0:02 How are you doing?
0:03 Good.
0:03 I heard you hurt yourself.
0:04 A little bit.
0:05 Yeah.
0:05 Just a tiny bit.
0:06 I'm sorry.
0:07 It's Yeah, I'm sorry, too.
0:08 But, you know, show must go on, as they say.
0:11 idea to bring a hospital bed in.
0:12 So, yes.
0:14 Well, you can push it back if you're if you're not comfy.
0:16 Frankie can help you with anything you need.
0:18 I'm afraid to move it.
0:19 All right.
0:20 But, if you need anything, Frankie's really good at that.
0:22 All right.
0:22 So, let me say I saw the movie Georgia Rule, and I thought it was fantastic.
0:26 And it goes in You I mean,
0:28 you're I just think you're terrific anyway in everything you do.
0:31 But, you go You have so many different things
0:33 to play cuz the movie goes in so many different directions.
0:35 Yeah, it was it was one of one of my favorite roles that I've ever done.
0:39 Tell Tell people about the movie.
0:41 It's It's so hard to not give it away by describing it.
0:44 But, um it's basically kind of It's about
0:45 this girl Um that scene was pretty self-explanatory.
0:48 Um They You can't say what Jane said to you next.
0:51 No, I can't.
0:52 She She swears at me next.
0:55 Um she tells me Can I like to say it?
0:58 She tells me to go So.
1:00 Yeah.
1:00 And this is her grandmother.
1:02 She's staying with her grandmother.
1:03 Yeah, I get I get um sent off to live
1:05 with her because I'm somewhat rebellious for for understandable reasons.
1:09 Um my character Um she was abused and molested by her stepfather,
1:13 so she's um She goes there, and the whole movie you kind of don't know if she's
1:17 lying or telling the truth just because she's kind of I mean,
1:21 she's young and she's a troublemaker.
1:23 Yeah.
1:23 See, now you just gave the whole thing away.
1:25 I couldn't not.
1:26 I mean Cuz it's really hard cuz you don't
1:28 know for a while if it's the truth or not.
1:30 It's really It It's It's really good.
1:32 And it's Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman, who are both brilliant.
1:35 And that must be fun to work with people like that.
1:36 That's Oh, yeah.
1:38 I mean, amazing.
1:39 I know there was a lot of like controversy around the film when I was doing it.
1:42 Yeah, there was something that came out, I guess.
1:43 Some You want to set the record hospital, and I'm sitting in a hospital bed.
1:47 [laughter] You were in the hospital then?
1:48 Yeah.
1:48 Really?
1:49 Yeah.
1:49 So, do you want to set the record straight cuz I I guess there
1:51 was a a letter that was released of something about your behavior on the set.
1:55 a letter because I was late um the night that I was sick.
1:58 Mhm.
1:59 Um the next day, and I couldn't go to set.
2:00 I couldn't go to work.
2:01 Um I had really bad asthma attack.
2:03 So, I bronchial asthma.
2:04 Um so they they sent this letter out,
2:07 and they made it a big deal and a bigger deal than it was.
2:09 And everything's fine now.
2:10 Everyone's friends.
2:11 Yeah.
2:12 So, it was You all cuz that would be hard to to work with these I mean,
2:14 these are two strong women that you're working with.
2:16 That would be hard to work on that set and have you know, friction.
2:21 [laughter] No, they were great.
2:22 And Felicity's fantastic, and Jane's amazing.
2:24 So.
2:24 Yeah.
2:25 All right.
2:25 So, let's talk about in People magazine,
2:27 there's a picture of you with your doll
2:29 with uh and uh there's your doll next to you.

2:50 So, they copied the wrong you.
2:52 Well, my hair was red then.

3:08 Cuz mine are kind of somewhat hidden.

3:49 I haven't seen them in a few weeks cuz I've been in New York.
3:51 So, you got to miss the whole puppy thing.
3:52 You didn't have to train them or anything.
3:53 You just Mom has them, and she's taking care of them.
3:57 [laughter] For right now.
