1:09 How many children you have?

1:10 10.

1:11 They haven't helped me.

1:15 Okay.

1:14 And the appreciation that she give for people

1:17 helping her and her family is like zero.

1:20 Miss Tutma once was on cocaine.

1:41 I since 1993 up until the year of 2000.

1:46 I stand before you today 16 years cleaning without any

1:51 rehab to the rest of prayer and I thank God.

1:55 I have tried to be there.

1:56 I've tried to find some closure to my family but it's just not working.

2:04 Wow.

2:04 Uh we tried reaching out.

2:05 We we was doing family night sometime.

2:08 Well, let's back up a little.

2:09 How old was your daughter during during that those years?

2:13 Uh well she had her first kid at the age

2:16 well the first two kids at the age of 14.

2:18 She got pregnant at age 14.

2:20 Was she when you first got on drugs?

2:22 Around about 14 or 15.

2:24 Okay.

2:24 And you were unavailable obviously to uh raise her as of age 14.

2:30 My parent uh my parents helped me out with the raising of my children.

2:34 Yeah.

2:34 But her mother was unavailable.

2:36 No, I wasn't available.

2:37 My mother was on drugs.

2:38 I was on drugs.

2:39 All right.

2:39 From age 14 to age 21, right?

2:46 Seven years.

2:46 Seven, seven, eight years.

2:47 Something like that.

2:48 Well, now you know that type of stuff.

2:52 That's very important to know so that you can

2:54 get an understanding of what happened with your daughter,

2:58 you know, cuz it seems like you're starting out with, oh, she was no good.

3:02 She got 10 kids and then boom, Yiana during her formative years,

3:07 during the years that a girl needs her mother the most,

3:11 I was on drugs.

3:15 Unavailable.

3:19 Yeah.

3:17 So, what have you done to repair that?

3:22 I'm glad you're off drugs.

3:24 That's a beautiful thing.

3:26 What have you done to repair the damage you caused to your mother?

3:31 Let's start there and to your daughter.

3:35 Okay.

3:35 The d I've tried to repair being in my grandkids lives in her life,

3:41 but she just will not give any closure to try to let people in.

3:46 And when they do, have you asked her to go to counseling with you or on?

3:49 No, I haven't.

3:49 No, we haven't decided or talked about any counseling.

3:54 Sometimes that doesn't dawn on people if they're not that's

3:57 not part of their u culture that they grow up in.

4:00 concerned about trying to get me back together from the from that.

4:04 Well, you've been together for how many years, though?

4:08 16.

4:07 I would assume that after a few years of sobriety,

4:12 you would be able to focus on repairing some of the damage however you can.

4:18 Instead, your response was, "Well,

4:20 for the 16 years I've been trying to get myself together, judge.

4:23 Ain't nobody trying to get nobody else together.

4:25 I've been focusing on myself.

4:27 No, she the one.

4:28 She's just no good somehow.

4:31 Don't know why.

4:33 No.

4:34 Why?

4:34 Go ahead, ma'am.

4:34 You give me some background on yourself

4:37 and on your mother.

4:38 Your honor.

4:39 Um, at the age my my mother has

4:42 been on drugs throughout my whole childhood life.

4:45 My sister took custody of me and my younger brother at an early age.

4:49 At the age of 12 years old,

4:50 my mom was selling me to the neighborhood drug dealer.

4:53 That's why I became pregnant with my first child

4:55 at the age of 13 and gave birth at 14.

4:58 But you stayed with your grandmother?

5:00 No, sir.

5:00 My grandmother died when she died when I was 3 years old.

5:03 Is that what you said?

5:05 That's what I said.

5:05 My That's what you said.

5:07 I said my parents kind of helped raise, right?

5:10 Until my grandmother passed.

5:12 Yes.

5:13 How old was she?

5:13 It was two and a half years old.

5:15 All right.

5:15 You gave me the impression that that's who raised her.

5:17 No.

5:18 Now, who actually raised her, ma'am?

5:20 My my oldest daughter.

5:22 All right.

5:22 Just as she's saying, go ahead.

5:24 But I was on drug and my sister took custody of me

5:26 and my younger brother because my mom was still on drugs into the streets.

5:30 My mom got off drugs in 200 seven, I want to say.

5:38 Beautiful.

5:37 Um, again, yes, I did use cocaine throughout the years

5:40 to cover up the pain that I was going through.

5:42 The only thing I knew was how to learn how to survive

5:46 in the streets because I never had a mother there to teach me.

5:49 Mhm.

5:49 I um again my mother all our life she has chosen men and drugs over her kids.

5:57 None none of me and my sisters and brothers have a relationship.

6:01 We never had a mom to go to and it's like even when she began recovery

6:06 um I have a 14-year-old daughter that constantly runs away

6:09 and get caught up in sex oration rings and stuff.

