35:17 So that's why we decided to come back

35:19 because we want to make sure there's absolute one.

35:22 Oh, thank you guys.

35:23 as I see all these beautiful messages coming in.

35:25 Uh we want to make sure no one's left behind.

35:28 And so today, think of today as like a little bonus boost.

35:31 We're going to try to do 90 minutes or even

35:33 quicker to lock in the breakthroughs to get your questions answered,

35:37 plus something we've never done before.

35:39 This is pretty cool.

35:40 Today, you asked and we're going to deliver.

35:42 Eigor is going to do an actual mini

35:44 workshop on how to start building your clone today.

35:47 Now, what I'm going to set in advance, I would love for you just to watch.

35:51 Be the observer today.

35:52 Don't try to do every bit.

35:54 He's not going to go super deep.

35:55 He's going to do a little little part of it so

35:57 you see what this is like when you put it into play.

36:01 Because some of you, it's still in your head and you're in your head too much.

36:04 You're thinking, "Well, can I do that?

36:05 Can I do this?

36:05 Can I do?" Sometimes you just need to see it and go,

36:07 "Shit, I need to do that." Lauren, I see you shaking your head.

36:10 Right.

36:11 Right.

36:11 Sometimes you just need to see it.

36:12 And that's why we're back.

36:14 And I also I want to say um let's make today which I love.

36:19 By the way, the people that are back, you and I are kindred spirits.

36:22 I soak up.

36:23 I've been I've been in this game for 30 years of teaching it.

36:27 But I'm about 40 years in business for myself.

36:29 And whenever I can gain knowledge and learn from others, I take advantage.

36:33 So I would be here, too.

36:35 So we're kindred spirits and I like it.

36:37 And and today, let's make today super casual.

36:40 Let's give lots of value because your time is priceless.

36:43 I don't want you wasting 90 minutes of your life.

36:45 I want you done at these 90 minutes and go,

36:47 "Thank goodness I did not miss that." That's my goal.

36:50 So, let's pretend we're hanging out in a big old coffee shop today.

36:53 We're just chilling.

36:54 You got some extra questions and Igor and I are going to crush them.

36:58 So, there's nothing left.

36:59 There's nothing on the table except you moving forward.

37:02 You guys up for that today?

37:03 [cheering] Put yes in the chat if you are.

37:06 [applause] And whether you join us for all three days,

37:09 a glimpse, you're watching the replays, you're in the right spot.

37:13 Because the fact of the matter is momentum fades fast.

37:17 We all know that.

37:18 And today is about locking in so you can keep that momentum alive.

37:22 The only thing worse than losing time is losing the belief that you can

37:26 actually buy it back or losing the belief that you can't reach your goals.

37:30 And what we do with that time that we get back, that's your choice.

37:34 Like I like I've been saying, start, scale,

37:37 move faster, or just be home for dinner.

37:40 That's my new favorite line.

37:41 Listen, over the over the last three days, we exposed the truth that hit some

37:45 of you pretty hard that technology doesn't replace you.

37:51 It replaced the it replaces wasted time.

37:54 And if we remember that, then we look at this completely different.

37:57 And every leap forward,

37:58 we saw that through data and proof, every electricity, the internet,

38:02 now AI, it rewarded those that got out in front even though they were scared.

38:08 And those that waited unfortunately in some cases not only left behind,

38:11 they were kind of punished for not moving quick enough.

38:13 And that's why we're here.

38:14 That's why we're doing this.

38:15 And right now, you know, AI isn't hype.

38:18 It's just the newest tool.

38:20 And watching your breakthroughs has been awesome.

38:23 So here's what we're doing.

38:24 Think of this today officially as the tractor moment.

38:29 But the day you got the tractor, right?

38:31 the the the tractor took 40 hours of planting an acre of corn to 30 minutes.

38:38 It was just a machine.

38:39 They just had to learn how to use it.

38:41 And when they did, that became the new norm, right?

38:44 Same person, same field, new leverage, new life.

38:48 And that's what we're building with AI.

38:50 Now, listen.

38:51 Over the weekend, we watched two kinds of people show up in the chat.

38:53 The first group felt in their gut.

38:55 They said, "Yes, I'm in.

