New Eeveelution Row Homes Build for Pokopia City #20

0:07 Like the Pokémon Champions overview trailer dropped yesterday

0:11 and the influencers got to check things out

0:13 and I have big plans that I've kind of just been delaying for or preparing for.

0:21 I went around and gathered every single

0:24 pattern of every single block in the game.

0:26 I have them laid out here so I can very easily get a look at, you know,

0:30 some of the lesser used patterns and get

0:33 a better feel for things going forward and be like,

0:36 "Okay, well, you know, for this type of Pokémon,

0:39 what do I want the house to look like?

0:40 Do I want it to look like a cake or fish

0:42 scales?" It's right about now that I'm realizing how many different

0:47 types of blocks are into the game and there's so many

0:51 and still just like a bunch of recipes that I don't have,

0:54 which is crazy to think about, honestly.

0:57 I read something pretty interesting online.

0:59 If you go ahead and buy a demolition kit,

1:02 I'm now going to go ahead and unearth the path back

1:05 to my mysterious mural that's been uh covered up for quite a while.

1:08 I heard that you can relocate your mysterious mural.

1:12 You can't do it with a relocation kit, but you can do it with a demolition kit.

1:16 Oh, yeah, look at that.

1:19 And Tink Master, go ahead and demolish the mysterious mural.

1:23 That's going to take 5 minutes, cool.

1:41 I can now relocate this because it just gave me

1:45 all of the items back and I'm not 100% too sure,

1:53 that you walk into the museum and directly across from you, like right in front,

1:59 right there is going to be the mural and you have to walk around it.

2:04 And we are going to do that later,

2:06 but knowing that it's there and it's ready to go, very nice.

2:11 I actually have a different project I want to work on today.

2:15 And that's going to be housing.

2:17 Specifically, I'm talking about housing for all of the evolutions.

2:21 So, we have our main road here.

2:23 This is our boulevard where we're going to have

2:25 some of the larger buildings going on, but right here,

2:29 this block, where I guess everyone is currently living,

2:33 is where I want to have a series of row homes.

2:36 And the neat part is, I did the measurements of this.

2:39 My city block is 39 blocks wide.

2:42 So, if I have a buffer on one side and a buffer on another side,

2:47 I could do an exterior wall, window,

2:50 wall, door, exterior wall and continue that all the way down

2:55 and house all of the evolutions on one block, including Eevee.

3:00 So, all nine of the houses,

3:02 putting them in Pokédex order and making their own environments.

3:07 And I think that is going to be fantastic.

3:11 So, I guess the first step is to go ahead and get everything out of here,

3:16 including starting with this relocation kit and tearing all

3:20 of this down and making all of these Pokémon homeless.

3:23 So, let's get to work.

3:26 Let's go over my ideas here.

3:28 So, taking a look at row homes,

3:31 there's lots of row homes examples throughout all of the world.

3:35 I know that I don't want the outward bay window just because that's not going

3:39 to work well in a small tight format

3:42 and we don't have way to do sideways windows,

3:44 so the bay window wouldn't look good in the first place.

3:46 But, the thing that I love is you'll see all

3:48 these different row homes in different colors and I like that.

3:53 I don't think I want to do the porches

3:55 because I'm trying to keep it very narrow.

3:57 So, more like urbanized row homes.

4:00 These are also very wide.

4:01 I just love the the various colors.

4:04 Maybe not this ornate trim at the top.

4:07 Also, that looks pretty out of place here anyways and like what is that?

4:11 Just throw some aluminum panels on there.

4:14 Do you want to follow the curve of the building?

4:15 Nah, it's fine.

4:17 Honestly, the flat one kind of looks best here.

4:20 So, coming up with something like this, I am

4:22 going to be dying the bricks a different color.

4:25 I also just changed the layout of the building

4:29 cuz now it's a little bit wider by two,

4:32 which is a lot more than I originally planned for.

4:35 Also, ignore that everyone's homeless.

4:37 I should put them in temporary housing,

4:39 but they're not happy that all their homes are gone.

4:41 That's fine.

4:42 It's fine, we'll deal with it later.

4:44 It looks so flat and empty and boring.

4:49 I need to work on this.

4:51 I went ahead and I painted a bunch of bricks

4:55 to actually see how this is going to look.

4:59 Because you know, my my whole idea is

5:02 that all the evolutions are going to be here,

5:04 they're going to be in their own colored homes

5:06 and I'm of course first starting off with Eevee.

5:09 Oh, I really like the way the bricks look in brown.

5:12 I mean, you know, it looks like real bricks, so of course.

5:15 And I decided to paint just the exact amount that I need,

5:19 28 bricks and 14 of the double height wall.

5:23 Oh my god, I love it.

5:25 I love it.

5:26 So, yep.

5:30 Yep, we are cooking now, guys.

5:32 Let's grab some wild flowers.

7:53 I just finished up the painting and laying out of all them.

7:58 I didn't finish the flowers or porches, but I really really like this.

8:06 And now I just need to flatten more of the world.

