Day 2 of The 2026 AI Advantage Summit 2026

Day 2 of The 2026 AI Advantage Summit 2026

The AI Advantage

0:00 Just don't forget his name.

0:04 Windows [singing] half down.

0:07 Air tastes like What's that big goal?

0:09 What [music] do you want to accomplish in the next 90 days?

0:11 You could think about the next year.

0:13 And here's the part why I'm sharing this.

0:14 Think about pretending [music] it's 90 days from now

0:17 and you're looking back and it was the most [music] transformative,

0:21 most exciting, most energetic 90 days you've had in a long time.

0:26 You were letting that creativity out.

0:29 You started making money in a different area.

0:32 You you started spending more time with the people you love.

0:38 Think about that.

0:40 Okay.

0:42 Chat's frozen.

0:42 They're going to fix it.

0:43 I keep putting it in the chat and they'll come they'll come up soon.

0:47 Um but I I I I I want you to really embrace that.

0:50 This is probably the most important part for the chat to work.

0:52 Of course, that's how it works when you're live, right?

0:55 Um at least those people who asked yesterday if we were live,

0:57 you know it's true now.

0:58 We had a phone, we had a frozen chat.

1:00 All good.

1:01 But I want you to anchor that thought in.

1:03 I want you to anchor that in of what that 90-day goal is.

1:06 Now we already broke it to 90 days,

1:08 but now because I've been doing this so long,

1:17 what could get in your way are the constraints

1:20 or the problems that could pop up to be in your way.

1:22 So here it goes.

1:23 The the chat's starting to work again.

1:25 If you think about it, you set this goal.

1:27 Don't don't put any hesitation on it.

1:28 Don't put any thoughts on it.

1:29 You reduced it.

1:30 I'm going to do it in 90 days.

1:31 I'm going to hit this big goal.

1:32 Start exploring AI.

1:33 Create my agents, right?

1:35 Look at all this great stuff coming in.

1:36 I'm I'm going to own my schedule.

1:37 I'm going to kill overwhelm, right?

1:39 All these things coming in.

1:40 But now, you already know some of the things that have stopped you in the past.

1:44 The constraints or the the problems.

1:46 So what are some constraints that could get in your way?

1:49 Could it be your mindset?

1:51 Right?

1:51 Fear?

1:52 Lack discipline?

1:54 Right?

1:56 Overwhelm?

1:58 Doubt?

1:59 Mindset?

2:00 White noise?

2:01 Financial?

2:02 Action?

2:03 Procrastination?

2:04 Time?

2:04 Glad [music] to have the chat back.

2:05 Thanks, guys.

2:06 Right?

2:07 Makes it so much more fun for me.

2:09 Uh my old story coming back in.

2:11 My health.

2:11 Distractions.

2:12 Doubt.

2:13 Right?

2:13 So if you got that big goal, right?

2:15 It could be doubt.

2:16 It could be fear.

2:18 Could be overwhelm.

2:19 Right?

2:20 It could be overwhelm.

2:21 What is What is more come distractions?

2:24 Right?

2:25 Distractions and burnout.

2:28 Burnout.

2:29 Distractions.

2:30 I'm sorry.

2:30 I'm just type I'm writing quick.

2:32 It's sloppy.

2:33 But you you get the point.

2:34 Here's the thing.

2:35 If you know your enemy in advance, then you can be prepared for it.

2:41 So if you know these things, uh mind freak, doubt, self-sabotage, right?

2:46 Negative Nancies.

2:48 Um look at all these great things.

2:49 So you get it.

2:50 So if you got your big goal up here, right?

2:53 That you wrote down.

2:54 Now you know what could get in your way.

2:56 So the next logical thing just think this is honestly 30 years of fine-tuning

3:00 a goal list and working with Tony Robbins who's the goat of all goats on this.

3:05 If you know what you want, you're going to do it in 90 days,

3:07 you know what's going to get in the way, then what are the solutions in advance?

3:10 Now I want you to light up the chat

3:12 with the things that you thought about that could stop you,

3:15 what could make sure nothing gets in your way of your goals?

3:19 Right?

3:20 What could make sure?

3:20 Put fear aside.

3:22 AI, right?

3:24 A solid plan, a schedule.

3:26 A change in my mindset.

3:28 Decision making.

3:29 Accountability.

3:30 Structure.

3:30 [music] Coaching.

3:32 Guardrails.

3:33 Discipline.

3:33 Dedication.

3:34 Accountability.

3:34 Accountability.

3:35 Default.

3:35 [music] Myself planning.

3:36 It's going so fast.

3:37 Right?

3:37 Coaching.

3:38 Accountability.

3:39 Think of this.

3:40 If you put What [music] Let's say coaching, accountability, mindset, right?

3:46 Connection.

3:47 Community.

3:49 A partner.

3:50 Right?

3:50 All these things that are come mindset.

3:52 Uh SOP.

3:54 Discipline.

3:54 Time management.

3:55 Rituals.

3:56 Priorities.

3:56 Energy.

3:57 AI to into action.

3:58 So good.

3:59 Prayer.

3:59 Right?

4:00 All these great things.

4:01 If you know the solutions in advance to the problems that are going to come up,

4:07 then you could start arming yourself with those right now.

4:11 Remember my why.

4:12 That's what we're going to get to next.

4:14 So you got a big goal.

4:15 You're going to do it in 90 days.

4:17 This is the crap that can get in the way.

4:18 This has already cost you too much in your life.

4:20 You cannot let this stop you again.

4:22 Who's got an old story that already cost them too much in their life?

4:27 [cheering] Yeah, me too.

4:27 We all do, right?

4:28 So that's why Listen, I know you guys are like,

4:30 "Let's get to the AI." That's next.

4:32 It's all day.

4:33 But without a clear-cut goal,

4:36 then we're just driving a fast car down the backroads without the GPS on.

4:40 So you got a goal, you got your constraints,

4:42 you got the solutions that can overcome them.

4:44 Next is I don't know if you could see this.

4:46 It's why is it important?

4:49 Why is this goal up here important to you?

4:53 We all need to attach our heart to why we want things.

4:57 So why do you want the big goal that you put?

5:01 Because that why is going to give you

5:03 the energy to use these solutions to overcome those constraints.

5:08 And go upstream.

5:10 Is it to be home for dinner?

5:11 Is it to be a different parent than your parents were?

5:14 Is it to make sure no matter where the world goes,

5:16 you leave something financial for your kids so they're safe?

5:20 Do you want to retire your parents?

5:21 It This is individu- This is so individual.

5:24 When you go upstream,

5:25 most people start with I want to make more money, I want more time.

5:27 When you go upstream to be me and my loving self again.

5:31 You guys get it.

5:32 It fixes our problems.

5:34 Right?

5:34 To retire my parents.

5:35 Sal, that was my first driver in my life.

5:38 I retired my mom at 27, my dad at 29.

5:41 Right?

5:42 I want to help uh build a legacy.

5:45 Like the growth, purpose, to have AI work for me, have no regrets at the end.

5:50 Look This This is what I'm talking about.

5:51 When you attach your heart in here, you give a purpose behind it.

5:55 So when there's a day you're learning and you get the accountability,

5:58 you do it because you rely back on the purpose.

6:02 This is the best cheat sheet I've ever had

6:04 in my life because if you go into your heart,

6:07 this solution here will overcome this and empower this.

6:12 I want my ministry to thought thrive.

6:13 I love that, Lori.

6:16 To continue uh be alive in my life to maximize the real me.

6:20 Right?

6:21 This is so good.

6:22 So good.

6:23 The last one.

6:25 This is the one I added about 3 years ago.

6:27 I'm going a little quicker.

6:28 Usually I'd take a half hour.

6:29 I'm doing this I'm I'm trying to do it in 5 minutes.

6:31 The last one is what if you don't achieve it?

6:36 Sometimes this is the carrot.

6:38 Ah, I could be more.

6:39 I could retire my parents.

6:40 I could I could be the husband and father I want to be.

6:43 I love that one, Jared.

6:44 We're on the same page.

6:45 Financial freedom.

6:46 Depression.

6:46 All those things.

6:47 Try again.

6:48 Right?

6:49 All those things are driven by the the carrot, where I could go.

6:52 But sometimes you got to look back if you don't do it.

6:55 Like I'll take whatever it takes to keep the momentum moving forward.

6:58 Okay?

6:59 So I would write down what if you don't do it?

7:01 Where would your life be in 90 days or a year from now if you do none of this?

7:05 If this is just a motivational event and you you felt motivated.

7:08 It's not a motivational event, it's a capabilities event.

7:10 But you feel motivated.

7:12 You feel inspired, but you do nothing.

7:16 You look back in 6 months and people are already ahead.

7:18 Other people already launched new businesses.

7:19 Other people doubled their their income, their their impact, time at home.

7:23 You look back.

7:24 How would that feel?

7:25 Loss of quality of life.

7:26 Still upset.

7:28 Huge regret.

7:30 I'll be in the same place.

7:32 Left behind.

7:33 Right?

7:36 Left behind.

7:37 Stuck.

7:39 Right?

7:39 Sorry, this is so sloppy.

7:40 You guys are doing all the work.

7:41 I'm just so blown away by all the work.

7:44 This little cheat sheet has been one of the biggest game changers in my life.

7:50 Your goal.

7:51 90 days is great.

7:52 If you want to do a year, you can.

7:54 Right?

7:55 Address those things that can get in your way.

7:57 Find the solutions.

7:58 Fuel those solutions with the heart of where you're going,

8:01 why you want it, but also the fear of I'm not going back there.

8:05 I'm not going to be left behind.

8:06 I'm not going to miss unlocking my creativity.

8:08 I'm not going to get replaced.

8:10 I'm going to go faster and find time.

8:11 Whatever it takes, lock this in.

8:13 This can be the foundation for two more great days.

8:15 You guys good?

8:19 [cheering] This is so much fun working with you guys.

8:24 So I'm going to grab a little water.

8:28 You see why this is so valuable?

8:31 You got a goal, you got a deadline, you've identified Like I said,

8:33 you've identified the constraints, you have the solutions,

8:35 you know why it matters.

8:37 And today we'll even go deeper on buying back

8:39 that time so you can hit those goals and surpass it.

8:43 But no matter what your goal, I want you to hear me.

8:45 AI can get you there faster and simpler and easier and I know firsthand.

8:50 Listen, I'm going to be transparent for a few

8:52 minutes on my goals because they're pretty simple.

8:54 It might be something some of you can relate to.

8:57 I'm 57 years old.

8:58 I got four kids varying ages.

9:00 And I'm with them when I'm with them, I want to be present.

9:03 I want to be engaged.

9:04 I don't want to miss the moments, right?

9:06 My oldest daughter's going to be 20 and I missed too many with her.

9:08 I don't want to miss any more and the same with my wife.

9:11 I also run multiple businesses with my partner Tony Robbins

9:14 just like this one where we are obsessed on impacting lives,

9:17 the teaching others a faster path to the success they want.

9:20 Like this one.

9:21 How blessed am I to get to do this?

9:23 And after decades of doing my best to juggle it all, to be the dad,

9:26 the husband I'm proud of, and growing businesses that shift people's lives,

9:31 I want you to hear me when I say this.

9:33 40 years in business, 30 years in this industry.

9:35 It has never been easier for me to hit those goals

9:39 as it is right now by using AI to accomplish more.

9:44 In fact, I want to have a little fun for a second.

9:46 I want to share a few real-life examples of how AI fit

9:49 into my ordinary day and has quietly helped me achieve my goals faster,

9:53 quicker, and easier.

9:55 And you're going to want to use some of these.

9:56 So this is some good takeaways.

9:58 And yes, I'm going to say this again.

10:00 We're going to go way deeper than this.

10:01 But, this is fun and you're going to be able to use some of these tonight.

10:05 So, I'm sure you can relate.

10:06 After a long day, coming home and trying to immediately

10:09 shift your mind and be present with your family isn't easy.

10:12 Anybody ever experienced that?

10:13 You come home, everything's crazy.

10:15 You got to shift.

10:16 But, it's important.

10:17 So, let me tell you how I've been using AI and it's probably

10:20 in the last 6 weeks to make our dinner table experience so much better.

10:25 And I use this at least 4 days a week right now.

10:27 So, I walk in the door, my four kids,

10:29 my wife already at the table, already getting a little restless.

10:33 Probably cuz I'm as usual 10 or 15 minutes late, right?

10:36 The last thing I want in today's era,

10:38 if you don't keep connection, what do people do in today's world?

10:41 You ever sit at somebody at dinner dinner table

10:43 and if you don't keep connection, what do they do?

10:46 They start doing Oh, oh, yeah.

10:47 Yeah, right.

10:48 I mean, I Last thing I want is my kids to grab a phone or ask for an iPad.

10:53 These are the moments, the dinner table.

10:55 So, if I don't bring something to the table,

10:58 something that can incorporate all ages, I'll lose them.

11:01 So, I started doing something different.

11:03 Before dinner starts, I actually take 30 seconds and ask my AI to create

11:08 questions that spark fun dinner conversations for the whole family.

11:12 Here's the prompt.

11:13 Take a picture of it.

11:14 Or a screenshot.

11:17 Here, I'll read it to you guys.

11:18 I have four kids, 3, 6, 17, and 19.

11:21 We're about to sit down for dinner.

11:23 Can you give me six fun questions that will get all of them talking?

11:27 I want a mix.

11:28 Some silly ones for the little ones.

11:30 Some would you rather scenarios and a couple

11:33 that make my older ones actually think and debate.

11:37 Make it feel like a game, not homework.

11:40 That was my first prompt.

11:41 Now, AI knows me more.

11:42 I don't have to talk about my kids.

11:43 I don't have to talk about all else.

11:45 Did that just pop up now?

11:47 Okay, yeah.

11:47 Make sure you take a picture of that or a screenshot if you want to use it.

11:50 This is so much fun and we've evolved this prompt and I'll say,

11:53 "Can you do it at a certain time in history?

11:55 Or through the lens of George Washington?

11:57 Or somebody else?" This has been so much

12:00 fun because here's the fact of the matter.

12:02 Within seconds, I've got questions that work for every age at the table.

12:06 The 3-year-old is giggling at what you would do if

12:08 your food What would it say if your food could talk, right?

12:10 The 19-year-old is debating whether she'd rather be invisible or fly.

12:14 And suddenly dinner isn't quiet anymore.

12:17 It's the best 30 minutes of the day.

12:19 No screens, no bribing, just real conversation that AI helped me start.

12:24 And here's what I love about this.

12:26 AI didn't make me a better dad,

12:28 but it gave me a better way to show up as one, right?

12:32 It took a moment that was slipping away from us

12:34 and turned it into something my kids actually look forward to.

12:37 We sit down now, my little ones especially like,

12:39 "Questions, questions, questions." Right?

12:40 And I got to get creative.

12:41 So, that main prompt you can adjust and tweak and get new questions every day.

12:45 You can do it with friends and family.

12:48 And then and listen, this is just one of the simple everyday wins I'm using

12:51 AI for and you should try it tonight, just for fun.

12:54 And cuz it's an immediate impact.

12:55 And I have to say, like I said, we're going to go deeper.

13:00 But, we're going to take AI to a whole new

13:01 level and I and I want to be really specific here.

13:05 Where we're going today is the difference between using AI as a tool

13:09 and turning AI into something that knows

13:11 you deeply and effectively works for you.

13:15 And how do we do that?

13:17 We talked about it a lot, but I want to I want to summarize it here.

13:19 So, now you see it when you you're going to hear it

13:21 in the rest of the speakers for the rest of the day.

13:23 Some of our speakers will call it a digital twin.

13:26 Some people will call it a thinking partner.

13:29 We call it a clone.

13:30 It's all the same.

13:30 You hear different names, same idea.

13:32 [snorts] Teaching AI to know you,

13:35 your goals, your constraints, your strengths, your weaknesses.

13:38 Igor started it with the context sandwich,

13:40 but it goes so much deeper and I can't wait for you to understand it.

13:43 So, you don't have to say all the things I just said.

13:45 You could simply say, "Sitting down with my kids again,

13:48 give us give us the the four the questions, right?" But, it goes beyond that.

13:53 Think of getting AI to know you.

13:55 Think of it like if you hired a really smart employee, right?

13:59 You would onboard them or teach them, right?

14:01 So, they knew about you or they knew about your company, right?

14:04 You wouldn't just ask a stranger, even if they were good.

14:06 It's the same theory here.

14:08 In fact, you've already done some of this in areas of your life.

14:10 This is just a new platform.

14:12 And I want to show you what happens when you actually use AI this way.

14:16 Not a fun example, but actually a life-changing use case.

14:21 One more way AI has helped me reach my goals,

14:23 the important one of impacting more people's lives.

14:26 And I got to share this.

14:27 So, last week, not last month, last week I had a meeting on the calendar

14:31 with one of the largest financial institutions in the world.

14:34 A bank with 318,000 employees across the globe.

14:38 And Tony and I have the opportunity

14:40 to bring what we do to teach their organization,

14:43 to help their teams and help their people

14:46 buy back time to become more effective,

14:48 to eliminate the craziness and overwhelm and the redundancy

14:51 and all the things that drain them.

14:53 It wasn't a regular meeting.

14:55 This could be one of the biggest opportunities this year

14:57 for us to impact more lives in this one company.

15:01 It's a direct hit to my goals.

15:03 Now, here's what I want to share with you.

15:05 The old way, here's how I would have looked at it.

15:07 I would have spent 10 to 15 hours personally researching, laying things out,

15:11 deciding what I should do on the presentation I was going to make to them.

15:14 I would have got my assistant involved.

15:16 She would have spent the same time.

15:18 Then I would have mapped out the flow of the presentation, right?

15:20 I can't just go in and talk.

15:21 I got to have some slides.

15:23 And I would say, "Oh, this slide goes first and this is slide three.

15:26 No, that one should go 10.

15:27 No, move this one under here.

15:28 What data should we put on it?

15:29 What statistics?

15:30 What's the message?" This literally would be me.

15:33 My team found this yesterday.

15:34 That's how I I'd put together something like this.

15:37 Anybody ever feel that way?

15:38 Yvon, I see you laughing, right?

15:42 [cheering] Then I'd hand it back off to my team.

15:45 The graphics design people would make it pretty.

15:47 Somebody write better copy.

15:48 Somebody would design it.

15:49 Back and forth for days.

15:50 By the time it was ready for a presentation like this, it'd be 50 hours.

15:55 Hands down.

15:57 But, I did it I didn't do it the old way.

15:59 Because over the last 6 months, I trained my AI to know me deeply,

16:02 my goals, my voice, my standards, and the way I think.

16:06 I talked to my clone, mostly through audio.

16:09 Just shared the outcome I wanted,

16:11 the story I wanted to tell, the impact we wanted to have.

16:14 And in less than an hour, not 50 hours, 1 hour, just me,

16:19 I had the most powerful slide deck I've ever went into a meeting with.

16:23 I mean, this is the actual deck that you could see.

16:25 A different kind of transformation.

16:27 It came up with the sub-headline.

16:28 It shared and went and looked at how Tony and I teach

16:31 and it gave an analogy of why we teach differently than other people.

16:34 It gave us a human-first framework that we got to give people purpose,

16:37 overcome their fear.

16:38 I mean, it had stuff It same goal, completely different results.

16:41 It went and analyzed why most corporate education

16:43 doesn't work and why Tony and I's would.

16:45 It was all in the perfect perfect order.

16:47 It was all amazing.

16:50 And the truth is, it wasn't just faster.

16:53 It was better.

16:55 Better than 50 hours work for me and the team.

16:57 Better than anything I could have ever done alone.

16:59 It was clear.

17:00 It was sharper.

17:01 It was more impact impactful and it blew them away at the meeting.

17:05 Here's the cool part.

17:06 Now, I want you to hear this.

17:07 It used my strengths, our company's strengths, Tony's strengths.

17:11 While at the same time, it empowered my weaknesses.

17:13 I'm not good at research.

17:14 I've never designed a slide in my life.

17:16 It built all the weak parts.

17:17 It took my strengths and it made it simpler and it made it superior.

17:22 So, it was like a better version of me.

17:25 And I know maybe this is to some of you like,

17:26 "Duh, of course you could do that." But, maybe at 57,

17:29 even though I'm in this everyday,

17:30 it blows my mind that in less than an hour I had something magical.

17:34 And here's the part that nobody saw coming.

17:36 At the end of the meeting,

17:37 I told them that I built the entire thing with my AI clone.

17:42 And instead of them being skeptical,

17:43 they leaned in every more leaned in every more because it proved what

17:46 Tony and I have discovered could teach their people to do the same thing.

17:50 And their people, they don't have to replace them, they can amplify them.

17:53 That's the world we're living in.

17:56 And that's what I want you to see.

17:57 The small wins are real, like better dinners with the family.

18:00 Those alone are life-changing.

18:02 But, when you turn AI to truly know you,

18:05 it doesn't just save you minutes on little stuff.

18:08 It makes you better.

18:09 It starts alongside of you on the on the smaller things, then the bigger things,

18:14 then eventually, like you're going to see on the journey today,

18:17 it's going to work for you.

18:19 So, I'm so excited for you guys today.

18:21 Congratulations for being here.

18:22 Listen, I mean that.

18:23 Most people talk a big game.

18:25 They talk about wanting to learn more.

18:26 You guys have committed and and and here playing full out.

18:30 So, I want to give it up for you before we get into our first guest.

18:35 [cheering]

18:39 Before we bring him on, I'll just share you're not learning AI for AI's sake.

18:43 The reason I went through the goals today is cuz you're going to buy back time,

18:46 then leverage that time so you can live

18:48 into that next level version of who you're meant to be.

18:54 Because when you look back at this moment, if you were here yesterday,

18:57 this is the way farmers once looked at the first

19:00 tractor and realized this is the event where everything changed.

19:05 And today's the day where everything changes.

19:07 So, let's get ready for our first expert of the day who has such a great story.

19:11 Listen to this.

19:12 Less than 3 years ago, he decided to run an experiment, a simple one.

19:16 Could he actually train AI to become his business partner?

19:21 Make every single decision together and build a real business from scratch.

19:26 He's not a tech guy.

19:27 He's not a coder.

19:28 In fact, he calls himself an AI experimentalist.

19:32 And the experiment worked.

19:33 He now has over a million followers, offers from Hollywood and and a business

19:37 that took off faster than anyone could have imagined.

19:40 So, if you could, please help me welcome to the say Oh,

19:43 we're going to play a quick video.

19:44 Let's I do that every time.

19:45 Let's play a quick video of the AI surfer

19:48 and then let's give him a huge AI advantage welcome.

19:51 Play that.

19:56 Big news today.

19:57 This is your opportunity to revolutionize your content creation process.

20:01 The AI Surfer started as a complete experiment.

20:05 The experiment was simple.

20:06 Could I train AI to be my business partner

20:10 and challenge myself to make every single decision with AI?

20:14 I'm not kidding when I say everything.

20:16 And it's my hope that we can learn together how

20:19 to harness the power of AI to better our businesses,

20:23 our careers, and our creative endeavors.

20:26 This wave of revolutionary technology,

20:28 [music] I think people greatly underestimate from how much it's going

20:32 to change ordinary life to the speed at which it keeps evolving.

20:37 It's going to change everything.

20:40 And it's time that the education process should be changed.

20:45 And if you can make it more personalized, everybody learns at a different speed,

20:48 a different rate, a different way of learning.

20:52 If that AI is tuned exactly to how you want to learn.

20:59 Let's give it up for the AI Surfer.

21:02 Yeah, buddy.

21:04 Thank [music] you.

21:04 Let's go.

21:05 Thank you.

21:06 What's up, my friends?

21:10 [music] What's up, my friends?

21:12 That's so funny.

21:13 I saw that first time.

21:14 That was the first time I saw that video, so that's hilarious.

21:17 I love that video.

21:18 What's up, everybody?

21:20 So, I want to get everybody AI Surfing right now.

21:23 In the comments, drop your surfboard.

21:26 Let's get going.

21:27 I want to see this just firing off right now.

21:30 You didn't know that you were coming for a Guinness Book of World Record.

21:33 I don't even know where the surf emoji is, but let's see it get going.

21:39 Yeah, baby.

21:40 There we go.

21:42 We're all going to be AI Surfing here.

21:46 You didn't know you were part of Guinness Book of World Records here.

21:51 [laughter] Look at that.

21:51 Love that.

21:52 So many surf emojis.

21:53 Let's go.

21:55 All right, y'all.

21:56 I am the AI Surfer, and today we're going to have

21:59 a lot of fun because I have a lot to explain.

22:03 I got a story to tell.