38:57 I'm doing this no matter what it takes." Hopefully,

38:58 you joined us for the boot camp which starts in three days,

39:02 four days from now, which is amazing.

39:04 Some of you said it before you even finished the offer.

39:07 You are my emotional.

39:09 This is something I want to teach you.

39:10 This this can be something that you can use for the rest of your life.

39:14 What's up, Boris?

39:15 I see you today, man.

39:16 Thanks for being here.

39:16 I see you, Preston and Allen.

39:18 Um, here's what I want to tell you.

39:21 Those of you who are already a part of the the boot camp,

39:24 raise your hand if you're already a part of the boot camp.

39:28 [cheering] I see it.

39:27 Johnny and Melanie and Bart, I see it.

39:30 Oh, so many.

39:31 Olga, what's up, everybody?

39:33 Um, [snorts] you're my emotional decision makers.

39:35 That's me.

39:36 When I get emotional about something, I see it.

39:38 I can't wait.

39:39 I'm like, I'm in.

39:39 I'm in.

39:40 I'm in.

39:40 The second group is just as smart, just as driven,

39:45 but you're the type to say, "I need to see more.

39:47 I need to understand more." Those are my logical decision makers.

39:51 That's my sisters group.

39:53 Okay, here's the truth.

39:55 Both are equally freaking amazing.

39:57 My sister, we both started with nothing.

39:58 My sister is extremely successful.

40:00 But I got to tell you a little

40:01 story because you might recognize yourself in this.

40:04 And it's something that really helps with all influence in your life.

40:07 If it's influences your family member, your children, your grandchildren,

40:11 a spouse, you got to understand that people make decisions differently, right?

40:15 So let's take a let's take an example.

40:18 I'm an emotional buyer.

40:19 So, I have what I drive is a white Ford F-150 pickup truck.

40:25 It's the favorite vehicle I've ever had in my life.

40:27 It is my I don't do Lamborghinis and all that fancy stuff.

40:31 And my truck right now is six years old.

40:33 My wife keeps saying, "When are you going to get new?" I'm like,

40:34 "But I love this one." Right?

40:36 But I got to tell you, when I bought that truck,

40:38 I was driving down the street and I said, "I want a truck again." I had a car.

40:41 I grew up in trucks that were sitting up higher.

40:43 I'm like, "I want a truck." I drove by a Ford dealership.

40:47 I went in, I saw this white truck.

40:49 I'm like, that's the one.

40:50 So, I went inside and I'm like, I'd like to buy that white Ford truck.

40:54 He said, 'Oh, you want to take a test drive?

40:56 Let me tell you about it.

40:56 I'm like, I just want to buy that white Ford truck.

41:00 And he started going and I said, hey,

41:01 I'll make a deal with you if I can leave here in 30 minutes.

41:05 You got the sale.

41:07 And he's like, yeah.

41:08 Like, I'm serious.

41:09 And he said something else.

41:10 I'm like, we're down to 29, right?

41:12 I said, listen, I did this when I was broke.

41:15 So, this is not nothing to do with money.

41:16 I'm just an emotional buyer.

41:18 I knew I wanted that truck.

41:19 I've been wanting it for a long time.

41:21 And he was going he and he started again and I pushed him.

41:24 We got the truck.

41:25 To my sister, that's that's an emotional buyer.

41:28 If I watch somebody do a training and I

41:30 know they're making an offer and I love it, I can't wait for the button to drop.

41:33 Now, my sister would think that it is insanity when my sister buys a vehicle.

41:39 She goes to three dealerships.

41:41 She talks to the dealer.

41:42 She talks to customer support.

41:43 She goes to consumer affairs.

41:45 Googles it and see what she test drives them for 20 minutes.

41:49 I would rather pull my toenails out than go through all that.

41:53 But that's my sister.

41:54 She is a logical decision maker, right?

41:57 When I first got into real estate, I was a broke kid.

42:00 I got in my first real estate deal with no money down when I was 17 years old.

42:04 And I just got lucky.

42:05 I I probably was crazy.

42:07 Could have went broke.

42:08 Used credit cards to buy it.

42:09 And I told my sister for a decade, Paula, you're starting to do good.

