SoulDrivenLove Just Responded.. (Roblox Forsaken Drama)

Gwamgo

0:00 Recently, the Roblox game owner behind Forsaken has been exposed.

0:03 And since I made the video covering the situation,

0:06 there have been a lot of updates.

0:07 So, after the original game owner, Soul Driven Love,

0:10 was exposed as a horrible person, the game was illegally sold by Soul,

0:13 meaning that Basil and Hayco,

0:15 the people who were supposed to become the new owners,

0:17 apparently never actually became the owners.

0:20 Additionally, Soul made a private response

0:22 and instead of addressing anything publicly,

0:24 they basically told everyone to back off and then

0:26 deleted all of their tweets about the situation,

0:29 leaving only eight tweets on their active profile.

0:31 Right after this happened, almost every 30 minutes,

0:34 a hit piece tweet was made calling out Soul to the point

0:37 that Soul was exposed over 100 times in the span of 24 hours.

0:42 Things got so bad that even Creek had to get involved,

0:45 which really just shows how serious this has become.

0:47 In this video, I will explain the whole situation once

0:50 again and make sure that the full truth gets out there.

0:52 So, make sure to like and subscribe and share

0:54 this video as this situation deserves the utmost attention.

0:58 So, 2 months after Parlo publicly defended Soul Driven Love,

1:01 disturbing new revelations have surfaced and they changed everything.

1:05 Soul-driven Love, also known as Robotic Developer,

1:07 is now accused of financially supporting

1:09 a known racist attempt at distributing illegal material,

1:13 blackmailing victims, and platforming within his development team.

1:17 One of his victims even ended up despite publicly claiming that he had changed.

1:22 Soul continued stalking and manipulating people behind the scenes.

1:25 These actions were fully exposed in a recent

1:27 video backed by screenshots and direct testimony.

1:30 In response, Forsaken development team agreed to remove him from ownership.

1:34 Soul's public statement was vague and deflective and in private

1:37 he's been attempting to shift the blame instead of taking accountability.

1:40 However, there's been some confusion.

1:42 While Soul did agree to step down and even signed legal documents,

1:45 he has since sold the game, violating that agreement.

1:48 This segment of the video will clarify what happened since some

1:51 YouTubers have unintentionally spread misinformation

1:54 based on outdated or inaccurate details.

1:56 Just to establish a timeline real quick,

1:58 Soul made an acknowledgement post of the on May 26th of 2025.

2:02 And just a few hours after Soul's Twitter

2:04 post where they acknowledged that they were exposed,

2:06 a public announcement was made in the Forsaken Discord server,

2:09 which announced that Soul-driven Love had let go of their position

2:12 as owner of Forsaken and given the ownership to High Toco and Basil.

2:16 They specified ownership in that post.

2:18 Soul Driven Love actually lost all of their roles

2:21 and was banned from the Forsaken Discord server after this happened.

2:24 The following day on May 27th of 2025,

2:26 Hitoko publicly revealed that instead of finishing the agreed upon transfer,

2:30 Soul had actually sold Forsaken to a third party.

2:33 In his tweet, Hitoko expressed shock, writing,

2:36 "Soul sold the game instead of finishing things." Thankfully though,

2:39 we still have full control as we've been told by the person.

2:42 They have no intentions of being hands-on or anything,

2:45 and they wanted to continue the game as we've been.

2:47 This statement was made in response to a post showing that the Forsaken dev

2:50 team group was now owned by someone with a history of flipping Roblox games,

2:54 essentially buying them and reselling them.

2:56 Understandably, the Forsaken team was blindsided.

2:59 It followed up by saying, "We're just getting things figured out right now.

3:02 I'm so furious and just gobsmacked.

3:04 Basil and I are still owners.

3:06 We are going to continue having control over the game." He also clarified

3:09 that both Soul and Ava were fully removed from the project at this point,

3:13 stating, "Soul and Ava are completely gone." Now,

3:16 for some context, Ava is Soul's girlfriend.

3:18 This incident quickly caught the attention of Creek,

3:20 who chimed in with the warning about

3:22 how legally complicated the situation was becoming.

3:24 He pointed out that if proper paperwork hadn't been completed,

3:27 Soul might still legally retain ownership despite

3:29 what was agreed verbally or through Discord.

3:32 In his words, the reality is this is a million

3:34 dollar plus IP you have on Roblox with Forsaken.

