A Democrat Congressman is calling John Kerry to testify on Epstein — Here’s why
Tara Palmeri
0:00 What you see in the files is, first of all,
0:02 I want to just start this by saying John Kerry's spokespeople told
0:05 ABC News back in 2019 that he did not know him personally.
0:09 Now, when you see a picture of him with Epstein's house staff in Epstein's home.
0:14 Just this picture here.
0:15 Yeah.
0:16 And I don't know if you want to if you can pull this up, but also his chef,
0:20 which is something we haven't seen before,
0:22 um I believe his name is Mullen, David Richard Mullen.
0:25 Okay.
0:26 Um he gave a sworn testimony to the FBI.
0:29 It's called a 302.
0:30 And he said that he recalled seeing John Kerry on Epstein's plane.
0:36 He gave this testimony in 2006.
0:38 So, this isn't like, "Oh, we gave the testimony 20 years later.
0:41 Can't remember if I saw him or not." He was
0:43 he cooked on the plane and he remembered seeing him.
0:46 So, um and then, you know,
0:48 you have victims saying that uh Epstein talked about Kerry a lot,
0:53 said he was friends with him.
0:54 And then you kind of add in all of these um
0:57 emails in which Epstein is offering to introduce people to Kerry.
1:02 I will Secretary of State who got Is that in this No,
1:05 that's the Steve Bannon one.
1:06 That's Steve Bannon.
1:07 So, like, uh this is in 2018, by the way.
1:11 So, Steve Bannon is Trump's advisor at this point
1:13 and you know they spent a lot of time together.
1:16 Um here he is Epstein is saying on the right,
1:18 "I'm sitting here with Kathy Ruemmler." He names Ruemmler.
1:21 That was Obama's former deputy um uh counsel,
1:25 like lawyer essentially, to the White House.
1:27 Right.
1:28 And he she says uh he says,
1:35 "If you're around the 18th in DC, John Kerry." Suggesting he can meet Kerry.
1:40 Then he follows up and says, "Well,
1:42 Kerry's not coming anymore, but Burns will be there,
1:45 his deputy." So, Bill Burns was Kerry's uh deputy Secretary of State.
1:52 And he went on to be the CIA director under Biden.
1:55 He spent 32 years in service.
1:57 and if you know anything about the State Department,
2:01 it is very closely connected to the CIA.
2:03 Right.
2:04 [clears throat]
2:04 Diplomats are constantly running assets, agents, sources for um the CIA.
2:11 These assets, these sources, they come to the embassy.
2:15 So, they're very closely intertwined.
2:17 So, it kind of makes sense that he would move on to CIA.
2:20 True.
2:21 And Epstein at the time is trying to cultivate a relationship with Bill Burns.
2:26 He invites Bill Burns and his wife to the island.
2:28 We see that.
2:29 Uh he met with Bill Burns twice,
2:32 offering him help while he was Deputy Secretary
2:35 of State getting jobs in the private sector,
2:37 connects him over email to Peter Thiel.
2:40 Uh Bill Burns, as people say, oh, he may have connected him.
2:43 He also offered to connect him to Reid Hoffman cuz he was looking for jobs.
2:46 Oh, gosh.
2:48 [laughter] Again, Epstein is Reid Hoffman, by the way, created LinkedIn.
2:51 Right.
2:51 He is like a conservative bogeyman now, but created PayPal.
2:55 He's a tech co-sign.
2:57 Um So, I'm throwing a lot of names at you guys.
2:59 But imagine this scenario.
3:01 Epstein is writing that he's going to have
3:02 Bill Burns basically a spy in the CIA.
3:08 I mean, a spy in State Department.
3:11 Peter Thiel, who does a lot of uh you know,
3:14 he does defense deals now with the state with our country.
3:19 And Ehud Barak, the former Prime Minister of Israel,
3:24 who also was a defense minister,
3:26 which oversees the Mossad, which people in the sea it is Israel's
3:32 of Israel.
3:32 Yeah.
3:33 But for some reason are scarier.
3:34 Like, I don't know.
3:35 They're just scarier.
3:36 These are the people who did the beepers and stuff.
3:39 Yeah.
3:40 They're a little better than ours, I think.
3:42 They're just Yeah, they they definitely This is because
3:45 the Israeli state is constantly being targeted and Israeli people.
3:49 But it is But also, wasn't Ghislaine Maxwell's dad like allegedly
3:54 wrapped up with the Mossad and Yeah, and he was a It's off the side of the road.
4:00 Right.
4:01 Right.
4:02 He gets buried in the Mount of Olives,
4:04 which is reserved for kings and princes in Israel after
4:08 he's mysteriously died on his yacht in the Canary Islands.
4:13 And he was It's like too much.
