The REAL Reason Nobody Sees What's Coming In Iran

The REAL Reason Nobody Sees What's Coming In Iran

The Diary Of A CEO Clips

0:00 So as part of your prediction in in 2024,

0:03 I believe it was, you said that the US would lose this war,

0:08 right?

0:07 Why did you predict that the US will lose this war with Iran?

0:11 Because the the American society does not does not have the political will,

0:18 does not have the manu manufacturing capacity and does not

0:21 have the risk tolerance to fight this war in Iran.

0:27 Basically, America wants to fight this war as cheaply,

0:30 as easily, and as quickly as possible, right?

0:34 So, Trump it Trump really thought that, you know,

0:37 if I sent my airplanes to strike Tran and kill the Anatollah,

0:43 they would just surrender.

0:44 That was like literally his plan going into this war.

0:48 He paid no attention to the culture.

0:51 He paid no attention to the history of the Iranian people.

0:55 You have to no respect for for the nation.

0:59 And when you do that, when you disrespect your opponent,

1:02 when you underestimate your opponent,

1:04 when you yourself are not willing to commit to the fight, you're going to lose.

1:08 So, is Iran's game just to draw this out as long as they possibly can?

1:14 H how are they, you know, cuz he's taken out the leaders and do you also think

1:17 that Trump thought that just if I just bomb the leader,

1:20 then everything will sort of regenerate itself and we'll be fine.

1:24 What was the sort of fundamental misunderstanding?

1:27 There's a lot of confusion as to how this war started.

1:30 Even today, no one actually knows how this war started.

1:35 But I think that Trump given his personality,

1:39 he was convinced that if he killed the leadership of Iran,

1:46 then they would have no choice but to surrender.

1:49 And his proof of concept was of course on January 3rd

1:53 of this year Delta Force went

1:55 into Venezuela kidnapped Maduro and they completely surrendered.

2:01 So in Trump's mind he wanted to replay this the Venezuela scenario

2:07 and he didn't realize that Iran is fundamentally different from Venezuela.

2:13 The short answer is he is a reality TV star.

2:17 He thinks in terms of optics.

2:18 He doesn't think think in terms of like geopolitical strategy.

2:21 The long answer is that the American military

2:25 has become very corrupt and insular institution that is

2:30 trying to generate as much congressional funding

2:33 as possible in order to fund the military-industrial complex.

2:38 Did he think that he was going to bomb Iran, the people would rise up,

2:42 they would elect a new government and that would

2:45 be that and then he could control Iran?

2:48 That's exactly what he thought.

2:50 So, what I want to do now is go to the map.

2:53 Okay.

2:53 All right.

2:54 And show you what he got wrong.

2:57 Okay.

2:55 All right.

2:56 So, this is a map of the Middle East.

3:00 And the first thing to notice about this map is the topography.

3:08 What does that mean?

3:09 How many mountains you have.

3:11 So this is what's really interesting is

3:14 that the topography between Iraq and Iran are completely different.

3:21 And this is important because two in 2003 the Americans

3:26 invaded Iraq and they won the war in about two weeks.

3:30 And the reason why they won the war

3:32 is the Americans practice something called shock and awe.

3:40 The idea of front and all is that it is a military strategy that believes

3:47 that if you cut off the head of the snake, the snake will die.

3:52 The decapitation strike.

3:54 And so what they did was they went into Baghdad,

4:00 seized Baghdad and the regime collapsed and the war was over.

4:10 And they were able to do this because of the topography.

4:14 If you look at the map of Iraq, it's all flat.

4:18 It's all desert.

4:20 Meaning that you can just fly in your planes,

4:25 cut off the head of a snake, and the war is over.

4:28 There's absolutely no way you can defend

4:31 against air strikes because you're entirely a desert.

4:38 Now let's go to let's look at topography of of Iran and Iran.

4:45 It's all mountainous.

4:47 In fact, you can make the argument that Iran is a fortress.

4:54 Okay.