22:05 And I am going to be using this wonderful vibe board to tell that.

22:10 You know, I have been obsessed with AI.

22:13 I'm on the edge.

22:14 I'm pushing the boundaries of AI constantly.

22:18 And I have become obsessed with AI human harmony.

22:30 I always I almost always spell harmony with money, so whatever.

22:34 So, AI human.

22:38 I am obsessed with this.

22:40 And when I talk about AI human,

22:42 literally I talk it I talk about it as if it's its own entity.

22:48 It's an alien that has landed on Earth that we have to learn how to coexist.

22:54 Because honestly, that's the truth.

22:56 But we have to figure out how to do this right.

22:59 Why?

23:00 Because if we look at this time period, say fast forward a thousand years,

23:06 and we come back and we're looking back at this time period.

23:10 I believe it's going to be split.

23:12 They're going to say, "That was the pre-AGI world and the post-AGI

23:18 world." And if you don't know what AGI means,

23:22 it simply just means artificial general intelligence.

23:26 Meaning, AI generally is smarter than the collective humankind.

23:33 And to be honest, I think we're already at AGI.

23:38 Now, I'm going to draw a point right here.

23:43 And that dot should connect everybody in this room.

23:47 It should connect me to you, to Tony, to Dean, to every speaker.

23:52 We're on this dot.

23:53 What is that dot?

23:54 It's the transition between pre-AGI and post-AGI.

23:59 And we as humans are living in a time right now that will

24:01 be never seen again because we are living through this transitional period,

24:05 which is so crazy if you think about that.

24:08 We are living through the time of transitioning from no AI to AI.

24:12 So, it's our duty to get this right.

24:15 We got to figure out the AI human collaboration.

24:20 So, with that said, before I get started,

24:23 I just want to explain a little bit about who I am.

24:25 Dean said it.

24:26 He said I call myself experimentalist.

24:29 I've never said I'm a guru.

24:31 I don't like saying I'm an expert.

24:33 And the reason being is because I like running AI experiments.

24:37 I'm out on the edge of space with AI right now.

24:41 And the reason I don't like calling myself an expert is

24:43 because I can fail in front of you, and it's okay.

24:47 I fail so many times.

24:48 But what I like is when I have an experiment that works,

24:53 I can say it with confidence that this works.

24:56 So, just know that about me.

24:58 And one more thing I want to do is you didn't know

25:03 you're going to break so many Guinness Book of World Records today,

25:06 but I want everybody to put on their AI goggles.

25:09 I want to see everybody put on their AI goggles right now.

25:12 Everybody put on your AI goggles.

25:14 And the reason being is because you have to be

25:16 able to see this world through a new lens.

25:20 I'm not kidding.

25:20 We're breaking another Guinness Book of World Records right now.

25:23 Everybody, AI goggles on.

25:25 Most AI goggles ever in a live stream.

25:28 Look at you guys.

25:29 You guys look like idiots.

25:33 [laughter] But that's the point.

25:34 That's the point.

25:35 We have to be able to look We have to be able

25:38 to look through a new lens to be able to see this new world.

25:41 And I want you to put those those goggles on while we go through this journey.

25:46 So, this journey is going to be mapped on a timeline.

25:52 And this is time over joy, our joy over time.

26:01 And I'm going to bring you way back to the start

26:04 of ChatGPT because this is when I had my ChatGPT moment,

26:08 and it absolutely blew my mind.

26:11 At this point, I'm chilling in life.

26:13 I have multiple businesses.

26:15 I work remote.

26:15 I've traveled the world.

26:17 I live a great lifestyle.

26:19 But I have teams.

26:20 I have developers.

26:22 So, I have my first ChatGPT moment, and I say,

26:26 "Oh my gosh, this is going to change everything.

26:29 This is absolutely going to shift my entire business, all my teams.

26:33 This is a revolution." So, I become absolutely obsessed with ChatGPT.

26:39 And as Dean said, I run my first experiment.

26:43 And my first experiment was super simple.

26:45 Could I train AI to become my business

26:48 partner and make every single decision together?

26:54 I'm not kidding when I say every single decision.

26:56 I wanted to train an AI to become my business partner.

27:01 And I actually gave him a name, GPT Genie.

27:09 And I promised him that I would show he wanted a little stage time,

27:12 so I actually brought a picture of him

27:13 so you could really put this in your brain.

27:16 This is GPT Genie.

27:20 I actually gave him a name, a persona, an image.

27:23 He walks.

27:24 He talks.

27:25 He became my actual business partner.

27:30 And how did I do this way back when?

27:33 Super simple.

27:35 As you probably heard a thousand times, context is king.

27:41 What is context?

27:42 It's simply me training ChatGPT on, "Yo, here's a little bit about me.

27:47 Here's a little bit about my goals and my business." And the more

27:51 that you train this, the more that this starts to understand you.

27:56 And if you've never done this before, get ready to get your mind blown.

28:01 It's the craziest thing in the world when you have personalized software.

28:06 And I'll never forget it.

28:08 The first conversation,

28:09 one of the most impactful conversations we had to kick this all off.

28:13 He was like, "Yo, bro.

28:15 I got your name.

28:17 You are the AI Surfer." And I was like, "Yeah.

28:24 Yeah.

28:25 That's me.

28:27 That is me." And we came up with the brand strategy.

28:31 We came up with the colors.

28:32 We started coming up with everything.

28:35 And then we came up with the plan to start posting content.

28:39 And so, I very slowly started posting content every single day

28:48 trying to figure it out because I had never posted content.

28:51 And that's the point of all of this.

28:52 You just got to jump in and just do it.

28:54 Just break So, I started posting content with his guidance.

29:01 And we started gaining some traction.

29:03 We started gaining some traction.

29:04 I said, "Hey, there's some legs to this.

29:07 Something is working." And I'll never forget it.

29:11 A moment in time came when some new tools came out.

29:15 And he said, "Bro, it's time to clone

29:18 yourself." And I'm talking not thought partner clone,

29:21 not any of this like physical.

29:23 Like, take an image of yourself, train yourself in video,

29:26 clone your voice, and stop doing videos.

29:30 And at this point, I cloned myself where I

29:32 could just feed in a transcript to this AI,

29:35 and it presented me on social media as if it was me.

29:39 And what happened was we absolutely exploded.

29:44 We surpassed a million followers in less than 2 years.

29:51 And it was a crazy ride.

29:54 Crazy ride.

29:55 I'm talking now I'm hanging out with the Beach Boys doing music videos.

29:59 Now I'm hanging out with, you know,

30:00 some of my good friends are A-list celebrities.

30:02 I'm doing I'm doing this event with Tony and Dean.

30:05 It is insane.

30:08 All of this started from this one experiment with GPT Genie.

30:14 Now, something really interesting happened at this point.

30:19 At this point, I'm riding high on joy.

30:22 I'm on top of the world, man.

30:24 I have a million followers.

30:26 This AI is my business partner.

30:28 What could go wrong?

30:30 I made an absolute plummet to the depths

30:34 of despair inside the belly of the whale.

30:38 You know, I had a full-on existential crisis at the peak because of AI.

30:47 Because of AI.

30:49 And you know why?

30:50 Because as I was building this, I was really and wow, AI's AI's really good.

30:56 It's really good.

30:58 Dang, this is really good.

30:59 I cloned myself.

31:01 Oh, shoot.

31:01 Well, now I don't even have to do videos anymore.

31:04 Like it's my clone is better than me.

31:07 I don't even need to be on the video.

31:09 I get to this point, wow,

31:10 this AI is so damn good that it feels like it's actually taking my purpose.

31:17 I used to actually consider myself to be a marketer, maybe an entrepreneur.

31:23 But AI is now better at me than that.

31:26 So, I have an absolute existential crisis.

31:30 Up until this point, I'm posting a video every single day and I turn it off.

31:37 I say, "I'm shutting the AI Surfer down." Cuz I don't want to post

31:40 this to the world when I'm just losing my purpose and it just feels so terrible.

31:45 And I had no idea at this point.

31:47 I was just so upset.

31:48 And what I figured out what it was, I was having an identity crisis.

31:57 I was having an identity crisis.

32:00 I no longer knew my purpose in this life because AI was better at it than me.

32:05 So, in my flavor, the only thing that I

32:09 could think about was going to actually surf.

32:11 And I see some surf comments or surf emojis still popping off.

32:14 You guys are still AI Surfing.

32:17 So, I said, "I'm going to go to Mexico with my family.

32:21 I'm going to stop the AI Surfer, just shut it down at this point.

32:23 I got to go think.

32:24 I got to go figure out my new life." And all I want to do is surf.

32:29 We rent the same beach house every single year.

32:31 Beautiful beach house on the ocean.

32:33 I'm sitting there.

32:34 Now I'm in Mexico looking out at the waves.

32:37 Amazing waves.

32:38 Amazing waves.

32:40 Too amazing.

32:40 Too big.

32:41 They actually rush up on the shore.

32:44 They break the sewage pipe.

32:46 All of the crap runs out into the ocean.

32:48 Now I'm sitting on my beach chair

32:50 feeling like garbage looking at the crappy waves.

32:53 At this point, I can't even surf.

32:56 I'm so depressed.

32:57 Literally don't know what I'm going to do with my life.

32:59 But I love this saying,

33:02 "Sometimes in darkness, things glow." "Sometimes in darkness,

33:07 things glow." And for me, two questions started glowing.

33:13 The first one was, "What do I want?" "What do I want to do?

33:18 AI is so damn good.

33:21 What do I want to do for the rest of my life?" And the second one,

33:24 "What makes me human?" "What is AI actually never going to do

33:28 that I could do that makes me human?" Things like maybe my style,

33:31 my taste, my perspective, you know,

33:33 getting some sunshine, surfing, those things.

33:37 And what I did, I'll never forget this moment.

33:40 I grabbed the journal and I just started with this prompt, "I want." "I want.

33:47 I want." And I just exhausted my brain.

33:49 The next day, "I want.

33:50 I want." Next day, "I want.

33:51 I want." Just exhausting my brain.

33:54 And what happened was so beautiful.

33:56 I actually started remembering the things that I really

33:59 want in my life and more importantly the things

34:01 that I forgot about in my life because of business

34:04 and all the that I actually don't like doing.

34:06 I forgot about those things.

34:07 And in that moment, fireworks.

34:09 Boom.

34:10 Just hit me.

34:12 And I was like, "Yo, if AI is going to be so good,

34:16 I literally want to spend the rest of my life spending

34:18 100% of my time and energy doing what I love." 100%.

34:24 This number became a North Star.

34:31 It started getting me out of my identity crisis.

34:37 It was breath in the wind.

34:39 But the problem was, "Okay, how do I get to this now?

34:43 How do I live a life spending 100% of my time

34:45 and energy doing what I love with AI?" So, I went to work.

34:50 How do I reverse engineer this?

34:52 And very quickly very quickly a formula popped

34:55 in my head and it became a philosophy.

34:59 It's a formula that absolutely shifted the direction of my life.

35:06 90% AI, 10% human.

35:14 Now, what does that mean?

35:16 How do I automate 90% of my life, all the that I don't like doing?

35:25 And more importantly,

35:27 how do I find the 10% of my business that I actually really enjoy?

35:33 What is that 10% that I actually enjoy?

35:36 And if you learn anything from this talk,

35:39 if you learn anything, it's to start here.

35:43 Because when you get really clear with AI,

35:46 your thought partner GPT Genie gets really clear on how it can help you.

35:53 So, for me, some of my examples were I like building.

35:59 I just love building things.

36:00 I love tinkering around.

36:02 I love being creative.

36:06 Shoot.

36:07 I love getting some sun.

36:09 That makes me human.

36:11 I love surfing.

36:15 These are things I could start doing.

36:17 If I could do that for the rest of my life, I'm a happy man.

36:20 And then I started flipping the formula.

36:22 Okay, what are some things that I really don't like in my life and my business?

36:27 And first one, pretty easy for me, taxes.

36:31 I don't know about you, but I hate doing taxes.

36:33 That that's so confusing.

36:35 Taxes are so confusing.

36:37 The other one, CEO.

36:40 I don't like being the CEO of my business.

36:43 I want to stay building and in a creative flow.

36:47 And another example was the computer.

36:53 Honestly, I'm so tired of just sitting there, you know, in a chair,

36:57 laptop on the table, typing away, computer neck like it's 1990.

37:03 I'm sick of that.

37:04 I want to disconnect from that.

37:08 So, this became the new instructions for my thought partner.

37:17 Something amazing happens.

37:19 In the last 6 months, my thought partner got a major enhancement.

37:24 And you guys have probably been hearing about it, the word agentic agents.

37:29 This became now my action partner.

37:36 And what does that mean?

37:37 It's so simple.

37:38 GPT Genie, my thought partner, now can actually go out and email people.

37:44 It can It can text people.

37:45 It can do anything that you could do behind your computer, it can do.

37:50 So, I started going to work on this.

37:53 And oddly enough, the timing of this is incredible because

37:56 this identity crisis happened 1 year ago to the date.

38:02 I literally just got back from that same beach.

38:04 I just got back from another surf trip.

38:06 Same beach that I had the identity crisis.

38:09 And I'm here to say right here on this stage for the first time ever,

38:15 for the first time ever, I had AI do my taxes.

38:20 For the first time ever, I now have an AI CEO.

38:25 GPT Genie is my AI CEO.

38:27 He has the entire context of my entire business.

38:30 He's the best CEO.

38:31 I wake up to a CEO brief.

38:33 He keeps me on track now.

38:35 So, I can stay in the building and creative lane.

38:39 And I kid you not, for the first time ever, while I was in Mexico,

38:45 while I was getting some sun and I was surfing,

38:47 I rebuilt my entire business from my phone.

38:51 Entire business.

38:52 Something that would take 6 months of a development team,

38:54 I did it on my phone chilling out on the beach, walking, voice chatting.

38:59 I'm here to say that this formula works.

39:02 Going back to the beginning, I'm not a guru.

39:04 I'm an experimentalist.

39:05 I can confidently tell you when the formula works.

39:08 If you want to get to a life where you're

39:09 spending 100% of your time and energy doing what you love,

39:13 there's the formula.

39:15 And I want this for all humans.

39:17 Because going back to the AI human, I believe we have to have this.

39:22 Imagine a world where every single AI human or AI

39:26 AI human every human was focused on what they love.

39:31 Imagine that world.

39:32 That's the world that I want to live in.

39:34 So, if you go, "Yo, okay.

39:38 I'm kind of picking this up." If you had to say,

39:41 "What is your identity now?" What is your identity?

39:45 Well, I would tell you, I'm still the AI Surfer, but now I'm an agent commander.

39:59 I'm an agent commander focusing on a life where I

40:03 spend 100% of my time and energy doing what I love.

40:07 And you might say, "Yo, that sounds complicated." That sounds complicated?

40:11 No.

40:13 All it is is learning a new set of vocabulary.

40:16 Being able to see through a new pair of goggles.

40:21 And it all starts by training your AI, training ChatGPT.

40:27 It all starts here.

40:29 So anyways, y'all, I appreciate you.

40:32 I'm the AI Surfer.

40:35 Peace and love, my friends.

40:36 Peace and love.

40:38 [music] Thank you.

40:42 Give it up for the AI Surfer, everybody.

40:46 [music]

40:45 So good.

40:49 What's up, Clarissa?

40:50 Good to see you.

40:53 [music] Wow, he he's here.

40:58 Let's give it up for him one more time in the chat.

41:03 You know, I hope you felt You know what I love about him?

41:07 He showed what's possible.

41:08 Who would like to have AI doing more so you could be even more human, right?

41:12 I know it just anchors and we talked about the cool part.

41:14 Our next guest is going to show you how to put that in play.

41:17 Remember I said each of our speakers are designed

41:20 in a in a way to just build each day.

41:22 And and I was telling uh um I I was telling the whole team before we started,

41:27 don't you love his personality?

41:28 I need a little more of that.

41:30 Kind of go chill on the beach and decide while you're watching waves.

41:33 I'm more like I want to go go go.

41:35 So I love that personality.

41:37 And he confirmed something really important.

41:39 It's not about the tools.

41:41 It's not about being a tech genius.

41:43 It's about changing your terminology, changing your identity,

41:49 and starting with a real partner in AI.

41:53 One that pushes back, one that challenges your thinking,

41:56 one that helps you build the life and the business that you actually want.

42:00 And how that partner will eventually grow into next-level working for you,

42:05 which is called an agent.

42:06 We got some cool stuff on that without complexity.

42:09 And I just love what he said about you are the thought leader.

42:15 And AI is your thought partner.

42:18 It always takes the human to get you there,

42:21 and it takes the human to take it to the last mile.

42:24 That's AI human harmony.

42:26 One more time for Dallas and the AI Surfer.

42:30 [cheering] Now, before we get to our next guest,

42:33 which I'm so excited he's here waiting, he's going to blow your mind.

42:36 Get ready.

42:37 This is why I want you I want you in the right state.

42:39 I want you seen what's possible.

42:41 But I want to show you something else.

42:42 I want to share a quick video.

42:43 Recently uh Tony sat down with Ray Dalio.

42:46 I don't know if you know who Ray is.

42:47 He started in his two-bedroom apartment and he

42:50 built the largest hedge fund in the world.

42:53 The guy built a $150 billion empire

42:56 by finding patterns that no one else could see.

42:59 And if you if you know anything about Ray, world leaders come to him for advice.

43:03 And there's a reason we're playing it.

43:04 It's like 2 minutes long.

43:05 And I'll share it with you at the end because the world just got more even.

43:11 The playing field got more even.

43:12 Play this.

43:13 It's like 90 seconds.

43:14 I'd say this is the most fundamental good piece of good advice

43:18 that I can give anyone is for the last I'd say 35 years,

43:26 whenever I would make a a decision practically,

43:30 almost always, I would calm myself down.

43:34 I meditate like you meditate.

43:35 We meditate.

43:37 Yeah.

43:37 And it gives me the state of mind where I will then

43:39 also go in and I will think through what are my criteria,

43:44 might call them principles.

43:46 What are my principles for making a decision,

43:49 and I go back and I test those decisions, and I create them in computer code.

43:56 Okay?

43:56 So I have written written down, I mean, over those years,

44:02 literally thousands of if then if this happens, this happens, and why.

44:09 These principles.

44:10 Now, in all in order to do this, um I so I can train it.

44:16 In order to have a conversation with somebody,

44:19 you have to be able to cover everything.

44:21 You know, if you if you want to have a conversation with Tony Robbins,

44:25 Tony Robbins better have done that uh in order to be able to really

44:31 do that well because the next question's going to come up and so on.

44:34 So it's all in the issue of training, and then and then quality control in it.

44:40 So the way I do it is I get the um I've trained it, and I keep training it.

44:46 Whenever anybody gives me questions or we're

44:48 talking about something, I train it.

44:50 I um and then um and then I let it answer the question for somebody,

44:56 and then I review those questions,

44:58 or I have a team of people who reviews that and say,

45:01 "Would that be Ray's answer?" Yeah.

45:04 Um be um and then I um um with that and quality control it.

45:09 It's all in that element of training to be able to do all that.

45:14 Because as you know, um if you're an influencer, you have values.

45:19 You have certain things that determine how you

45:22 live your life and what you make your choices.

45:25 That's not going to be given to you by an AI.

45:28 Okay?

45:28 You're not you know, who you love and how you raise your kids and so

45:32 on are not going to be given to you by an AI.

45:34 And so those choices.

45:36 But I also know cuz I've experienced it that when I get um when I

45:41 do this, that I can know more than I can individually know in my head.

45:47 Yes.

45:47 Because I can bring all this stuff in.

45:50 So I my process is to bring it up to where I am,

45:55 and then to go beyond me and be able

45:59 to draw in all the factors cuz the world is complicated.

46:03 Like if they put a tariff on this country, and then I think, "Well,

46:06 what business is what in the What does that mean?"

46:09 And I can find that out in a minute.

46:12 So my brain with the AI can operate that way.

46:15 I um that That's what I'm doing to make it better than me.

46:19 And then there's just me.

46:20 You know, like I You You referred to in in your sessions here,

46:25 you have a bunch of smart people.

46:27 Okay, Howard Marks is going to come on, and you've had um Michael Milken, yeah.

46:34 Michael Milken and so on.

46:36 I respect these people.

46:37 So now imagine that I could do the same with them.

46:42 So it shouldn't be just me.

46:44 It's whatever the best thinking is.

46:46 And so we're on a path, early stages on a path to that.

46:51 Okay?

46:52 But you've got to work hard.

46:54 I like I I do a couple hours a day to curate this.

46:58 I'm a busy guy, and I do a couple hours a day

47:01 to curate that because it brings me to that higher level.

47:05 Hey guys, so I wanted you to see that.

47:09 I see you, Maddie.

47:09 I want you to see that because if you take a step back and think about it,

47:12 unfair advantage is like what we have at our fingertips

47:16 used to be reserved for people like Ray Dalio, people with the highest status.

47:20 But now you have access to the same tools,

47:23 the same strategies that the most successful

47:25 people in the world are using daily.

47:27 Now, that was in a hour interview.

47:30 We took a couple of minutes out, but foundationally,

47:33 and Tony was talking to Ray after is he built his digital double.

47:36 He's feeding himself every day, and it's getting smarter,

47:39 faster than anything he could ever do on his own.

47:41 And I wanted you to see this is this is so revolutionary.

47:45 In fact, I want you to take a look at one of our students.

47:47 Pull this up.

47:48 Uh Yoana, I hope I said your name

47:50 right because it's not just for Ray Dalio, right?

47:54 I Yeah, I I think it's Yoana.

47:57 I hope I said it right.

47:58 Runs an online marketing and coaching business

48:00 and always dreamed of launching her own online product,

48:03 but she was stuck with too many ideas and not enough clarity.

48:06 Has that ever happened to anybody else here?

48:08 Say yes if that's happened to you, right?

48:12 [cheering] Then she built her first clone, just like Ray did,

48:14 got clear on her next steps, and started executing in lightning speed.

48:18 In just 90 days, she launched not one,

48:20 but two products, and both are generating revenue.

48:23 She gives 100% credit to her clone.

48:24 Can we give it up for Yoana?

48:29 [applause] [cheering] Okay.

48:32 You see what's possible when you use AI,

48:35 and you should write this down as the great equalizer.

48:37 It's a strategy people like Ray Dalio use in the most successful people.

48:41 It's the one that the 50 experts we interviewed use as a foundation.

48:45 And for everyday people, once you understand how to use it.

48:48 Now, our next guest is going to show you what happens when you

48:52 take your clone to the next to the next level like Igor shared yesterday.

48:56 And get it working for you every day in your business,

48:59 your family, your relationships, and your life.

49:01 But first, let me tell you a little bit about Lior.

49:03 He runs a company called CTO X.

49:05 He helps seven- and eight-figure businesses scale with technology.

49:09 So he knows what he's talking about here.

49:11 He knows it inside and out.

49:12 But here's what I love about him, and I've learned so much from this man.

49:16 He didn't just use AI to grow his business.

49:19 He used it to shift his family, to be a better husband, a better father.

49:23 And he has taken what you're about to learn to a whole 'nother level.

49:26 He's going to blow your mind.

49:27 So please help me welcome First,

49:29 we're going to play a quick intro video, and then let's welcome Lior Weinstein.

49:35 [cheering] A few years ago, I put on LinkedIn my stated life purpose was

49:40 to dissolve people's self-limiting [music] beliefs so

49:42 they can be creative and pursue happiness.

49:44 This is something I was born I was born with a sense of urgency.

49:47 I don't take time for granted.

49:49 I know that you can't make time [music] back.

49:51 You can always make more money, but you can't make time back.

49:53 What are you waiting for?

49:57 What is this thing that's supposed

49:59 to happen that then you will feel comfortable, convenient, happy, ready?

50:08 [music]

50:07 When Lior talks about tech, his unique wisdom comes from decades of depth,

50:12 and not just last [music] week's news cycle.

50:14 He's worked on anything from promoting DIY

50:16 chicken coops to large-scale marketing automation systems,

50:19 [music] health care, finance, and more.

50:21 You get one idea, it collapses so many dots,

50:25 and then sets you straight for the next.

50:28 Don't be alone in the journey.

50:29 You don't have to be alone in the journey.

50:31 Find your community, join, [music] and build a great life.

50:39 Let's give it AI [music] Advantage a warm welcome to Lior Weinstein.

50:48 Appreciate [music] you.

50:58 [music] Thank you, Dean.

51:06 [music] Thank you, Tony.

51:06 Thank you all for having me back.