4:14 I feel like a crazy person like we're writing a movie and then we're like,
4:17 "No, we're reading evidence files." I'm like holding back a lot.
4:22 I know.
4:23 I'm trying to be keep it as like a tight
4:25 to the like files and what I know as possible.
4:30 Um and so what you know, what Virginia told me,
4:32 she also told a number of other people and um I was
4:35 with another survivor and when she said this and other people separately.
4:40 So, um Yeah.
4:42 that I've spoken to since and here, okay.
4:44 Kerry scheme, 2000 Kerry scheme subject line.
4:48 Yeah, he's dreaming up So,
4:50 I think that from based on what I've all the emails Epstein's placed like
4:55 a long shot bet on Kerry that he's going to be something one day.
5:00 Okay.
5:00 He'll have more influence thanks to that.
5:02 And you see it, Hillary gets indicted,
5:05 then we'll need a candidate at the last minute.
5:07 It will either be him or Biden.
5:10 He won more states last time.
5:11 Biden has no money, so Kerry can buy him out of race.
5:15 Wow.
5:16 But then he fantasizes about this scheme with Kathy Ruemmler,
5:20 the Obama deputy Right.
5:22 lawyer, and he fantasizes about it with this very shady Norwegian diplomat,
5:28 which takes me back to the Oslo Accords.
5:30 Okay, let me know when you're ready for that, everybody.
5:33 Do you want to take a beat?
5:34 Let's Let's take a two-second there cuz I
5:36 want to talk about the the Ruemmler-Obama situation.
5:39 In all the time that I spent with Biden over the time that he
5:43 was president and got to meet him or talk to him or do whatever,
5:45 there was always this thing with him where
5:47 he felt like Obama didn't really respect him, didn't really like pick him.
5:51 He didn't feel like he like Obama treated him
5:53 right or backed him the way that he should have.
5:55 He always had this like deep wound when it came to Obama, it felt like.
6:00 Like that he didn't they he didn't treat him well enough
6:02 or that he wasn't that on his side or that Obama's staff didn't like,
6:07 you know, jump to endorse Biden when he wanted to run for president and whatnot.
6:11 And I wonder like how many more layers there were.
6:14 VP though to me.
6:16 Yeah, I guess so.
6:18 with Kamala, too.
6:19 You I know.
6:20 He and she didn't she He treated her the way that Biden treated him or whatever.
6:24 Like They always do the The VP always feel like they're getting shafted.
6:28 They get the worst job, worst and then they never get the the the kind
6:32 of love that they think they deserve from the president.
6:34 When Biden did get to be the president, I wonder if he got access to any kind
6:38 of like information where like did Obama favor Kerry or something?
6:42 I just wonder like what the tea was between the girls.
6:44 Now that we can see like all of this like
6:46 awkward Democratic like backstabbing that's happening in Gossip Girl.
6:50 I feel like it's it's weird.
6:51 I wonder why I think they just like they knew that Kerry
6:54 was too elitist and I think with like probably Obama's credentials
7:00 and the fact that he went to and he's got a father
7:04 and he's just He's just a little too cosmopolitan as they say, right?
7:08 So they they probably needed Scranton Joe to kind of Yeah.
7:11 in that that Well, they knew that he
7:13 could help them win Pennsylvania, which was critical.
7:16 So, I think it came down to just brass tacks politics.
7:19 So, Epstein is scheming.
7:21 Yeah, Epstein scheming.
7:22 He's always scheming.
7:23 So, um okay, remember the sultan who tells Epstein the Emirati sultan,
7:28 I loved the torture video?
7:30 Yes, and also was sending him like uh information about um Asian massage
7:38 rooms that he went to and like that he did a full package.
7:41 He was like forever trying to brag
7:42 to Epstein about horrible things that he had done.
7:45 Yes, exactly.
7:46 Um very weird.
7:48 Well, he had to step down from his job.
7:50 And just for what it's worth, this is very weird.
7:53 Um but he that email about I love the torture video.
7:57 Yeah.
7:57 The Justice Department redacted his name.
8:01 I know why.
8:02 They were they failed to redact the names of survivors,
8:05 but felt that his name had to be redacted.
8:08 And if I know that law correctly, which I do,
8:11 you're not allowed to redact a name for for just like any reason.
8:17 It has to have national security purposes.
8:18 So they have to be redacted.
8:21 Um okay.
8:21 Is it because the Saudis own so much of the Trump wealth that they were like,
8:25 "Oh, yeah, put this out there." I mean, who knows?
8:27 Dang, it sounds like it.
8:29 It's Friday, we're talking and speculating.
8:31 But this is Okay, but here's what we do know.
8:33 When uh Kerry was in the United Arab Emirates, there is.
8:38 Wow.
8:39 Yep.
