27:19 Which is the price to the underlying equity value as a multiple of that.

27:25 Depending on the industry and the company,

27:27 the multiple could be whatever the market wanted it to be.

27:30 So, back in the old days, [snorts]

27:37 companies rewarded workers for increased profit and productivity,

27:40 seeing how they were the ones who were generating it.

27:43 And they would up pay accordingly.

27:47 Then they shifted.

27:48 And they would take those rewards and give them to their investors.

27:54 And then, when what became the precious

27:56 commodity for the success of a company became

27:59 the measurement by the stock market of how

28:02 much more your stock price could increase,

28:06 the people who became most important were no longer

28:08 the people who were driving the productivity, but selling it.

28:13 So, the C-suite became more important than the workers.

28:17 And look, the management had always made more than labor.

28:21 That's not the point.

28:23 The point is how much more, and on what basis.

28:27 So, you went from them making a lot more to exponentially,

28:31 ridiculously more, and the workers making less.

28:37 Because the value to the company was the investors being impressed.

28:41 And you needed me.