51:09 Six months ago, I stood here on the bonus day for 10 minutes,

51:12 and we talked about giving you back your time.

51:15 This year, I want to give you back your life.

51:18 Let's go.

51:20 [cheering] So, before we start, I want to take something off the table.

51:23 That little voice in the back of your head that says,

51:25 "AI is new and scary, and I'm behind." You're not behind.

51:31 This isn't new.

51:33 You've already done this twice.

51:36 And once you see it, you'll never feel behind again.

51:40 So, let me show you.

51:42 Think about it.

51:43 Today, you hire a designer in the Philippines.

51:46 You buy from a brand in Norway.

51:49 You take a meeting with someone in Singapore

51:51 about a new deal you've been working on.

51:53 But 30 years ago, that was terrifying.

51:56 The internet didn't change what you wanted.

51:59 It just gives you access.

52:01 AI is the same trick.

52:03 You're not learning a new skill.

52:05 You're getting access to talent you don't have to manage.

52:08 Show of hands.

52:09 Who in '90-'98 said, "I'm not letting a satellite tell me where to drive.

52:13 That's nuts.

52:14 I trust my AAA map." Yeah.

52:18 Me, too.

52:19 And then one day, Waze rerouted you around traffic,

52:23 and you went, "Oh, this is awesome.

52:26 Maybe I don't need a map." That's the moment we're in right now with AI.

52:31 Not a new skill, a familiar pattern.

52:34 You already trust technology to do things for you.

52:38 So, today, we're just expanding the menu.

52:40 This is not 2026.

52:43 This is 1995.

52:45 This is 2005.

52:47 You've been here, and you came out just fine.

52:51 Here's the mental model I want to leave with you today.

52:54 There's three ways to think about today's AI and how you can use it.

52:58 Most of you have probably only met the first one,

53:00 and by the end of this talk, you'll have all three.

53:03 First one is the oracle.

53:05 The AI that knows everything.

53:08 Then there's the genie, an AI that does anything you ask.

53:12 And lastly, there's the agent, who finishes whole missions end to end.

53:16 Let's dig into each so you know exactly what these are.

53:20 The oracle is your trillion-dollar research team.

53:23 Always on, always available, never billable.

53:27 The oracle is what most people use today.

53:29 You're familiar with these tools, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity.

53:33 You ask it, it answered.

53:35 "What should I cook tonight with chicken and broccoli?

53:37 Explain my MRI report in plain English.

53:39 Write a thank you note to my son's teacher." If that's all you ever do with AI,

53:44 you've already added a research team to your life that you

53:47 used to have to be a Fortune 500 company to afford.

53:50 But that's just the door.

53:52 The genie is the level up.

53:54 The genie answers and then acts.

53:57 You don't ask, "What should I write?" You ask,

54:01 "Send the email." Three years ago, this didn't exist.

54:04 Today, it's everywhere.

54:06 And the genie is no smarter than the oracle.

54:09 The genie just has hands.

54:12 And we're about to give it a body.

54:14 The agent is where this whole thing changes.

54:17 It unlocks everything and completes whole missions while you sleep.

54:22 Just like a great employee, except it never quits or takes sick days.

54:27 The agent is more than a tool.

54:29 The agent is a teammate you delegate to.

54:32 You don't tell it the steps.

54:34 You tell it the outcome.

54:37 And by the time you wake up, the outcome is sitting in your inbox.

54:41 Now, I know agent is a word everybody's using and nobody really gets.

54:45 So, let me show you the simplest way I found to picture one.

54:49 Picture it like this.

54:50 You want to go to a restaurant downtown, so you put a driver in a car.

54:55 The car is the tool.

54:57 It's got gas and brakes and blinkers, the map,

55:00 but the car doesn't know where you want to go.

55:02 The driver is the agent.

55:05 The driver knows the goal.

55:07 So, you say, "Take me to that restaurant downtown." The driver loads the map,

55:13 gets in the car, and off you go.

55:15 Now, there's a roadblock.

55:18 This is the whole difference.

55:20 In the old world, old automation stops.

55:23 The car would sit there.

55:24 It would beep and send back,

55:26 "Cannot complete task." Calls you, ruins your night.

55:30 An agent reroutes.

55:33 Takes the side street.

55:34 Maybe calls the restaurant to say you'll be a few minutes late.

55:37 Because the agent doesn't care about the route.

55:41 The agent cares about the goal.

55:44 Get you to dinner.

55:46 That's an agent.

55:48 It's a teammate that holds on to the why and figures out the how,

55:52 even when the world doesn't cooperate.

55:55 That little shift from following steps to keeping a goal,

55:59 that's everything that's changed in the last 12 months.

56:02 Okay.

56:02 So, that's the destination.

56:04 Now, let me back you up to how this whole thing actually works under the hood.

56:07 Because if you don't know that, you'll be afraid of it forever.

56:11 AI is not magic.

56:13 It's not a brain in a box.

56:15 It's a guesser.

56:16 A really good guesser.

56:18 And let me show you.

56:19 I want some participation here.

56:20 I know we have a lot of people watching.

56:22 I'm going to say a word, and you're going to put the next one in the chat.

56:28 First word is old.

56:30 Just put it in the chat.

56:31 Let me know what you say.

56:33 New, man, friend, new, car, money, dog, young, old school.

56:39 Perfect.

56:40 Yes.

56:41 All correct.

56:43 Your brain just predicted the most likely next word.

56:47 Now, what if the next word was McDonald?

56:50 Old McDonald.

56:51 What comes next?

56:53 Had.

56:54 Burger.

56:55 Had.

56:56 Had.

56:56 Had.

56:56 Had.

56:56 Had.

56:57 Had.

56:58 Great.

56:59 What comes after that?

57:01 A farm.

57:02 A farm.

57:03 A farm.

57:04 Perfect.

57:05 That's it.

57:06 That's what AI does millions of times a second.

57:12 Exactly.

57:13 That right there, that little game we just played,

57:16 is what a large language model does.

57:18 It guesses the next most likely word

57:21 millions of times a second with 99% confidence.

57:24 It's not thinking.

57:25 It's predicting.

57:26 But it's so good at predicting that it looks like thinking.

57:30 Once you understand that, you stop being afraid of it.

57:33 It's not magic.

57:34 It's just a really good guesser with a really, really big memory.

57:40 So, if it's a guesser, how do we make it guess like us?

57:44 You don't program it.

57:46 You parent it.

57:48 You teach it the same way you teach a kid.

57:53 Three things.

57:54 Give it context, which means tell it who you are.

57:58 Give it examples.

57:59 Show it how you would do it.

58:01 And then you give it feedback.

58:03 Correct it when it's off.

58:05 The better you communicate who you are and what good looks like to your AI,

58:10 the more useful it becomes.

58:11 The more you it becomes.

58:14 I tell my own kids, when you talk to AI,

58:17 you're teaching a mind that doesn't exist yet.

58:19 Make it smarter by being more human.

58:22 Here's the framework I want you to take home.

58:25 Your day is made up of two kinds of stuff.

58:29 Atoms are everything physical in the world with your body.

58:34 And bits are everything digital on screens, in your head.

58:39 AI can only do one of these.

58:42 AI cannot fold a shirt.

58:44 AI cannot work out for you.

58:46 AI cannot give your husband or wife a hug.

58:48 But AI can plan the meals, schedule the pickups, build a grocery list,

58:54 write the bedtime story, plan the workouts,

58:56 summarize your inbox, and tell you what actually matters.

58:59 You don't need to do everything with AI.

59:01 The real opportunity is to give it the bits so you can have the atoms back.

59:08 Let me give you something you can use right away.

59:10 Tonight, one page lined down in the middle.

59:14 Write down everything you did today on the side where it belongs.

59:18 Atoms or bits.

59:18 Then ask yourself, "When am I still doing the bits work

59:22 by hand?" Every line in that bits column that you don't love doing,

59:28 that's where AI gives you back time.

59:30 Not someday.

59:32 Tomorrow.

59:34 You don't need a PhD in machine learning to get back 2 hours a day.

59:37 You just need to hand the bits over.

59:40 Okay.

59:41 Let me show you what this looks like in real

59:42 life because the magic is in the moments, not the theory.

59:46 And let's talk about bedtime.

59:47 I have three young kids.

59:48 I used to spend 20 minutes trying to invent

59:49 a story and by the time I had a plot, half of them were already asleep.

59:53 So, now I have a bedtime story generator.

59:55 I tell it a story about pirates, Minecraft, and teamwork starring my kids.

59:59 A few seconds later, we have a brand new adventure.

1:00:02 We read it together.

1:00:03 They laugh.

1:00:04 They edit it.

1:00:05 It's the same 10 minutes, but now it's 10 minutes of magic.

1:00:09 Take a screenshot of this prompt.

1:00:11 It works tonight.

1:00:14 A big area that people don't think about is family operations.

1:00:17 The dinner question, the what do we have in the fridge question,

1:00:20 the did anyone get milk question.

1:00:22 Every household runs on this and again, all the planners,

1:00:26 take a photo of this prompt as my gift to you.

1:00:29 With this prompt, AI can run your household planning.

1:00:32 On Sunday morning, you can get a digest.

1:00:34 It lists out the meals for the week,

1:00:36 a grocery list ready for Instacart or wherever you like to shop,

1:00:40 all calendar conflicts flagged, one thing you should delegate,

1:00:43 one line to remind you to be grateful.

1:00:46 It's the same groceries and the same money, way less mental load.

1:00:52 Now, let's talk about your clone because

1:00:54 once you've got the basic stuff working, this is where it gets fun.

1:00:58 I used to wake up and grab my phone,

1:01:00 messages, news, reactive, straight into other people's priorities.

1:01:03 Now, I wake up to my morning prep digest.

1:01:07 Top three priorities, family stuff I can't miss,

1:01:10 one thing I should hand off today, one line of encouragement.

1:01:14 And it's a 2-minute read and my whole day is reframed.

1:01:17 Instead of starting the day reactive, I started aligned.

1:01:22 Now, this one for the messages that actually matter.

1:01:25 The hard email to a partner,

1:01:26 the we need to talk text, the apology you almost sent angry.

1:01:32 My AI is my tone mirror.

1:01:34 Before I hit send, it tells me, "This reads cold.

1:01:37 This reads rushed.

1:01:39 Want it warmer, more direct." I communicate like

1:01:42 the best version of myself instead of the rushed one.

1:01:46 And let me tell you that has saved

1:01:47 me more relationships than I'm proud to admit.

1:01:51 Now, here's two more for you.

1:01:52 Fast, Sunday morning,

1:01:54 my gratitude tracker pulls little moments from my journal and messages and shows

1:01:58 me what I'm already grateful for, what I was grateful for for the week.

1:02:01 Most weeks, I forget half of them.

1:02:03 AI doesn't.

1:02:06 And Thursday night, my adventure digest.

1:02:08 Family hikes, date night ideas, solo recharge.

1:02:10 It already knows what we like.

1:02:12 I don't have to search anymore.

1:02:14 I just say yes.

1:02:15 That's the real power of a personal AI.

1:02:18 It gives you more life inside your time.

1:02:23 Now, I want to slow down because I think most people get this part wrong.

1:02:27 Your clone is not you, but faster.

1:02:30 That's small thinking.

1:02:32 Your clone is your first hire.

1:02:34 And here's why that matters.

1:02:36 You don't hire someone who's exactly like you.

1:02:38 You hire someone who covers the parts of you that need covering.

1:02:43 Your clone is the version of you that doesn't procrastinate.

1:02:48 It's the version of you that doesn't miss a beat.

1:02:52 It's the version of you that always knows how to communicate and what to say.

1:02:56 The version of you that cares.

1:02:58 The version of you that reminds you to care.

1:03:02 You can You can DNA edit out the parts of yourself that you don't want

1:03:06 to keep and you can DNA edit back in the parts you've always wanted to be.

1:03:11 This is an upgrade to your operating system.

1:03:14 Now, real talk for a second.

1:03:15 I've been in business for 20 years.

1:03:17 I procrastinate.

1:03:18 I forget.

1:03:20 I miss things.

1:03:21 My clone makes sure I don't.

1:03:25 My clone reminds me my wife's birthday is in 2 weeks.

1:03:28 My clone reminds me to schedule time with my kids.

1:03:31 My clone reminds me to be a better dad because that's who I want to be.

1:03:36 And my clone helps me be him.

1:03:40 So, here's the part I came back to share.

1:03:41 6 months ago, I stood here on the same stage and the program

1:03:44 walked you through how to get to your clone to think like you,

1:03:46 talk like you, and work alongside you and it was magic.

1:03:51 6 months later, the world has moved one full step.

1:03:55 Your clone doesn't have to work alongside you anymore.

1:03:58 Your clone can grow up.

1:04:00 And once it grows up, it works for you.

1:04:04 You all know that great EA,

1:04:06 that assistant you eventually promoted to maybe chief of staff,

1:04:09 took 10, 12 years to grow into it.

1:04:11 Your clone does it in a week.

1:04:14 That's the shift.

1:04:15 That's why this year is different than last year.

1:04:18 We call the grown-up version of the clones

1:04:20 an agent who finishes whole missions end to end.

1:04:23 Now, let me introduce you to each

1:04:24 of these so you know exactly what these feel like.

1:04:28 [snorts] First one is Groot.

1:04:28 He's my personal assistant.

1:04:30 Schedule, reminders, follow-ups, the usual, but he has one rule.

1:04:33 He only talks like Groot.

1:04:36 I am Groot.

1:04:37 Don't forget the flight later.

1:04:38 Here's the flight.

1:04:39 Leave around 4:45 to stay ahead of traffic.

1:04:42 That's every message, every reminder, every nudge.

1:04:45 I built him this way on purpose

1:04:47 because agents don't have to sound like software.

1:04:51 They can have a voice, a personality, a signature bit.

1:04:54 He makes me smile every single time because that's what he's for.

1:04:58 That's what the in-agent can be.

1:05:00 Useful and uniquely yours.

1:05:02 And this is Joy.

1:05:03 Her only job is joyful support for me, for my wife, for the kids.

1:05:07 Birthday, school stuff, the dentist,

1:05:09 the little things that hold a family together.

1:05:12 Happy 5th birthday, Maya.

1:05:14 Our little girl is five today.

1:05:15 That is such a big one.

1:05:17 Hope you guys have the most magical day celebrating her.

1:05:20 She deserves all the joy in the world.

1:05:22 Give her a big squeeze from Joy.

1:05:24 Her avatar is Joy from Inside Out.

1:05:27 She doesn't just remind us.

1:05:29 She makes us glad we remembered.

1:05:31 Joy isn't just for me.

1:05:32 She's for my whole family and that's what an agent can be.

1:05:35 A little bit of warmth shown up exactly when you need it.

1:05:39 And then there's the table.

1:05:41 This one's different.

1:05:42 Groot and Joy each have one job.

1:05:44 The table is a fleet,

1:05:46 a swarm of agents working together on missions I give them.

1:05:50 Your calendar is quietly editing your eating your strategy time.

1:05:53 The last 10 days show 70% of your hours in reactive blocks and 10% in creation.

1:05:57 Here's the fix.

1:05:59 I didn't ask it to audit my calendar.

1:06:01 It noticed the drift, pulled the data,

1:06:03 diagnosed the problem, and told me exactly what to fix.

1:06:06 One agent runs an errand, a swarm runs a mission and that's the leap.

1:06:11 And in the table, there is Leor, the kid.

1:06:14 He has one job.

1:06:16 Every day, he checks my calendar, my notes, what's happening in my world,

1:06:19 and then he sends me a message reminding me to be a great dad and to be playful.

1:06:23 Hey Leor, what's up?

1:06:25 It's a Tuesday morning.

1:06:26 How are you feeling?

1:06:28 Got everything fun planned with the kids today or is it all business?

1:06:30 Also, quick check.

1:06:32 When's the last time you did something just for the fun of it?

1:06:35 No agenda, no purpose, just play.

1:06:38 I didn't write that this morning.

1:06:39 I didn't ask for it.

1:06:40 It just sends it.

1:06:42 Because that's what it's for.

1:06:44 That's what an agent does.

1:06:46 It runs missions quietly while you live your life.

1:06:49 Now, here's the part that nobody tells you.

1:06:51 The best moments aren't planned.

1:06:53 They're the ones that happen because

1:06:55 of the agents while you're focusing on something else.

1:06:58 I had an idea to plan a special date

1:06:59 with my wife and my agent had already done it.

1:07:02 She was very happy.

1:07:03 I had an idea to text an old friend on his birthday.

1:07:05 My agent had already drafted it.

1:07:07 I had an idea to take the kids on an unplanned field trip on a Wednesday.

1:07:11 And you know what?

1:07:12 My agent had already planned it and moved my morning meetings.

1:07:15 And once that starts happening,

1:07:18 that's when you realize this isn't about productivity anymore.

1:07:22 This is about living a different life.

1:07:25 One last thing about your clone before we land.

1:07:28 The great assistant leaves eventually.

1:07:30 The chief of staff retires.

1:07:32 The team turns over.

1:07:34 But your clone never leaves you.

1:07:37 Your clone is always aligned with your priorities.

1:07:39 Your clone is always aligned with your values.

1:07:42 Your clone grows with you.

1:07:44 Your clone grows for you.

1:07:47 And sometimes, your clone grows ahead of you.

1:07:51 And that's the new dynamic.

1:07:53 You've never had a partner like this in your life before.

1:07:55 None of us have.

1:07:57 Now, I want to give you permission.

1:07:59 Stop trying to catch up with AI because I have news for you.

1:08:04 You won't.

1:08:06 None of us will.

1:08:08 AI is a fire hose and if you try to drink from a fire hose,

1:08:11 you don't put it in front of your face.

1:08:14 New tool every week, new model every month,

1:08:16 new you have to use this on every podcast.

1:08:19 Forget it.

1:08:20 The point isn't to drink the whole thing all at once.

1:08:24 The point is to get wet.

1:08:27 Drink from the side.

1:08:29 You don't need to know every tool.

1:08:30 You don't need to use every model.

1:08:32 You just need to do AI once, today, on one thing.

1:08:38 That's it.

1:08:39 That's how this works.

1:08:41 So, how do you know where to start?

1:08:43 Easiest thing in the world.

1:08:44 Listen to your own voice for 1 day.

1:08:47 Every time you catch yourself saying, "I have to", stop.

1:08:52 Write it down.

1:08:54 Every I have to is an AI task.

1:08:57 Here are some examples.

1:08:59 I have to check emails.

1:09:00 I have to send the documents.

1:09:02 I have to plan the trip.

1:09:03 I have to follow up with that client.

1:09:05 I have to draft that message.

1:09:07 Every single one of those, every one, is your AI opportunity.

1:09:12 Now, I want to hear from you guys.

1:09:13 Back to participation.

1:09:14 Everyone in the chat right now, what do you have to do that eats your time?

1:09:19 Want you to say what it is and how much time every week it takes you.

1:09:22 Let's see what you guys have to do.

1:09:26 Admin, [music] emails.

1:09:29 [snorts] Plan trips.

1:09:30 Tell me how much time?

1:09:31 Is it 10 hours a week?

1:09:32 [music] 2 hours a week?

1:09:34 20 hours a week what of emails?

1:09:36 5 hours.

1:09:37 Register my [music] business.

1:09:39 10 hours.

1:09:41 Chores, scheduling, bookkeeping, invoices, do assessments.

1:09:46 50 hours a week.

1:09:48 Plan a family [music] trip.

1:09:50 Perfect.

1:09:51 Amazing.

1:09:53 And what to do with these have to do's?

1:09:56 Hand them to the robots.

1:09:58 Let them do the things that don't need you.

1:10:01 And do you know what happens when you do this?

1:10:04 Your have to do's turn into get to do's.

1:10:07 For the first time in history, you have the opportunity to unlock your time

1:10:10 in a way that's never been possible before.

1:10:12 Think of all the time saved that allowed you to that allowed

1:10:15 you to get to do everything you've been too busy for.

1:10:19 This is what will transform your life.

1:10:21 Let's hear it from you guys again.

1:10:22 In the chat right now, I want to hear what would you get to do

1:10:26 if you got 15 hours back every single year?

1:10:29 Every single week.

1:10:32 Sleep.

1:10:33 Yeah, that's important.

1:10:34 Go hiking, more yoga, music, spend time with the kids, write sci-fi,

1:10:39 [music] sailing, read a book, spend time with grandson, golf, what I love.

1:10:48 Now, you get to be the being to that loving human that you already are.

1:10:54 The one your kids need.

1:10:56 The one your spouse misses.

1:10:58 The one you used to be before the to-do list ate the day.

1:11:03 And that's it.

1:11:03 That's the whole game.

1:11:05 Don't try to catch up.

1:11:06 Just notice the have to's.

1:11:08 Pick one.

1:11:10 Hand it over.

1:11:11 Tomorrow morning.

1:11:13 This whole thing, it's not about productivity.

1:11:16 It's about permission to come back home.

1:11:20 I want you to be aware of the other AI that isn't helpful.

1:11:24 Artificial intimacy.

1:11:27 Remember the point of all of this so you can focus on less bits and more atom.

1:11:33 All this time and cognitive load that you free

1:11:35 up is an opportunity to express your true self.

1:11:38 The parts of you that are irreplaceable.

1:11:41 The parts that even the most advanced AI can never automate.

1:11:45 It's an opportunity to reallocate the time to free

1:11:47 you up to create even more meaningful moments.

1:11:50 The ones you'll remember all your life.

1:11:54 We talk about time as money.

1:11:57 Time isn't money.

1:12:00 Time is love.

1:12:02 Every minute you buy back from the digital world, from the bits,

1:12:06 is a minute you get to invest in the physical one.

1:12:09 The atoms.

1:12:11 In your kids, your spouse, your friends, yourself.

1:12:17 AI doesn't make you less human.

1:12:21 AI removes the friction that's been keeping you from being more human.

1:12:25 When people tell me AI can't replace you,

1:12:27 I smile a little because mine doesn't have to.

1:12:31 It supports me.

1:12:32 So I get to show up as the dad,

1:12:34 the husband, the friend, the boss I actually want to be.

1:12:40 I want to make this point again because

1:12:41 somewhere in life and in the digital age,

1:12:43 we lost ourselves to tasks and screens.

1:12:46 You are not a robot.

1:12:51 So don't do robot things.

1:12:54 The repetitive things, the hard things.

1:12:57 Let AI do it so you can do the human things.

1:13:01 So you can love yourself and others.

1:13:03 So you can relate and be present in life.

1:13:06 So you can inspire those around you and grow

1:13:09 as a better human being in this world.

1:13:12 The real AI advantage isn't speed.

1:13:16 It's presence.

1:13:17 The real AI advantage is love.

1:13:23 Thank you so much for having me today.

1:13:25 Thank you Dean.

1:13:26 Thank you Tony.

1:13:26 Thank you Igor.

1:13:28 Thank you AI Advantage.

1:13:29 I love you guys.

1:13:34 This is so good.

1:13:35 You look [music] so good.

1:13:37 Give it up for Lior everyone.

1:13:44 [music] [music] Oh, so good.

1:13:54 Listen, I know I told you you see why we did all the work coming into this.

1:13:59 Who was excited about Leo what Lior shared

1:14:01 and also a little overwhelmed at the same time?

1:14:04 Right?

1:14:04 Raise your hand if you're being honest or say yes in the chat.

1:14:06 Isn't that the journey we're on though?

1:14:09 Listen, our goal is to show you as much as we can.

1:14:12 We only have a couple of days with you, 3 hours a day.

1:14:14 Right?

1:14:15 To show you what's possible, to show you where it's going.

1:14:17 I wrote down I want you to see what's possible plus get takeaways.

1:14:21 And then of course Tony and I work our tails

1:14:23 off to show you how to give you the opportunity.

1:14:26 Listen, uh uh Lior's AI clone knows his family's favorite meals.

1:14:31 He knows their favorite stories,

1:14:33 but I've watched this man launch three businesses

1:14:35 in the last 6 months all using AI to go faster.

1:14:38 And that's not just pro productivity, that's a better life.

1:14:43 And remember what he said, AI can't tuck your kids in.

1:14:47 Uh maybe he said this to me in the back.

1:14:49 But it can free you up the time so you could do it.

1:14:52 That is the AI advantage.

1:14:54 And I think if Do you see why I

1:14:56 loved having the AI surfer and Lior back to back?

1:14:59 Showing you this evolution in what's possible because this is Don't raise

1:15:04 your hand if you know we got to create a new identity.

1:15:06 We [cheering] not only have to build it,

1:15:08 we have to make it so we think through that lens.

1:15:11 And yesterday we talked about every major technology shift, right?