8:39 Not upset.
8:40 Right.
8:40 Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem.
8:43 Yeah.
8:43 Exactly.
8:44 When Kerry was in the Emirates,
8:46 he asked Epstein of all people to connect him to him.
8:51 Really?
8:52 Yeah.
8:53 And then you had So John Kerry did have direct contact with Jeffrey Epstein.
8:59 Is that what you're saying?
9:00 From the First of all,
9:01 we know from the sworn testimonies that he was around him.
9:04 He was in the house, he was, you know, on the plane.
9:07 Um and Now, it appears we don't have any emails from John Kerry back to Epstein,
9:15 but then again, not a lot of people email, especially old people.
9:18 Mhm.
9:19 Um Epstein is constantly offering access to John Kerry to people.
9:24 Right.
9:25 And it's weird.
9:26 They had a lot of reason to want to be in touch with him,
9:29 you know, his interest in the Iran nuclear deal,
9:31 which John Kerry was working on.
9:34 You know, he's going to want to make sure that it benefits Israel, right?
9:37 Mhm.
9:38 And so there's that and then Terje Rød-Larsen,
9:45 who is for everyone who may not know him, but may have heard of his son.
9:49 His son killed himself last year.
9:52 Sadly, he and he and his sibling
9:56 were um designated $10 million from Epstein's will.
10:01 Wow.
10:02 And that is how deeply intertwined Epstein
10:05 was with this Norwegian diplomat, very senior one.
10:09 He was the main architect of the Oslo Accords,
10:12 which like I said before was the first agreement between Israel and Palestine.
10:16 And he borrowed money from Epstein.
10:20 Obviously, Epstein gave him this this grant in his will to his kids.
10:24 And he also wrote visas for Russian girls who
10:28 were victims of Epstein to come over to this country.
10:31 Terje.
10:32 man who is a highly compromised figure.
10:36 Now, in a normal functioning country where the Justice Department
10:39 does the job that its citizens pay them to do, Yeah.
10:43 Norway in Norway's economic crimes unit is investigating
10:47 him and his wife cuz his wife was
10:49 also involved in this Epstein financial relationship and also
10:54 was a key architect of the Oslo Accords.
10:57 Now, the Oslo Accords are something that have
10:59 been like highly contested because it vastly favored Israel.
11:04 Right.
11:05 The other part of it is that the files are still missing.
11:08 I don't know where I've heard that one before.
11:10 But to this day, the Oslo like the Oslo Accords files are missing.
11:14 Now, we don't know for that Terje and Epstein
11:17 were friends then because we don't really have email, right?
11:19 Right.
11:20 But this man is obviously willing to get into financial
11:26 entanglements with shady figures and that would obviously bring undue influence.
11:31 And this is exactly the kind of thing that Jeffrey Epstein
11:34 would want to have influence over and his pal Ehud Barak.
11:37 Now, and it's all coming back with like Tara Reade was
11:42 at that meeting in that meeting that he said happened at his house,
11:45 too, with Peter Thiel and things like that.
11:48 The whole thing.
11:49 Although Burns has said teams that he didn't go to that.
11:51 So, you know, it keeps going and and it it's just you know,
11:57 he writes in his contacts of core my best contacts, he puts on Kerry in there.
12:01 Oh my god, yeah.
12:02 It just it's really it's all changed.
12:05 The the uh the story from the Kerry team, too, from like, I barely knew him.
12:12 And now we know from the files that he was around
12:15 much more and I've seen whether it was perceived access or proximity,
12:21 um he was using it as currency.
12:23 And um it it's it's something that really deserves scrutiny.
12:29 I guess I I noticed um on the weekend
12:32 that Virginia died that uh a Kerry deleted his X account, um which was strange.
12:39 He had 3 million people following it.
12:40 He's out really on LinkedIn.
12:42 Um which was they just said that was because they think X is toxic,
12:46 which is fair, but still the archive Yeah.
12:50 Yeah.
12:51 It's all weird and um you know, I mean,
12:54 there's a lot more and everyone can go to the tarapalmeri.com.
12:57 You can read this.
12:58 It for yourself.
12:59 You can read it.
13:00 You can see the documents.
13:01 You can see the emails.
13:02 There's a lot.
13:02 It was a lot I looked through thousands of pages.
13:05 I've been working on this for a long time.
13:07 Um really since August and I've just felt like I've got a there
13:11 was something that was really pulling me towards that and so far,
13:16 we're getting action.
13:17 Um in this the sense that Ro Khanna,
13:21 who's on the House Oversight and Government Reforms Committee,
13:23 he is calling on Kerry to testify.
13:27 And I asked um before the committee and I asked Kerry's team
13:31 if they if he'll voluntarily do it and I haven't heard back, so.