6:12 Just Monday DeFax called my mom and asked her can

6:15 she get my daughter and she told DeFax lose her number.

6:18 There's nothing she want to have to do with us.

6:22 Exactly.

6:21 At the age of 12 years old,

6:22 my mom was selling me to the neighborhood drug dealer.

6:25 That's why I became pregnant with my first child

6:27 at the age of 13 and gave birth at 14.

6:30 Plain Gloria Tutman Sellers is suing her daughter who

6:34 says Gloria was a drug addict and she sold

6:37 her to the neighborhood drug dealer when she was 12

6:40 years old and she got pregnant at the age of 13.

6:44 You said exactly.

6:45 But she's trying to help me.

6:47 Judge Matson, you just said exactly.

6:49 I want to know what you said.

6:50 Did you say exactly?

6:51 That's exactly what All right.

6:53 WELL, DON'T COME IN HERE TALKING ABOUT YOU'VE BEEN TRYING

6:54 TO HELP HER AFTER YOU TURN HER INTO WHAT she is.

6:58 She tells me when the authorities ask her to help with her own grandchildren.

7:04 She said, "Lose my number." And I said,

7:08 "Did you say that?" Your response was, "Exactly." What else you want me to know,

7:15 your honor?

7:15 Um, again, she's never tried to reach out and help.

7:19 All right.

7:19 She had she said exactly to that.

7:22 Let's get to the lawsuit, man.

7:23 What you sing it for?

7:25 Okay.

7:25 On March the 10th, uh, George Matthew, I was, uh,

7:29 Miss Tutman and I went to Credit City Auto Sales.

7:33 When Miss Tutman needed a car to get back

7:35 and forth to work and get her kids to school,

7:38 I signed for her a car, put it in my name,

7:40 put insurance on it before it left that lot.

7:43 Our our verbal agreement was Miss Tutman was to pay every penny on this car.

7:49 I had just got through paying for my car.

7:51 I can't aim on a fixed income.

7:53 I can disable.

7:55 I'm recovering from cancer.

7:57 I'm recovering from one month of rehab from uh the second knee

8:03 replacement and I I just don't have the money to pay for it.

8:07 Miss Tubman failed to pay any monies

8:10 on this car besides the down contract there.

8:12 Here's the payout contract.

8:15 Here's the first payment where I made.

8:17 And here's a statement right here.

8:20 Judge Honor, uh, where she

8:22 purchased April 10th.

8:25 Well, that was the due date.

8:26 And you paid that on the 12th.

8:29 That's because it's affecting my credit.

8:32 So, she had not paid.

8:33 So, you had to pay on the 12th.

8:35 What do you want to tell me about this car, young lady?

8:38 Your honor, my mom did p get the car in her name.

8:40 She offered to do it.

8:41 I never asked her to get the car.

8:43 I gave her the money for the down payment due to the my transmission went

8:47 out on my car and um my kids needed to get back and forth to school.

8:50 When the first car note was due April the 10th,

8:52 I had just started working and I asked my mom could she call and get a grace

8:56 period to the 15th when I got paid

8:58 to pay the car note because there's a 10day grace.

9:01 And what happened?

9:02 Um she brought the police to my house on the 14th.

9:05 And

9:05 so did you ask her about the grace period?

9:08 I did.

9:08 I did.

9:08 And what did she say?

9:09 She ran and paid the cardinal um before.

9:11 So that means she couldn't get the grace period.

9:14 Yeah, it's in it's on the statement that there's

9:16 a 10-day grace period before there's a late late fee charge.

9:19 She failed to

9:20 What statement?

9:21 Hand me your statement about this grace period.

9:24 Have you paid anything yet?

9:26 Um I can't even drive

9:28 grace period or not.

9:29 I have.

9:30 She she went and paid the car note on the car and didn't give

9:34 me time to pay it and next thing you know I was getting served.

9:36 Let's see it.

9:36 Let's see.

9:37 And um so even after being served, why couldn't you pay it?

9:42 Um because me and her have not had any communication.

9:45 Just send it in the mail.

9:46 She don't need to talk to you.

9:48 I don't I don't have that with you.

9:50 I know you don't.

9:51 I don't have it with me, your honor.

9:54 But there excuses for both of y'all.

9:57 Now, I will acknowledge that.

9:59 Yeah.

9:59 her actions during your most formative part of your life

10:02 pretty much caused you uh a lot of burden and heartache.

10:07 On the other hand, sounds like she has tried to help you particularly with this.

10:12 This is business and we've leaving we're leaving all that personal stuff behind.

10:18 So, I want to know why you haven't met your business obligation.

10:23 And I'm in gren to paying what she did for me

10:26 and for the car because I know I can't drive a car without paying it.