42:12 Buy real estate.

42:13 Buy real estate.

42:14 She's like, "No, I'm studying the market.

42:16 Studying the market.

42:16 I want to make sure it's the right timing." I was like,

42:19 "Come on." Here's the thing, though.

42:21 She eventually bought the car.

42:22 She eventually got into real estate.

42:24 She owns millions of dollars of real estate right now.

42:26 But she just needed more time, right?

42:30 It's It says it's freezing.

42:32 I don't know if you guys are see that.

42:34 Says I'm frozen.

42:35 Can you guys see me?

42:37 Put your thumbs up if you could see me.

42:39 [cheering] Okay.

42:43 We just said a bunch of frozen.

42:44 Just want to make sure at least you know we're live, right?

42:47 So I'm sharing that today because my sister would never move on emotions.

42:53 So today is about serving the logical buyers,

42:57 the logical decision makers like my sister, so you don't miss out.

43:00 So you know you have the logical outcomes to say yes or no.

43:06 And that's what today is designed to do.

43:08 Say yes to yourself to move forward.

43:11 Because by the end of this session, I want you to have complete clarity

43:14 on whatever decision you want to make, right?

43:18 It's now duplicating audio.

43:20 You are echoing.

43:24 Oh, here's why.

43:27 Oh, okay.

43:27 We good?

43:28 All right.

43:29 I felt my mic fell off.

43:30 All right.

43:30 [laughter] Okay.

43:32 Um, see, good thing we're just hanging out casually in a coffee shop, right?

43:37 But here's what I want to share to you logical decision makers.

43:41 Something to really think about, and this is where we can have fun.

43:44 You're good now.

43:44 You're good.

43:44 You're good.

43:45 Thank you.

43:46 I want to make sure that you look at it through this lens.

43:48 So, light up the chat for me.

43:50 I could see all the chats.

43:51 I could see YouTube as well.

43:54 Is it logical?

43:56 Is it a logical piece that AI is here and it's not going anywhere?

44:00 Is that logical?

44:00 Yes or no?

44:01 Right?

44:02 Let's think about that.

44:04 Of course.

44:06 Is it logical that if AI is used effectively and efficiently that it truly

44:12 can work with you and for you to do repetitive to help fill gaps,

44:17 to help go faster, to make it better?

44:19 Is it logical that it could help you launch that business,

44:21 start the business, or just get more time back in your life?

44:24 Is that logical?

44:25 Right?

44:27 Is it logical that you've been scared about things before in your life?

44:31 I don't know about you,

44:32 but I was scared to death the day I drove my daughter home.

44:34 my first daughter the first day driving from the hospital home

44:37 like oh my god right but you've already done that you've already

44:41 been scared and you've proven so isn't it logical that even though

44:44 it could be a little uncertain that anything you've put your mind

44:48 to you've overcome and crushed and done well is that logical right

44:54 and isn't it logical that if you're going to learn how to do

44:58 this isn't it the best to learn from somebody who's already been

45:01 there Tony and I doing this for 77 years partner with Eigor,

45:05 interviewing 50 people, finding the path and plan.

45:07 Isn't it logical that if you're going to do it,

45:09 learn from somebody who has the path and plan?

45:11 Is that logical?

45:11 Right?

45:12 So, I am surely not trying to oversimplify this.

45:17 And I'm surely not trying to force you

45:19 to do something that you don't want to do.

45:21 But sometimes that logical brain has already cost us too much.

45:25 If you're really honest, I'm going to move on for that from this.

45:28 Who can say that logical thinking at one time

45:31 in your life has already caused you to miss an incredible opportunity?

45:35 Raise your hand or say yes in the chat

45:37 if overthinking has already cost you opportunity.

45:39 Thanks Guido.

45:40 I appreciate you putting your hand up first.

45:41 I see you Johnny Wells.

45:43 Right.

45:43 All of us guilty, right?

45:45 Should I?

45:45 Should I not?

45:45 It's kind of complicated.

45:46 Is this really time?

45:47 Should I put my Who in here has ever?

45:49 Yeah, we've all done that.

45:50 And then you look back five years later go, "Oh my god, I could have.

45:52 I should have." And I just know this is one of those moments.