3:37 You can't just transfer ownership of something like this without

3:40 proper paperwork and legal documents or you're asking for trouble.

3:43 Precraft later made a detailed video describing

3:45 the situation as a cautionary example of why

3:48 formal legal processes are essential when transferring

3:50 ownership of valuable intellectual property like Forsaken.

3:54 Here's what he said in his video.

3:55 So basically it came out that Soul did allegedly some some bad stuff, right?

4:00 And so Soul decided to give ownership of Forsaken over

4:04 to two of the developers that that are working on the game.

4:07 Right?

4:07 Here's actually the announcement in the Discord.

4:09 And you might think that's where the story ends, right?

4:11 Soul got exposed.

4:12 They deleted all their tweets, left the internet,

4:14 and now we got Basil and High Toco.

4:16 They're the new developers of the game.

4:17 They own the game.

4:18 Everything's great.

4:19 Everything's sunshine and rainbows now, right?

4:21 Well, no, actually, no, it's not.

4:23 Because you see, late last night, um,

4:25 Soul actually sold the game to someone completely different.

4:29 Basically, Soul sold the game to somebody completely different,

4:33 just unrelated to Forsaken.

4:35 Soul's like, "Hey, I want my money.

4:37 I'm selling the game.

4:38 I'm out." Now, you might be asking, "Well,

4:40 how is that possible?" But here's the thing.

4:42 They never signed anything.

4:43 And until there are legal documents signed,

4:45 until a lawyer is present, it doesn't matter, right?

4:48 This person can tweet out all day long that they're going

4:51 to give ownership of the game to X, Y, and Z.

4:53 It doesn't matter.

4:54 It does not matter until there is a contract in place.

4:58 Until there is legal work done, it what this person says does not matter.

5:02 And that's exactly what happened here.

5:04 However, something that wasn't mentioned in Creekcraft's

5:06 video was that Haitoko responded with reassurance,

5:08 claiming that legal documents were signed and Soul

5:11 does not own the game or anything.

5:13 Shortly after Creek's video was released,

5:15 Hitoko also posted an announcement in the Forsaken

5:18 Discord server addressing the community concerns directly.

5:21 Hey y'all, just to reaffirm everybody, Basil and I are the owners of Forsaken.

5:25 Nobody else is, and we still have control over the game.

5:28 Putting this out there as I saw some people were concerned.

5:30 We're going to do our best and try to make you all proud of us.

5:33 So, while it appears that Hitoko and Basil

5:35 do have the legal documentation backing their ownership,

5:38 Soul's unauthorized sale has still created a mess,

5:40 both legally and reputationally.

5:42 It's important to clarify here that the current development team is still

5:45 in control of Forsaken and that they were not complicit in Soul's actions.

5:49 The next thing I want to talk about,

5:51 and probably the part that all of you have been waiting

5:53 for, is Soul Driven Love's actual response to everything that's happened.

5:56 And after piecing together tweets, private DMs,

5:59 and statements scattered across multiple platforms,

6:01 I can confidently say that it is really, really bad.

6:04 Let's start with Soul's private DM to the original creator of the expose.

6:08 This person shared screenshots of their conversation

6:10 and explained exactly what happened.

6:12 They made a tweet saying, "Soul DM'd me about the video.

6:15 I thought they were going to talk about

6:16 the important or legality sensitive stuff, but no,

6:19 they spent hours arguing about semantics 2 hours

6:22 straight on the definition of defending someone." And honestly,

6:26 that lines up with what we've seen in screenshots.

6:28 Instead of addressing the serious like the accusations involving

6:31 C doxing and their role in protecting known offenders,

6:34 Soul spends the bulk of their energy nitpicking language,

6:37 denying they ever defended QX.

6:40 They were only there partially on his behalf.

6:42 But the messages speak for themselves.

6:44 In one message, Soul literally says,

6:46 "I'm only here partially on QX's behalf cuz I know

6:49 I had my history with them." That's not distancing yourself.

6:52 That's literally doing PR damage control for someone

6:55 credibly accused of hosting racism and transphobia.

6:59 And when the original creator pushed back,

7:00 Soul shifted the blame again onto someone else, specifically Fungus.

7:04 They claimed it was mutually agreed that Fungus was behind the but not them.