10:30 I only asked her could she give me to the 15th when I got paid.

10:33 And who was supposed to pay it?

10:35 Wouldn't it be late on the 15th?

10:37 There was no late fee.

10:38 Late fee won't accumulate.

10:40 It's called credit.

10:40 It goes on your credit when you buy pay here lot.

10:43 Sir, they me it was at a buy here pay lot.

10:45 They don't run credit.

10:47 Hey, you know it.

10:48 They do because they don't.

10:49 You're going to assume that these folks would

10:52 not report her as delinquent on her financing.

10:58 How you going to make that assumption?

11:01 My my defense, your honor, um I paid the taxes on the car for the tag,

11:06 which my mom has failed to give to me.

11:09 I have not been able to drive the car.

11:11 Was this before or after you failed to make the payment?

11:14 It was when I got It was after the payment that was due that you failed to make.

11:17 The tag went the temporary tag went out April.

11:19 Well, of course you don't get the temporary

11:21 the temporary tag

11:22 and then it expired.

11:23 It expired and I paid taxes

11:26 taxes.

11:27 Did you pay the payment on the loan?

11:32 Nope.

11:31 After the tax expired?

11:34 No.

11:34 No, sir.

11:35 Well, then you weren't entitled to any new tags.

11:38 You had breached the contract.

11:40 She had no obligation to meet her side anymore.

11:43 You starting out with, "Oh, she was no good.

11:46 She got 10 kids and then boom, your honor during her formative years.

11:51 During the years that a girl needs her mother the most, I was on drugs.

11:57 Pliff Gloria Tutman Sellers is suing her daughter who

12:00 says Gloria was a drug addict and she sold

12:03 her to the neighborhood drug dealer when she was 12

12:06 years old and she got pregnant at the age of 13.

12:11 Now your counter claim is for what?

12:12 3,000.

12:13 How does she owe you?

12:14 Um, your honor, I've lost my job due to the fact

12:16 that I'm unable to get back and forth to work.

12:19 And they don't have a bus where you live.

12:21 They don't have a bus where I work.

12:23 Okay.

12:24 All right.

12:25 Who has the car?

12:26 She do.

12:26 I do.

12:27 So, you can still go to work.

12:29 No, I can't drive the car.

12:30 Because you don't have any tax.

12:31 And that's her fault because you breached her contract.

12:34 You want her to pay you?

12:36 What else?

12:37 Pain and suffering for what?

12:38 Um, I lost my job.

12:40 I'm not able to get to work because she's withholding the time.

12:43 Had you not breached that contract, that would not have happened.

12:47 Your judgment for $5,000 is granted.

12:51 Your claim is dismissed.

12:53 Uh the down payment, you lose because you breached the agreement.

12:57 And secondly, no pain and suffering is due to you.

13:00 She's done nothing to cause you pain and suffering regarding this car.

13:05 And therefore, your judgment is granted.

13:08 Yours Thank you.

13:10 OH, THANK YOU.

13:13 IT'S MY DAUGHTER.

13:14 I still love her.

13:15 Never love me.

13:18 Well, you can feel I'm just glad it's over withad.

13:22 Let God be the

13:23 love.

13:24 Thank y'all.

13:28 Pliff Tia Lee says when she met the defendant, she fell madly in love with him.

13:33 And three weeks after they got married, she found out she was pregnant.

13:37 After a short time, Tia claims she realized

13:39 the defendant was an alcoholic with a gambling problem,

13:43 and she's suing him today for unpaid alimony and stolen money.

13:48 Defendant Robert Lee says the reason he divorced

13:50 Tia is because she didn't want to do anything.

13:53 Robert claims Tia was lazy and she refused to work or clean their house.

13:58 And he's not only counter suing for stolen money,

14:01 but he also petitioned the court for a paternity

14:04 test because he has doubts about fathering Tia's daughter.

14:08 Start with you.

14:09 Your honor, I am here today because my ex-husband when I when I met him,

14:16 I was just in love with him.

14:18 When was that?

14:19 That was in 2001.

14:24 Okay.

14:25 2002.

14:26 2000

14:27 2002.

14:27 I remember the nightmare.

14:28 I remember the nightmare.

14:29 2002.

14:31 Yeah.

14:33 Okay.

14:32 And I thought he was so handsome.

14:34 I'm like, look at him.

14:35 He's He's changed a lot.

14:40 He's

14:39 He's not the husband I first met.

14:42 He's not the husband I first met.

14:46 Your honor, you know, I just thought I had a rough neck,

14:49 garbage man, like to work, big hands, burly feet, and we got along great.

14:54 Took trips.

14:55 But after we got married, we went to Jamaica.

14:58 Three weeks later, I was laying in the bed and he woke up SUDDENLY AND SAID,

15:04 "TIA, I HAD a dream." You said, "Robert, I'm pregnant." I said, "What?