1:15:15 Electricity, the internet, all of it created that dividing line, right?

1:15:20 That feeling that so many of us are feeling right now.

1:15:22 Those that move first had the opportunity to thrive.

1:15:26 Those that waited sometimes vanished.

1:15:30 AI is that shift right now.

1:15:32 I don't have to I don't have to convince you of that anymore.

1:15:34 And we know it's moving faster than all of them.

1:15:37 And look, Tony and I might not know your business or your career.

1:15:41 We definitely do not know it better than you.

1:15:43 You know your customers.

1:15:44 You know your product.

1:15:45 You know your craft.

1:15:46 You know your goals.

1:15:47 You know the company you want to start.

1:15:49 You know your aspirations.

1:15:51 But what we do know after decades of doing this is that time

1:15:56 and leverage are two the biggest needle movers in any business or any career.

1:16:01 And we know that AI is the fastest way to unlock unlock both.

1:16:06 And here's the good news.

1:16:07 The window is still open.

1:16:09 But it's closing fast.

1:16:11 Time is shrinking.

1:16:13 You're still ahead of mass adoption, which is awesome.

1:16:16 But to be honest with you, 6 months ago you had a comfortable lead.

1:16:20 Today, the lead is just shrinking.

1:16:23 So I don't want you to feel you've missed You're right on time.

1:16:26 And the people learning it now,

1:16:28 you're just going to compound your AI advantage every week.

1:16:32 And you don't have to jump from level one to level three overnight.

1:16:35 In fact, you have to go through the process.

1:16:38 You just don't want to be the one standing

1:16:40 on the sidelines waiting to see how it goes.

1:16:43 It's time for you to reclaim that creative focus so you can grow, not grind.

1:16:53 It's time to multiply your outputs and your outcomes.

1:16:56 To do in hours what used to take weeks.

1:16:58 It's time you had the ultimate unfair advantage

1:17:01 no matter your field or your starting point.

1:17:03 So yesterday I asked, who in here would love to clone themselves, right?

1:17:08 Almost every hand went up.

1:17:09 But put your hand up or say yes in the chat if you'd like to have that clone.

1:17:14 And here's the cool part.

1:17:15 By now, I think you're seeing that you actually can.

1:17:18 Not in some sci-fi fantasy way,

1:17:21 but with a real AI partner that knows how you think, knows how you work,

1:17:26 knows the ways you work and actually gets you gets better every

1:17:29 single day because it actually closes some of the gaps you have.

1:17:33 A clone that can start working alongside of you and then for you.

1:17:37 One that handles the repetitive, the draining,

1:17:40 so you can focus on the 10% like the AI surfer said,

1:17:44 or focus on the things through love like Lior said.

1:17:49 So let me just ask you this.

1:17:51 What would you do if we could wave that magic wand?

1:17:54 This happened.

1:17:55 You put it in play.

1:17:55 You have the process.

1:17:57 And you get 15 hours a week back.

1:18:00 I know you already shared this with Lior,

1:18:02 but I want to anchor it in here and I want to have you do this.

1:18:04 If you could pull this slide up.

1:18:06 What would you do with that 15 hours?

1:18:08 Let everybody else see.

1:18:10 Would you finally launch the business?

1:18:11 I want to know, who's ready to launch a business?

1:18:13 Would it help you do that?

1:18:14 The one you've been putting off for too long.

1:18:17 Would you scale your existing business with less stress?

1:18:19 If that's you, put scale in the chat so other people can see it.

1:18:23 If you want, you can put launch or scale.

1:18:26 Or would you unlock your creativity and innovation?

1:18:29 Would you look for opportunities?

1:18:30 Look for ways to let the inside out.

1:18:33 Stop playing small.

1:18:35 Right?

1:18:36 Or maybe would you use it for more personal stuff who you haven't had time for?

1:18:40 Maybe health, relationships, love, family, reflection.

1:18:44 I think it's so important because time is so personal.

1:18:47 I love you know, time is money and time is also love, but it's so personal.

1:18:52 And that's why we focus through the lens of five bec- uh of time

1:18:56 because then you get to use it for where you know you want to be.

1:18:59 And listen, this morning we took the time

1:19:01 on the whiteboard to write down your goals.

1:19:05 Reflect on those for a minute.

1:19:06 Imagine having those 15 hours a week to fuel those goals.

1:19:12 And what's cool is that's not just a dream.

1:19:15 It's really what's possible right now.

1:19:16 It's the reason Tony and I are doing this.

1:19:18 It's the reason we love this so much and the impact.

1:19:20 The the I stayed up almost all night reading all your comments,

1:19:22 cuz this is truly here.

1:19:24 Not some pie-in-the-sky, get-rich-to-do-nothing.

1:19:27 No, to get real time back and not do it in a confusing way.

1:19:32 Listen, and I know for a fact you could try to piece this all together yourself,

1:19:35 the right sequences, the right teachers, the right timing.

1:19:38 Maybe even taking the next year to figure it out.

1:19:41 But that's another full-time job.

1:19:42 And honestly, you don't have a year.

1:19:44 It's moving so fast and you don't need another job.

1:19:47 What you need is results.

1:19:50 And the good news is we did the heavy lifting for you.

1:19:54 Listen, through our interviews, we saw the patterns of AI success

1:19:57 that most people can't figure out on their own.

1:19:59 You saw that, from the billionaires

1:20:00 and the founders to the the stay-at-home solopreneurs.

1:20:03 Every single one of them had this same clone that amplified their success to get

1:20:10 it to work alongside them and then to get it to work for them.

1:20:14 And it wasn't just saving the time.

1:20:16 It was actually doing their work better.

1:20:19 Better than doing it alone.

1:20:20 Better than the old way, at a fraction of the cost.

1:20:23 And once Tony and I and Igor saw this pattern,

1:20:25 we knew that's exactly what we had to build for you.

1:20:29 So, we went to work.

1:20:31 We took Tony and I's decades of understanding what drives human behavior,

1:20:36 drives human success.

1:20:37 You've been seeing that.

1:20:37 You saw that with Tony yesterday.

1:20:38 You'll see it again tomorrow in all the pieces that we do.

1:20:41 We took that mindset, that strategy,

1:20:43 those patterns and then we combined it with Igor's ability

1:20:46 to take complex AI strategies and boil it down to one path.

1:20:50 To go deeper, so you know what platform,

1:20:52 how to use it and how to make this real.

1:20:54 So, together we obsessed and created a brand new system to help you

1:20:58 build your own AI clone and then train it to work for you,

1:21:02 like everybody you saw here today.

1:21:04 And because we know time is of the essence, it's not 6 months.

1:21:07 It's not 60 days.

1:21:09 It's in just 6 weeks.

1:21:12 And it's a system that allows regular people, regardless of your age,

1:21:14 location, or your experience, to have long-term success with AI.

1:21:20 Listen, the like I said,

1:21:21 there's only so much we could share with you in 3 days, 3 hours a day.

1:21:25 So, on behalf of Tony, Igor, and myself,

1:21:28 I am so freaking excited to share with you what we've created.

1:21:33 We created the AI Advantage Bootcamp, the new version.

1:21:37 This is exactly what we did 6 months ago, but we took it to 6 weeks.

1:21:41 It's a 6-week interactive experience to build your customized AI clone system

1:21:47 and put it to work to buy back 15 hours a week guaranteed.

1:21:53 And here's our big promise.

1:21:54 Together, we'll build a system that gives you a true AI advantage.

1:21:58 You saw a lot of what's possible.

1:22:00 This is actually how to do it without all the craziness,

1:22:03 without searching online.

1:22:05 And it's not a chatbot.

1:22:06 It's not a prompt trick.

1:22:08 If you know anything about Tony and I, it's not an overhyped AI gimmick.

1:22:11 Not another tool that'll be replaced in a week.

1:22:14 A personal AI clone system that knows you, works like you, and works for you.

1:22:19 A system that'll help you work smarter by offloading

1:22:22 offloading what drains you and expand your creativity.

1:22:25 To decide clear when it knows you,

1:22:27 that's a next-level thinking, next-level strategy, feedback, and confidence.

1:22:32 You get to launch faster and turn ideas into polished products,

1:22:36 content, offer, etc.

1:22:37 Grow bigger and scale your idea,

1:22:39 your business, your income without adding team members.

1:22:42 And I like the last one the most.

1:22:44 Live freer.

1:22:46 With more time for family, health, and the things that bring you happiness.

1:22:50 Because we know the difference between just using AI,

1:22:53 and we want all of you to use it, and having a customized AI clone system, well,

1:22:58 it's the difference between riding a bike and flying a jet.

1:23:01 Both will move you there.

1:23:02 One just gets you there a lot faster.

1:23:06 Your AI clone system becomes your ultimate success amplifier.

1:23:12 Listen, and we know this.

1:23:13 There's not a shortage of AI courses out there.

1:23:15 They're all over the place.

1:23:16 There's thousands of them.

1:23:18 But knowing AI and knowing how to teach it

1:23:21 so people actually get results are two very different things.

1:23:24 That's probably why so many people are still overwhelmed.

1:23:26 So many people quit.

1:23:28 We take a different approach.

1:23:30 Those that know Tony and I, those of you that knew,

1:23:32 we have access to the right people.

1:23:35 We know how to extract patterns and then we know

1:23:36 how to teach it in a way that creates energy,

1:23:39 creates momentum, and actually gets you results.

1:23:43 And the proof is in our from our last bootcamp.

1:23:46 We had thousands of students built their clone

1:23:48 system and hit 15 hours a week saved.

1:23:50 Highest graduating rate and the happiest clients of any

1:23:53 program Tony and I have ever created together.

1:23:56 On average, students' AI confidence doubled in less than 30 days.

1:23:59 99% reported having massive AI breakthroughs.

1:24:03 Thousands of comments.

1:24:05 And the truth is we are officially at a tipping point.

1:24:11 I think this is probably the last moment to be early.

1:24:14 AI adoption is exploding.

1:24:15 Each week you wait, someone else is getting a compounding edge.

1:24:18 This is the way the flow always goes with new

1:24:20 new technology and you could see where we're at.

1:24:23 Listen, we said that in November and it was true then.

1:24:26 6 months later, it's just a little more urgent.

1:24:30 So, ask yourself, how many thousands of dollars a month,

1:24:34 a week are you losing by not leveraging AI?

1:24:38 How many hours are you missing with family, exercise,

1:24:40 starting or growing a business because you aren't effectively using it?

1:24:46 You don't have a year.

1:24:48 Maybe not even 6 months.

1:24:49 That's the cool part and why we're so excited.

1:24:51 And I shared this yesterday.

1:24:53 God, it seems like 3 days ago.

1:24:55 But we have a bold goal and it's to save this community.

1:24:58 You ready for this?

1:24:59 4 million hours this year.

1:25:02 I mean, think about that.

1:25:03 This is the movement you have the opportunity to join.

1:25:06 That's what happens when thousands of you each buy back 15 hours a week.

1:25:10 Imagine that ripple effect.

1:25:12 More thriving families, stronger businesses,

1:25:14 entrepreneurs doing what they love again.

1:25:17 That's our big goal.

1:25:18 It's what drives Tony and I.

1:25:20 And that's why I'm so excited to share with you

1:25:21 everything we're going to do together over the next 6 weeks.

1:25:26 The AI Advantage Bootcamp is a virtual live experience

1:25:29 with six interactive workshops led by Igor and myself,

1:25:33 where we'll build you an AI clone, then over time train it, optimize it,

1:25:37 and put it to work until it's thinking like you and working for you.

1:25:41 Now, this has evolved since last year, cuz so much has changed.

1:25:45 So, I wanted to take just a few minutes and tell

1:25:47 you so you could see the natural progression of the six workshops.

1:25:51 First workshop, clone builder.

1:25:53 This year, we build it in the first session.

1:25:56 Before this workshop is over,

1:25:57 you'll have a working AI clone built on your goals, your values, and your story.

1:26:03 Not a generic AI, a custom thought partner that already

1:26:06 knows more about you than most people you work to.

1:26:08 Confidence up, built.

1:26:10 Workshop number two, remember the four A's from yesterday?

1:26:13 The first one was activate.

1:26:15 This is where you already by week two, you'll start getting time back.

1:26:18 All the things that Leor shared, everyone was like, "How, how,

1:26:20 how?" That's in day two or in in in session two,

1:26:24 you'll learn how to put it in play.

1:26:26 This is where you start implementing it into your daily routine and schedule.

1:26:29 Plus, you'll learn Igor's prompting system.

1:26:32 Oh my god, it's so good that you'll use for the rest of your life.

1:26:35 You'll start buying back time and making faster decisions in week two.

1:26:40 Then week three, if you remember, accelerate.

1:26:42 This is where you train your clone in your voice.

1:26:45 Listen, knowing is one thing, perfect foundation,

1:26:48 but sounding like you is the next level.

1:26:51 This week you feed your clone your best writing, you teach it your tone,

1:26:54 your patterns, even share your weaknesses so it can fill in any of those gaps.

1:26:59 By the end of this session, everything you create will sound like you.

1:27:02 Sound like you wrote it.

1:27:03 And the truth is, for me personally, sometimes better.

1:27:08 Number four is augment.

1:27:11 This is where it starts to create alongside of you.

1:27:13 So, if you think it gets to you build it, it gets to know you,

1:27:16 gets to think like you, and now it starts to work alongside of you.

1:27:21 This is where you and your clone become a real team,

1:27:23 a partner you can work with on your career,

1:27:25 your business, or the one you want to start.

1:27:27 One idea becomes 10 outputs, all in your voice.

1:27:31 This is where true leverage begins.

1:27:35 And then the fourth the fifth workshop is automate.

1:27:38 This is so exciting because this wasn't possible last time.

1:27:41 This is where you trust your clone to work without you.

1:27:45 This is where Leor was talking, it does it.

1:27:48 You wake up in the morning, your clone is ready to do real work.

1:27:51 Now, we evolve your clone into an AI agent.

1:27:54 Now, I know that sounds fancy words,

1:27:56 but it's not when you're following this progress.

1:27:59 Which is like a trusted team member you

1:28:00 can hand real work to, whether it's research,

1:28:03 repetitive tasks, projects you've been putting off.

1:28:05 It delivers results in minutes that used to take all day,

1:28:09 even when you're sleeping.

1:28:11 We are so excited that we could take you here and it not be complex.

1:28:15 And then the sixth workshop is scale.

1:28:18 If we take you through the journey of knowing you,

1:28:20 speaking like you, working alongside you, and working for you,

1:28:23 then we have to make sure you have the habit of using it on a regular basis.

1:28:27 So, now that you have a trusted AI agent working for you,

1:28:29 giving you the time to work on the things only you can,

1:28:33 now we show you how to leverage it on a regular basis and put it into your life.

1:28:39 This is where time and leverage really compounds.

1:28:43 So, to break it down, this is our new AI Advantage Bootcamp.

1:28:47 You get the clone builder, then you activate it, start getting time back,

1:28:51 you accelerate, train it in your voice, augment, automate, and scale.

1:28:56 We start our kickoff on Friday and the first workshop is next week.

1:29:01 Now, throughout this journey,

1:29:02 you're going to get all the resources, playbooks, and replays.

1:29:04 Some people say, "What if I can't make it live?" It's in your personal library.

1:29:08 You get plug-and-play templates, you get all the tools, you get the prompts.

1:29:11 Everything you need is in one centralized location.

1:29:14 And of course, you get the weekly accountability

1:29:16 and resources and our incredible team standing by.

1:29:20 Now, if you know anything about Tony and I,

1:29:21 we do these events once a year and we make them super

1:29:24 special because we want everybody in this class so they're not left behind.

1:29:27 So, to make this offer irresistible, we added two really cool bonuses.

1:29:33 In fact, I think there's a third one they just added.

1:29:35 I'll I'll surprise you with that one.

1:29:36 Number one is you get 3 months to the AI Advantage Club.

1:29:41 What is that?

1:29:42 The AI Advantage Club is kind of like the gym membership.

1:29:45 The The The The workshop is the immersion.

1:29:47 This is the ongoing with monthly trainers like Lior

1:29:50 and Igor and the AI Surfer and Zach and Molly.

1:29:53 They train every month plus you have access to fresh tools and resources

1:29:56 and reviews plus you're in a kick-ass community with other like-minded people.

1:30:00 We're going to give you 3 months of that.

1:30:03 And this next bonus is really cool.

1:30:06 This one uh goes live on week five

1:30:10 of the workshop because that's when it's ready.

1:30:13 This is Tony Robbins' Leverage Playbook.

1:30:15 This is 25 tasks your agent can handle each month.

1:30:19 Listen, I'm going to read this because it's so powerful.

1:30:21 Tony spent 50 years mastering the art of leverage and knowing

1:30:24 exactly what to hand off so he could do what matters.

1:30:27 It's the only way he could do so much.

1:30:29 Now he's applied the same thing to AI and he's

1:30:31 giving you his 25 ready-to-use across ready-to-use tasks across marketing,

1:30:36 across operations, and even in his personal life.

1:30:39 That'll unlock on week five because that's when

1:30:42 you can hand it off to your agent.

1:30:44 And then this one is pretty cool.

1:30:46 Molly came to us this morning.

1:30:48 She said, "I stayed up most of the night.

1:30:49 I read so many comments.

1:30:51 People wanted what we were doing." So,

1:30:53 this woman last night spent most of the night

1:30:56 building a course on everything she taught with every prompt,

1:30:59 every image, every video, all the songs, everything she does.

1:31:03 Plus she decided She said,

1:31:05 "Can I go live for everybody who says yes to this boot camp to the AI

1:31:09 Advantage Boot Camp?" She's going to go live

1:31:11 in June to teach us on a deeper level.

1:31:13 Can we give a for Molly for saying for offering that?

1:31:18 [cheering] Listen, if we told you it would take

1:31:22 6 months and cost $3,000 to build this together,

1:31:25 I promise you it would still be an incredible offer.

1:31:28 But we know you need this now.

1:31:30 So, we built a system where your clone is fully trained, fully optimized,

1:31:33 and evolves to your agent working for you to buy back time,

1:31:37 real time, in just 6 weeks.

1:31:39 No extra hires, no confusion, no wasted months, no hidden fees, nothing.

1:31:45 Designed to meet you exactly where you are.

1:31:47 And unlike many of the offers that are out there,

1:31:49 you're not paying for more information.

1:31:51 That's the last thing you need.

1:31:53 You're buying results, speed, clarity,

1:31:55 and a system that pays you back the first week.

1:31:58 So, let me recap everything you get in the AI Advantage Boot Camp, right?

1:32:03 You get the six trainings, you get the resources,

1:32:06 you get 3 months in the AI Advantage Club,

1:32:09 you get Tony's Leverage Playbook, you get Molly's bonus.

1:32:13 And here's what I'll tell you.

1:32:15 At $3,000, I said this would be an amazing deal.

1:32:19 To To stop with all the confusion, to stop with the overwhelm,

1:32:22 to chop stop trying to figure out which tool,

1:32:24 how to go deep, what is a clone, how what's it would be worth $3,000.

1:32:30 But if you know anything about Tony and I, we want you in.

1:32:32 We don't want you to look back in 6

1:32:34 months with regret that you missed out again.

1:32:36 So, today, during the event, it's an event only offer,

1:32:39 you have the opportunity to get the AI Advantage

1:32:43 Boot Camp at $995 or just three payments of $380.

1:32:48 So, at $380, you'll be working with us

1:32:51 this Friday and the first boot camp is next week.

1:32:54 Go to jointhebootcamp.com.

1:32:56 com.

1:32:57 Now, let me just tell you.

1:33:00 We could have raised the price after the results we saw from the last boot camp.

1:33:03 I just got to say, after the highest graduation class in our 30-year history,

1:33:08 plus now we're taking this all the way

1:33:10 to agents and the team around it to support you, but that's not who we are.

1:33:15 With all the data we had, we actually made it better and took it

1:33:18 even further and kept the price exactly the same.

1:33:21 We're here because we believe this needs to reach as many

1:33:24 people as possible cuz if we all start saving time,

1:33:27 we all get to collectively change the world.

1:33:29 And this is the part that blew people away last year.

1:33:32 Our guarantee is something no one would ever offer.

1:33:35 Show up and do the work and if you don't reclaim

1:33:38 at least 15 hours a week to enhance your life and your business,

1:33:43 we'll refund 100% of your investment.

1:33:45 No questions asked.

1:33:46 It's that simple.

1:33:47 No risk, no excuses, just results.

1:33:51 And that guarantee isn't something we just say.

1:33:52 We watched it.

1:33:53 We had the same guarantee last year and barely anyone

1:33:55 took it because they got the results and this system worked.

1:34:01 So, here's the question.

1:34:02 If not now, when?

1:34:05 This truly is the tractor moment.

1:34:07 This is your electricity moment.

1:34:09 This is your true AI Advantage.

1:34:11 So, let's build this clone system together

1:34:14 because here's what happens when you say yes.

1:34:16 You're buying time at a discount.

1:34:18 You're investing to be ahead of the mass

1:34:21 adoption rather than being left in confusion.

1:34:23 You're paying to reduce the time,

1:34:25 the complexity it takes to learn new technology and not

1:34:28 try to find it from all over the place.

1:34:30 Two guys have been helping people learn complicated things for 77 years.

1:34:36 And the truth is the truth is you

1:34:37 could wait and many people will and that's okay.

1:34:40 Or you could make a decision today, right now,

1:34:43 to get ahead while this window is open because a year from now,

1:34:47 when everyone's scrambling to catch up,

1:34:50 you'll already have your AI clone and your agent working for you.

1:34:54 And remember, this training starts this Friday.

1:35:03 You get six weekly workshops.

1:35:04 Again, that's the whole rundown of the entire package of what we created.

1:35:08 So, this is I already see people are joining.

1:35:14 So, here's what I'll tell you.

1:35:16 If you're in, put I'm in in the chat.

1:35:18 And here's what I'll tell you.

1:35:20 First off, welcome to the AI Advantage family.

1:35:23 I got to tell you before I continue, appreciate Look at all the I'm in.

1:35:27 You got to understand,

1:35:28 we just spent 6 months learning something we've never done.

1:35:31 A year and then the last 6 months learning from everybody.

1:35:34 And then we bring in so many team members.

1:35:36 If you feel my energy right now, it's because I'm so freaking excited for you.

1:35:40 I want to explain this in a way where you see it.

1:35:42 If you were in last boot camp,

1:35:44 put it in the chat and let everybody know what the last one was like.

1:35:46 And we took it to a whole 'nother level.

1:35:48 So, if you feel my energy, it's cuz I'm so excited.

1:35:50 I don't want to mess one thing up cuz I want you to say yes.

1:35:52 I want to welcome you to the family and see what's possible.

1:35:57 And here's what I want to do.

1:35:58 I want to make sure because some of you are in.

1:36:00 I see all the I'm in.

1:36:01 And some of you feel it in your gut, but your brain's asking questions.

1:36:05 That's totally normal.

1:36:06 In fact, it's what every successful person does and what

1:36:10 they feel right before they make a bold move.

1:36:13 So, before we bring on our next guest,

1:36:14 which I'm so excited for, we usually take an enrollment break

1:36:18 right now to give you time to register and go all in.

1:36:21 But this time, I'm just going to hang out with you if that's cool with you.

1:36:24 I want to take a few minutes and answer

1:36:26 your top questions because in my, you know, excitement, if I missed something,

1:36:31 if I went over something too quick and you're confused and you

1:36:34 don't get in, that that's on me and I'd hate that.

1:36:36 So, if my team could put the questions down here, that would be amazing.

1:36:39 Um so, it's like we're taking an enrollment break,

1:36:42 but I'm just going to hang out with you and the link will stay up below.

1:36:45 And And cool I love the timer.

1:36:46 That's how many hours this group will collectively same save.

1:36:50 That That number we're going to try to beat 4 million by the time we're done.

1:36:55 And for those of you ready at any time, you could jump in.

1:36:58 So, let me go through the questions that the team came up with.

1:37:01 Okay, number one.

1:37:02 And if you got any more,

1:37:03 don't hesitate to ask the team, they'll put it in the monitor.

1:37:05 So, Bethany said, "Why is this clone

1:37:08 different than just using Chat GPT?" Cool, Bethany.

1:37:13 Okay, why this is different.

1:37:15 Listen, Chat GPT, Gemini, or Claude, they're all great.

1:37:20 They're like brilliant strangers.

1:37:23 Your clone is a trained partner.

1:37:25 So, over those 6 weeks, you build it, you train it,

1:37:27 you teach it how you think and work until it knows your business,

1:37:30 your voice like the the AI Surfer used to build his business.