7:08 This is someone who is now

7:09 in juvenile detention and legally can't defend themselves.

7:12 It's incredibly convenient for Soul to pin everything on them.

7:15 Even worse, Soul tries to discredit the expose by saying

7:18 it's full of exaggerated or cherrypicked information when ironically,

7:22 even the evidence they provide backs up what's in the video.

7:24 And that brings us to the most disturbing part.

7:26 Soul's private Twitter account, where they acknowledge something that should

7:29 have ended this conversation for good.

7:31 They admit to leaking the dream of a 16-year-old when they were 13.

7:34 Let that sink in.

7:35 Here's what they wrote.

7:36 I dated the dude in 2019 when I was around that time.

7:40 I remember them being in their senior year of high school,

7:42 but I can't tell if that's my memory with me or not.

7:45 And I don't know what I'm going to do if it is

7:47 because that mean I really did leak a 16-year-old's when I was 13.

7:52 That is not a rumor.

7:53 That is not speculation.

7:54 This is a confession.

7:56 And even worse, there's no accountability, just confusion, deflection,

8:00 and vague promises to maybe address it publicly sometime later.

8:04 the person behind the expose and ended

8:06 up cutting off communication with Soul entirely, saying,

8:08 "I have no interest in being lectured on character or true intentions

8:11 by an abuser who never intended to hold himself accountable." And they're right.

8:15 Soul didn't take accountability.

8:17 He tried to gaslight the creator.

8:18 He downplayed and deflected.

8:19 He sold the game behind people's backs.

8:21 And now he has the audacity to claim others are speaking over

8:24 the victims when he's the one who silenced them to begin with.

8:27 Support the victims.

8:29 Do not let anyone twist that.

8:30 No matter how complicated the situation looks on paper,

8:33 that should always be the baseline.

8:35 And what makes this worse is that this wasn't

8:37 even the only response from Soul Driven in Love.

8:39 Before they gave up entirely, a document they were working on got leaked.

8:43 It was supposed to be their full defense.

8:45 But after reading through it,

8:46 it's not just a bad response, it's a complete disaster.

8:49 Immature, defensive, and completely unserious.

8:52 Let's break down some of the main arguments Soul

8:54 tried to make and how each one falls apart.

8:56 Section Fungus's characterization.

8:58 Soul argues that Fungus wasn't a neo-German dictator,

9:01 just a mentally ill child who printed out mustache man's photos for attention.

9:07 They claimed that the wasn't racially motivated,

9:10 citing the mom's testimony and the lack of hate crime charges.

9:13 Basically, they try to frame Fungus as a traumatized kid acting out,

9:16 not someone promoting extremist ideology.

9:18 But this completely downplays the very real consequences of Fungus's actions.

9:22 whether or not they were doesn't erase the fact that they

9:25 repeatedly glorified mustache man printed out

9:28 German dictator imagery and yes tried

9:30 to someone this isn't just a misunderstood kid this is someone who

9:34 presented a clear danger to others

9:36 and whose soul continued associating with long

9:39 after these behaviors were public and need I remind you soul-driven love

9:43 was using forsaken funds to give money to this kid's mother soul

9:46 claims they didn't know was a PDF file until January 1st according

9:50 to them the team acted immediately and had a zero tolerant stance.

9:54 But then how did Stop Blue even get involved with Forsaken in the first place?

9:58 Soul had already been warned about him months prior by multiple people

10:01 if the vetting was that poor or if the warnings were ignored.

10:04 That's not zero tolerance.

10:06 That's negligence considering the logs of the server show

10:08 that that they were there until March, not January 1st.

10:12 If they really knew that he was a PDF file at January 1st,

10:15 why was he there until March?

10:16 Regarding Soul catfishing a minor, Soul denies malicious intent.

10:20 They said that they were there exploring their identity back

10:22 in 2019 and didn't understand trans identities at the time.

10:26 But this is not a minor mistake.

10:27 It's behavior dressed up as confusion.

10:30 Messaging a minor while posing as someone else

10:32 regardless of gender identity is deceptive and manipulative.

10:35 And the fact that Soul refers to it as some

10:37 quirky phase of personal identity exploration completely dodges accountability.

10:41 Regarding Soul sharing, yes, Soul admitted to distributing material,

10:46 but blames it on being and manipulated at age 13.

10:49 They try to defend this by referencing legal cases like Roer v.