15:10 Go buy a test." And sure enough, I was pregnant.

15:13 What year was this?

15:15 That was when we got married in 2005.

15:18 Uh, he started showing that he was just a strong gambler.

15:22 He would gamble like a high roller.

15:24 He was just just just

15:26 just a alcoholic just wanting to drink, you know, the alcohol bottles.

15:31 His woman

15:32 social drinker, sir.

15:33 Social drinker.

15:34 The alcohol is his his woman.

15:37 Uh and also like he would take a trip, not tell me he was going.

15:41 When he would come back,

15:41 he would bring me back some clothes that were too small for me.

15:44 One time it was a belt that could fit like a size six woman.

15:48 And your honor, I'm pretty much the same size as I was when I met him.

15:52 Maybe he was drunk when he bought it.

15:56 Say he drinks.

16:00 So did you ask him about that?

16:01 And what did he say?

16:03 Get the hint.

16:06 Your honor, I used to clean our house magazine clean.

16:09 And then he would come in, black thumbs,

16:12 grease, dirt, mud, and I would say, "Honey,

16:14 I just cleaned up." And he would say,

16:16 "Oh, well, that'll give you something to do."

16:20 What?

16:20 All right.

16:20 And when did you all break up and why?

16:23 Uh, well, our house I got tired of carrying all the weight of paying

16:27 the mortgage and our house went into foreclosure

16:31 and he decided in 2010 to separate.

16:34 Okay.

16:35 And you all divorced when?

16:36 I know.

16:37 And the divorce was August of 2012.

16:39 All right.

16:40 Sir, you want to give me some background?

16:41 Yes, sir.

16:42 I do.

16:42 Yeah.

16:42 We met in 2002.

16:44 And uh, you know, she was very aggressive.

16:46 You know, would not say no.

16:48 And you guys people in the family, you know,

16:50 I I touched her down at first, but she would always come over.

16:54 He didn't say a word when you were talking.

16:56 Go ahead.

16:57 She was aggressive.

16:58 Very aggressive.

16:59 I used to tell her, "No,

17:00 I don't want to date you." But then, you know, she came.

17:02 I gave in to her.

17:04 I did.

17:04 He was drunk right now.

17:06 Baby, please don't leave me.

17:08 That That was the worst thing I could have ever done,

17:10 you know, was to give in to this lady right here.

17:13 You know, as far as being financially provider, that's all I have been.

17:18 That's why she got me here today because I've been a financial provider.

17:21 So, why did you all divorce?

17:22 We divorced because of her not doing nothing.

17:25 She did not want to work.

17:26 When we got married, she got pregnant.

17:28 She didn't want to work.

17:29 She didn't clean up the house.

17:30 She would never cook.

17:31 She said she had magazine clean.

17:34 No.

17:34 If I had pictures of the house, you would think it was homes and garbage.

17:38 To be honest with you,

17:40 homes and gardeners.

17:41 Why would you sit up and say that?

17:43 Homes and garbage.

17:45 Homes and garbage.

17:46 I'm serious.

17:46 The work I did for 24 years, I I saw that every day I came home.

17:51 So, you broke up with your wife cuz she had a rent a nasty house.

17:54 She was lazy.

17:55 Your honor, can I say something?

17:56 She was just lazy.

17:57 So, that's why you broke up?

17:59 Yes.

17:59 Yes, sir.

18:00 I said 2008.

18:02 Okay.

18:02 2008.

18:03 I'm through.

18:04 I'm getting ready to move on.

18:06 Did you give her a reason?

18:07 because she wouldn't do nothing but lay up here and didn't want to work,

18:11 clean, or cook or nothing.

18:12 She didn't want to do nothing.

18:13 And he woke up suddenly and said, "Tia, I had a dream.

18:18 You said, "Robert, I'm pregnant." I said, "What?

18:22 Go buy a test." And sure enough, I was pregnant.

18:26 Plain Tia Lee is suing her ex-husband,

18:28 who petitioned the court for a paternity test

18:31 because he has doubts about fathering Tia's daughter.

18:35 She didn't work?

18:36 No, sir.

18:36 Okay.

18:37 She had she had uh uh she had some job, but she out of houses.

18:54 She did the loan.

19:04 got us into our first home.

19:06 What are you suing him for today?

19:07 Tell me about the lawsuit.

19:09 I'm suing him today because our divorce decree said that he's

19:13 to pay alimony for $300 a month and that was for 12 months.

19:17 You have that decree?

19:18 I do.

19:20 Thank you.

19:22 So, he started out paying in September and he did the first six months.

19:27 After that, he said, "I don't have to pay.

19:29 They can't make me pay." And tell me about the disability.