45:55 So I want to help you address it.

45:57 This is like me talking to my sister.

45:59 Like I should have got her into real estate 5 years sooner.

46:02 I really could.

46:02 I was like, she's your when it's your sister, you're like, "All right,

46:05 if you want to wait, right?" And I have to tell you,

46:08 when she started getting momentum, she's like,

46:10 "I should have started sooner." But anyway,

46:12 I I'm her little brother, so I can't say too much.

46:14 You might beat me up.

46:15 I'm just kidding.

46:16 And like I shared, so we'll move on for that.

46:19 So I just want you logical buyers to know,

46:22 logical decision makers to know, today is specifically for you.

46:26 But those of you who are emotional decision makers like me,

46:29 you're going to learn a ton today.

46:30 Especially what Eigor is going to do.

46:32 He's right in the other room.

46:34 He's been where we were together all day yesterday.

46:36 He is going to do a mini workshop with you to create

46:39 the foundation of building your clone so you could just see it.

46:42 I want you to see a glimpse of what's

46:44 possible and you'll see some big uh breakthroughs.

46:47 Who's ready for that?

46:48 Igor's in the back.

46:50 Keep him excited.

46:51 [cheering] Now, before we go any further,

46:55 uh you know by now that um we want to give you

46:59 every tool we possibly can in this toolbox for success in AI,

47:04 in business, in any area of your life.

47:06 You there's no way I can't do that because when I read comments,

47:10 I know from doing this for so many decades what you really need.

47:16 And if you know, if you see, we are not like other AI events.

47:20 And um that's a huge compliment.

47:22 So when people say this is nothing like I expected I saw we're like yes right.

47:26 So before I bring on Igor I want to share so get your pens out.

47:29 I want to share in just a few minutes seven

47:32 success secrets I wish I knew earlier in my journey.

47:37 Now let me tell you why I chose

47:38 this training because I read hundreds of your comments.

47:41 These are principles that I live by.

47:43 I teach my children.

47:44 I share with my team.

47:45 I share with our students.

47:47 I stare on on stages.

47:48 They've never let me down.

47:50 And I know they can help you guide through this AI evolution.

47:55 And here's what I want to share also.

47:58 These are seven principles that I promise if

48:00 you look upstream from what your constraint might be,

48:04 your worry, what's holding you back.

48:07 These are the ones that solve the problem upstream.

48:09 Right?

48:09 Remember yesterday or two days ago, I talked about my purpose, my why.

48:14 That why for me, knowing I want to be with my family,

48:16 being in control of my calendar,

48:18 that solves procrastination for me, that solves being afraid for me.

48:22 Because when I start thinking my kids are going to have choices,

48:24 I'm never going to go backwards and I need to be in control.

48:26 That's upstream and it solves all the the stuff down here.

48:30 Junior, I see you shaking your head, right?

48:32 That's what these are for today.

48:34 If there's something holding you back down here,

48:36 I want to give you these seven principles

48:38 that zap those so you keep moving forward.

48:41 So, you guys up for that?

48:41 I could do it in just a few [cheering] minutes.

48:44 and then we'll bring Igor on.

48:46 Okay, I'm going to go pretty quick through these.

48:50 Number one, audit your inner circle.

48:56 What does that mean?

49:00 You've you've heard if you do any personal development,

49:02 Jim Ran and all the all Napoleon Hill,

49:05 all of them, Tony Robbins will say you are

49:08 the sum total of the people you hang around.

49:09 We know that.

49:10 If you have some negative friends and some positive friends,

49:13 you're somewhere in the middle.

49:15 If the people around you don't get AI yet, don't wait for their permission.

49:22 Hear me on this.

49:23 Do not wait for their permission.

49:25 You may never get it.

49:26 They may never jump on board.

49:27 And that's okay.

49:28 That's the journey they're on.

49:31 Leaders step into the new wave first.

49:34 Then they bring others along.

49:36 Hear me on that one.

49:37 We move first and then we bring the people we love.

49:44 We have the option of choosing voices that show us an expanded future,

49:50 not one where we shrink and play safe.

49:53 You can't win games by just being the goalie.

49:57 You can't win games by just playing defense.

49:59 We have to be offensive on the offense.

