Roblox Forsaken RESPONDED.. (SoulDrivenLove)

0:03 There have been so many responses released about this situation,

0:06 but literally just 24 hours ago,

0:08 Soul Driven Love, otherwise known as a previous owner of Roblox Forsaken,

0:12 released their 64page response document to all of the allegations

0:16 that they have been facing for over the last decade.

0:18 And after personally reviewing everything, the entire response,

0:22 not only was the whole document possibly written by AI,

0:26 but it also completely undermined what Soul's victims

0:28 went through by just completely downplaying everything by saying,

0:31 "Oh, Soul was only 13 years old," or just

0:34 in general using very stupid counterarguments that make no sense whatsoever.

0:39 Soul being 13, 14, or however old he was when all this was happening,

0:44 it doesn't excuse anything.

0:45 And in this video, I go over the whole document and try

0:48 to break it down the best way possible so you guys can understand it.

0:58 Now, considering it's been a while since I've covered this situation,

1:00 let me quickly do a recap of what happened.

1:03 In my last videos regarding the situation, I went in depth on Souldriven Love,

1:06 also known as robotic developer, the original creator of Forsaken,

1:09 who built the reputation on lies, manipulation,

1:12 and he was originally accused of using Forsaken funds to support Fungus,

1:16 a teenager who attempted a racially motivated and actually ended up someone,

1:21 and things only got darker from there.

1:23 Soul was caught manipulating minors, blackmailing them with private images,

1:26 and even distributing images of a minor.

1:29 He also kept no on his development team while he still owned

1:32 Forsaken like Stoppy Blue and only removed them after a massive public backlash.

1:37 Leaked DMs also showed him emotionally manipulating victims

1:40 to the point where some ended up hospitalized.

1:42 When the whole situation spiraled,

1:44 Soul staged a fake ownership transfer for Ssen as a PR damage control,

1:48 claiming he'd handed off the game to Hitoko and Basil.

1:51 The leaked messages later proved that it was all staged,

1:53 and his girlfriend Ava even admitted privately

1:56 he's still going to direct it in private.

1:58 I know Soul and I are still the owners of the game behind the scenes.

2:01 It was all an act.

2:02 Soul never actually stepped down from the game, at least not at that point.

2:05 Only later, it came out that after quote unquote leaving,

2:08 he and his associates still controlled 40% of Forsaken's revenue,

2:12 earning nearly $300,000 a month as of September 25th.

2:16 It wasn't a transfer, it was a cover up to protect his profits.

2:20 That's the whole story leading up to this so-called response document.

2:23 Better part of a decade of manipulation, deception, and behavior.

2:27 now rewritten in a 64-page AI crafted document

2:31 to try to save his image with deflections and excuses.

2:34 From the very first page, it's clear that this entire thing wasn't

2:37 written by a human being taking accountability,

2:39 but it was most likely written with AI.

2:41 Every sentence sounds artificially polished and emotionally hollow,

2:45 filled with generic phrases like,

2:46 "I take full accountability for my actions," or, "I was

2:49 in a dark place and made mistakes." The language structure,

2:52 repetition, and formatting are textbook signs of AI generated text.

2:56 It repeats the same empathetic tone over

2:58 and over again while saying almost nothing specific.

3:01 But what really gives it away is how carefully legal it sounds.

3:04 Every serious act from leaking material to blackmailing

3:08 victims is described in the softest possible language.

3:12 It's the same kind of phrasing a defense attorney

3:13 would use to turn criminal behavior into a moral mistake.

3:17 And here's what makes it worse.

3:18 Soul does admit to some of these crimes in this document,

3:21 but only in ways that protect himself legally.

3:23 He acknowledges that he shared the material,

3:26 but immediately follows it by saying he didn't fully understand what he was

3:29 doing or that he was also a victim of it's a manipulative half admission.

3:34 The kind is crafted to sound remorseful while

3:36 quietly trying to shift blame away from himself.

3:39 That's not genuine accountability.

3:40 That's called legal polishing.

3:42 The entire document sounds like something that was vetted and rewritten

3:45 by lawyers to limit liability while still giving the illusion of honesty.

3:49 And the entire goal of this is completely obvious.

3:52 Soul wants to rewrite history and protect his own public image.

3:56 The document doesn't deny everything, but it strategically reframes it,

3:59 admitting only what can't be disproven,

4:01 omitting context and softening the rest under

4:04 the excuse that he was young and dumb.

4:05 And again, that doesn't count as accountability because regardless of age,

4:09 the things Soul did,

4:10 for example, the distributing content of a minor, those aren't moral mistakes.

4:14 Those are federal crimes, which we'll get into a little bit later.

4:17 It doesn't matter if you were 13 or 30.

4:20 The act itself crosses legal lines.

4:22 Claiming youth as an excuse doesn't erase

4:25 the fact that real people were traumatized,

4:27 harassed, and manipulated as a result of these actions.

4:29 So, when this document opens up with a perfectly formatted apology

4:32 paragraph that sounds like it came straight out of Chat GBT,

4:35 it sets the tone for basically everything in this document.