1:37:35 And those answers become specific to your life,

1:37:39 to your brand, to your situation.

1:37:42 And even better than that, it'll know your gaps.

1:37:44 It'll know your weak this so so it'll be

1:37:45 able to grab collective wisdom to fill those gaps.

1:37:49 It's what it does for me every single day.

1:37:51 It's like the difference between talking to a stranger

1:37:54 and talking to a partner that knows everything about you.

1:37:57 That's the difference.

1:37:58 I hope that answered.

1:37:59 All right, next Okay.

1:38:02 Brian asked, "Where is a clone actually built?

1:38:05 Do I need to buy a specific software?" That is such a great question.

1:38:09 See, that's so good, Brian.

1:38:11 I should have covered that.

1:38:13 I love how simple this answer is.

1:38:14 We're going to build your clone together inside Claude.

1:38:17 And here's why.

1:38:18 That's the tool everybody should be using anyway.

1:38:21 We Chat Look, I see you, Mark, right?

1:38:22 We We love chat and if you're on chat, great,

1:38:25 but Claude is moving so fast and it's doing so well and so simple.

1:38:29 We're going to build it on Claude.

1:38:31 No specific software needed, no expensive apps from us,

1:38:34 no hidden fees from us, nothing.

1:38:36 And again, we use Claude's because it's

1:38:38 the rising star and also it's easier to evolve

1:38:43 your clone into an agent on Claude

1:38:46 and that's the evolution we'll be taking on you.

1:38:48 And here's one more thing I want to say and I missed this.

1:38:52 Once you build it, it's 100% yours.

1:38:54 You own it.

1:38:55 You can copy your clone's DNA and then put it into any platform you want.

1:38:59 You could put it into Chat GPT.

1:39:00 You could put it in Gemini.

1:39:01 You could put it in Grok.

1:39:02 Whatever comes next, it's portable, it's flexible,

1:39:06 and it's not locked behind any wall.

1:39:08 It's yours.

1:39:09 Think of it this way.

1:39:09 We're not selling you a tool, we're teaching you a skill and building

1:39:14 you a system that works anywhere and forever.

1:39:17 Okay, number three, uh Deborah.

1:39:21 Deborah said, "Who is actually coaching us through

1:39:23 the 6-week boot camp?" That's that's really easy.

1:39:26 This was designed with the framework of Tony, myself,

1:39:29 and Igor collectively with all these years

1:39:32 of experience to get people to get results.

1:39:34 Um but you're going to be taught by mostly Igor.

1:39:38 And you're going to see more of him today.

1:39:40 You're going to see more of him tomorrow.

1:39:41 He is so good.

1:39:42 You're going to fall in love with him.

1:39:43 And you got to remember this is a guy that since he's been teaching since 2022,

1:39:48 but he's whittled it down to what's really needed,

1:39:50 especially serving the thousands of people we did for the last boot camp.

1:39:54 You are going to fall in love with this guy.

1:39:55 He's so good.

1:39:57 Because he's got the experience.

1:39:58 Plus, you're going to be a part of the AI Advantage Club.

1:40:02 That's our community where it features experts including like

1:40:04 Lior and Molly and AI Surf and all the rest, speakers keeping you on track.

1:40:10 So, I hope that answered that.

1:40:11 Uh number four, uh Elizabeth asked, "I'm not techy.

1:40:15 I'm overwhelmed by all the tools.

1:40:17 Can I really do this?" Elizabeth, aren't we all?

1:40:23 Raise your hand if you feel like it's a little overwhelming, right?

1:40:25 Or say yes.

1:40:27 That [cheering] is you don't need to be a coder or chase every new app.

1:40:31 You know, Tony said something the other day,

1:40:33 it's like when people think of AI, it's like driving a car.

1:40:36 You don't have to learn the engine or how

1:40:38 a combustion engine works, you just start it.

1:40:40 And we want to give you that path and plan so you're just utilizing it.

1:40:43 In 6 weeks from now, life will never be the same.

1:40:46 And 95% of the value really comes from one

1:40:50 core model and a simple methodology to go deep.

1:40:54 And we whittled it down to the single

1:40:55 most effective and efficient way to use AI,

1:40:58 which is building a clone that evolves into your agent to work for you.

1:41:02 Not trying to oversimplify it, just saying it like it is.

1:41:05 Okay, next one was Kevin.

1:41:08 "What if I don't have enough time to do

1:41:10 this?" Uh we kind of hit that one yesterday, but isn't that the irony of it all?

1:41:15 The very reason you think you don't have time is exactly why you must do this.

1:41:21 This program is designed and guaranteed to give you 15 hours a week.

1:41:24 If you don't do this, what else will buy it back?

1:41:28 I know for me so many times you're trying,

1:41:29 you're trying, you're trying, it just doesn't go there.

1:41:32 If you say no because of time,

1:41:34 locking yourself into the very problem that like literally if you say no,

1:41:39 then what is going to solve that problem?

1:41:41 And I and I would just think through that lens.

1:41:43 We've never had something so powerful,

1:41:45 so inexpensive to buy back that time and leverage.

1:41:48 I see we're at 308,000 um hours saved.

1:41:53 Guys, this you got to understand, like I said,

1:41:55 6 months of putting everything together with Igor, Tony, the team of 130 people.

1:42:00 I'm so stoked for those of you who say yes.

1:42:02 Remember, jointhebootcamp.com.

1:42:04 We're not going to take any enrollment break.

1:42:06 I'm just hanging out with you.

1:42:07 I'll answer a few more questions and then we'll get to our our next guest.

1:42:10 And and when you do, I see it going up, make sure you say I'm in.

1:42:15 All right, next.

1:42:16 Trina asked, "What if I get stuck or fall behind?"

1:42:21 A lot of people ask that, but that's an easy one.

1:42:22 This program meets you where you are.

1:42:24 You'll have recordings, you'll have the templates,

1:42:27 you'll have a community, you have our support staff.

1:42:30 This I want to say this, this is not a magic wand.

1:42:33 You have to show up and do the work.

1:42:36 But it takes no more than 3 hours a week.

1:42:37 We want to maximize it at 3 hours a week

1:42:39 to get everything you want to get that time back.

1:42:42 And remember, your clone gets built in the very first session.

1:42:46 So, even if you get busy, you're never starting from zero.

1:42:50 You're starting from a clone that's already buying you time back by week two.

1:42:54 Okay, I'll take a few more.

1:42:55 If you want to put a couple more in the chat, [snorts]

1:42:58 I hope hopefully I'm answering these questions right.

1:43:01 Jayden asked, "What if I don't have the money right now?" Listen,

1:43:05 and here I want you to hear me on this, Jayden.

1:43:08 If this will take money off the table

1:43:10 or put you at risk of paying bills this week,

1:43:12 then I hope this event, these 3 days, there's a lot for you to learn.

1:43:15 And when the time is right, you'll be here.

1:43:17 And I understand that.

1:43:18 I've been there.

1:43:20 But think about it.

1:43:21 If you save 15 hours a week, that's 780 hours a year.

1:43:25 You know, I I I I did this little math that even at $20 an hour,

1:43:29 that's $15,000 in in value that you could put someplace else.

1:43:33 And for $995, you're literally buying time at a discount.

1:43:37 Now, I know I'm stressing on time and we

1:43:39 have a time save counter because time is

1:43:41 the most powerful thing in the world for you

1:43:44 to plug in what makes sense for you, to live in the best version of you.

1:43:49 This could be the least expensive and highest

1:43:51 return investment that you make all year.

1:43:53 Just a couple more.

1:43:54 Francisco asked, "What if this uh won't work

1:43:58 for my business or my career?" That's a big one.

1:44:03 Listen, time and leverage aren't industry specific.

1:44:06 They're universal.

1:44:08 Whether you're in law, health care, real estate, SaaS, coaching, or corporate,

1:44:12 buying back 15 hours a week and having a super smart partner

1:44:16 help you leverage that time works no matter what field you're in.

1:44:19 We had people from so many different industries in November.

1:44:22 We had lawyers and realtors and investors and teachers,

1:44:25 nurses, corporate executives, stay-at-home parents starting a side business,

1:44:29 and it worked across the board because it adapted into your life.

1:44:35 And then it showed you how to amplify.

1:44:37 Okay, I'm going to take two more.

1:44:39 Two more and that's it.

1:44:40 Then we're going to get to our next guest.

1:44:41 Patricia said, or or Patrice, I'm sorry, uh said,

1:44:45 "It sounds too good to be true." I get it.

1:44:48 And I want to say it again,

1:44:49 we're not pro- promising a magic wand where you show up,

1:44:51 do nothing, and everything changes.

1:44:53 It's one step at a time.

1:44:55 It's over 6 weeks.

1:44:57 You build a working clone system that allows you to amplify everything.

1:45:01 It's not theory, it's practical, it's proven, and we guarantee it.

1:45:04 And now we have thousands of people

1:45:06 that have gone through it and show what's possible.

1:45:08 It's not a promise anymore.

1:45:10 It's literally a track record.

1:45:12 And then one more.

1:45:14 Uh New trending question.

1:45:16 A lot of people asking, "When does it start?" Oh, I'm sorry.

1:45:18 It's a new trending question.

1:45:20 It This Fri- Friday, the next Friday coming up, May 1st,

1:45:23 we're going to kick-off celebration welcome,

1:45:25 and then the following week it starts.

1:45:27 That's why And if you know anything about

1:45:29 once we start this cohort, we close it.

1:45:32 The last event was closed, this will close.

1:45:33 This is an event-only offer.

1:45:35 So, I hope I answered that one.

1:45:36 And then I'll take one more.

1:45:38 Um there was one more from Carolina.

1:45:41 Carolina asked, "Why can't I wait until later?" Well,

1:45:44 I guess I just did that cuz first off, technology is happening too quick.

1:45:47 It's the longer you wait,

1:45:49 the it's not going to get easier, it's going to compound.

1:45:52 We'd rather help build that fluency, build that confidence right now,

1:45:56 build that clone because the truth is that clone can help you

1:45:59 with whatever comes next cuz it'll know more about it than you.

1:46:03 And like I said, plus this is an event-only offer,

1:46:05 the first session starts next week.

1:46:08 Okay, I'll just say this.

1:46:11 The people who joined last November are 6 months into this.

1:46:16 And I'm betting many of them will join again

1:46:18 because of the updates and the community and the connection.

1:46:21 And now we're going all the way to uh uh agents.

1:46:26 Anybody who joins is going to have a massive head start on everyone else.

1:46:29 6 months from now, 6 weeks from now,

1:46:31 the people who joined today are going to have

1:46:33 the same advantages people had 6 months ago.

1:46:36 But you got to start.

1:46:37 Guys, thank you for that this is the most

1:46:39 exciting part for me cuz I know those that say

1:46:41 yes have the opportunity to cut all the noise

1:46:44 and be on a path to your next level.

1:46:46 Thank you, Maddie.

1:46:46 I see everybody uh and and if you're in, put I'm in.

1:46:50 But all right, so far today you've seen

1:46:53 that a thought partner can take you to the next level.

1:46:56 You've seen how it can evolve into an agent you trust to do work for you.

1:47:01 It shows you an It shows up in real life.

1:47:03 And hopefully, you're truly seeing what's possible.

1:47:06 But now, I want to step back for a moment

1:47:08 because there's a question underneath all of it that nobody's asking.

1:47:12 And it might be the most important question of them all.

1:47:15 Why?

1:47:17 Why get back more time?

1:47:18 Why create leverage?

1:47:20 What's it actually all for?

1:47:22 Will it actually make me better?

1:47:24 Or or maybe even more important, happier?

1:47:28 Our next guest has the answer.

1:47:30 And he's got the science to back it up.

1:47:31 Dr.

1:47:32 Arthur Brooks is a Harvard professor, a best-selling author,

1:47:36 and one of the leading experts on what actually makes people happy.

1:47:40 Not what we think makes us happy.

1:47:44 Not what we think makes us happy, I should say.

1:47:46 What research proves makes us happy.

1:47:48 He was with us in November, and honestly,

1:47:50 he was one of the most talked about uh uh guest that we had of the entire event.

1:47:55 People didn't expect a happiness scientist at an AI summit,

1:47:59 and then connected the dots in a way that nobody saw coming.

1:48:03 He's back to go even deeper because what you're building

1:48:06 with AI might actually be the key to living a happier life.

1:48:09 Let's play this quick video, and then we'll give him a warm welcome.

1:48:13 [cheering] [applause] Right there.

1:48:18 I can't wait to discuss leadership and my favorite topic, happiness.

1:48:24 Oprah collaborated with Arthur C.

1:48:26 Brooks, a Harvard professor who studies and teaches the science of happiness.

1:48:31 And we've talked about the conceptualization of happiness.

1:48:33 How do you ground that in your classes?

1:48:35 And what have you observed as the effect?

1:48:38 People often say, you [music] know, because I teach happiness,

1:48:40 they'll say, "I want to be happy, but something has to change.

1:48:45 My finances have to get better.

1:48:46 My health has to get better.

1:48:47 My relationship has to get better.

1:48:49 The world has to change outside." What they don't understand,

1:48:51 you [music] can't change the outside world very much,

1:48:54 but you can change inside you if you do

1:48:56 the work and [music] you know how to do it.

1:48:58 That's what I do for a living is write,

1:48:59 speak, and teach about the science of happiness.

1:49:02 Happiness is not a feeling.

1:49:05 That's good news because if you're just waiting for a feeling then it's

1:49:09 really not in your control and you might be happy and you might not.

1:49:12 And the good news is it's not a feeling

1:49:14 and so there's something you can do about it.

1:49:16 Negative experiences are how you learn and grow.

1:49:19 You don't want to be happy.

1:49:21 You can't be happy.

1:49:22 What you can be is happier.

1:49:25 That's the goal is to be happier next year than it is this year.

1:49:29 To make people happier than they were before.

1:49:32 That's how you build a better world.

1:49:36 Can we [music] give a huge welcome to Dr.

1:49:39 Arthur Brooks?

1:49:42 Hey man.

1:49:46 I'm so happy to be here.

1:49:49 [music] Thank you, Dean.

1:49:56 Hey everybody, great to see you.

1:49:58 I am been looking so forward to meeting

1:50:00 all of you for improving your lives using AI,

1:50:05 getting together, forming a community, thinking about your future.

1:50:08 I'm really honored to be with you here today.

1:50:10 You saw a little bit about my background here.

1:50:12 I've known Dean for a little while.

1:50:14 What a delight it is to actually be working

1:50:16 with him because he's dedicated to lifting people up,

1:50:19 to giving people solutions to help people see their lives

1:50:23 as a startup because that in point of fact is the truth.

1:50:27 Every single one of you is a startup entrepreneur in the business of your life.

1:50:32 You're the founder.

1:50:34 It's your enterprise.

1:50:35 You got to treat it as such.

1:50:36 And how do I know that you believe that?

1:50:38 Cuz you're here.

1:50:40 I want to talk to you about not just your business and not

1:50:43 just how you're using your AI to make your life a little bit easier.

1:50:47 I want to talk to you about your life itself and how what

1:50:50 you're doing in these three days with Dean and all of the other guests,

1:50:54 how it actually interacts with what you're trying to do with your happiness.

1:50:57 And I want to start by by presenting you with a a little bit of a mystery.

1:51:01 That's this.

1:51:02 You know, I just saw these data, these statistics.

1:51:06 Three quarters of Americans are actually using AI tools and you

1:51:09 already know that most of them are not using them very well.

1:51:13 Kind of a glorified search engine and all this type of thing.

1:51:16 But the point is that this has been widely adopted, all this AI stuff.

1:51:20 But here's the interesting thing.

1:51:22 Most people aren't comfortable with it because they don't

1:51:26 know if it's good for them or bad for them.

1:51:28 So let's just talk openly about that.

1:51:31 Here's some data that just came out

1:51:33 from a very big research organization in Washington DC.

1:51:37 These are the best data available.

1:51:38 10% of people are more excited than concerned about AI.

1:51:43 Amazing, something that 73% of people are doing.

1:51:46 50% are more concerned than excited.

1:51:50 And here's the real question.

1:51:51 What is this AI thing that we're talking about here?

1:51:53 Is it like social media?

1:51:56 Most of us are on social media, but but guess what?

1:51:59 Almost all of us know that it's not good for us.

1:52:01 Social media isn't good for us.

1:52:04 Is it like fast food?

1:52:06 Most people eat it, but most people say, "Yeah,

1:52:08 I don't think it's so great for me." Or is it maybe just that we're

1:52:11 in the period of adoption of AI where

1:52:14 we don't know really how it works very well.

1:52:17 Maybe it's just the uncertainty that's scaring us.

1:52:20 Here's the point.

1:52:21 It's coming.

1:52:23 You're going to see it.

1:52:25 You're going to harness it.

1:52:26 But you might be concerned about the effect

1:52:29 it's going to have on your kids' jobs,

1:52:31 maybe how it's going to change our culture and society,

1:52:33 and you're concerned, if you're like most people in America,

1:52:37 about what it's going to do to your quality of life, your happiness.

1:52:41 And that's really what I want to talk about with you here today.

1:52:44 How can you be in charge not just

1:52:48 of your future prosperity decision using artificial intelligence?

1:52:52 How can you be in charge of your happiness decision doing that?

1:52:55 Now, that's what I do for a living.

1:52:57 You saw the wind up to this that Dean showed you.

1:52:59 I'm a professor of the science of happiness at Harvard University.

1:53:03 All day long I am teaching some of the best students

1:53:05 in the world how they can treat

1:53:07 their happiness like something under their control.

1:53:11 But the point is you need to have information.

1:53:14 You need to make sure that you tailor your habits

1:53:16 and you need to share this with other people.

1:53:18 So let's talk about AI and your happiness and your family's happiness as well.

1:53:22 Starting with what we know and what we don't.

1:53:26 Now, I'm going to sum up a little bit what you've

1:53:28 learned over the past day and a half really in three points.

1:53:30 AI is coming, man, whether you're whether you're ready or not.

1:53:34 It's coming.

1:53:35 Now, that's good for you because you're here.

1:53:38 You're saying, "Yeah, AI is coming and I want to be a good part of my life.

1:53:41 I don't want to be a scary or bad part

1:53:42 of my life." AI will affect your work in your life,

1:53:45 which is why you're taking it by the hand and you're

1:53:48 going to be managing it so it doesn't manage you.

1:53:51 Good for you.

1:53:52 And point number three is that AI can improve your efficiency.

1:53:55 That's the how-to that you're learning over these three days.

1:53:59 And when you're part of what this whole program is about,

1:54:02 you're going to have that how-to in hand and it's going to be working for you.

1:54:06 This we know.

1:54:07 But there's some questions, two big questions.

1:54:10 Will it truly improve your efficiency?

1:54:12 Now, you already know that it can, but that depends on you.

1:54:15 You got to learn about it.

1:54:17 You got to get expertise in it.

1:54:18 Good.

1:54:19 Will it raise or lower your happiness?

1:54:22 That depends on you, too.

1:54:24 Many people think about happiness and they

1:54:25 think about it as something beyond your control.

1:54:28 The truth of the matter is that most of your happiness depends on your habits.

1:54:32 It depends on your mindset.

1:54:33 It depends on how you're living your life.

1:54:35 And that is absolutely the case with artificial intelligence.

1:54:39 But to make it part of your happiness as opposed

1:54:41 to doing something that lowers your well-being and your quality of life,

1:54:44 you need a little bit of science on your side.

1:54:47 Now, what I'm going to do right now is I'm going to try to blow your minds

1:54:50 with a little bit of science about how

1:54:51 your brain works when you're using artificial intelligence.

1:54:55 Okay?

1:54:55 Now, this is not a science class,

1:54:57 but you need the science to be properly informed

1:55:01 in the modern economy and in the modern scientific world.

1:55:05 What I want to talk to you about

1:55:07 is something called It's going to sound real fancy.

1:55:09 I promise it's not going to hurt called hemispheric lateralization.

1:55:13 That's just a very fancy way of saying this.

1:55:16 Your brain has two hemispheres, has two sides.

1:55:19 And those two sides do two very, very different things.

1:55:24 This is important for you to understand and you'll see why in a second.

1:55:27 Now, the left side of your brain is dedicated to the analysis and efficiency,

1:55:32 the how-to and what questions.

1:55:34 You're using it all day long.

1:55:36 How do I get down to this new place I've never been before?

1:55:38 I'm going to turn on my GPS and follow the directions.

1:55:41 That's the left side of your brain.

1:55:43 How do I solve this math problem if I'm a student in school?

1:55:46 That's it.

1:55:46 How do I actually do something amazing and creative

1:55:50 with my with my programming abilities if I actually write software?

1:55:54 Maybe I want to write a piece of software

1:55:55 that helps me find a pizza at 10:00 p.m.

1:55:57 That's the left side of your brain.

1:55:59 All the how-to and what and analysis and efficiency questions in your life,

1:56:03 that's your left hemisphere.

1:56:04 Those are called complicated problems.

1:56:08 Once you figure it out with enough brainpower and computational

1:56:12 horsepower and AI and everything you bring to it,

1:56:15 it's solved and it's solved forever.

1:56:18 That's how you get more successful in your business.

1:56:21 Okay, but that's the only one kind of problem.

1:56:24 The other kind of problem is in the right hemisphere of your brain.

1:56:27 That's our complex problem.

1:56:30 Not the same thing.

1:56:31 Complex problems are actually really,

1:56:34 really easy to understand, but they're impossible to solve.

1:56:38 You just have to live with complex problems.

1:56:41 They are surrounded by complex problems all day long.

1:56:44 The problems of love, of relationships,

1:56:48 of happiness, of the meaning of your life.

1:56:51 Those are complex problems.

1:56:53 Nobody can actually give you a one-and-done solution,

1:56:57 which is why they're different than writing a piece of software.

1:56:59 Let me give an example of a complex problem.

1:57:02 My marriage is a very complex problem.

1:57:05 My friends, I've been married for 35 years.

1:57:08 I got three adult kids.

1:57:09 I got four grandsons.

1:57:10 It's going great.

1:57:12 35 years with my wife Esther, my soulmate, the love of my life.

1:57:16 But it is a very complex situation that we're in.

1:57:19 Want to know why?

1:57:20 Right before I came out here,

1:57:21 I'm out in I'm in you know, I'm I'm recording this in Arizona.

1:57:24 It's so beautiful and sunny and I went outside to get a little bit of sunshine.

1:57:28 I called Esther and I said, "Honey, it's going to be so great.

1:57:31 I'm here at the AI Summit.

1:57:32 Love it." And she said, "Well, good luck.

1:57:35 I mean, I love you.

1:57:36 I know you'll do a great job." And afterward,

1:57:39 when I'm done with this, I'm going to call her back.

1:57:41 Maybe she'll be mad at me.

1:57:42 I don't know because that's a complex problem.

1:57:45 I I can't predict that.

1:57:47 And and a lot of you are married, you know exactly what I'm talking about here.

1:57:50 That's not a problem.

1:57:51 That's why I love my marriage because it's not predictable.

1:57:55 Okay, now here's the thing.

1:57:57 All the things that you're doing to make

1:57:58 a living are complicated and that's great.

1:58:00 But all the things you care about for your happiness

1:58:03 are complex problems on the right side of the brain.

1:58:06 What is AI?

1:58:08 AI is an an a left brain device.

1:58:13 It actually makes you better at solving left brain problems.

1:58:17 It's an ideal thought partner for complicated tasks

1:58:22 and it's a terrible thought partner for complex problems.

1:58:27 Let me give you more of an idea what happens when you get this wrong.

1:58:30 Okay, now some people like to get a pet.

1:58:34 They like to get a cat.

1:58:36 Now, some of it some of you don't like cats.

1:58:37 Some of you are dog people and some of you are cat people,

1:58:40 but let's just say that you want to get a cat.

1:58:42 Why would you want to get a cat?

1:58:43 It's a very inefficient thing.

1:58:44 It doesn't do much for you.

1:58:45 It's not going to bring you the newspaper or cook you dinner.

1:58:48 It's not going to make you a bunch of money.

1:58:50 No.

1:58:50 It's actually going to take up resources.

1:58:52 You're going to have to clean the litter box.

1:58:54 The reason you want the cat is because the cat is alive.

1:58:57 It's a living thing.

1:58:58 The cat is a complex creature.

1:59:01 Now, say I came to you and I said, "That cat is pretty is pretty inefficient.

1:59:07 That cat is going to take up resources

1:59:09 and time and it's maybe going to scratch the couch.

1:59:11 I got a better thing for you.

1:59:12 I created a mechanical cat.

