EXCLUSIVE: The Epstein Files John Kerry Doesn’t Want You to See

0:02 with Jeffrey Epstein has shockingly escaped scrutiny.

0:06 And that's the man in this picture with Epstein's housekeepers.

0:10 John Kerry, a former senator, a presidential nominee, a secretary of state,

0:15 a climate envoy, and a member of Biden's National Security Council.

0:21 He has held these titles at the highest levels

0:24 of US government and intelligence apparatuses for the past three decades.

0:29 And yet here's Carrie in a Facebook picture posted

0:34 by Epstein's housekeeper Joan Lun Fontineia in Epstein's home.

0:39 So why is this important?

0:41 Well, what drew me to Carrie was my initial shock when I learned

0:44 from Virginia Dufra that she encountered him

0:47 during the height of Epstein's sex trafficking operation.

0:50 Virginia accused Governor Bill Richardson,

0:53 former Prince Andrew, Maine Senator George Mitchell,

0:57 and the former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehood Barack, of sexual abuse.

1:02 She met Carrie just years before he ran for president in 2004.

1:07 Virginia and I became close when I traveled around the country

1:10 with her, finding witnesses who could speak to the abuse

1:13 that she and so many others suffered under Epste and his rich

1:17 and powerful friends who have faced no accountability for their crimes.

1:22 Everybody who went into Jeffrey's house knew what was going on.

1:26 You couldn't be a pizza delivery boy and walk

1:29 in Epstein's houses and not know what's going on.

1:31 You walk into the houses, naked pictures everywhere,

1:35 young girls everywhere, old dude, not married.

1:38 Like, it's not hard to just put two and two together, really.

1:42 She told me about Carrie and three others.

1:45 So, I dove into the files.

1:47 It took me 10 months.

1:49 I looked through thousands of documents, and what I found was a paper trail

1:54 that painted an intricate web between Epstein and Carrie.

1:57 one in which John Kerry was not only present

1:59 at his home and on his plane according to sworn testimony,

2:03 but where Epstein was offering to introduce a number

2:05 of rogue characters like Trump's adviser Steve Bannon,

2:09 a disgraced Norwegian diplomat, Ter Rod Larson,

2:13 who's being investigated by Norway's economic crimes unit,

2:16 and a tred Emirati shipping tycoon,

2:19 who wrote an email to Epstein about how much he loved the torture video.

2:24 It's a long and complicated trail that I

2:26 plan to lay out for you in this episode.

2:54 They know what happened.

2:56 Because of my investigation,

2:58 Democratic Congressman Ro Con Kana said he'll call John Kerry

3:01 to testify before the House Oversight

3:04 Committee about his relationship with Epstein.

3:06 So far, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton

3:09 have been called along with Trump's commerce secretary,

3:11 Howard Lutnik, and his former attorney general, Bill Barr, among many others.

3:16 I want to start by saying that back

3:17 in 2019 when Epstein was arrested for the second time,

3:21 John Kerry's spokesperson maintained that the former

3:24 Secretary of State did not know him personally.

3:26 But now we have a much more clear

3:28 picture thanks to the release of the Epstein files.

3:31 Well, at least some of them.

3:32 Remember, at least 2.5 million we haven't seen for national security reasons.

3:38 And this story may explain why.

3:40 This investigation is not only based on the files and Virginia's words to me,

3:46 but also the sworn testimony of Epstein's former chef, David Richard Mullen.

3:52 When he spoke to the FBI in 2006,

3:55 he said that he recalled seeing Carrie on Epstein's plane.

3:59 And of course, Carrie was in Epstein's little black book.

4:02 But there's more.

4:03 Epstein seemed to have put a bet on Carrie

4:05 a long time ago that his political star would be lasting.

4:08 He donated $2,000 to his Senate campaigns in 1991

4:13 and then again to his presidential campaign in 2002.

4:17 Something which Carrie's spokesperson, who didn't want to be named, by the way,

4:21 called a negligible amount compared to the $28

4:24 million Carrie has raised over his political career.

4:28 There are emails in which Epstein is straight up fantasizing

4:32 about Carrie reemerging into national politics as late as 2016.

4:38 He wrote an email to himself with the subject Carrie scheme

4:42 about a scenario in which Hillary Clinton gets indicted and Carrie

4:46 jumps into the race at the last minute because he has

4:49 the money to do it and he won more states than Biden.

4:52 He then fantasized about this scheme with others

4:55 like Obama's former deputy counsel Kathy Rumler.

4:58 But here's the thing,

4:59 it goes even further back to when Kerry was

5:01 Secretary of State at the height of his power.

5:04 Epste was acting as an unofficial broker to him.

5:06 He tried to connect him with a disgraced Norwegian diplomat,

5:10 Ter Rod Larson, who helped Epstein get visas for victims,

5:14 borrowed money from him,

5:16 and Epste planned to give his two children $10 million in his will.

5:22 Sadly, Terres's son, his 25-year-old son,

5:26 died last month by suicide as both of his parents

5:29 are being investigated for their ties to Epstein.

5:32 This was all happening as Carrie was negotiating the Iran nuclear deal.

5:36 And Rod Larson had a lot of interest in it and how it turned out.

5:40 In fact, he was tracking it every day in emails with Jeffrey Epstein.

5:44 They were sending emails daily almost about John Ky and what he was doing.

5:49 Notably, Rod Larson was the main architect of the Oslo Accords,

5:54 the first agreement between Israel and Palestine in 1991,

5:58 which many have seen as favoring Israel.

6:00 Israel was paying very close attention to the Iran deal.