19:34 Uh, your honor, my daughter receives uh

19:37 benefits under his disability account and he

19:42 was watching my daughter while my I had a child in the hospital.

19:46 Didn't know how long that child would have custody of of her

19:49 and so he actually would uh said, "I'm on your team.

19:54 I'll support my daughter.

19:55 This is mine.

19:55 I'll watch her long as you need me to." And that was during that hospital time.

20:00 But he called behind my back and had him switch the check over to his address.

20:06 So they switched it over and I didn't know it and I found out the payee.

20:10 I was the payee.

20:11 So they sent it without your permission.

20:13 They sent a letter saying, "Thank you for your time being a payee.

20:17 We have someone else."

20:19 Oh, so they switched the pay.

20:21 They switched it.

20:22 I am the pay because he I have custody of my daughter, sir.

20:25 I have custody.

20:26 because he called and and applied and said, "Hey,

20:29 I I want this to come to my address." Whatever he said,

20:32 I don't I just have the letter.

20:34 Did you ask them what he said?

20:37 Yes.

20:37 And they said they basically they made a application and it

20:42 went through and we it was just kind of like a

20:46 Did you ask why they didn't and I said, "How did you do this when

20:49 he has a child support order?" And they said,

20:52 "How did that happen?" And they reached asked them why you didn't

20:56 get notice of his application to switch monies from you to him.

21:02 They told me they would not provide that information.

21:05 They would not give you notice before they did it.

21:09 Yes.

21:09 That's what they told you.

21:10 Yes.

21:10 We don't give notice.

21:12 All you got TO DO IS CALL UP.

21:15 Whoever you are, do can call us.

21:17 Anybody can call us.

21:19 We'll switch it over based on what they tell us and you

21:22 won't get noticed that we are about to switch it over.

21:27 Good.

21:27 You know, we do things a little different in the Northwest.

21:29 I know.

21:29 No, it's not that different.

21:31 All right, sir.

21:31 What do you say to that?

21:33 She lost custody of her kid in November.

21:35 Both her kids.

21:35 She had a son by another guy her and she

21:38 had been charged with neglect with her son.

21:41 And so they gave me custody of my daughter.

21:44 And I still have custody of her today.

21:45 Today.

21:46 Let me see that.

21:47 Object.

21:52 That's the CPS order.

21:54 That's the CPS order.

21:55 You never lost custody, ma'am.

21:57 She lost custody of both her kids.

21:58 You did not.

21:59 She lost She lost custody of both her kids.

22:01 That's the CPS order right there.

22:02 She came over to my house and stole the

22:05 children will be staying with their respective

22:07 fathers after the background checks are completed.

22:11 Yeah.

22:12 So that's why she don't she's not to pay he don't have custody.

22:15 Are you all right?

22:16 I'm great.

22:20 Your counter claim, sir, is for what?

22:22 She stole $1,200 while we was together.

22:25 And she stole another $600.

22:27 I was in uh Texas, Houston, Texas, visiting one of my cousins.

22:31 This is why you all were married.

22:32 While we was married, you were drunk and gambling.

22:35 You lost that money.

22:37 Or dreaming.

22:37 Yeah.

22:38 Or dreaming again.

22:39 Yeah.

22:40 That was one of your dreams.

22:43 One thing gamblers do, he know how to count his money.

22:45 No, no, ma'am.

22:46 What do you say to that?

22:48 I don't know anything about what he's talking about, your honor.

22:51 I

22:51 All right.

22:52 Now, with regard to this DNA, why do you think there's an issue 10 years later?

22:57 When we was going through our divorce, sir,

22:59 she was 8 months pregnant with her son

23:01 and that was we was going through the parenting plan.

23:04 And so, I requested that because I I just can't trust her.

23:08 You know,

23:08 this is the same child you dreamed about.

23:11 Yes, sir.

23:12 Yes, sir.

23:13 Became a nightmare.

23:14 It is because life is life could be beautiful.

23:17 Life could be beautiful when it's true.

23:19 When it's honest and true, it could be beautiful.

23:21 When did you decide that may not be true?

23:25 Well, uh, in 2000 Well, uh, just recently when she came at me,

23:31 just recently you decided that you wanted to question the paternity.

23:36 When we went through the divorce and I

23:38 found out she was pregnant by another man, I thought about it then.

23:41 And you all were getting a divorce,

23:44 right?

23:44 So while getting a divorce, Yes, sir.

23:46 You said, "Well, I think I might try to say this not mine.

23:49 Then I won't have to pay no child support." Nah, I get to paternity test.

23:56 I'm getting rid of y'all right now, y'all.

24:00 Something else.

24:01 Pliff Tia Lee is suing her ex-husband,

24:03 who petitioned the court for a paternity test

24:06 because he has doubts about fathering Tia's daughter.