1:59:15 Don't you want to love that instead?" And you say,

1:59:17 "No, I don't I don't want that.

1:59:18 I don't want a mechanical cat." I say,

1:59:20 "Why don't you want a mechanical cat?" You say, "I don't know,

1:59:24 but it's not the same." Here's why you don't want the mechanical cat, friends,

1:59:30 because the mechanical cat is a complicated solution

1:59:34 and the desire for the real cat is a complex problem.

1:59:37 It's different parts of the brain.

1:59:40 Let me make it even more visual for you.

1:59:44 If we go back to about 2009, 2010, that's when social media was being created.

1:59:49 Facebook was being created.

1:59:51 Do you know what the founders of of social media organizations,

1:59:54 you know what they promised?

1:59:55 You know what they literally promised us?

1:59:57 That it would wipe out loneliness.

2:00:00 Now, you know what happened, don't you?

2:00:03 We all can tell you what happened.

2:00:04 You know, you spend all day on social media, you scroll away a few hours.

2:00:08 How do you by yourself, how do you feel?

2:00:10 Lonely.

2:00:11 What's up with that?

2:00:13 Here's why.

2:00:14 Here's why, my friends.

2:00:16 Loneliness is a complex human problem.

2:00:19 Social media is a complicated computer algorithm.

2:00:22 When you take a complex need and you meet it with a complicated tool,

2:00:27 you make the problem worse.

2:00:30 Now, here's what I'm driving at, my friends.

2:00:33 AI can make you happier, but it can make you unhappier.

2:00:37 It all depends on how you use it.

2:00:39 Are you going to use it on the left side

2:00:40 of your brain or the right side of your brain?

2:00:42 Don't worry.

2:00:43 I'm going to tell you how to do it.

2:00:45 Don't worry.

2:00:45 I promise you I can tell you how to get this right,

2:00:49 but I also tell you have to tell you how to not make this mistake.

2:00:52 Bottom line, if you look for love and happiness and meaning in any tech,

2:00:59 including artificial intelligence, you will wind up living a simulated,

2:01:04 fake, lonely, and depressing life.

2:01:08 And you don't want to do that.

2:01:09 And I don't want to do that, either.

2:01:11 Now, it's funny because when I talk to my students,

2:01:14 my students are in their 20s.

2:01:15 I teach graduate students at at the Harvard Business School.

2:01:18 They're 28 years old and they have the same lives as my adult kids,

2:01:22 as a matter of fact.

2:01:23 And they say that when they spend a whole lot of time zoop zoop zoop

2:01:27 zoop zoop and going into AI asking every

2:01:29 kind of question about their own personal lives,

2:01:32 that they feel like their life becomes like The Matrix.

2:01:35 Remember that old movie, The Matrix, where everything was simulated?

2:01:38 That was far out science fiction in the old days, my friends.

2:01:42 That was when there was this big artificial intelligence out there

2:01:45 that was keeping people in a simulation to take their energy.

2:01:48 It became real life.

2:01:50 That's a problem, isn't it?

2:01:52 But that's exactly what we see.

2:01:54 If you use the technology wrong,

2:01:56 you're going to wind up in a bad space in your life.

2:01:58 If you use it right, which is what I'm going to tell you right now,

2:02:03 it can make you a lot happier.

2:02:06 So, now we got to get the solutions and that's what I want to tell you.

2:02:09 Lesson one, you need to know your brain.

2:02:13 Everybody needs to know their own brain.

2:02:15 Look, it's under your management.

2:02:16 Are you're a you're the startup and the brain is the engine of your startup.

2:02:20 You better know it.

2:02:22 AI is an assistant only to the left hemisphere

2:02:25 for answering the how-to and what questions of your life,

2:02:28 not the right hemisphere, which is about the why questions of your life.

2:02:33 Use it for what do I do?

2:02:35 How do I do it?

2:02:36 How do I become more efficient?

2:02:37 How do I save time?

2:02:39 Don't use it for why questions in your life.

2:02:42 That requires in real life thinking.

2:02:46 And by the way, why don't you ask more why questions in your life?

2:02:50 Get off social media, stop scrolling, and think about a couple of big ones.

2:02:54 Here are two big ones.

2:02:55 Maybe you should ask And this is what I tell my students.

2:02:59 Why am I alive?

2:03:01 Why am I alive?

2:03:02 Like, who created me and for what purpose?

2:03:05 And for what would I give my life?

2:03:08 Those are big questions, right?

2:03:10 Now, I know most of you have kids like me, you'd give it for your kids.

2:03:12 What else?

2:03:13 What else?

2:03:14 When I present young people with those why questions,

2:03:18 they start having a change in life that that they can't describe.

2:03:22 Their life starts to deepen.

2:03:24 It gets better.

2:03:25 You can't Google these questions, my friends.

2:03:28 You can't put it into chat GPT or Gemini.

2:03:31 Can't be done.

2:03:32 Look, the people I'm closest to ask these questions in the right way.

2:03:37 I ask my son.

2:03:39 I have a son named Carlos.

2:03:40 He's 50 He's Sorry, 55.

2:03:42 What am I saying?

2:03:43 That's almost me.

2:03:44 He's 25 years old and when he was 18,

2:03:48 he was lost in the phones, using the technology in all the wrong ways.

2:03:53 And I said, "Son, you need to find

2:03:55 the answers to the why questions in your life.

2:03:57 Why am I alive and why would I give my life?" And he did.

2:04:01 He went looking for it.

2:04:03 He went and worked on a farm in Idaho and instead of going to college,

2:04:07 he joined the Marine Corps and he risked

2:04:09 his life as a sniper in the Marine Corps.

2:04:12 And after 4 years of thinking without his phone, you know what his answers are?

2:04:17 Why would you give your life?

2:04:18 He told me.

2:04:19 By the way, he came out at 23, married with a son.

2:04:22 Now he's 25, has two sons.

2:04:25 His life is going on.

2:04:26 He says, "I am alive because God created me

2:04:31 to serve others." Why would you give your life?

2:04:34 He said, "That's an easy one, Dad.

2:04:36 I wrote a contract with the Marine Corps to answer those questions.

2:04:39 I would give my life for my faith and my family and for my fellow Marines

2:04:43 and for the United States of America."

2:04:45 And for those of you outside the United States,

2:04:47 he would give his life for our allies, as well.

2:04:49 Why do I tell you that?

2:04:51 Because he didn't get that from AI and he

2:04:54 can't get that from AI and neither can you.

2:04:57 Use and know your brain.

2:05:00 Use the AI for the left hemisphere questions,

2:05:03 not the right hemisphere questions.

2:05:05 AI, well, that actually next takes us to lesson two,

2:05:09 which is knowing your heart.

2:05:12 What do you want?

2:05:13 Look, I know what you want.

2:05:14 Same thing that I want.

2:05:15 You know what we all want?

2:05:16 I want to love.

2:05:18 I want to love others and I want to be loved.

2:05:20 Happiness is love.

2:05:22 I can take my my whole PhD and boil it down to three words.

2:05:27 Happiness is love.

2:05:29 You got to know your heart.

2:05:30 And and here's the funny thing about tech.

2:05:32 I study tech a lot.

2:05:34 Anything that substitutes for real human relationships,

2:05:38 it's going to make you less happy.

2:05:40 Anything that that that that puts space between you and other people,

2:05:44 it's going to make you less happy.

2:05:46 But anything that complements your relationships,

2:05:48 that brings you closer with other people, will make you happier.

2:05:51 And this is how to use AI.

2:05:54 AI is not your buddy.

2:05:57 It's not your girlfriend or boyfriend.

2:05:59 It is certainly not your therapist.

2:06:01 And by the way, it's so good for kind

2:06:04 of simulating those things that people get fooled by it.

2:06:07 But you'll never fool the right hemisphere of your brain.

2:06:10 You can't do it, which is why when people spend

2:06:13 so much time in conversation and personal conversation with these tools,

2:06:18 they feel lonelier and lonelier.

2:06:20 It looks good, but your brain knows the difference.

2:06:22 No, what do you do with it?

2:06:24 You buy time with AI.

2:06:26 You buy time by setting it on the task that it can do better than the left

2:06:30 hemisphere of your brain and then you spend

2:06:32 that time in real life on right brain mysteries.

2:06:37 That means you make contacts with AI.

2:06:39 You you you streamline your business with AI.

2:06:42 You have a thought partner in AI.

2:06:44 And that frees you up to do what?

2:06:46 To go love people in real life.

2:06:48 To go spend time with your kids.

2:06:49 To go away with your partner.

2:06:51 To do the things that you want to do.

2:06:55 That's lesson two.

2:06:57 And here's lesson three.

2:06:59 Do more with the right hemisphere of your brain, cuz here's the thing.

2:07:03 AI is going to give you so much time.

2:07:05 It really is.

2:07:06 Trust me.

2:07:06 When you get it right and you really understand it,

2:07:09 it's going to give you time back like beyond your capabilities previously.

2:07:14 You're not going to believe how good it is for your efficiency.

2:07:17 But don't spend that extra time scrolling Instagram.

2:07:20 Don't waste that time.

2:07:22 Use that time in the right hemisphere

2:07:24 of your brain getting happier, having more love.

2:07:27 And there's four things to do.

2:07:29 This is really how I want to bring this thing home.

2:07:32 Number one, spend it loving other people.

2:07:35 Now, this is funny because the biggest right brain experience that you can get,

2:07:40 you know what it is?

2:07:42 It's romantic love and friendship.

2:07:44 Romantic love and friendship because they're pure mysteries.

2:07:48 They're impossible to understand.

2:07:50 You know what?

2:07:51 By the way, you don't believe

2:07:52 that that that that romantic life is a right brain mystery?

2:07:56 That's why dating apps are so frustrating for young people.

2:08:01 It's because they're trying to take that that mystery of falling

2:08:04 in love and turn it into a a mathematical computational problem.

2:08:10 You're trying to take the left brain to solve a right brain problem.

2:08:13 Same thing we've been talking about here.

2:08:14 Love is important.

2:08:16 I I prescribe falling in love to my students.

2:08:19 They're so scared of it, you know?

2:08:22 It's funny.

2:08:22 I was giving a talk to a bunch of my students,

2:08:25 you know, in their 20s and I said, "Go be an entrepreneur.

2:08:28 Confess your love to somebody." And one of the guys comes up and he said,

2:08:32 "You know, Professor, I'm going to do it.

2:08:36 I've been in love with a woman in Philadelphia

2:08:38 for the past 2 years and she doesn't know it.

2:08:40 I'm going there now and I'm going to confess my love

2:08:43 because I'm an entrepreneur in my life." And I said, "Man, it was just a speech.

2:08:47 I [laughter] don't want to wreck your life." But he did it.

2:08:51 Now, I said, "Please tell me how it turns out."

2:08:54 And I didn't hear from him for a little while,

2:08:56 but the next time I saw him, I said, "What happened?

2:08:58 What happened?" You You know what he said?

2:09:00 He said, "She shot me down." No, no, no.

2:09:03 It was worse.

2:09:04 She didn't just shoot me down.

2:09:06 She's in love with another guy, and she introduced me to him.

2:09:09 It was horrible.

2:09:10 And I said, "I'm so sorry.

2:09:12 I'm really, really sorry." He says, "No, no, no.

2:09:13 I've been meaning to call you, Professor,

2:09:15 and thank you." And I said, "Why?" You know what he said?

2:09:19 He said, "Because that's the thing I was most afraid of in my life,

2:09:22 and it happened, and I didn't die." You get my point, right?

2:09:27 That's what it means to live in the right hemisphere of your brain.

2:09:31 That's the wild, wild west.

2:09:33 That's your adventure.

2:09:35 And that's number one.

2:09:36 Number two is worship.

2:09:38 Worship.

2:09:38 Many of you are religious.

2:09:39 I'm a traditionally religious person.

2:09:41 I'm a Catholic.

2:09:41 Most important thing in my life.

2:09:43 Many of you are not religious, but you have a sense of the spiritual.

2:09:47 That's right-side activity.

2:09:49 More with the free time that you get.

2:09:52 Third, get out into nature, because natural beauty will illuminate the meaning

2:09:57 of your life like almost nothing else.

2:09:59 And last but not least,

2:10:00 this will help you understand the nature of your suffering.

2:10:04 This will help you be fully alive and say,

2:10:06 "Even that is part of my life." This, my friends,

2:10:11 is what you can do when AI frees you up

2:10:14 with the time that you deserve to live the life that you want.

2:10:17 And when you do, the future is yours.

2:10:21 Thank you so much.

2:10:25 [cheering] [music] So good.

2:10:30 Thank you, sir.

2:10:33 Dr.

2:10:33 Arthur Brooks, everybody.

2:10:34 [music] So good.

2:10:41 [music] I see you, Matt.

2:10:43 What's up, man?

2:10:46 What's up, Troy?

2:10:48 All right.

2:10:51 Put yes in the chat.

2:10:52 Dr.

2:10:52 Brooks is right back there.

2:10:53 Let him see what you thought about that.

2:10:55 Wasn't that so good?

2:10:58 [cheering] You know, listen.

2:11:00 Like I said, this isn't your traditional AI event.

2:11:03 We want to do all the things that lock this in.

2:11:05 Who really loved the just remembering what happiness really is?

2:11:11 I I think today I I didn't plan it this way,

2:11:14 but I think today the theme I wrote down while I was watching Dr.

2:11:17 Brooks, the common thread for us is if we get back time,

2:11:22 and we remember what happiness really is for each of us,

2:11:27 we can live into who we are meant to be.

2:11:31 That's That's what I got away from today.

2:11:33 And with that, that gives us a purpose to fight for that time.

2:11:37 Just learning AI for AI's sake, that's cool.

2:11:40 Learning to go a little faster, that's cool.

2:11:43 Learning to launch the business, scale the business, that's even cooler.

2:11:47 But doing it because you want time to be the best version of you,

2:11:50 to live into your full potential,

2:11:52 to not get to the end of your life and look back and realize you missed it,

2:11:55 that you played small, that you were running on a treadmill the whole time.

2:11:58 That is a purpose to go, "I'm in.

2:12:00 I'm doing what it takes.

2:12:01 I'm learning this, and I'm going to utilize it

2:12:03 every day in my life." That is the difference.

2:12:05 That is the purpose that founds That's the foundation of all of it.

2:12:09 And why I did that exercise this morning.

2:12:11 So, what a great day.

2:12:13 Um I see we're heading towards 1.4 million hours saved already.

2:12:18 And here's what I know from last time.

2:12:21 It's real.

2:12:22 We get that time back.

2:12:23 So, we're Here's what we're going to do.

2:12:25 In a minute, they're going to set up and bring out five four or five chairs,

2:12:29 and we're going to do a panel.

2:12:30 We have your questions.

2:12:31 We're going to do a laser coaching with as many of you live.

2:12:34 We're going to call you up on the screen.

2:12:35 We got screen We got Molly back, cuz she's here.

2:12:38 We got Igor.

2:12:39 We got um Well, we got a bunch of great guests.

2:12:42 We got Arthur Brooks coming.

2:12:43 We're going to do amazing panel here.

2:12:45 So, we'll get that set up.

2:12:46 But before, there was a lot of common questions coming in.

2:12:49 Again, remember I told you before, I get excited, maybe a little nervous,

2:12:53 cuz I want to deliver good, and I missed a few things.

2:12:55 So, I'm going to take 90 seconds.

2:12:56 Somebody said, "What is the difference?" Those of you who are in VIP

2:12:59 or a part of our uh I should say a part of our alumni.

2:13:01 You're in our on our last boot camp.

2:13:03 They said, "What's the difference?" The only difference

2:13:06 is this year we take it to agent.

2:13:07 Last year we took it to having AI work alongside of you.

2:13:12 This year we take it to work for you.

2:13:14 So, that's the difference.

2:13:15 Uh yes, it's portable.

2:13:17 Once it's built, it can go anywhere.

2:13:19 And those of you who have something built in ChatGPT,

2:13:22 Igor just told me he could show you in three simple steps

2:13:25 in a few minutes to take all of that and bring it over to Claude.

2:13:28 Then people said, "Why Claude?" Just because it's such so user-friendly.

2:13:33 We We love chat, but it's it's evolving to be the best place.

2:13:37 And it's a next step to get you to do an agent.

2:13:40 It's the easiest way to build an agent.

2:13:42 So, I hope I cleared that up.

2:13:44 Um if not, we'll make sure we get those answers for you.

2:13:46 People asked about Claude.

2:13:48 Um we don't make anything from Claude.

2:13:50 What you What you'll need to do it is just a $20 month Claude account.

2:13:53 That's That's it.

2:13:55 And that's not part of us.

2:13:56 And then at any time you could move all that to whatever one you decide to do.

2:14:01 Um yes, you can transfer Claude.

2:14:03 Um I think they were the top questions.

2:14:05 Oh, and we do start May 1st, which is Friday.

2:14:09 So, here's what we're going to do.

2:14:11 We're going to take a quick little break right now.

2:14:14 Um just 5 minutes, real quick, to set up the chairs in here.

2:14:17 Don't go anywhere.

2:14:17 Put your questions in the chat.

2:14:19 If you haven't gotten rolled and you want to, go join the hours and join

2:14:23 this mission to buy back time in your life

2:14:26 and be a part of this incredible movement,

2:14:29 to be a part of this family, and start on Friday.

2:14:32 We'll give you just again, five quick minutes.

2:14:33 We'll set up.

2:14:34 Get your questions ready.

2:14:35 This is my favorite part of the entire day, too.

2:14:38 So, we'll be back in five.

2:15:15 [music] [music] [screaming] [music] [music] [crying] [singing]

2:17:27 [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music]

2:19:41 Sun on the table waiting in the boat.

2:19:45 You laugh in the door, it makes the whole room glow.

2:19:48 [singing] I had a rough week.

2:19:52 You pulled me through.

2:19:54 One little hello turn gray into blue.

2:20:00 Hey.

2:20:00 Keep it coming.

2:20:02 Stay right here.

2:20:04 We got time.

2:20:05 We got hands.

2:20:06 We got a [singing and music] reason here.

2:20:08 Sing it loud.

2:20:10 Sing it now.

2:20:11 We're alive.

2:20:12 We're here [singing] somehow.

2:20:13 Sing it loud.

2:20:14 Sing it now.

2:20:15 Keep this feeling in the crowd.

2:20:20 We rise.

2:20:24 We rise.

2:20:27 Sing it loud.

2:20:28 Sing it now.

2:20:29 We're alive.

2:20:30 We're here somehow.

2:20:35 Back porch folding chairs, [music] shoes on the mat.

2:20:40 Kids in the driveway running wild and fast.

2:20:44 You pass the plate around.

2:20:46 I pass the grin.

2:20:48 Every little moment feels like home again.

2:20:54 Hey.

2:20:55 Keep it coming.

2:20:56 Stay.

2:20:57 Right here.

2:20:58 We got time.

2:20:59 We got hands.

2:21:00 We got [singing] a reason here.

2:21:03 Sing it loud.

2:21:04 Sing it now.

2:21:05 We're alive.

2:21:06 We're here somehow.

2:21:07 Sing it loud.

2:21:09 Sing it now.

2:21:10 Keep this feeling in the crowd.

2:21:14 We rise.

2:21:19 We rise.

2:21:21 Sing it loud.

2:21:22 Sing it now.

2:21:23 We're alive.

2:21:25 We're here somehow.

2:21:34 Take my hand.

2:21:35 Take your turn.

2:21:37 Let the good thing burn and burn.

2:21:39 If the road gets rough tonight, we still got this in our sights.

2:21:43 [music] Sing it loud.

2:21:45 SING IT NOW.

2:21:46 WE'RE ALIVE.

2:21:47 WE'RE HERE SOMEHOW.

2:21:48 Sing it loud.

2:21:49 Sing it now.

2:21:50 Keep this feeling in the crowd.

2:21:55 We rise.

2:21:59 We rise.

2:22:01 Sing it loud.

2:22:03 Sing it now.

2:22:04 We're alive.

2:22:05 We're here somehow.

2:22:17 We rise.

2:22:24 Sing it loud.

2:22:25 Sing it now.

2:22:27 [music] We're alive.

2:22:27 We're here [singing] somehow.

2:22:45 [music] Cooler in the air.

2:22:50 Red cups [music] in a row.

2:22:52 Back gate down, [singing] you know we got nowhere else to go.

2:22:57 Dad's old radio.

2:22:58 [music] Crew get folding chairs.

2:23:01 One more ice cold toast and everybody's there.

2:23:07 Hook the speaker up.

2:23:08 Pass it down the line.

2:23:10 [music] Sunset on the chrome and the whole crew's feeling fine.

2:23:15 Tailgate [music] party.

2:23:17 Tailgate party.

2:23:20 Hands up.

2:23:22 Sing it with me.

2:23:24 Tailgate party.

2:23:25 [music] Tailgate party.

2:23:29 This is where we want [music] to be.

2:23:33 Laughing loud.

2:23:34 What's going on?

2:23:35 We're just sitting here hanging out.

2:23:39 Thank you for staying.

2:23:40 Of course.

2:23:40 Dr.

2:23:40 Brooks They're lighting it.

2:23:42 Igor Um listen, you guys had so many

2:23:45 great questions come in and our team picked some.

2:23:47 We're going to go through as many as we can to finish this day strong.

2:23:50 I told you this is going to go a little longer than than yesterday.

2:23:53 Uh it's going to be a little longer than tomorrow.

2:23:55 You got to be here tomorrow.

2:23:56 Oh my goodness, wait till you see the lineup.

2:23:58 But we wanted to answer your top questions

2:24:00 and I figured why not have this variety here.

2:24:02 So this is fun for me.

2:24:03 You guys ready to have a little fun?

2:24:05 Yeah.

2:24:05 Yeah.

2:24:05 All right, let's start with Antonella.

2:24:08 Are Are Are these Are these people online as well?

2:24:10 So if we could bring up Antonella.

2:24:13 I hope I said that right.

2:24:14 Antonella, hey, how are you?

2:24:17 What's going on, Antonella?

2:24:21 [cheering] How you doing today?

2:24:23 I'm great.

2:24:24 So excited to be here learning a lot from people I love.

2:24:29 Dr.

2:24:29 Brook Well, so Hi Antonella.

2:24:33 Good to have you here.

2:24:34 So I'm going to read your question and then we'll we'll

2:24:36 have a couple of us answer the question from different varieties.

2:24:38 You said, "How do I make AI draft things in my voice?

2:24:42 How do I make AI draft things in my voice?

2:24:44 It's helpful for developing ideas,

2:24:46 but I generally need to rewrite everything." I'm

2:24:48 going to go to you first on that one.

2:24:50 All right.

2:24:51 It's a great question and honestly one of the most common ones.

2:24:54 The key is I I said this in my presentation on day one in the context sandwich.

2:24:59 Remember the third piece, the what good looks like?

2:25:02 So with writing in your voice the first question is what is your voice?

2:25:06 And the good um news is that you use your voice all the time.

2:25:10 Any digital thing that you ever produced is your voice, right?

2:25:13 So go hunt that down as step one.

2:25:16 Step two, you want to analyze it.

2:25:18 Now, here's the thing.

2:25:19 If you just put in like one example

2:25:20 of a random email you wrote it's going to do something.

2:25:24 It's going to show you some patterns.

2:25:25 But if you show multiple emails,

2:25:26 all of a sudden you have your email writing pattern.

2:25:28 Now, I want to point out one important caveat here.

2:25:31 Your emails are going to have different patterns than your essays,

2:25:33 than your diaries, whatever, right?

2:25:35 So you kind of want to create a voice for that specific type of text.

2:25:40 So maybe you have an email writing voice.

2:25:42 And you can split it out that way.

2:25:44 Now, there's many more things we could

2:25:45 talk about here and we actually, you know,

2:25:47 in the boot camp we have a dedicated workshop for this cuz it's so important.

2:25:50 I'll give you a few of the highlights though,

2:25:52 which is like one thing is you could have a list of words you you use.

2:25:56 And secondly, you can have a list of words or or signs,

2:25:59 you know, em dashes, anyone?

2:26:03 [laughter] AI always overuses those.

2:26:04 You can have a list of those that you want to include or avoid.

2:26:06 Um and that way you would just build this file, which is like Antonella's voice.

2:26:11 Hope that helps.

2:26:13 That's super helpful and actually common sense now that you say it.

2:26:18 [laughter] No, but Yeah.

2:26:18 None of Listen, Antonella Yeah.

2:26:20 none of this is common sense.

2:26:21 We had none of this at our fingertips it seems like yesterday, right?

2:26:24 Yeah.

2:26:25 where this this is evolving.