10:52 Simmons and Enrique God,

10:54 claiming that they weren't cognitively responsible for their actions.

10:57 This is a disturbing misuse of legal precedent.

11:00 Those cases were about protecting minors

11:02 from harsh criminal sentencing, not excusing child.

11:06 And none of that explains why even years later,

11:08 Soul continued to justify their actions,

11:10 deflect blame, and never reported the incident to authorities or platforms.

11:15 Is tragic, but it doesn't absolve you of harm caused to others.

11:18 In regards to the defense of QX,

11:21 Soul denies ever defending QX, claiming screenshots were misinterpreted.

11:25 They say that they only engage with QX to correct misinformation,

11:28 like people blaming them for Fungus's behavior.

11:31 But here's the thing.

11:32 If you truly weren't defending them,

11:33 why go out of your way to message them at all?

11:35 And why attempt to correct people on their behalf?

11:38 That's not neutral.

11:39 That's platforming someone who should have been cut off entirely.

11:42 Regarding a section of general accountability,

11:44 Soul says that they've acknowledged their past mistakes,

11:46 then immediately pivot to attacking the exposed

11:49 video that claiming that it exaggerated things,

11:51 ignored the context, and exploited victim's stories.

11:54 They even accused the video creator of corrupt

11:56 justice for not giving their side more attention.

11:58 But here's the problem.

11:59 Soul had every chance to present their side.

12:02 They were contacted, they responded, and their replies were included.

12:05 The fact their response didn't change public perception is not proof of bias.

12:09 It's proof that their excuses didn't hold up.

12:11 Regarding the section about additional lapses, one part of the document,

12:15 Soul accuses the victim of lying for clout and says,

12:18 "People were in it for the views." They also claim that I

12:21 have no reason to apologize when people are weaponizing my trauma.

12:24 This is textbook deflection.

12:26 Victims speaking out about harm they experienced is not cloud chasing.

12:29 Minimizing their trauma to elevate

12:31 your own isn't just disrespectful, it's manipulative.

12:34 Soul constantly positions themselves as the real victim,

12:37 even while admitting to things like sharing.

12:40 They also repeatedly refer to serious accusations as drama or beef,

12:44 which only reinforces how disconnected they

12:46 are from the severity of the situation.

12:48 The document itself is completely immature, sarcastic, and disrespectful.

12:52 Even if you ignored all the arguments,

12:54 the way this document is written speaks volumes.

12:56 It's immature, unserious,

12:58 and frankly insulting to the people hurt by Soul's actions.

13:01 Here are some real quotes.

13:02 Yes, actual lines they wrote with the full page [Music] numbers on page nine.

13:09 that's not redacted.

13:10 That that's their actual input in the middle of a supposed explanation.

13:14 And the way they close the document says it all.

13:16 Instead of wrapping it up with a final defense or apology,

13:19 they leave us with, "I can't do this, dude.

13:21 I'm not just going to write some like this.

13:24 This is pathetic." on page 11, which really tells you everything.

13:27 They couldn't even be bothered to complete their own defense

13:29 against accusations of distribution and covering for per PDF files.

13:34 Throughout the document, the tone bounces between passive aggressive rants,

13:38 sarcastic jokes, and off-topic nonsense.

13:40 It reads like someone's trying to be funny on Discord,

13:42 not someone responding to the most serious allegations of their life.

13:45 If this was their idea of a mature response, and frankly,

13:48 it only proves how little they understood the harm they

13:50 caused or cared about taking responsibility for all of it.

13:53 This wasn't a defense.

13:54 It was a goddamn meltdown.

13:56 Soul showed no respect to the victims, the community,

13:59 or even the seriousness of the accusations themselves.

14:01 The tone, the language, the sarcasm,

14:04 all of it undermines any claim that they ever wanted to take accountability.

14:07 And if this is the version they plan to release, just imagine what got left out.

14:11 No matter how they try to spin it, the damage is real.

14:14 And this document only makes it worse.

14:16 And if all of this wasn't enough,

14:18 it somehow got even worse when Soul was confronted directly.

14:22 Now, let's dig into the messages Soul sent to their friend.

14:24 These texts pull back the curtain on who Soul really is,

14:28 and it's a far cry from the remorseful figure they tried to present.

14:31 Right off the bat, Soul admits they never actually changed.