8:11 And I think for right now I'm just going to cut this chunk out,

8:14 like this exact block, including the street,

8:22 I accidentally learned a really neat thing.

8:24 I had Smeargle with me cuz I'm painting all

8:27 these bricks for the back of the house now and then

8:30 he runs over to this prefab and he gives

8:32 me a prompt that his brush arm howls with anticipation.

8:37 If you bring Smeargle to a prefab house,

8:40 you can choose to paint all of the parts

8:42 and repaint them whatever colors you like.

8:45 I find it constantly amazing how I'm still learning things

8:49 about this game despite being hundreds of hours into it.

8:52 This game is amazing.

8:54 Something else that I learned on this screen, I mean,

8:58 it literally says it there,

9:00 but you can remove and register things to different spots.

9:05 So, like say for example, you don't want something there,

9:09 you can just choose one of your abilities and it can go there,

9:12 which I think is just fantastic.

9:14 So, I kind of like the idea of having rollout up and having magnet rise down.

9:20 And then I want Rock Smash where it's always been.

9:22 To the left, we can put Water Gun and Leaf

9:24 Edge because I don't really use them that much.

9:27 Don't really need camouflage on here ever,

9:28 so I'm just going to keep that off for right now.

9:31 Like this because, you know,

9:32 if I want to start going through an area fast, I just it's always up.

9:37 Like it's the direction that I'm by default already holding and then

9:41 for me to go in the air is just going to be down.

9:43 I was also lucky enough to get the wall light recipe and I definitely

9:47 want to put just these nice subtle glow wall lights all over these houses.

9:53 Wow, my muscle memory is going to take some getting

9:56 used to, but if I just remember to not do anything,

9:59 then yes, roll out is by default my up.

10:02 Just a nice little nice little subtle light between them.

10:06 Um, Umbreon may not be too happy about

10:08 this, but we will talk to her when that time comes.

10:12 Now, the one thing I'm wondering is do I want to put a roof on it?

10:16 And if I do put a roof,

10:17 that's also an opportunity for me to put down some down lighting.

10:21 I really like the protruding wall as the roof.

10:30 Let's decorate this up a little bit.

10:34 And also, I need to make the interior

10:35 cuz right now this is just [music] a facade.

10:42 Okay, so now all of the evolutions have their own appropriate flooring.

10:47 Sylveon has the confectionery flooring,

10:50 Glaceon has the crystal, Leafeon has the grass, Umbreon has the iron,

10:55 Espeon has the science floor I keep for stylish floor, the sciencey one.

11:01 Vaporeon has bricks, Jolteon has the yellowish one because electricity.

11:07 I might change that.

11:08 Vaporeon has the cool stylish blue one, and Eevee has regular wooden floors.

11:15 I think I want to not make these exactly each individual home,

11:21 but like have two or three of them in each house like technical house.

11:26 And I also want to have it so everyone has

11:29 their own dedicated furniture that's going to match like their style.

11:32 So, let me work on that.

11:34 Hi gamers.

11:35 So, I'm just here in the evening about to wrap

11:38 up and I realized I didn't do my dream island.

11:40 And I'm looking at this loading screen and maybe cuz

11:44 I don't go a lot to dream islands at night, but it just felt so different.

11:51 Like I don't remember seeing a moon or or something.

11:56 I don't I it just felt like something was off about that screen.

12:00 And I came here and I have Raikou.

12:04 So, now I'm second-guessing myself.

12:11 that, but I finally got my second legendary beast.

12:16 That means that the only one left is going to be Suicune.

12:19 I don't know why you get all these items when I

12:20 have most of the recipes and it's usually stuff I don't need.

12:27 Yeah, the legendary ones are always like much much longer.

12:32 Oh, and we still have our yellow ball in here.

12:35 And we have poke metal ore.

12:36 And we get three ingots.

12:38 I would have liked a a book or something, but that's fine.

14:03 So, when I came back to my non-cloud island,

14:06 I went to a different island and I got Raikou.

14:09 So, that might be a thing.

14:20 The outside has not changed much.

14:21 I added some street lights because that was needed.

14:35 desperately in need of some sort of railing or something.

14:39 Inside, I made this one is a flowery table and the rest

14:42 of them are just their natural habitat along with, you know,

14:45 the most fitting bed for them.

14:47 Oh, Entei, we're done here, buddy.

14:48 I was actually missing some missions over in Pallet Town,

14:52 so I went ahead and did that.

14:54 So, I'm just waiting for Pokemon like Leafeon to actually finally spawn in here.

14:57 I need Vaporeon, Flareon, and Leafeon to actually finally spawn in.

15:03 Also, Eevee still isn't coming home with me cuz

15:07 Eevee still says that it has unfinished business here.

15:10 And I don't know what that business is.

15:12 But also, I did all all of Eevee's special challenges.

15:15 I'm not too sure why Eevee can't move out.

15:21 By the way, over here I made a little trading hall just because

15:24 I realized that like you're lucky if these Pokemon show up once per day,

15:28 but they can and I've had most of these stalls full all at once.