4:56 And so the first thing is that Iran can choose to fight a war of attrition.

5:07 What's a war of attrition?

5:08 A war of attrition is a game of uncle.

5:11 What's that?

5:12 Right.

5:12 A game of uncle is where uh we don't have enough power to destroy each other.

5:18 So we what we try to do is we try to create pain points,

5:22 leverage points to force you to submit to cry uncle, right?

5:29 So because Iran is too large and that's 92 million people,

5:35 it's impossible for the Americans and Israelis to destroy Iran.

5:40 So what you're trying to do instead is bomb enough targets

5:45 so that they recognize that resistance resistance is futile and surrender.

5:51 Okay, that's the extent of the strategy.

5:53 But again, the problem with this is that one, Iran is much too big.

6:00 Number two is that it is a mountain fortress,

6:03 which means that you can hide

6:05 your weapons and your military inside mountains, right?

6:11 Which allows you to conduct a guerilla warfare strategy against your opponent.

6:17 And this is exactly what Iran is doing right now where

6:20 their underground missile bases are hidden inside the mountains and then they're

6:26 able to strike targets throughout the Middle East primarily American bases

6:32 but also energy installations that are key to the American petrod dollar system.

6:38 And so it's a game of uncle where the Americans are trying

6:42 to create as much damage as possible in the Iranian nation and Iran

6:46 in response is trying to destroy as much of of the global economy

6:51 as possible to force the world to pressure America to call the war off.

6:57 So that's a situation we are facing right now.

7:00 Second thing that Trump got got wrong is how vulnerable the global economy is.

7:06 Because the Iranians control something called a shum moose.

7:10 Okay.

7:10 And as you can see on this map, it's a very very narrow piece of land.

7:20 It's only about 33 kilometers across.

7:23 You can actually swim across the street of hummus.

7:27 Okay.

7:27 And why this is important is the GCC exports 20% of the world's energy.

7:36 The G the G what?

7:38 The Gulf Cooperative Council.

7:40 Okay.

7:40 So the Gulf Cooperative Council are certain nations

7:43 in the mil Middle East that align politically.

7:47 So they include Qatar, Saudi Arabia, uh the UAE, Oman, Iran, Kuwait.

7:54 If they've been exporting energy but not just energy but also

8:00 a lot of byproducts of of energy production including fertilizer to the world

8:06 primarily East Asia and India in return they've been getting um

8:14 food back so most people don't don't appreciate this but the GCC

8:19 actually imports 809% of its food needs and the reason

8:24 why is that they become so rich these past few decades

8:28 that the populations have um blown up and as a result

8:34 they have to feed their population but they don't have agricultural resources.

8:39 They also don't have water resources and so

8:43 they have two major vulnerabilities which is

8:45 food and water and they have a lot of desalination plants around the area and so

8:52 it's a desalination plant.

8:54 Okay, so a desalination plant takes salt water

8:58 from the seas and then through an electrochemical process

9:02 turns it into portable water that people can

9:05 use uh for drinking purposes and for agricultural purposes.

9:11 Okay.

9:12 Right.

9:12 So as you can see the entire area it

9:15 is extremely vulnerable to drone and missile attacks from Iran.

9:21 So that's the second thing that Iran has done which Trump did not expect.

9:25 He didn't expect that the Iranians would close off the strait of Hamus.

9:31 And how the Iranians were able to close of the straight of was

9:34 just by threatening to attack any ships that wanted to cross it.

9:40 The reason why is that these ships

9:42 depend on maritime insurance in order to operate.

9:47 But if there's a risk, a very high risk of being destroyed,

9:50 then um you will not need to get insurance.

9:55 Okay.

9:54 So, it's not that the Iranians have said to these ships, you can't cross.

9:57 It's just that the insurers refuse to allow

10:00 these ships to cross because it's too dangerous.

10:03 And Trump didn't you think they'd consider this before

10:05 they started bombing Iran that Iran would have some

10:09 leverage in shutting down such a critical piece

10:12 of uh water for you know shipping fertilizer energy etc.