14:34 They say, "I'm not a good person, never have been,

14:37 and I never even changed a slight bit from 2021."

14:40 They even claim they thought they were improving at one point,

14:43 but that hope was an illusion.

14:44 And crucially, they confess they never even showed an hint of real change.

14:48 Soul calls themselves a monster,

14:50 but this isn't about owning up or trying to make amends.

14:53 Instead, they claimed it was fate,

14:54 saying some people are just faded to be monsters.

14:57 And I guess I'm one of them.

14:58 The characters they created,

15:00 they admit that those were just reflections of their own darkness.

15:03 What's more troubling is how soul blames fate instead of taking responsibility.

15:07 They say their selfish acts like betraying

15:09 friends were driven by feeling trapped, stating,

15:12 "It was that or oing myself." This is a clear

15:14 attempt to justify their actions by playing the victim.

15:17 And here's the critical connection.

15:19 Soul openly admits to betraying their friends for money.

15:21 Remember when I mentioned how Soul sold Forsaken instead of honoring

15:25 their agreement to let Basil and Tayyoko to keep ownership?

15:28 In their own words, "It's petty, I know,

15:30 but I just wanted to be the one to do it first.

15:32 I wanted that last feeling of satisfaction from all my 9-ish months

15:35 of non-stop work." They admit they gave up almost everything for their craft.

15:39 But instead of respecting their commitments or the trust

15:41 that Basil and Sayyoko placed in them,

15:43 Soul chose to break that trust for personal gain.

15:46 And even then, Soul admits that the change

15:48 others thought they saw was nothing but a delusion,

15:50 blinded by false hopes and happiness.

15:52 Finally, the messages droop with nihilistic self-loathing.

15:55 Soul says, "I know what I'm capable of, and I

15:58 really beat that knowledge." When their friend calls out,

16:00 they're just using the monster label as a copout.

16:03 Soul doubles down instead of showing real accountability.

16:06 Why does this matter?

16:07 Because these messages completely destroy whatever

16:09 credibility was left in Soul's public apologies.

16:12 This isn't someone who's truly remorseful or seeking forgiveness.

16:15 It's someone fully aware of their betrayals

16:17 and willing to hurt people for selfish reasons.

16:19 In short, Soul's own words prove

16:21 that the growth they claimed was performative at best.

16:24 Their motives were selfish, their actions manipulative,

16:27 and their regret likely just another act to cover up the truth.

16:30 This is the real Soul behind the scenes.

16:32 Even to this moment, as I'm writing the script for this video,

16:35 new things are being released about Soul Driven Love,

16:38 such as the messages between a user named Lucas Barry,

16:40 who was friends with Soul since they were 16.

16:42 And when Lucas was still 16,

16:44 Soul constantly spoke about his freak life with the spider.

16:47 For some context, Lucas was the person who leaked

16:49 Soul's response document when Soul was working on it.

16:52 Lucas, Soul, and Ava, who of content is SO's girlfriend,

16:55 were speaking about them selling the game

16:57 with Lucas saying it was a really bad idea.

16:59 Given the context of one of these messages where Soul said that they

17:02 had lawyers read the document and then completely giving up on the document,

17:05 I think it's fair to say that the lawyer

17:07 saw the document and said, "Nah, screw this.

17:09 You're cooked, bro." In all honesty, this situation is insane.

17:12 Just add one of the recent tweets I saw.

17:14 Soul and Ava allegedly stole $2 million from Forsaken related projects,

17:19 some of which was from a charity event, which is absolutely ridiculous.

17:23 To add on to this, I was shown tweets

17:25 where Soul was caught messaging UI artists looking for workers,

17:28 meaning they are trying to make a new game, most likely under a new identity,

17:32 possibly Forsaken 2, even though they don't own the IP anymore.

17:36 This entire forsaken situation is

17:38 a stark reminder that accountability isn't optional,

17:41 especially when real people's lives are affected.

17:43 From betrayal and manipulation to broken promises and serious legal questions,

17:47 the truth has been messy and painful, but it can't be ignored.

17:50 As this story continues to unfold,

17:52 the most important thing is standing with the victims,

17:54 demanding transparency, and holding everyone accountable for their actions.

17:58 Because no game, no community,

18:00 and no platform is worth sacrificing safety and justice.

18:04 Thanks for watching and if you really care about the future of this community,