50:02 So that means we have to make sure that the voice is going in our ears.

50:05 If there's some negative ones, you got to offset that.

50:09 A dear friend of mine, Trent Shelton, if any of us,

50:11 any of you know my family, I always bring Trent on stage.

50:13 I love the guy.

50:14 He's freaking awesome.

50:15 I see Aguido.

50:16 Isn't Trent just a man?

50:18 Trent says something really cool.

50:20 He said in his journey to want to do more,

50:23 this is a football player, played in the NFL,

50:25 got uh cut from the NFL team over and over,

50:29 thought his life was over until his roommate

50:32 felt the same way and actually took his life.

50:34 and it woke Trent up and he made it on a mission

50:37 to uh help uplift people for the rest of his life.

50:41 He he's a wonderful human.

50:42 I I love this man.

50:43 But he said as he's an ex NFL player

50:45 and he starts going on stages and being an influencer,

50:48 he's one of the most watched people on Facebook in the world, right?

50:51 His videos go nuts.

50:52 And he said as he was doing it,

50:55 his wife who loves him dearly, they have a great relationship.

50:57 And other people were like, "Why would you do that?

51:00 An influencer?

51:00 You're an NFL player.

51:02 You're he's a major introvert.

51:04 You can see this guy.

51:05 He comes over my house.

51:06 We got 20 people around.

51:08 Everybody's got to get him.

51:09 And then he's amazing, right?

51:10 Introvert, NFL player,

51:12 gonna be a stage speaker and influencer and he kept getting

51:18 all this feedback and then one day he realized that God,

51:23 this is his beliefs, yours could be whatever they are.

51:25 God gave him the clarity on what his future was supposed to be.

51:30 And he said, "Well, didn't give that one to anybody else.

51:34 Everybody's got their own." And he compared it to glasses.

51:37 This is the part I want to share.

51:38 He said, "God gave me this prescription,

51:41 and when I put them on, I see my future clearly.

51:45 I'm supposed to buy back time.

51:46 I'm supposed to live.

51:47 I'm supposed to launch the business.

51:48 I'm supposed to have more time.

51:49 Supposed to unlock my creativity.

51:51 Whatever your dreams are." And he said,

51:53 'If I take my glasses off, my prescription,

51:56 and I give them to my wife or my friends,

51:58 they put them on and go, "Ah, these aren't clear.

52:00 I can't see anything because it's not their prescription,

52:03 it's yours." And when he said that one day, it shifted everything.

52:06 So when you hear people talking, they just don't have your prescription.

52:10 But don't let them dim your glow.

52:13 Bruce, I appreciate the smile there.

52:15 Don't let anybody else dim your glow.

52:17 That's something we do sometimes when you're if you're here today especially.

52:22 You're someone who does not talks.

52:24 You're someone who's ready to move not sit.

52:26 And sometimes when you're around people who don't,

52:29 you turn it down to match them.

52:32 Don't step up as a leader.

52:35 You do it first.

52:36 You go first.

52:37 And then you get to bring them along.

52:41 Does that make sense?

52:43 [cheering] So don't dim your glow for anybody.

52:47 It's your prescription.

52:49 And don't let anybody who's just not up on a yet, AI yet, get you down.

52:54 That's number one.

52:55 Audit your inner circle.

52:56 Number two, it's on me.

53:03 It's on me.

53:04 This is again I use silly little things that remind me but it's

53:08 on me is truly something I've been saying since all the crazy

53:13 politics of the last decade or so especially is the most liberating thing

53:19 in my life is knowing that no one is coming to save me.

53:26 Doesn't matter wherever you live in the world.

53:28 Think of the current president.

53:30 Think of the last president.

53:32 Think of the next one.

53:34 Have any of them come into your home and said, "Hey,

53:36 let's sit down and work on what's going

53:38 on with your life." Doesn't matter what they promise.

53:41 Has it shifted your life?

53:43 Right?

53:44 There's no one coming to save you.

53:46 It is on us.

53:47 And it's so liberating.

53:49 You know what's so funny?

53:50 We all know someone when things go well, they're like, "Hey,

53:53 did you see what I did?" And when things go bad, it's everybody else's fault.