24:10 First of all, ma'am, uh you contradicted yourself regarding losing custody

24:16 uh with regard to the alimony, sir.

24:19 Do you have any evidence on the alimony?

24:21 She said you stopped paying in uh Yes, sir.

24:24 Yes, sir.

24:25 February.

24:26 Do you have anything reflecting payments after that?

24:29 Yes, I do.

24:30 Let's see.

24:31 I have my receipts.

24:32 Let's see it.

24:33 They uh just show me one before you yourself, ma'am.

24:36 And now he's about to show me.

24:38 He says receipts after the time you said he provided

24:43 and this is report I forgot what month this was.

24:46 And I am looking at these receipts.

24:48 Ma'am, your claim is dismissed.

24:50 Ma'am, I see receipts which contradict what you said.

24:53 Also, the removal of the children.

24:56 That's why they switched the social security payments over to him.

25:00 with regard to the stolen money that you

25:03 alleged she uh stole while you were married.

25:06 She can't steal her own money, sir.

25:08 Okay?

25:08 She can't steal her.

25:09 There's no such thing as stealing your own money

25:12 because her money was your money when you were married.

25:14 It was community property.

25:16 And so whatever money got it was her money.

25:19 That's what wives do, sir.

25:21 They spend your money.

25:22 They take your money and spend it.

25:25 Yeah.

25:25 Okay.

25:26 I just told my wife I wanted to get a car, new car.

25:29 And my last car is 2010.

25:32 I'll go to the car dealer and say, "Let me I acting big.

25:36 I'm just mad.

25:39 Give me a new car here.

25:41 Let me write you.

25:42 I'll write it for the whole thing.

25:45 I don't need no credit." You know, right now they run immediate checks.

25:50 They don't even have to wait on the check to come back.

25:54 Mr.

25:54 Matthysse, your balance is zero.

25:59 I go to the bank now.

26:00 I know I got plenty of money here.

26:02 Now, what happened here?

26:04 Matters.

26:04 Your wife took all that money out and transferred it.

26:08 So, that's what happened.

26:09 Sir, get used to it.

26:11 All right.

26:11 Have a good day.

26:12 Hope your attention is out just a training.

26:18 DNA results.

26:20 Oh.

26:20 Uh, I was just No, no.

26:23 No.

26:23 No.

26:23 No.

26:24 Yeah.

26:24 Yeah.

26:24 Yeah.

26:25 Yeah.

26:25 You got it right there.

26:26 You are the father.

26:31 Okay.

26:35 Oh, Rob, I can say thank you for your years

26:37 as a US veteran because I can't thank you for being a husband.

26:41 I I I really don't think that you understand the thing of marriage.

26:47 So, I'm good that I moved on.

26:49 You broke up our home.

26:50 I don't have no problem I don't have

26:51 no problem taking care of my daughter from everything.

26:54 You cannot expect money from our daughter.

26:56 You don't even want about custody.

26:58 You don't.

26:59 Yeah.

26:59 You saw the paper.

27:00 They saw the paper.

27:01 They didn't see.

27:01 You don't have custody.

27:02 You don't have custody.

27:03 That's okay.

27:08 Pliff Justin Feldman and his girlfriend Stacy

27:10 Allen say Justin met the defendant in prison.

27:13 And they were friends until the defendant tried to break

27:16 him and Stacy up by setting Justin up with another woman.

27:21 Justin says he lived with the defendant but was kicked out

27:24 of the home and he's suing for the value of his property.

27:28 Defendant Donald Lloyd says when he met Justin,

27:31 Justin was heavily into drugs and he helped Justin get clean.

27:36 Donald claims Justin was asked to leave his home because he

27:39 threatened to call DCFS on him and to blow up his house.

27:44 He's counter suing for property damage.

27:47 Start with you.

27:48 I met Donnie in prison 2013.

27:52 He thought he was a He think he was a

27:57 Your honor.

27:58 This is a prime example why you should not do drugs.

28:01 I don't.

28:01 This guy is I never done drugs.

28:05 I'm talking about him.

28:06 I shouldn't do them or people shouldn't do them.

28:07 People shouldn't do them.

28:08 Oh, I never done I haven't done drugs.

28:11 America.

28:11 This is why you do not do drugs.

28:13 Really, Donnie?

28:14 Right here.

28:14 Really?

28:16 Really?

28:15 Really?

28:15 He's been clean since I've been with him.

28:18 So, don't even go there.

28:19 What are you talking about?

28:19 You haven't even been with him for over a year.

28:21 That's because of you.

28:23 Okay.

28:23 Well, you No, that wasn't Yes.

28:26 Really?

28:26 You got you broke into our relationship trying to find him somebody.

28:30 So, don't even go there.

28:32 Put the blame on someone else.

28:33 No, you.