4:37 Not a genuine attempt to make amends, but a calculated PR move designed

4:40 to minimize crimes under the guise of self-reflection.

4:43 So, we'll start off with what was said in the document.

4:45 Soul tried to rewrite the entire Fungus situation by claiming that Fungus,

4:49 the teenager who somebody in a racially motivated attack,

4:52 wasn't actually a neo dictator.

4:54 Soul says Fungus was just a severely mentally ill kid influenced by older

4:58 manipulative people and insists that he

5:00 didn't understand the gravity of his situation.

5:02 He even said that he spoke with Fungus's mother who supposedly told him

5:05 that the police charged Fungus with attempted

5:08 and that he was facing 6 years in jail.

5:10 Soul also said in that same document, this is the main point here,

5:14 I do not think it is immoral or wrong to lend financial aid to his mother,

5:18 knowing it supports both their family's

5:20 recovery and Fungus's chance at proper treatment.

5:23 He admits that he gave money directly from Forsaken funds to support them,

5:27 and even added Fungus' character to the game's map at the time.

5:30 The only line of genuine accountability in this section is when

5:33 Soul briefly conceds that attempting to take a life is inexcusable.

5:37 Wow, grass is green, Soul.

5:38 But that small acknowledgement doesn't undo the rest of the defense.

5:41 There's overwhelming evidence, including direct messages that Soul included

5:45 in this document where Fungus told Soul,

5:47 "We need to mass-produce ovens to more Jews." And Robo,

5:51 "We need more money quickly." Robo being Soul.

5:54 That proves that this was absolutely racially motivated.

5:56 Or at the very least, that this guy had some behavior stuck in his head.

6:01 At the time, Fungus used a German themed profile picture

6:04 and explicitly said he wanted to Turkish man because he was Turkish.

6:08 Soul's claim that this wasn't a hate crime was flatout false.

6:11 The law doesn't excuse violence because of mental illness or age.

6:15 Intent is what defines hate crime motivation.

6:17 Anyways, by funding Fungus and his family,

6:20 Soul indirectly provided material support to someone

6:23 who was convicted of a violent hate-based crime.

6:25 an act that could fall under title 18,

6:27 United States Code section 2339A, which prohibits

6:31 offering material assistance to perpetrators of violent offenses.

6:34 So no matter how soul tries to frame it as empathy or rehabilitation,

6:38 the truth is simple.

6:39 He knowingly defended, funded, and worked with a racist attempted.

6:43 In the next part of his document, Soul addressed his connection to Stoppy Blue,

6:47 claiming that he removed him from Forsaken

6:49 the same day he learned about his background.

6:51 He wrote that his original plan was

6:52 to simply remove Blue's animations by having them remade.

6:56 When the remake stalled, he readded his in-game credit after Blue allegedly

7:01 threatened to file a DMCA claim against the game.

7:03 Soul admitted that this was the absolute worst choice he could have made,

7:07 saying he bowed down to an manipulative

7:10 degenerate instead of just removing his content outright.

7:13 He then shifts partial blame to his girlfriend, Ava,

7:15 claiming that she was the one who later unbanned Stoppy Blue

7:17 from the Forsaken Discord server after being misled by one of his friends.

7:21 He ended that part by saying he won't speak too much

7:23 about it since Ava will hold herself accountable in her own response.

7:27 But this explanation only raised more red flags.

7:29 First, Soul's claim that he wasn't responsible

7:31 for the unbanned doesn't erase the fact

7:33 that he personally reinstated credit and platformed

7:36 a known to avoid a legal threat,

7:38 something no responsible developer would ever do.

7:41 Using fear of a DMCA claim as an excuse doesn't hold up either.

7:44 It shows willful complicity, not a mistake.

7:46 By keeping Stoppy Blue's work in the game,

7:49 Soul effectively allowed the creations of someone who was

7:51 involved in conduct to remain active in a platform

7:54 made for kids and trying to offload the blame

7:57 onto Ava only further shows that Soul isn't taking accountability.

8:01 He's distancing himself from the consequences of his own decision.

8:04 In the next part of the document, Soul dedicated a couple pages to addressing

8:07 what he calls leaking illegal material, sending and catfishing.

8:11 He opens with an apology claiming he wants to be honest and take accountability,

8:15 but immediately starts softening everything that follows.

8:18 He admitted that in 2021, when he was 13 years old,

8:21 he showed an photo of someone he says was between 16 and 18 years old.

8:26 I'm just going to interject here right off the bat.

8:28 In the title of that same place, he admitted that the person was 16 years old.

8:32 I have no idea why he's now trying to elevate their age by saying, "Oh, no.

8:37 They they weren't just 16.

8:38 They could have been 18, too.

8:40 It's stupid." Anyways, back to what I was saying.

8:42 He said that the person sent the image thinking he was older and that he

8:45 later shared it out of anger because

8:47 an image of himself had been circulated online.

8:50 Soul claims that he was taken advantage of by multiple

8:52 adults and lashed out by playing a cool,

8:54 edgy villain persona to appear unbothered.

8:57 He also admits to sending graphic, but blames it on growing up in a toxic

9:01 online circle where racist and violent content was normalized.