6:03 And as we know, Epstein was very close to Israeli Prime

6:07 Minister Ehoud Barack and donated to a number of pro-settlement foundations.

6:12 And then there's just the controversy that's been

6:14 hanging over the Oslo Accords and the missing files.

6:18 They're still missing to this day.

6:20 And now we know that the person who was at the center of it all,

6:25 Rod Larson and his wife, he had poor judgment.

6:28 He was willing to accept money from Jeffrey Epstein, from shady people like him,

6:34 which if he was doing that back in 1991,

6:37 could have left him vulnerable to outside influence.

6:39 And then there's the Emirati shipping executive Sultan

6:42 Ahmed bin Solomon who asked Epstein to connect

6:46 him to Carrie when Kerry was visiting

6:48 the United Arab Emirates as Secretary of State.

6:52 You'll remember him.

6:53 He was the one who loved the torture video.

6:57 And at first that email was redacted.

7:00 His name was redacted by the Department of Justice

7:02 until US lawmakers called it out and said,

7:06 "Why is this man's name redacted?" That is not for national security reasons.

7:10 It wasn't just Carrie.

7:11 Epste appeared to be working.

7:13 Car's deputy secretary of state, too, William Burns,

7:16 who went on to serve as CIA director under Biden.

7:19 So Epste wasn't just grooming his victims,

7:22 but the powerful men who he tried to move

7:23 around like chess pieces by offering proximity to power,

7:28 jobs, money, and influence.

7:30 Burns met with Epstein twice while he was deputy secretary of state.

7:34 once in Washington and then again at his home in New York.

7:37 Both times after Epstein was a sex offender.

7:40 By the way, if you know anything about the State Department,

7:43 it's deeply tied to the CIA.

7:46 Diplomats often run assets for the CIA from their official postings abroad.

7:50 Now, Burn's spokesperson said he

7:52 discussed potential business opportunities with Epstein

7:54 as he was getting ready to leave for the private sector.

7:58 But their relationship, it appeared to be even closer than that.

8:01 Epste invited him and his wife to his island

8:04 where so much of the depravity happened.

8:07 Burns turned him down because he had to go

8:08 on another assignment abroad as deputy secretary of state.

8:12 Burns's spokesperson said they had no relationship outside of the two meetings,

8:16 but admitted that Epstein may have connected

8:19 Burns to tech billionaire Peter Teal over email.

8:22 Epste also tried to connect him with LinkedIn founder Reed Hoffman.

8:26 In one email, Epstein claims that he's planning to have Peter Teal, Bill Burns,

8:30 and the former prime minister of Israel, Ehu Barack, at his home in New York.

8:35 Burns spokesperson said he didn't attend that meeting.

8:37 But it didn't stop there.

8:39 As late as 2018, when Steve Bannon was a Trump adviser,

8:44 Epstein was offering to introduce him to John Kerry in Washington.

8:48 He sent a text message to Bannon saying Carrie

8:50 was coming to Washington if he wanted to meet him.

8:52 He then learned Carrie was no longer visiting DC and offered burns instead.

8:57 I tried to reach Carrie personally to talk about this.

9:00 He didn't pick up.

9:02 His housekeeper did though.

9:03 Can I leave a message for him?

9:05 This is Terara Palm Mary.

9:07 I'm writing a piece about him.

9:10 Um, do you mind to call him like probably in two hours?

9:14 Okay, I can.

9:16 Okay, I'll try him back in two hours.

9:17 Thank you.

9:18 Since then, I have not heard back from Car's

9:20 spokesperson as to whether Carrie would willingly testify before

9:23 the House Oversight and Government Reforms Committee now

9:26 that Roana says that he's going to call for it.

9:29 But I can tell you this, his spokesperson

9:32 refused to give me his name on the record.

9:35 And when I read you his statement to me,

9:38 you will see that it is entirely tonedeaf.

9:42 This is a man who represents the former Secretary of State,

9:45 and this is a statement to me.

9:48 Quote, "We'd need an Ouija board to guess why Epstein

9:51 suggested Steve Bannon meet Kerry in Washington DC in 2018.

9:55 Secretary Kerry went home to Boston after the Obama administration ended.

9:59 He wasn't in Washington DC, was never scheduled to be in Washington,

10:02 and did not have a meeting or meeting request from that cast of characters,

10:06 period, which isn't surprising since he didn't

10:08 have a relationship with Bannon or Epstein,

10:09 and wasn't in contact with either of them.

10:12 John Kerry wasn't in Washington ever in 2018.

10:16 It's a pretty definitive statement.

10:17 When I asked Carrie's spokesperson what they received from Epstein

10:21 in the FedEx that he sent to Carrie days

10:24 after he launched a super PAC when his campaign

10:27 for presidency failed and he needed a vehicle for relevance.

10:31 They were even more obtuse.

10:34 FedEx no clue what it was.

10:36 In the year following his presidential election,

10:38 both his pack office and his Senate

10:40 office were bombarded with people mailing unsolicited books,

10:43 articles, memos, letters, all kinds of materials.

10:46 I remember how vividly our Senate mail room was

10:48 with people mailing him stuff from all over the world.

10:52 Well, this wasn't the Senate mail room.

10:53 It was his pack, by the way.

10:56 And just days after he launched it,

10:58 so he must have gotten the inside scoop on that one.

11:00 After all, what would Epstein be sending Carrie after his campaign fell apart,

11:04 unless he saw Carrie as someone who was going to have

11:07 outsized influence for the next two decades, which he did.

11:13 and Epstein in turned pedled access to that influence

11:17 and that access is currency in Washington and everywhere really.
