kips, you think Trikes, and you think Neam.

19:51 their supporting cast.

19:52 I mean, you're talking about superstars,

19:54 guys that are able to put up, they're going to be consistent, right?

19:57 Where I look at LS, he's been put in an uncomfortable situation.

20:00 And usually when we find rookies put in this spot,

20:02 they either shine or they fall.

20:04 They get sent back down to challengers to get through the gauntlet again.

20:07 And LS, I feel like, has really risen to the occasion.

20:09 This is a guy multiple teams are going to be looking

20:11 to sign sign when we look into the future and into next year.

20:14 So if we isolate him by himself

20:16 as a singular player and not taking in, you know,

20:18 accolades and stuff into the conversation,

20:20 I think Lurch is the best player on that list.

20:22 He's got the best KD.

20:23 If you're looking at just numbers and if you're looking at SND though,

20:26 he's got some room to develop.

20:27 Yes, for sure.

20:28 His search has not been great.

20:29 In particular, a team 0 and seven in SND, right?

20:31 So he's got some work there,

20:32 but we're talking just mechanics and like watching them in game.

23:53 We're on side of Carolina Royal Ravens.

23:55 They're on like an eight SND loss spree and touched on it earlier.

23:57 SND has not been great for this team.

23:59 Let's start with the LA Thieves because they are your minor champs.

24:03 They are 3 and 0.

24:04 If they lose today, you're just there

24:07 alongside Koi Faze and Gentle at 3-1 potentially.

24:10 So big match up for the Thieves.

24:13 Expect to take care of business 100%.

24:15 This is one of those matchups where you want to show

24:17 your gap for from the middle of the pack, right?

24:19 And this LA Thief's team, they have worked so hard.

24:21 I mean, you're talking coming into this meta,

24:23 you know, since major 2, they haven't lost.

24:25 They won the minor.

24:26 They are what, 7-1 in hardpoint or 911 in hardpoint.

24:29 7-1 in SND.

24:30 And when you look at like the advanced stuff in SND, it's almost a 1.5 team KD.

24:34 They have 92% first blood conversion.

24:37 Like everything is operating on the highest level imaginable for these guys.

24:41 But I'm watching the highlights and they're beating up on Vancouver and Cloud9.

24:44 Well, they won the minor and they beat Optic, right?

24:46 This is just one of those matches where you look

24:48 back at it and you look back at the overload now.

24:50 That's where I was getting to.

24:51 That's the one place where you probably want a little

24:53 bit of improvement if you're LA Thieves, but that's okay.

24:56 It's one map out of the five where they previously were fantastic at it.

24:59 They had to put all their work into their search and destroy,

25:02 and it has paid dividends.

25:05 And of course, on the other side,

25:06 we do have the Royal Ravens who are very much in the mix.

25:09 And 10 points wouldn't just mean a lot towards their major three standings,

25:13 but also towards qualifying at champs.

25:16 They are outside the top eight right now.

25:18 Exceed works craze and of course fire

25:21 was brought up from challengers this season.

25:23 Ally, yeah, for the story of Carolina Royal Ravens,

25:26 it's difficult because we've seen them have their moments

25:28 and by moments they have been very far, few women in between.

25:31 And that's what's so painful about it is

25:33 it's a roller coaster being Carolina Royal Ravens fan.

25:36 And the biggest point of this is their search and destroy is just awful.

25:39 has to be their biggest focus throughout

25:40 the entirety of the split and now we've made

25:42 it major three is next week and they have shown zero strides in the game mode.

25:46 So that is their biggest weak point right now going up against any

25:49 of the teams in the top six is just not going to equate to any wins.

25:53 Can they go to round 11 against FaZe though in a game five?

25:57 Isn't that improvement or is FaZe just falling apart?

26:01 No, there's been key areas of improvement for Ravens.

26:32 but like the other signs in the respawns have been good for Carolina.

26:37 If they would have finished the match win against FaZe,

26:40 I feel like it's a total different

26:42 narrative in the community's mindset right now or they're just like G2.

26:46 We don't know what to expect on match day.

26:48 Uh Carolina always a wild card.

26:50 Can they cause problems across this best of five

26:53 for the LA Thieves who have been perfect since major 2?

26:57 Gridlock raid exposure are first three.

27:14 and destroy for me is LA Thieves have gotten better

27:16 at search and destroy specifically getting better at the new

27:20 maps added to the map pool search and destroy.

27:22 So already I'm thinking LA Thieves there

27:23 and the gridlock hardpoint has been great for the map.

27:25 Yeah, if we can pull the maps modes back up.

27:27 I like talk about it for a second as well.

27:29 I think LA Thieves are trying some things here.

27:31 The Raid SND one and three on it on the season.

27:33 So, trying to figure that out.

27:35 And then the Gridlock and Colossus have been

27:37 like Carolina's two best maps so far this split.

27:39 So, LA Thieves definitely trying their map pool here

27:42 and trying to expand and just square with Carolina.

1:09:23 I think the the match sort of felt like if you're

1:09:25 going to give scrap an inch he's going to take a mile

1:09:28 a rare slow start form but he ends up turning around and I

1:09:31 think he finished in this game the most kills in the lobby.

1:09:35 So the fact that he had nine when fire had 17,

1:09:38 well just shows Scrap's pop off ability.