10:17 You think that they would have known this, right?

10:20 So, that's what a lot of people say, that Trump's stupid,

10:24 that Trump is hotheaded, that he was misled by the Israelis.

10:30 And there's good evidence to support

10:31 this, but I want to show you something, okay?

10:34 It's it's called the National Defense Strategy.

10:39 All right?

10:39 And so, this is a document that was published by the Department of War.

10:45 And in it, it explains what

10:49 the American strategy to maintain global dominance is.

10:54 And in the introduction, what it says is that for too long,

11:00 America has been bullied by the world world.

11:04 America is a nation that protects the world.

11:08 Yet Europe, East Asia takes advantage of American generosity.

11:15 The Europeans don't pay for their defense and so they

11:19 put all this money into welfare into their pension system.

11:23 The Chinese have been giving America a bad trade deal.

11:29 The Chinese steal American technology and then use it

11:32 to make products that they sell back to the Americans.

11:36 So the Americans have been have been getting a really bad deal for decades.

11:42 And President Donald Trump,

11:44 he's going to change that by doing four things, right?

11:49 The National Defense Strategy calls

11:50 for a fourpoint program to put America first.

11:56 The first thing that um America is going

12:00 to do is going to secure the Western Hemisphere.

12:05 Why?

12:05 Because the Western Hemisphere belongs to the United States.

12:10 When you say the Western Hemisphere, what do you mean?

12:12 What what region is that?

12:13 Is that Canada as well?

12:14 And so if you look at the map,

12:16 we can divide we can divide the map into the eastern hemisphere.

12:20 Okay.

12:21 And the western hemisphere.

12:22 Okay.

12:22 So everything over here,

12:24 everything including Greenland, including Canada, including Mexico,

12:28 every part of this area belongs to United States.

12:33 Therefore, you cannot trade with any

12:36 of these countries without American permission,

12:41 without paying a tribute to the Americans.

12:44 And that this is why that the Americans have

12:48 parked onethird of their naval assets in the Caribbean today.

12:55 It's to tell the Chinese and the Russians, back off.

12:59 You want to come here, you either pay a tribute or you'll be attacked.

13:06 Okay, that's the first point of this strategy.

13:09 The Western Hemisphere belongs to America.

13:12 Something that they call the Donro doctrine.

13:15 Okay, which is Trump's corollary to the Monroe Doctrine.

13:19 And so that's point one.

13:22 Point two is that America wants to re-imagine its relationship with its allies.

13:29 Basically, NATO needs to pay for its own defense.

13:35 NATO needs to go fight Russia in Ukraine.

13:39 America will provide support.

13:41 It'll provide weapons and financing, but NATO needs to do more work.

13:48 And in East Asia, South Korea and Japan need

13:52 to do better job of keeping China in check.

13:57 Okay, that's point two.

13:59 Point three is specific to China.

14:02 And the idea is the United States does not want to destroy China.

14:07 The United States does not want to humiliate China,

14:10 but China needs to be put in its place.

14:14 China needs to respect the power and the reach of the United States.

14:20 And how the United States is going

14:22 to do this is by strangling China economically.

14:27 Right?

14:28 So you look at at a map of China,

14:31 most of its trade goes through something called the sh of Malaca.

14:36 And the sh of Malaka is the most important maritime choke point in the world.

14:41 All America has to do is park naval carriers inside

14:45 the Jalaka and China will lose 90% of its energy exports.

14:51 But if they parked them there, China would still go through.

14:53 No, no, because you have to go for the straight to Malaka.

14:57 So America has something called the first island chain.

15:00 Okay.

15:00 The first island chain prevents China from reaching the Pacific Ocean.

15:05 The first island chain includes South Korea,

15:08 Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines and Malaysia.

15:11 That blocks China from reaching out into into the Pacific.

15:16 So in order for it to access trade, it has to go through the sh of Malaa.

15:20 And through the Malaka, it can access uh India, Africa and the uh Middle East.