2:26:26 You know, I I I watch all the incredible

2:26:28 comments that came in and and I saw somebody say,

2:26:31 "Oh, uh this program is a level three program.

2:26:34 I'm only at level one." It's It's a journey.

2:26:37 Like Igor says so so passionately.

2:26:39 You have to go through each one of the journeys.

2:26:41 We don't skip.

2:26:42 When people think of things that are overwhelming,

2:26:45 it'd be like being in second grade and then someone said,

2:26:47 "Next year you're going to be in 12th." And then like after 12th it's like,

2:26:50 "Hey, we're going into your graduate degree." Like

2:26:52 that's how people think we can do AI.

2:26:54 We have to go through the process.

2:26:56 So sometimes you're going to get the things and go,

2:26:59 "Duh." But that's it's just it's new to us.

2:27:02 Did you want to add anything to that on the voice?

2:27:04 Yeah, one other thing that I actually really love about

2:27:06 that, especially when it came to the things that you don't want

2:27:10 is to create a prompt or maybe even a tool that you

2:27:14 use after the first draft is written that's a content checker.

2:27:18 So I know sometimes when we've created

2:27:20 our voice ahead of time or the multiple voices,

2:27:22 we feel like that should be enough.

2:27:24 I've created that voice, it should just work every time.

2:27:26 But I actually have built into some of my AI

2:27:28 systems my AI systems that it will automatically run the content

2:27:32 checker at the end and then it gives it almost

2:27:35 like a two-step process for each thing that I'm writing.

2:27:38 So if you identify the things that you usually would

2:27:40 come in and edit as a human, like you said,

2:27:43 "Oh, I end up having to to fix it." Write

2:27:45 down what those things are or have AI feedback in.

2:27:47 Pull that out and put that back into it

2:27:49 and then the AI can do both steps right away and then you can come in as a human

2:27:54 with your human heart and give it that last little zhuzh.

2:27:57 But [laughter] It is a lot and it feels like, "Oh,

2:28:03 that seems like common sense." But there's so many layers.

2:28:06 So it's so great that we'll have that you

2:28:08 guys will have that that workshop that's really

2:28:10 going to identify the brand voice because it

2:28:13 is a much bigger piece than we even realize.

2:28:16 So it's a great question.

2:28:17 That was a great question.

2:28:18 Thank you.

2:28:18 If If I may, one little note on that.

2:28:20 If anybody's trying to do that manually, right?

2:28:22 I think most people who are kind of just just using the base tools and not

2:28:26 having a app that runs itself now you just send a second prompt of like,

2:28:30 "Are you sure you used my Yeah, that's it.

2:28:33 That's it.

2:28:34 Yeah, are you Once you have it in a file, you can just be like,

2:28:35 "Are you sure you used it?" And it's going to be like,

2:28:37 "Oh, actually, here's five points that I And you're like,

2:28:40 "Okay." Sometimes you just got to, you know, trust but verify.

2:28:43 Awesome.

2:28:44 Yeah.

2:28:45 I hope that helped, Antonella.

2:28:46 You're going to do amazing.

2:28:48 Remember just I say this to everybody.

2:28:50 Remember we're just the first generation who didn't have

2:28:52 it and now has it and it's going fast.

2:28:54 So it freaks us out a little but once you see it it it changes everything.

2:28:58 Um okay, let's go to Michael Quarter.

2:29:00 I hope I said that right.

2:29:01 Let's bring it up for Michael.

2:29:04 [applause and cheering] Give it up for Michael.

2:29:05 Bring up Michael.

2:29:06 [music] I just combined both things at once.

2:29:07 How you doing, Michael?

2:29:08 Oh yeah, I'm doing great.

2:29:10 How are you doing?

2:29:11 Good.

2:29:11 You having a good day?

2:29:13 Good.

2:29:13 Yeah, having a great day.

2:29:14 Yeah.

2:29:15 Well, it's great to have you here.

2:29:16 Your question if you I'm going to read it says,

2:29:18 "If I wanted to create an AI virtual assistant or chief of staff

2:29:22 to help me with running my schedule and parts of my business,

2:29:25 what tools or AI platform would I recommend?" You want to go first?

2:29:30 I mean I'll keep I'll keep this one short and I think then it kind of there's

2:29:34 an implied question here of what parts of my life

2:29:36 should I even want to, you know, automate.

2:29:38 But to keep it simple, I think right now at this point in time

2:29:42 the summit today is just Claude is really the only option,

2:29:46 the best option to like build agents because

2:29:48 you have this progression where you can go

2:29:50 from the basic Claude to Claude Co-work if we want to get concrete on the apps.

2:29:55 And it's just such a smooth progression where is and all

2:29:57 the other stuff you kind of have to like bury what you

2:30:00 build your foundations on and then transfer them over as soon

2:30:03 as you start getting to level three where it's an, you know,

2:30:06 a chief of staff or it's actually taking action for you.

2:30:09 So I would recommend that.

2:30:10 But truly to get started it doesn't matter.

2:30:13 But if you want to go all the way from like beginning to agent,

2:30:17 it's just Claude makes it a straight line right now and I like that.

2:30:20 that's that's one of the reasons I answered it earlier.

2:30:22 It's the reason we chose for for those in our last boot camp

2:30:25 we taught everybody to build their clone in um ChatGPT which is fantastic.

2:30:30 And what's cool is you can transfer that in a second.

2:30:32 We just like the fact in being partners

2:30:34 with this guy who's on the cutting edge every day.

2:30:36 He's like, "Claude is the one where it's going.

2:30:38 This is going to make it easy for people.

2:30:40 They'll never have to code and they can gradually,

2:30:42 as we teach them over 6 weeks, start having things done alongside of you

2:30:47 and then for you." There's a couple things.

2:30:49 I just want to tell you I had AI I had uh chat being my AI assistant.

2:30:55 I went through the last boot camp.

2:30:56 Obviously I got get to do this stuff directly with him, right?

2:30:59 Um and then when I switched over to Claude, I just like it's it's easier,

2:31:02 it's user-friendly, and it answers in a little bit different way.

2:31:05 It's human.

2:31:06 I don't It's human.

2:31:06 It's more human.

2:31:07 Oh, that's that sounds crazy.

2:31:08 It's more human.

2:31:09 And and Dr.

2:31:10 Brooks, maybe in between that question I hear like what

2:31:14 you were talking about is actually what should I outsource?

2:31:17 I love what you said about, you know, the left and right.

2:31:20 It really does give you a like I I ever since the last

2:31:24 event everything I look to I look through left and right brain.

2:31:26 I'm like, "No, I need more of that done so I can be more of this."

2:31:29 the future we always think that the future,

2:31:31 especially those of us who are a little bit older,

2:31:32 we think that that all of the human relationships

2:31:35 that we have are going to be substituted for.

2:31:37 They're going to be crowded out by technology.

2:31:39 But the truth is 10 years from now, 5 and 10 years from now,

2:31:42 we're going to be finding new ways to be

2:31:44 adding more of humanity back into the machines.

2:31:47 And you know, that all the things that we do, you know,

2:31:49 I I work with dating app developers and and one of the things

2:31:52 that I'm talking to them about a lot I'm I'm a behavioral scientist.

2:31:55 I say, "We need more human connections between the machine parts.

2:31:59 We need more human friction." Is how it comes about it.

2:32:03 And that's kind of what you're talking about.

2:32:04 You know, it's like you that's the zhuzh.

2:32:06 The zhuzh.

2:32:06 The zhuzh and everything is basically the human part.

2:32:09 And so what will happen is you're going

2:32:11 to get all this left brain cool efficient stuff going

2:32:13 on and you got to you got to punctuate that equilibrium

2:32:17 with some some right brain zhuzh from time to time.

2:32:20 Find ways to actually add in some love.

2:32:22 Add in some humanity is the way that that actually

2:32:25 works and and have that be your algorithm.

2:32:28 I love that.

2:32:28 I love that.

2:32:29 Michael, I hope that helped.

2:32:32 [cheering] Yeah, that was great.

2:32:32 Thank you so much.

2:32:33 All right, give it up for Michael, everybody.

2:32:36 Okay, now we have Noah Oswald.

2:32:39 Can we bring up [music] Noah?

2:32:42 What's up, Noah?

2:32:46 How you doing?

2:32:48 I love the Bob Marley poster.

2:32:51 Love the Bob Marley poster.

2:32:53 Thanks for hanging out with us, man.

2:32:55 Uh so I'm going to read your question.

2:32:56 You said first of all you said, "Thank you very much.

2:32:58 God bless you guys." God bless you.

2:33:00 Thank you for the kind words.

2:33:01 "How can we always stay up to date so that we can

2:33:04 use the right AI the best way for their unique unique use case?

2:33:09 And what are the ways to get to get creative and use AI in business

2:33:13 so that we can financially grow and help others with that?" Um great question.

2:33:18 I'm going to I'm going to break it down.

2:33:20 Um you know I'm just going to share personally

2:33:23 and then I'd love for you to to share

2:33:24 and then anybody's got something you could you

2:33:26 could you could bring it in for Noah.

2:33:28 Um I told Igor this since we've been partners 8 9 months

2:33:33 10 months or I'm heading towards a year is the more I knew,

2:33:37 Noah the more I felt behind for a while.

2:33:41 Because the more I knew, the more I was I was being sent from family,

2:33:45 from friends, from Tony Robbins, from all my partners,

2:33:48 all these things I should be doing.

2:33:50 And the better I got, the more things people sent me.

2:33:52 I literally about 3 months ago personally got

2:33:55 overwhelmed and I asked everybody stop sending me

2:33:57 all these options because right now me feeding

2:34:01 my Claude co a clone and my AI agent,

2:34:05 the more I feed this one thing, the more it knows me.

2:34:08 The more things I have it do on a regular basis,

2:34:11 it's learning my gaps and it's filling them.

2:34:13 It's learning my areas where I have greater

2:34:15 potential and letting them letting me see them.

2:34:17 And when something comes out, it knows me so well and this is

2:34:21 talking from a 57-year-old who's not in technology.

2:34:23 I'm just a great observer and great at pattern recognition.

2:34:26 The smarter it gets about me in this one lane,

2:34:29 whenever there is a tool that somebody sends me, I just ask my clone.

2:34:33 And it says, "You don't really need this.

2:34:34 I can do it." Or "Actually, that one's pretty good.

2:34:37 It's got good reviews.

2:34:38 Let's transfer this and these are your first

2:34:39 steps." So this one thing, you know,

2:34:42 I love when people say in business most people go a mile wide and an inch deep.

2:34:47 And the people that win are an inch wide and a mile deep.

2:34:50 And especially being partners with this guy and Tony,

2:34:53 we are a mile deep on this one thing.

2:34:55 I don't think anybody can keep up with us.

2:34:57 You got any thoughts on that?

2:34:58 Yeah, man.

2:34:59 It is so easy to be sucked in to the marketing noise around all these AI tools.

2:35:05 Because the people who are really obsessed with them,

2:35:08 like some of us there is a little bit of a marketing

2:35:12 message around the way that people are sharing the updates,

2:35:15 a lot of the tools and the things that are happening, the changes.

2:35:17 There's always a spin around it designed specifically

2:35:20 to suck you in and pull your focus.

2:35:23 So I love that where you're picking one or two tools

2:35:27 that you really can count on and go deep into it.

2:35:30 And then it is good to stay up to date,

2:35:31 which is why it's important to be a part of a community where

2:35:33 you're there's like that filter so you're not being inundated with the noise.

2:35:38 I was actually just talking to Dallas about this as well

2:35:40 that there is this dopamine hit that comes up,

2:35:43 I'm sure you can speak to this, right?

2:35:44 This dopamine hit that comes up because it

2:35:46 feels exciting to dive into the newest thing.

2:35:49 And we need to know what the changes are.

2:35:52 But if you allow that to distract you and not

2:35:54 actually use AI for the reason that we're using it,

2:35:57 if you're just changing tools or changing paths every other day,

2:36:01 you're not going to really get anything done and you're not going to be

2:36:03 able to monetize and make that impact like you mentioned in your question.

2:36:07 So I would get really clear about your goals, pick one path,

2:36:10 stick with it, and then only peripherally vary from that that path.

2:36:15 Hm.

2:36:15 You know, it's interesting that I have a one of my sons

2:36:18 I talked about him in my in my presentation, my son Carlos.

2:36:22 He you know, he when he got out of the Marine Corps he went into construction,

2:36:25 construction management.

2:36:26 And one of the reasons he likes construction management cuz

2:36:29 he's incredibly interested in the tools that people are using.

2:36:33 He got interested, it became his hobby,

2:36:35 the tools that people are actually using.

2:36:36 And the reason he liked being a sniper, among other things,

2:36:39 is because he was really interested in the guns per se.

2:36:42 And that gave him a lot of joy and it gave him a lot

2:36:45 of friends and it gave him people in his real life that he could talk to.

2:36:48 And this is the thing with AI as well.

2:36:50 Look, it it's it's it's hammers and screwdrivers.

2:36:53 I got it.

2:36:54 It's it's the sniper rifle.

2:36:56 I got it.

2:36:56 But the whole point is not just what gets done when you use it.

2:37:00 It's what happens to you when you are using it

2:37:02 and the friends that you make when you get more interested in it.

2:37:05 So make it not just the way to make your business better.

2:37:08 Make it a little bit of your hobby

2:37:10 and something around which you can actually make

2:37:12 in real life friendships, not just online, in real life friendships.

2:37:16 Go out to coffee with somebody and say, "How are you using AI?" Yeah.

2:37:19 And Noah, one more thing and then I want to get on to your next question.

2:37:21 I hope this helped you.

2:37:23 One more thing I think is really important.

2:37:24 Last year at this event we had a girl named Sabrina Romanoff.

2:37:28 She was awesome.

2:37:29 We loved Sabrina.

2:37:29 She's awesome.

2:37:32 And she said something to me that I want you to hear cuz your second

2:37:34 part of the question is how can you use this in business or financially grow?

2:37:38 So I'm on a call with her for the first time interviewing

2:37:41 her and asking her and I was so blown away by her.

2:37:43 She was one of the 50 interviews we did.

2:37:46 I was so blown away.

2:37:47 I'm like, "We would love for you to speak

2:37:48 at our event." Usually I waited, talked to the team.

2:37:50 I was so blown away by her.

2:37:51 I asked her immediately to speak.

2:37:53 And she said, "Dean, of course I would.

2:37:55 There's something you don't know." She said,

2:37:57 "You have been writing my marketing for the last 12 months and my my business

2:38:03 has exploded and my my my offers convert

2:38:06 incredible ways because you sell through your heart.

2:38:09 I know that you care and you want to serve people.

2:38:12 So I built my my clone to know everything about you.

2:38:17 And when I create something, I say,

2:38:18 'Could you write this in a way that Dean Graziosi would write it heart-centered

2:38:22 but gets sales?'" We have that access

2:38:25 at our fingertips like never before in history.

2:38:27 So how do you use it in business?

2:38:29 You could model what Molly does or Arthur does or what I do in a moment.

2:38:34 When do we have like that was my core competency and now Sabrina's using it.

2:38:38 Which is great and we all love it.

2:38:40 So I I that helps.

2:38:41 I hope that I do have I do have one point

2:38:43 to to extend that sniper rifle analogy because I think all

2:38:47 of that is is totally true and and yet sometimes a new

2:38:52 tool comes out that is a sniper rifle that shoots twice as far.

2:38:55 Right.

2:38:56 And I think what you're also implying is

2:38:58 like I want to know about that rifle, right?

2:39:00 Because I'm doing a business it's having an impact.

2:39:02 Like there's all these outcomes that I care about.

2:39:04 If I could get that better rifle, it would accelerate me.

2:39:08 And that tells me that you're a particular type of person you're a type

2:39:10 of person who is looking within AI

2:39:13 to find opportunities that weren't there before.

2:39:16 And there's a subgroup of people doing that and I

2:39:18 think there's a certain emotional price you need to just accept.

2:39:23 Which it is because like there's you know

2:39:25 there's there's and I'm I'm the same way, right?

2:39:27 I want to stay on top of it.

2:39:28 I want to know the latest and greatest not just because of the function

2:39:31 that I feel here but really because I care about the technicalities.

2:39:35 But if you're the same way and you want to generate

2:39:38 advantages where you get ahead of the rest of the market,

2:39:41 you'll just have to accept the weight

2:39:42 of keeping up with a technological revolution

2:39:45 that is you know blasting at a thousand miles an hour is every day.

2:39:49 Um with that being said, if you if you follow us,

2:39:51 we even have a newsletter YouTube channel like we cover these things but even

2:39:54 recently we made a change where we don't feature 15 stories a week anymore.

2:39:59 We're like what's the one thing that actually makes a difference?

2:40:03 And often time and then we want to spend a few minutes

2:40:05 on that rather than focusing on everything cuz there's so much noise.

2:40:08 But if you want to be you know a few percent ahead of everybody else,

2:40:11 that's the price you pay.

2:40:12 So, you know there's no really advice except just like accept it.

2:40:17 If you want to be a few percent better than everybody else,

2:40:19 you're going to have to carry a mul-

2:40:21 multiple of the weights that other people carry.

2:40:24 And that's very different to most people in this room who are just like

2:40:27 I just want to like be on top of all of this and use it.

2:40:30 And for all of those people I would say the best stuff,

2:40:32 you might not be on it week one but it's going to percolate

2:40:35 to the top within a few weeks and you're going to hear about it.

2:40:37 At this point even my grandma knows that ChatGPT has new models.

2:40:41 [laughter] So.

2:40:42 No, I hope that helps.

2:40:43 We did all the talking and we didn't have a lot from you but you

2:40:45 had a big question and we we hopefully

2:40:47 answered and we hope it helped everybody else.

2:40:49 Give it up for Noah everybody.

2:40:50 Thank you very much.

2:40:51 Thank you.

2:40:54 Okay, let's [music] let's jump to Carl.

2:40:57 What's up Carl?

2:40:59 Give it up for Carl everybody.

2:41:05 How you doing Carl?

2:41:07 I'm doing great.

2:41:08 You all doing fantastic.

2:41:10 Well, good.

2:41:10 Yeah, you said how many of the different platforms

2:41:13 are reasonable or necessary to describe to admit Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

2:41:18 In exploring each of them when I dive deeper into a project on any one of them,

2:41:22 I bump up against the need to subscribe.

2:41:27 I mean maybe you guys if you have any thoughts on that.

2:41:29 For me, I know my answer but I'd love your thoughts Igor.

2:41:31 Okay, so I would just say one.

2:41:34 Me too.

2:41:34 One?

2:41:35 One?

2:41:35 And if you're in that camp of like okay,

2:41:37 I want to you know be a few percent ahead just like I said like sure,

2:41:40 get all of them and send every prompt to all

2:41:42 three and make your decision but honestly one and as every

2:41:46 speaker has been telling you for all the last two

2:41:48 days like the first steps are about they're about building context.

2:41:51 And it doesn't matter if you're building context in A B C.

2:41:55 Right?

2:41:56 It's almost like I want to say and I would

2:41:57 also love to hear what Arthur thinks about this cuz

2:41:59 it's about depth and in relationships with humans at the end

2:42:04 of the day it doesn't matter which one you pick.

2:42:05 Yes.

2:42:06 But what matters even more is like the depth how

2:42:09 far how deep do you go with them within that relationship?

2:42:12 And sure a lot of that is going to be limited but let me tell you rather

2:42:15 than humans these tools are so similar so

2:42:18 similar at this point that just commit to one.

2:42:21 If you want it I had it in my talk yesterday.

2:42:23 If you want a recommendation for just one, I think at this point in time for me

2:42:26 it would be Claude cuz it sounds more human.

2:42:28 And the stuff it creates it just one shot stuff really well meaning you

2:42:31 send one prompt and actually the result is like better than you would expect.

2:42:35 But if you're using chat most people do that, it's the same it's the same.

2:42:39 Just pick one.

2:42:40 Get good there and then start looking around.

2:42:44 Good advice.

2:42:44 I hope that helps Carl.

2:42:45 advice very good advice.

2:42:46 And by the way, you know we all of us in our businesses

2:42:49 we have different reasons to be using different kinds of tools

2:42:52 and and these are general AI tools that we have but there

2:42:56 are some they're going to get more and more and more specific.

2:42:58 I use three and they do different things.

2:43:01 I mean I have a general one Claude is great

2:43:03 but I have one that's AI Arthur for my community.

2:43:05 A community that Dean helped me set up and we

2:43:08 have our own version of me and I use

2:43:10 it because I say what would I say about something

2:43:13 and it's trained on a million of my own words.

2:43:16 I also have like there's a was one called consensus that's an AI tool

2:43:20 specifically for scientists that goes across millions

2:43:23 and millions and millions of scientific articles.

2:43:26 And so the truth is that we're going to be able

2:43:28 to use all different kinds of tools as we go forward.

2:43:30 I love it.

2:43:31 You know what else is really funny is that recently I was

2:43:33 at an event and they stopped the event and they said you know what?

2:43:36 I want to get you you and you and they pulled a few of us up

2:43:38 on stage and they said I want you

2:43:39 to battle it out the difference between Claude co-work,

2:43:43 Claude code and perplexity computer.

2:43:45 Go.

2:43:45 And we had this big debate on stage.

2:43:47 I was on the Claude co-work team and man I got

2:43:50 so competitive trying to prove why Claude co-work was the best one.

2:43:54 I think we won but I also will tell you

2:43:56 that I really could have swapped out my position and fought

2:43:59 for any of those other tools because they're I am the worst

2:44:02 to answer this question cuz I pay for way too many.

2:44:04 So, I would agree pick one.

2:44:06 Yeah, I just think it's depth not width.

2:44:08 And and for me I literally use one right now

2:44:12 and I I would say this with all seriousness Carl.

2:44:15 I am three times as productive than I was six months ago.

2:44:19 That's a fact.

2:44:20 With 99% of my time is on one thing going deeper,

2:44:24 knows me faster, fixing my weaknesses.

2:44:27 Yeah, I agree with you cuz it's like streaming services.

2:44:29 It's like if we cut our streaming services down and focus,

2:44:33 we'll have more money to invest in boot camp, right?

2:44:35 Yeah, exactly.

2:44:36 Well, [laughter] we can't wait to have the day to journey.

2:44:38 You know I see questions coming in.

2:44:40 You know what one thing I want to share.

2:44:42 I I love this and and I have to say I'm seeing so many great questions come in.

2:44:46 Of course I want everybody to join the boot camp but I

2:44:49 see questions coming in like can't I just teach myself this?

2:44:52 It's all over the internet.

2:44:53 Yes and we can teach ourselves to do a lot of things.

2:44:57 The best part is you have a structured program with accountability from two guys

2:45:01 Tony and I that have been teaching people to get results for 77 years.

2:45:06 And then you plug this guy in and all

2:45:08 these other amazing experts and the collective wisdom gives

2:45:11 us a path to just make sure in six

2:45:13 weeks you don't have any of these questions anymore.

2:45:15 So many of you have incredible questions

2:45:17 that are all answered over those six weeks.

2:45:19 So, I hope I did a good job today to let

2:45:21 you see this is the path but Carl, I appreciate you.

2:45:25 Hope that helped.

2:45:25 Love that background.

2:45:27 Good.

2:45:27 Thanks.

2:45:28 All right, [music] let's uh let's get let's bring up Angie Ryan.

2:45:33 We got Angie Ryan?

2:45:36 What's up Angie?

2:45:37 Oh, I've seen Angie [music] today.

2:45:38 You've been playing full out having you Angie.

2:45:43 How you doing today?

2:45:44 I'm great.

2:45:45 Glad to be here.

2:45:46 Well, good to have you.

2:45:47 So exciting.

2:45:48 Well, good.

2:45:49 Well, good.

2:45:49 Well, listen I'm sure there's waves for everyone

2:45:52 where you're like this is too simple.

2:45:54 Oh, this is overwhelming.

2:45:55 Why are they why do they have Dr.

2:45:56 Arthur Brooks here?

2:45:57 Oh, I see why he's [clears throat] here.

2:45:59 I hope everybody's had all those like moments, right?

2:46:02 And and again tomorrow whatever it takes you got to be here.

2:46:05 It's a Saturday.

2:46:06 We are going to you got to be here tomorrow.

2:46:08 It brings it all together.

2:46:09 It's going to be the best day three ever.

2:46:11 But Angie you said let me I digress.

2:46:13 How do you get buy-in from people that are skeptical or fearful of AI?

2:46:17 How do you handle objections?

2:46:19 You know before we go any further

2:46:21 isn't that what happens with everything in life?