28:36 Okay.

28:35 What are you suggesting?

28:35 That he um has lost some of his mental capacity because of drug use.

28:41 Yes, sir.

28:42 I know he has.

28:43 He's told me.

28:44 What type of drugs?

28:45 Anyone?

28:46 Name it, he's probably done it.

28:49 All right.

28:49 You all met in prison in 2013.

28:52 Yes, sir.

28:52 How was that friendship?

28:54 Uh, we used to be good friends until I moved in with him in 2015 in September.

29:02 Then I got kicked out in February 7.

29:05 That's up to the prison who goes where.

29:07 And No, I'm just saying.

29:09 No, I before

29:11 So you moved into his cell and then he kicked you out.

29:14 He can't kick you out of his cell.

29:19 No.

29:18 That's up to the warden.

29:22 No, sir.

29:24 It is.

29:25 No, I said I I moved out.

29:26 You might be right,

29:30 sir.

29:30 He can't kick you out, sir.

29:32 We were in a We were in a uh release center.

29:36 Huh?

29:35 Okay.

29:36 A prison release center.

29:37 That's where we met.

29:38 Okay.

29:38 The guy was on drugs when I met him.

29:40 All right.

29:41 I I helped him to get him off of him.

29:43 He We started hanging out.

29:46 I'm literally The kid came in the honor center with blood

29:48 running down his arms from injecting a needle into his arms.

29:52 No, sir.

29:53 I was being a better person.

29:54 I seen where he was in trouble.

29:56 I I helped him out.

29:56 I've been there for him.

29:58 Any kind of trouble he's ever been into.

30:00 And obviously, he's saying that when you all were released from prison,

30:03 he moved in with you.

30:05 You all moved in together.

30:07 Yes, sir.

30:08 Pliff Justin Feldman lived with the defendant,

30:11 but the defendant claims he kicked him out

30:13 after he threatened to blow his house up.

30:16 Did you want to contest anything he's saying about

30:19 this drug use that he claims has caused u problems with

30:23 I used cognitive problems?

30:25 I used to do them a long time ago.

30:27 What type do you mind?

30:28 You want to say or not?

30:30 I did almost every drug in the book.

30:32 Everything.

30:33 Okay.

30:33 But crack.

30:35 You've done everything except

30:36 mushrooms and other ones.

30:38 You did mushrooms and

30:39 No, I never done them.

30:42 Okay.

30:42 You never You did everything except for crack and mushrooms.

30:47 Yes.

30:47 But her and heroin.

30:57 All right.

30:57 But you feel that they affected you permanently, your drug use?

31:02 Yes, sir.

31:03 Okay.

31:03 And so you could tell young people and older people

31:06 that long-term drug use does cause cognitive problems in your opinion?

31:11 Yes, sir.

31:12 All right.

31:12 Good.

31:13 I haven't done them in a while, though.

31:15 But you think damage is done?

31:16 I guess I've been clean.

31:18 Good.

31:18 How long?

31:19 Three or four years.

31:20 Good.

31:21 All right.

31:21 And you don't come across as a drug addict.

31:24 Thank you.

31:24 Um, so congratulations on staying clean.

31:28 And so when you all moved together, how was that?

31:32 You and your friend.

31:34 It was okay until they started not they didn't want to talk to me or nothing.

31:39 Who all was living there?

31:40 You say they

31:41 their girl.

31:42 His girlfriend and her mom.

31:43 His mom.

31:45 Okay.

31:45 No, his girlfriend's mom

31:47 and my kids.

31:48 And his kids.

31:49 All right.

31:49 So, you moved in and they wouldn't talk with you?

31:52 Not really.

31:53 Every time I try to talk to them, they they really didn't want to talk to me.

31:57 Why don't you give me some background on perhaps if what he says is true,

32:02 why doesn't anyone communicate with him in the household?

32:06 It's it wasn't that it's hard to communicate with someone when they got

32:09 the lights off in the room with her nose stuck in their cell phone 24/7.

32:12 We've tried to conversate with him.

32:14 We've offered him to eat dinner with us.

32:16 He never would.

32:17 He'd wait until we all went to bed and go rummage to the refrigerator to go eat,

32:22 but there was never no conversation problem.

32:24 He would tell me every morning, you know,

32:26 like every morning before we'd go to work, he would tell me that, "Well,

32:29 they don't want to talk to me." Well, dude,

32:31 it's not that they don't want to talk to you.

32:32 You just don't talk.

32:34 You bury yourself in that room

32:35 with the lights off and don't conversate with nobody.

32:37 It's not nobody's fault but your own.

32:39 Do you do that?

32:41 You seclude yourself in the room?

32:42 No, sir.

32:43 I used to come out there all the time,

32:45 try to talk to them and but nobody was talking to me.