9:04 As for the catfishing,

9:05 he says that he only lied about his age and gender out of insecurity,

9:08 not manipulation, and that he didn't know

9:10 that transgender people were real at the time.

9:12 I don't think I need to add more to that.

9:14 This segment is pretty obviously one

9:16 of the most manipulative parts of the entire document.

9:18 Soul admits to committing crimes,

9:20 then spends paragraphs reframing them as mistakes from youth.

9:23 Admits to sharing an image of someone aged between 16 to 18,

9:27 regardless of intent, retaliation, or age, it's still child under title 18,

9:33 United States code section 2252 A-2, which makes it

9:37 a federal crime to distribute or transmit material involving a minor.

9:42 The fact that he was 13 doesn't erase the crime.

9:45 It only changes how it would be prosecuted.

9:48 But the act itself still violates federal law.

9:51 Using that same image or threats of exposure

9:54 to emotionally control victims can also fall under title

9:57 18 United States code section 875 which covers coercion

10:01 and blackmail using any threats of reputation or person.

10:05 Also his claim that the police

10:07 found no illegal material is completely meaningless

10:09 because distribution doesn't require current possession

10:12 and he already admitted to sharing it.

10:14 As with the catfishing thing,

10:15 Soul tended to frame it as insecurity, which doesn't undo the harm.

10:18 Catfishing isn't a federal crime necessarily,

10:20 but it does become illegal when it's used to deceive or manipulate people

10:23 into sending content or to emotionally them

10:27 conduct that could violate federal harassment laws.

10:30 But I I do have to look into that.

10:31 The same goes for sending and racist imagery.

10:34 So, blaming him being desensitized to the whole thing doesn't make it harmless.

10:39 It shows a repeated lack of empathy and intent to shock.

10:42 Every part of this section is written

10:44 to sound remorseful while quietly minimizing accountability.

10:47 The truth is very simple.

10:49 Soul didn't act out of confusion or immaturity.

10:51 He deliberately distributed content of a minor,

10:54 emotionally manipulated his victims,

10:56 and tried to disguise that behavior as childhood mistakes.

11:00 He's literally describing calculated damage control.

11:03 After admitting to leaking material, Soul spends the rest of his document

11:07 reframing everything as an emotional collapse and misunderstanding.

11:10 He says that March 18th was one of the hardest days of his life,

11:13 claiming that his partner Ava's attempt left in spiraling,

11:17 which supposedly explains why he lashed out at people at two of his friends.

11:21 But tragedy doesn't erase accountability.

11:23 He wasn't a victim of panic.

11:25 He was someone who weaponized his instability to avoid responsibility.

11:28 He then defends the Forsaken sale by saying he never wanted to sell

11:32 and that he treated Forsaken as his child and that Ava pushed him into it,

11:36 even though leaked logs show that he

11:38 personally tried to profit while secretly keeping control.

11:41 On the charity funds, he blames the LLC paperwork and the Devex delays,

11:45 insisting no money was stolen.

11:47 Yet over 400 million Robux,

11:49 around $1.4 $4 million sat in group funds he controlled and some of it

11:53 ended up in his own personal

11:54 accounts which actually violates state charity laws.

11:58 Soul also claimed that his silence after

12:00 May 28th wasn't avoidance but a mental collapse.

12:04 He said that screenshots of him on Roblox or Minecraft

12:06 were just coping mechanisms which is not proof of indifference.

12:10 Another example of him painting himself as the victim.

12:12 Then there's his alt account called The Only Roblox Gamers 2,

12:16 which says was just a way to exist peacefully while helping a friend.

12:20 He ended that part by admitting that he continued appearing

12:23 under the soul-driven love name even after all the allegations,

12:26 saying that it's a step towards accountability.

12:29 But in reality, at least the way I view it,

12:32 it was just disrespectful to the people he hurt.

12:35 Throughout every section so far, the same pattern repeats.

12:38 Partial confession followed by an emotional justification.

12:42 Soul didn't grow or take accountability.

12:44 He kept lying, manipulating, and profiting off of Forsaken,

12:47 earning 40% of the game's revenue while pretending to have stepped down.

12:51 In the last part of the document that I think needs to be pointed out,

12:54 he tried to dismiss the leaked screenshot where he said,

12:57 "I'm not a good person, never have been,

12:59 and I haven't changed a slight bit from 2021." He

13:02 now says that he was just spiraling at that time.

13:04 And when he said it, he insisted that he's changed,

13:07 claiming he no longer uses slurs, no longer harasses people,

13:11 or no longer hacks account like he did when he was younger.

13:14 But his behavior contradicts that.

13:16 He continued to lie, manipulate,

13:17 and profit off of Forsaken long after claiming to have grown,

13:21 saying, "I used to be worse," isn't proof of change.

13:24 It's an excuse.

13:25 The reality is that screenshot was the most

13:28 honest thing he said in the last few years.

13:30 He hasn't changed.

13:31 He's only gotten a little bit better at rewriting everything.

13:34 That's everything that I believe was worth mentioning.

13:46 but the evidence should speak for itself.