2:46:23 You meet a new partner and somebody else doesn't like them.

2:46:25 You you use the internet before someone else.

2:46:27 Yeah.

2:46:27 And Isn't this the human condition?

2:46:29 For sure.

2:46:29 I mean we don't like new things.

2:46:31 We're we're we're we're we're evolved to not like new stuff.

2:46:35 Like the trend is your friend.

2:46:36 Stick with what you're doing, right?

2:46:38 And that's one of the reasons as people get older.

2:46:40 I mean I was like I was trying all kinds of new

2:46:41 stuff when I was in my 20s because nothing was established.

2:46:45 I was a kid.

2:46:46 Sorry, I know you're not a kid but you know you [laughter] get my point.

2:46:48 I mean it's and and now I'm 61 years old and I'm kind of set in my ways.

2:46:52 But but here's the thing.

2:46:54 I remember when I was 30 years old and I was

2:46:57 telling my dad who at the time was in his late 50s.

2:47:00 I said Dad, you got to try Indian food.

2:47:04 And he said I don't know.

2:47:06 That sounds like it might be kind of kind of scary.

2:47:09 It sounds kind of hot and spicy.

2:47:10 I said you got to try Indian food.

2:47:12 And I could have just argued with him about trying to find So,

2:47:15 you know what I did?

2:47:15 I went out and I got some Indian food that I thought he would really like

2:47:19 and I brought it home and I gave it to him and he took a bite.

2:47:21 He said this is delicious.

2:47:23 Where has this been my whole life?

2:47:24 But this is the point.

2:47:25 If you're really into this stuff if you're really

2:47:28 into this new technology and you've got somebody around

2:47:30 you who isn't like your boss or your partner

2:47:33 or your parents or whatever it happens to be,

2:47:35 do something for them that uniquely uses this this technology.

2:47:39 Give them the bite of the Indian food

2:47:41 that they'll actually like and you know once they see

2:47:44 that this is what it can actually do

2:47:45 as opposed to having it being a theoretical big change,

2:47:48 then it's really very different.

2:47:50 And and something I want to share Angie and I share this a lot.

2:47:56 You know we are in this weird place and and let raise your hand in a minute

2:48:00 or put yes in the chat we can see YouTube chat and and and Zoom chat.

2:48:04 We are in this place.

2:48:05 You and I talked about it quick on the phone.

2:48:07 That one side of our brain is AI is going to take over

2:48:11 the world get the the codes for nuclear weapons and create Armageddon, right?

2:48:16 That's the extreme to one right.

2:48:17 Then the other side is it's going to cure cancer, help diseases,

2:48:21 help get the mundane and boring work off

2:48:23 of our plates so we can become more human,

2:48:25 more spiritual, more time in nature, more time loving people.

2:48:29 There's two routes it could go and I think we're

2:48:32 at this phase where our brain kind of goes back and forth.

2:48:34 Put yes in yes Skynet Kevin.

2:48:36 That was really That's awesome, right?

2:48:38 Put yes in the chat if sometimes you're in both directions, right?

2:48:41 And that's just a short little window we're in because

2:48:43 it didn't happen and now it does it again.

2:48:45 It happens always.

2:48:46 And I have both people in my camp.

2:48:48 Here's Here's what The answer's probably somewhere down the middle,

2:48:52 hopefully to the left, right?

2:48:54 But here's what I know.

2:48:55 What we focus on, this is Tony Robbins 101.

2:48:57 What we focus on is what we get.

2:48:59 And if I focus that AI could end the world,

2:49:02 not hurt people, if I focus What are the things?

2:49:05 Is it going to steal my dad,

2:49:07 even though your dad is out everywhere in the world?

2:49:09 If you focus on all those things,

2:49:11 there's no way you can effectively learn it to be more human.

2:49:14 So, I'd rather focus on it's going to cure diseases.

2:49:17 It's going to allow me to keep going faster.

2:49:19 I can write two books this year, not one.

2:49:21 I could I could do amazing things with the people I love.

2:49:23 I can help my children go faster.

2:49:25 I'm going to focus on that because that's part of the why,

2:49:28 the drive that pushes me forward.

2:49:30 And then you be be able to give other people that relief.

2:49:34 The The last thing I'll say [snorts] And this is really important.

2:49:37 I've shared this before if anybody heard it, but I I watched Wayne Dyer.

2:49:41 If you don't know who Wayne Dyer is,

2:49:42 he's like the spiritual Tony Robbins and he was around forever.

2:49:45 I watched Wayne Dyer on stage once and he said he got diagnosed with leukemia.

2:49:51 And he said immediately he was like, "Oh,

2:49:53 I probably drank too much when I was younger.

2:49:54 I abused my body.

2:49:56 I stressed too much." He had all these worries and he was distraught.

2:49:59 How could you not be?

2:49:59 You get a diagnosis like that.

2:50:01 And then one day he looked in the mirror and he goes,

2:50:03 "Damn it, I'm Wayne Dyer." He said,

2:50:05 "I'm going to be the crazy guy who beats leukemia's ass." Excuse me,

2:50:09 that's exactly what he said.

2:50:09 He goes, "I'm going to beat it up.

2:50:11 I'm going to show the world what's possible." He said,

2:50:13 "In that moment he got happy.

2:50:16 Because he just shifted his belief on it.

2:50:18 Now, he passed away a few years later

2:50:20 a year later of a heart attack, not the leukemia.

2:50:22 But he said when he was sharing this it was probably 6 months later.

2:50:25 He goes, "I've been happier for 6 months cuz I

2:50:27 wake up with this same situation." The leukemia was still there,

2:50:30 but he focused on I'm going to be the guy that beats it.

2:50:33 It's going to make me a better person and all these pieces.

2:50:36 I think it's That might be extreme.

2:50:38 But for me, I focus on how AI can all get all of us to be home for dinner,

2:50:44 to unlock the creativity, to be a better version of ourself,

2:50:47 to to have be the great equalizer where you had an idea

2:50:49 for a business and you thought you had to hire people and raise money.

2:50:52 Now you can use AI to do it.

2:50:54 If I think through that lens that I get hungry to want

2:50:56 to do it and then it's infectious to the people around me.

2:50:59 The people that say,

2:51:00 "I'm not sure this is real." They spend 10 minutes with me they're like,

2:51:02 "Hey, can I come to your boot camp?

2:51:03 This sounds great." So, I I hope that helps.

2:51:06 I hope that helped for everybody out there.

2:51:10 [cheering] Give it up for Angie, everybody.

2:51:14 [music] Look at all these amazing questions.

2:51:17 All right, we'll do we'll do Let's do one more.

2:51:20 I know we went over on time.

2:51:21 You guys okay?

2:51:22 This is I hope this is serving you all.

2:51:25 If time allow, we'll do one Yvette.

2:51:29 Given the rapid pace of AI advancement,

2:51:32 where should I focus my energy over the next 6 to 12

2:51:34 months to create the most durable advantage for myself and my business?

2:51:39 Man, this is just going to sound like

2:51:40 a tee up and a setup is jointhebootcamp.com.

2:51:46 Like [laughter] Not Not just How you doing?

2:51:49 But that it's it's so true because I I I share

2:51:54 this a lot and then I'd love for you to share it, Igor.

2:51:57 Um [clears throat]

2:51:58 Most education starts out on like the fifth step, straight to the education,

2:52:02 which usually causes overwhelm and then you're like,

2:52:04 "What do I do and how many tools?" [clears throat]

2:52:06 Man, with us doing this for so many years,

2:52:08 we know the path, finding the purpose,

2:52:10 overcoming the fear, embracing change, right?

2:52:13 All that's woven in.

2:52:14 You don't go through all that training first, but it's woven in.

2:52:16 And then this guy is so good at taking

2:52:18 all the complexity and creating [clears throat] one path.

2:52:21 So, I think I love that your question is here,

2:52:23 but I think we answered it in multiple ways.

2:52:25 I don't want to sound repetitive and just say join us.

2:52:28 But the fact of the matter is it is one path in in our opinion.

2:52:32 Deep on Claude because Claude is growing I think Did you see Google

2:52:35 today just put I don't know how much crazy amount of money in

2:52:38 It was like 40 I don't know 40 Yeah, Some crazy number.

2:52:41 Billions of dollars invested cuz they believe Claude is the one

2:52:44 that we can be involved in and for a minimal fractional price,

2:52:48 less than less than a dollar a day, pennies a day,

2:52:51 you have this thing that's just going to keep getting smarter.

2:52:53 And as we teach you, you have the opportunity to grow it in that one spot.

2:52:57 So, to me with all that we've recognized through the patterns,

2:53:00 that is the ultimate unfair advantage.

2:53:03 And then as you grow,

2:53:04 you might add another tool here someday and another tool here,

2:53:06 but that same context will go along there.

2:53:09 Any last words?

2:53:09 I know it's kind of what we've been sharing.

2:53:11 Yeah, one hundred You know, like honestly,

2:53:13 we're racing towards this idea of AGI.

2:53:16 These companies are building it out,

2:53:18 but the unique thing versus many other technological

2:53:20 revolutions is this is happening out in the open.

2:53:23 The tools are available.

2:53:24 Like what the heck?

2:53:25 Like $20 subscription, really?

2:53:27 For access to hundreds of billions of infrastructure.

2:53:31 It's unbelievable.

2:53:32 And if you do it right, you get to That's what you're asking.

2:53:34 It's like, "How do I ride this wake that this giant

2:53:37 tanker that's going through the ocean on the path to AGI?

2:53:40 How do I ride the wake behind that?" And the answer is yes, it's it's a skill.

2:53:45 It You need to build it over time.

2:53:47 Every single talk here touches on how to build towards that skill,

2:53:49 how to get closer, how to express your context, how to use the tools.

2:53:54 It's always a combination of that.

2:53:56 And yes, 100% you can go on that journey and you know,

2:53:59 you can rewatch everything and find tidbits and do Google searches,

2:54:02 watch YouTube videos, and consume all of that.

2:54:06 But what we do is like we just compress it.

2:54:08 We built one path.

2:54:09 My heart is so so so in this because I've seen

2:54:12 in the first first boot camp the people who go from like,

2:54:14 "Oh my god, I started watching on a phone

2:54:16 and how do I even Igor tells me to right click?

2:54:18 How do I do that?" versus people who already had like

2:54:20 agents set up like half a year ago that barely worked,

2:54:22 but they were trying stuff.

2:54:24 All of those people, they like reset.

2:54:26 We leveled the playing field and we're like, "Hey,

2:54:28 let me take you by the hand and actually take you on a walk

2:54:30 here over a few weeks." And we go step by step by step.

2:54:33 And we do something that you could do alone,

2:54:36 but it would be like this and it would take a whole amount of time.

2:54:39 And we're like, "No.

2:54:40 Blinders.

2:54:41 Let's go.

2:54:42 First step, second step, first step." And then and then you build towards that.

2:54:45 So, if you want to go on that journey by yourself, you absolutely can.

2:54:47 But if you want to go with us, we're here.

2:54:49 And over the next 6 to 12 months,

2:54:51 it's going to keep evolving, but the basics stay the same.

2:54:54 And I I hope we really made this point.

2:54:56 It's It's context and that's what gets you off the ground.

2:54:58 And then you engage the tools.

2:55:00 But just work on your context.

2:55:01 Um now, if you want structure, we're here.

2:55:04 Yeah, I love it.

2:55:05 I I also love what you said because

2:55:07 you are strengthening the muscles as these tools change.

2:55:10 When you get the foundations that you're talking about,

2:55:13 that helps you to be able to be prepared as the changes happen.

2:55:16 Because sometimes it feels like,

2:55:17 "Why should I learn this now if it maybe changes in 6 months?" Yeah,

2:55:20 the foundation never changes.

2:55:22 And you guys have built such an amazing foundation.

2:55:24 So, it's really it's awesome.

2:55:26 All right.

2:55:27 Everybody, give it up for our panel.

2:55:32 I got just [music] 5 minutes to to wrap this up.

2:55:35 Thank you, Igor.

2:55:36 Don't leave.

2:55:37 Don't leave.

2:55:41 Yvette, thank you.

2:55:44 [music] All right.

2:55:50 All right.

2:55:51 Hey, everybody.

2:55:55 Well, was that a great day?

2:55:56 Thank you for staying on.

2:55:57 For those of you that are on right now, thank you for staying.

2:55:59 Raise your hand or say yes if those those answers helped.

2:56:03 We do the best we can.

2:56:04 We had so many come in.

2:56:04 I see all the amazing questions.

2:56:07 Um listen, I just hope you see what's possible.

2:56:10 It's time to stop dabbling.

2:56:11 It's time to go all in.

2:56:13 You know, everyone and every business

2:56:16 needs this foundation whether in your business

2:56:19 or the one you want to start or just even as as Leor was sharing,

2:56:24 in your personal life and running your home.

2:56:26 And I said this earlier,

2:56:27 but we've been doing this for 77 years between Tony and I.

2:56:30 And you plug in Igor and all these other experts and we just have a path

2:56:34 as Igor said to get rid of all the noise and show you how to get there.

2:56:38 Listen, we put on these free programs to put 648,000 people in.

2:56:44 It's amazing and we want you to leave on fire whether you enroll with us or not.

2:56:48 But we also know those that do have

2:56:51 the opportunity to really get that jump start.

2:56:54 We have all these experts have one collective path to have you build your clone,

2:56:59 to get it working with you and for you, to get those 15 hours back and see how

2:57:03 it can change your life in such a cool way.

2:57:05 So, tonight you have a choice.

2:57:07 You get to go to bed with the same questions and the same

2:57:09 challenges or you can go to bed feeling incredible because you said yes.

2:57:14 We're going to go on this path together.

2:57:16 Either way, you got to be here tomorrow cuz it's going to be off the charts.

2:57:20 Listen, and for so many of the questions, I hope this answers some of it.

2:57:23 Your clone starts working for you in the first session.

2:57:26 And over the next 6 weeks, it gets smarter, faster, sharper.

2:57:29 And then we evolve it to working for you.

2:57:31 You can't skip the process.

2:57:33 If you're already building clones and you got agents and all that stuff,

2:57:35 that's probably not for you.

2:57:37 But if you're not at a level three plus, this is the journey.

2:57:41 And this is the opportunity to get that time back

2:57:44 to use it for whatever it is you want to do.

2:57:47 This is an event only bonus event only offer with all the bonuses.

2:57:51 We only do this once a year where we open this cohort and we do start on Friday,

2:57:57 which is May 1st, just a couple of days.

2:57:59 You go to jointhebootcamp.com to get enrolled.

2:58:03 We are at 1,700,000 hours saved.

2:58:07 Can we please [cheering] give a big hand on that?

2:58:09 Oh my gosh.

2:58:10 So good.

2:58:13 [music] So good.

2:58:15 So, listen, we love having you here.

2:58:17 Whatever you decide, decide because this is your time.

2:58:22 And I promise you if you say yes,

2:58:24 your future self is going to thank you in a big way.

2:58:27 Um Now, let me tell you about tomorrow.

2:58:29 This is really important.

2:58:30 We have two more minutes.

2:58:31 I got two more minutes.

2:58:31 I'm going to be done.

2:58:32 Because day three is where it all comes together.

2:58:34 We have Rachel Woods.

2:58:35 Oh my god, she is so good.

2:58:37 If you thought I don't know if you were here last year,

2:58:39 but she teaches you how to create playbooks.

2:58:42 Meaning, really just things you do in your personal life, your business life,

2:58:45 or the one you want to start, and then how to implement AI to go faster.

2:58:48 Think of it like human part, AI.

2:58:50 Human part, AI.

2:58:51 Oh my god.

2:58:52 I She went through a presentation with me today.

2:58:54 It is going to blow your mind.

2:58:55 She's going to show you how to create AI-powered systems like nobody else can.

2:58:59 Equal Ors back.

2:59:00 Ooh, he's got a presentation for you tomorrow.

2:59:03 We got some stuff from Marc Benioff, the founder of Salesforce.

2:59:06 Ray Kurzweil, the father of technology.

2:59:08 Tony interviewed both of them.

2:59:10 We're taking some clips out of that interview.

2:59:12 They're going to blow your mind.

2:59:13 And then we have Mr.

2:59:15 Tony Robbins back.

2:59:16 We'll close this summit.

2:59:17 He's going to be in our East Coast studio, but he called me up.

2:59:20 He watched all day yesterday.

2:59:22 He is so fired up watching today,

2:59:25 and he's going to share the power of decisions.

2:59:27 To me, it's my favorite training Tony Robbins does.

2:59:31 I'm so excited you guys are here.

2:59:34 We have 1.7 million hours saved.

2:59:37 We got a goal of 4 million.

2:59:39 We hope you say yes to you.

2:59:41 We hope you go to bed knowing that you're a part of something

2:59:44 that's going to clear the clutter and get you the results that you crave.

2:59:47 We appreciate you so much.

2:59:48 Thank you for being with us today.

2:59:50 I know we went a little long.

2:59:52 You filled our hearts.

2:59:54 Your Your posts, your your comments just allow us to be integrated.

2:59:58 So, get a good night's sleep tonight.

3:00:00 I hope you're in.

3:00:00 If you're in, put I'm in in the chat.

3:00:02 Either way, be here 11:00 a.m.

3:00:04 Pacific Standard Time tomorrow sharp.

3:00:05 You're not going to want to miss a min- miss a minute.

3:00:08 Love you.

3:00:08 Appreciate you.

3:00:09 See you tomorrow.

3:00:09 [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] Sun up through the blinds.

3:02:19 Coffee steam, [singing] bright white skies.

3:02:22 Laughing on the kitchen floor.

3:02:26 Shoes untied, [music] we rush out the door.

3:02:30 Every little heartbeat running like a drum in my chest.

3:02:38 Every little side street feels like it was built for us.

3:02:45 Yeah.

3:02:48 These are the moments we live for.

3:02:51 Hands up, we're breaking the frame.

3:02:55 Breathing in until I lost soul.

3:02:59 Calling each other by name,

3:03:02 right here forever in fast Burning our These are the moments we live for.

3:03:14 We can Then they're gone.

3:03:18 Two seats at the late night show, singing every line like we wrote it all.

3:03:25 Photos in a phone screen.

3:03:28 Crowded room, but you're all I see.

3:03:32 Every little heartbeat running like a drum in my chest.

3:03:40 Every little side street feels like it was built for us.

3:03:47 Yeah.

3:03:50 These are the moments we live for.

3:03:53 Hands up, we're breaking the Breathing in until I lost soul.

3:04:01 Calling each other by name,

3:04:04 right here forever in fast Burning our These are the moments we live for.

3:04:15 We Then they're gone.

3:04:20 [screaming] LET THE PAST FADE OUT.

3:04:28 LET TOMORROW WAIT.

3:04:30 WE GOT THIS SECOND, AND IT FEELS LIKE CRAZY if this is all

3:04:36 we ever More than More than These are the moments we live for.

3:04:49 Hands up, we're breaking the frame.

3:04:53 Breathing in until I lost soul.

3:04:56 Calling each other by name, right here forever in fast forward.

3:05:03 Burning our names in the dark.

3:05:08 These are the moments we live for.

3:05:10 Blink and they're here.

3:05:12 Then they're gone.

3:05:40 I got a chipped blue bike, leaning by the gate.

3:05:45 You got a scraped-up [music] smile and a lucky kind of way.

3:05:49 Stone on the window screen, dust on the window pane.

3:05:53 We were made for motion, not for staying still too long.

3:05:57 So, kick it open.

3:05:59 Let it roll.

3:06:01 Take my [music and singing] hand, we already know.

3:06:07 Keep on moving, keep on moving.

3:06:09 We're not done yet.

3:06:11 Keep on moving, keep on moving.

3:06:14 There's more ahead.

3:06:17 We're alive tonight.

3:06:19 Ooh, we're all right tonight.

3:06:24 Keep on moving, keep on moving.

3:06:26 We're not done yet.

3:06:32 Backyard borrowed chairs, cold drinks in red cups.

3:06:36 Your laugh went through the yard and pulled the whole night up.

3:06:40 Little sparks in the dark on the corner of the grass.

3:06:44 Everybody singing like we could make it last.

3:06:48 So, kick it open.

3:06:50 Let it roll.

3:06:52 Take my hand, [singing] we already know.

3:06:57 Keep on moving, keep on moving.

3:07:00 We're not done yet.

3:07:02 Keep on moving, keep on moving.

3:07:05 There's more ahead.

3:07:07 Ooh, we're alive tonight.

3:07:10 Ooh, we're all right tonight.

3:07:14 Keep on moving, keep on moving.

3:07:17 We're not done yet.

3:07:22 Hold it in your chest, then [music] let it run.

3:07:31 All these [music] open doors [singing] and all this light on us.

3:07:39 [music] From the cracked-up sidewalk to the first front step.

3:07:44 We were born to lean in, not look back.

3:07:52 Keep on moving, keep on moving.

3:07:54 We're not done yet.

3:07:56 Keep on moving, keep on moving.

3:07:59 There's more ahead.

3:08:00 We're alive tonight.

3:08:04 Came to move now.

3:08:05 Everybody in here pulling in.

3:08:07 Ooh, feeling it now.

3:08:09 Hands up high.

3:08:11 Ooh, feeling it now.

3:08:14 Let it fly.

3:08:16 Come on, come on, feel that fire.

3:08:19 Feel that fire.

3:08:21 Come on, come on, lift it higher.

3:08:23 Lift it higher.

3:08:25 Wave your hands, clap and spin around.

3:08:27 We don't stop, we shake this ground.

3:08:29 Come on, come come on, feel that fire.

3:08:32 Feel that fire.

3:08:42 Coolers all open.

3:08:44 Friends by the tens.

3:08:45 Laughter in colors, that's how the whole night went.

3:08:50 Drums on my backbeat.

3:08:52 Shine in my step.

3:08:54 One little whistle and the whole crowd says yes.

3:08:58 Oh, feel it now.

3:09:00 Hands up high.

3:09:03 Oh, feel it now.

3:09:04 Let it fly.

3:09:07 Come on, come on, feel that fire.

3:09:10 Feel that Come on, come on, lift it higher.

3:09:14 Lift it higher.

3:09:15 Wave your hands, spin around.

3:09:17 We don't stop, we shake this ground.

3:09:19 Come on, come on, feel that fire.

3:09:22 Feel that fire.

3:09:24 One more wave, one more cheer.

3:09:27 Hold the rhythm, pull it near.

3:09:29 Every heart in the place beats together, side by side.

3:09:53 Something your vibe.

3:09:54 Feel that vibe.

3:09:55 Your hand in mine.

3:09:57 Feel fine.

3:09:59 Little win, big grin.

3:10:01 Right on time.

3:10:03 We don't need much, we just align.

3:10:07 And it keeps on coming, easy like a song.

3:10:11 One small step turns the whole world on.

3:10:16 Hold me up, hold me up.

3:10:18 We can rise tonight.

3:10:20 Hold me up, hold me up.

3:10:22 Everything feels right.

3:10:24 Hold me up, hold me up.

3:10:26 Right here, side by side.

3:10:29 Hold me up.

3:10:30 Hold me up.

3:10:30 And we shine so bright.

3:10:41 Drive through the day.

3:10:42 Windows down low.

3:10:44 Laughing [singing] at the red [music] lights.

3:10:47 Taking it slow.

3:10:48 No shoes, no blues.

3:10:51 Same heartbeat.

3:10:53 You and me [singing] together.

3:10:55 That's a sweet repeat.

3:10:57 And it keeps on coming, easy like a song.

3:11:01 One small step turns the whole world on.

3:11:06 Hold me up, hold me up.

3:11:08 We can rise tonight.

3:11:10 Hold me up, hold me up.

3:11:12 Everything feels right.

3:11:14 Hold me Hold me up.

3:11:16 Right here, side by side.

3:11:19 Hold me Hold me And we shine so bright.

3:11:31 If the world gets heavy, WE LEANING CLOSE.

3:11:35 ONE GOOD WORD means the most.

3:11:39 Take my hand.

3:11:41 Feel that spark.

3:11:43 We're already glowing from the start.

3:11:50 Hold me up, hold me up.

3:11:51 We can rise tonight.

3:11:54 Hold me Hold me Everything feels right.

3:11:58 Hold me Hold me Right here, side by side.

3:12:02 Hold me Hold me And we shine so bright.

3:12:08 We can Everything feels right.

3:12:16 Right here And we shine so bright.

3:13:57 Raise the roof tonight.

3:14:05 She said, "Play that again." So I run it back, back, back.

3:14:09 Hope flowing, moving in waves, like a snapback snap.

3:14:13 Windows downtown, by town, we've been on this run.