15:33 And it's so much more effective to just put a whole bunch down and just

15:37 buy what you want than to have them dismissed and maybe you get what you want.

15:41 Someone left a comment on my video that said, "Bellossom is done,

15:45 doesn't know about the best friend mechanic and that it

15:48 adds a symbol to your Pokedex to collect." What?

15:52 I mean, I know Charizard and the entire Bulbasaur family is cuz,

15:55 you know, we made that suite for them.

15:57 So, they're living their best life.

15:58 Bulbasaur, wake up.

16:26 mark on the Pokemon's Pokedex entry indicating it.

16:32 And apparently, friendship is a completely separate mechanic from comfort level.

16:37 And this is done by listening to their requests and giving them stuff.

16:41 So, the apparently presents are their love language.

16:51 And I tore down all of these cliffs as well.

17:49 For the floors, I have this diagonal wooden flooring

18:20 I came across this crazy-looking flower shop in Paris.

18:33 you know, human place, but it was kind of overtaken by Pokemon.

18:41 Just a little bit of a check-in just to let you guys know how I'm doing here.

18:45 I decided I was going to grab the bridge planks and throw

18:48 them up there with the wildflowers on top and I really like it.

18:53 And then I grabbed a whole bunch of planters, put them down here, [music]

18:57 and I decided I was going to have all of the different

19:00 flowers showcased because that's the way it's going to look the nicest.

19:03 And I'm still needing to put down the elegant flowers,

19:09 but I'm probably going to put those inside of the shop cuz I really like them.

19:12 And then I came up with the great idea that outside I'm going

19:16 to be putting this wacky waving

19:17 wacky waving inflatable arm flailing Sudowoodo because, you know, it's a store.

19:22 You have to attract people's attention.

19:23 And what better way to attract attention than

19:25 with a wacky waving inflatable arm flailing Sudowoodo?

19:28 Not entirely sold on the wall, but I do like the dark wood.

19:32 Also, the idea of doing the vine print,

19:34 I absolutely hate the vine print when it's

19:37 like a lot of blocks next to each other.

19:40 Maybe just like sparingly somewhere, but as it stands for right now, hard pass.

19:45 My next thing I want to do is I want to grab

19:47 some curtains for these windows and I have a fun idea for them.

19:51 All right, I saw this online and I want to try it out.

19:56 Someone was talking about how when you take

19:58 the antique tables and you put them together,

20:00 the middle piece remains without the legs and then you can

20:03 freely use strength to move it around and stuff like that.

20:06 I don't know how well it's going to actually

20:08 work out in our our little flower shop here.

20:14 I was very sleepy last night and I just started decorating more and more.

20:18 I finished up the Eevee row homes and [music] I think they look great.

20:23 I added the little railings to it and I think it

20:26 adds a little bit and then over here is the flower shop.

20:31 It was important for me to have flowers everywhere on the outside.

20:34 I tried a second row of flowers, but I ended up not liking it.

20:40 I added a whole bunch of vines going around.

20:42 I could definitely add more in the future.

20:43 They're just pretty slow to collect, to be honest.

20:47 And then inside, I made it as like a small

20:49 tight environment that has It's literally set up like a shop.

20:53 Like here are the items on the shelves.

20:55 We have some additional supplies, a lot of the wall-mounted plant,

21:00 which I sure do love this thing.

21:02 But I included one of the leaf prints cuz I made

21:05 like a few hundred for this and I figured why not.

21:07 The back wall also just has more variety of things

21:10 for people to get and then here is the checkout counter.

21:13 The outside, I added the soffit lights all the way

21:17 around the perimeter just to give the building some outside presence.

21:21 But when it comes to inside,

21:22 I just opted for all of the various mushroom lights that you

21:25 could do just because I felt like it fit the nature aesthetic more.

21:30 [music] I ended up really liking the modern walls,

21:32 but only once I started filling everything in.

21:35 Like just seeing it on the outside by itself,

21:37 I wasn't crazy about it, but blending it with the wood, big fan.

21:41 As far as the wood going up,

21:43 there was the wooden pillar set that I still don't have

21:47 the recipe for and I didn't want to print all of them out.

21:50 So I just used what I had lying around.

21:54 And if we look inside, I am pretty short on it,

21:57 so I just put some wood floors in there.

21:59 But that's fine, no one's looking up that high anyways.

22:01 Everyone's looking this height.

22:02 I may also just, you know, add a floor in here to help decrease

22:07 the height of the room overall, but I like it.

22:11 I've now also come to the realization

22:13 that I don't actually have an environment in here.

22:16 So to move a Pokémon in, I'd still have to put down an environment.

22:20 And Sudowoodo, this is going to be your house.

22:24 And I think you are just going to love it cuz it has hard stuff,

22:28 it has stone stuff, all of the things that you love.

22:31 All of it is right here.

22:32 And you know what?

22:33 I'm even going to put down a second stone bench.

22:38 Uh actually, what's the radius [music] of this?