32:48 So, I went back in the room and they kicked me out in February two,

32:52 February 7th, 200 16th.

32:55 And why were you kicked out?

32:58 Uh drinking beer because I was arguing

33:00 with her his mother with his girlfriend's mother.

33:04 Then they called the police on me and I and they kicked

33:07 me out and I only had one bag of stuff in a backpack.

33:12 And you're suing for personal property that you left behind?

33:17 Yes.

33:16 All right.

33:17 And did you come back and get it?

33:19 Did February 12th, you tried to come and get it?

33:22 Yeah.

33:22 Yeah.

33:22 And what happened?

33:24 Uh, I got some of my stuff and I didn't get my PS4,

33:29 my TV, my Blu-rays, and my games and extra controller.

33:33 And she was with me.

33:34 I can witness that.

33:36 Okay.

33:36 And when you say, "Where are my things?" What did they tell you?

33:39 They don't have it, sir.

33:42 Well, I don't know what he's talking about.

33:43 That stuff was never in my house.

33:45 Uh, he got kicked out because he was drunk.

33:48 He threatened to call DFS on my kids.

33:51 He also threatened to blow up my house.

33:53 No, sir.

33:53 That is the reason he got kicked out.

33:55 I was not there at the time,

33:56 but I was on the phone with my fiance and I heard my mother-in-law yelling,

34:01 just throwing a rampage.

34:04 And I turned around and came back cuz I

34:06 was dropping my 11-year-old daughter off at her mother's house.

34:09 When he moved in, did he bring property with him?

34:11 Yes.

34:11 What did he bring?

34:12 Uh, clothes, backpacks, a bunch of royals, memorabilia.

34:17 That's about it.

34:18 No television?

34:19 No.

34:19 You're such a liar.

34:21 I bet I am.

34:22 Really?

34:22 Cuz here's the receipt to never left your house.

34:25 Really?

34:25 He had everything.

34:26 I'm just saying.

34:27 I got proof right there.

34:29 Do you have proof of it in my house?

34:31 It never came to my house.

34:33 How did it come to my house?

34:34 Really?

34:34 Because here's the back of the TV that you sent to us.

34:37 Can you see it, please?

34:38 Thank you very much.

34:39 That was sent where?

34:40 And when?

34:41 What?

34:43 This What are you showing me with this?

34:44 The back of a television.

34:46 That's a TV mount.

34:47 And I got a game that I put on hold.

34:50 And you're showing me a receipt.

34:52 Let me see the date here.

34:53 Do we have a date on here, ma'am?

34:55 Okay.

34:55 11:2714.

34:58 And you moved in there.

35:00 September 15.

35:02 And so you're suggesting you And is your name on here anywhere on this receipt?

35:08 No, sir.

35:09 Whose name is on the receipt?

35:11 It was it was mine because after we paid for the uh for the TV judge,

35:15 we had to get online and fill out some information for the TV.

35:18 Where was the television kept prior to him moving in with uh his family?

35:23 Um it was in my bedroom at the time hanging on the wall.

35:26 And when Justin left me because we were having problems,

35:31 Donnie came over, helped Justin take the TV off the wall.

35:35 Come get my stuff.

35:36 Yeah.

35:37 He he took helped Justin car it all out.

35:40 Pliff Justin Feldman lived with a defendant,

35:43 but the defendant claims he kicked him out

35:45 after he threatened to blow his house up.

35:48 And your counter claim for property damage, sir?

35:51 What is it for?

35:51 What is it?

35:52 The um the carpet in my uh the room he stayed in.

35:56 I had to replace the whole flooring, the pad, and the carpet.

35:59 And it costed me almost $962 to replace all that because

36:04 of the drinks and everything he spilt all over the carpet.

36:08 Sir, what do you say to that?

36:10 They had a dog running around.

36:14 You have any uh evidence of what you had

36:16 to pay for the damages you allege he caused?

36:22 Cuz carpet in living room does sound like a dog um might have damaged it.

36:29 Uh the dog sleeps in the day room on the side of that room.

36:33 Okay.

36:33 The dog the dog has its own room on the back side of the house.

36:36 Other than that, she's outside.

36:38 So, you have evidence of one television here.

36:42 What else do you have?

36:43 I know you did not have all your receipts, but what else do you have?

36:48 Um, this is a list of some of his games and Blu-rays.

36:52 Some of them of the movies.

36:55 You're suggesting that you owed 1,700 for games and movies.

37:00 I had a lot of games.

37:01 That's why you wouldn't come out of that room, sir.

37:05 Yeah.

37:07 So, I'm going to give you $500 for your games and movies,

37:11 $3.99 for your um PlayStation,

37:15 $65 for your PS4 controller, $238 for your television,

37:24 and I'll um give you $500 for the damage to your carpet.