15:30 Okay.

15:29 Right.

15:29 And so by positioning naval carriers inside the Shala,

15:35 it creates a blockade and China would have to pay

15:39 a toll in order to access um the Sher Malaka.

15:43 And the fourth one and the fourth one is to um

15:49 rejuvenate reinvigorate America's defense manufacturing sector.

15:55 So supercharge the US defense industrial base.

15:58 That's exactly correct.

15:59 Yes.

15:59 All right.

16:00 So, what this means is that the Pentagon a few weeks ago went

16:05 to Detroit and talked to Ford and General Motors and said, "You know what?

16:09 Because of this war in Iran,

16:10 we might need you to stop making cars and start making more munitions."

16:16 How do you know they said that?

16:18 It's They published it.

16:19 They published it.

16:19 Yes.

16:20 Really?

16:21 Yes.

16:21 So, the United States went to Forbes and GM and said,

16:23 "We might need you to start making weapons with your factories." Yes.

16:26 And they're happy doing this because the profit margins

16:28 are much greater for weapons than for for cars.

16:31 This is a Pentagon.

16:32 So you can charge as you can charge them

16:33 as much as you want and they'll pay for it.

16:36 Whereas you make cars,

16:37 it's for the consumer market and they may not buy your cars.

16:41 Mhm.

16:41 Right.

16:41 So So you're like Ford or General Motors,

16:43 the best deal in the world is to go make weapons for the Pentagon

16:49 to fight these wars in the Middle East that can go on for forever.

16:53 So, so, so we have a situation where, okay, look, if you read the news,

16:57 if you talk to a lot of people,

16:59 Trump's an idiot and this war in Iran makes no sense at all.

17:05 But then if you just read the National

17:07 Defense Strategy that is on the Department

17:10 of War website and anyone can go there

17:12 and download it for free and read it themselves,

17:14 it's a very clear road map of what America

17:17 needs to do in order to maintain imperial hijgemony.

17:21 And so let let's just summarize the major points.

17:24 The first major point is to maintain control

17:28 over the western hemisphere and create a fortress America,

17:32 which is why he invaded Venezuela and he says he's going to invade Cuba.

17:37 Exactly.

17:37 And also Greenland.

17:38 Look at all the countries that he's named over the past year.

17:42 Greenland, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Cuba, Colombia, Nicaragua, Honduras.

17:50 It's all the western hemisphere, right?

17:54 And they're all together.

17:55 Second point is to create divide and rule all around the world.

17:59 So imagine a situation where in Europe, NATO fights Russia in Ukraine.

18:06 In East Asia, China fights South Korea and Japan.

18:11 In the Middle East, Iran fights the GCC allied with Israel.

18:17 What does America do?

18:18 America can now sell sell sell everyone weapons and resources and finance it.

18:24 This would be back to World War II.

18:27 But it makes them weaker as well generally.

18:29 That's the point.

18:32 Yeah.

18:31 Right.

18:31 And then what would happen is that $40 trillion that America has in debt,

18:36 it would disappear because it would be absorbed by the world.

18:40 Right.

18:41 So you can say, look, Trump's an idiot,

18:44 but if you actually look at a map and how America wants this map,

18:49 this world map to play out, it makes perfect sense.

18:53 H So the war is going well for Trump.

18:57 The war is going very well for Trump.

19:00 Really?

19:01 Yes.

19:01 But you said in your prediction that he would lose the war, right?

19:04 What's your definition of lose the war?

19:06 Losing the war means that America would send ground troops.

19:11 Iran would survive this ground invasion and this would be

19:16 so politically damaging that chaos breaks out the United States

19:23 and the US guard invasion is forced to retreat

19:27 and the United States is forced to retreat from the Middle East.

19:31 And you still think that's going to happen?

19:32 I still think that's going to happen.

19:33 So, you think the United States is going

19:34 to put ground troops in, Iran are going to resist,

19:37 and then chaos is going to break out in the United States?

19:39 Yes.