53:57 Anybody knows somebody like that in their life?

53:59 Right.

54:00 [cheering] Yeah.

54:01 Karen, I see you.

54:02 I see you, Katherine.

54:02 Like, yeah, we all know that.

54:04 You're thinking of them.

54:04 I am too.

54:05 I won't I won't say it, but Right.

54:08 It's like you just take it all.

54:10 I've I've gone so extreme on this is sometimes you'll have an employee, right?

54:14 We have hundreds of employees.

54:15 Sometimes we have employee that just something goes sideways.

54:17 They do something wrong and somebody's like,

54:19 "Oh my god, I can't believe what they did.

54:20 It's their fault." I'm like, "No, it's not.

54:22 It's my fault.

54:24 I hired them and maybe I didn't onboard them right.

54:26 Maybe I didn't train them right.

54:27 Maybe they didn't know the importance of it.

54:29 It just makes life so much easier to radically say it's on me.

54:33 So if it goes wrong, you can look in the mirror and go, "It's on me.

54:36 What did I learn?

54:37 At least I tried." And when it goes right,

54:40 you say, "Hey, I learned a lot and it won.

54:42 Let's do more." There's just something so so liberating.

54:47 Because you already know the things in the past that have stopped you,

54:53 slowed you down, or held you back.

54:56 You already know those.

54:58 When you put it on you, you see them more clearly.

55:01 You don't avoid them.

55:02 And it just puts you in the driver's seat.

55:06 Make sense?

55:08 [cheering] So liberating.

55:10 It's on me.

55:12 Number three, solve bigger problems.

55:19 I love this one.

55:21 You know, if I'm in a room with very successful people,

55:27 I know the most successful person

55:29 in the room solves bigger problems than everybody else.

55:32 You know, Jim Ran, I said it yesterday or two days ago or maybe three days ago,

55:34 Jim Ran said, uh, success leaves clues.

55:37 It's kind of that same concept, right?

55:40 Instead of no, his other quote, um, for things Oh,

55:43 for things to get better, I have to get better.

55:45 Okay, so I want you to hear this.

55:48 Do you think when you get more successful problems are going to be less or more?

55:54 Right?

55:55 Probably more.

55:55 Right?

55:56 But here's the thing.

55:59 Don't wish.

56:00 This is this is what I wanted to say.

56:01 Sorry, it took me a second.

56:02 I had to find in the database back here.

56:05 Don't wish for problems to go away.

56:07 Ready for this?

56:08 Wish to get better at solving bigger problems.

56:12 [cheering] You solve AI.

56:16 You figure it out before anybody else.

56:18 You launch the company.

56:21 You scale the company.

56:23 You unlock your creativity.

56:25 You get to finally write the book.

56:26 You get to launch your coaching program.

56:28 You get to hire an employee that's doing

56:30 marketing for you because you solve a bigger problem.

56:32 You solve a bigger problem.

56:33 You have bigger solutions.

56:34 I want to be the person that when I walk out of a room,

56:37 people say, "If there's a problem, freaking bring Dean in the room.

56:40 He'll solve it." That means you get paid the most.

56:42 You get the most time off.

56:43 And here's the thing I want you to really hear, Katherine.

56:45 And I see you getting this.

56:47 The thing I really want you to hear, I was broker than broke as a kid.

56:51 My dad was over our house yesterday.

56:53 Our some of our team members were over.

56:54 Eigor was over my house and my dad was telling stories [snorts]

56:58 um about when we were young and living

57:01 in a trailer park and not having lunch money.

57:03 And he said, "I felt so bad, but Dean turned out amazing,

57:06 so I guess we wouldn't change." I was really great.

57:09 But I want to tell you, I really had nothing as a kid.

57:11 And there's something I want to share with you.

57:12 And I know so many, that's not poor me.

57:14 I'm just sharing from reference.

57:16 Do you know that $100 problems, $10,000 problems, million-dollar problems,

57:21 $10 million problems, do you know they all feel the same?

57:26 They all feel the same.

57:28 I remember stressing out of my mind.

57:30 My first real estate deal, I was going to make $3,000.

57:32 I didn't sleep for weeks.

57:34 It was no different than the stress

57:35 of getting ready for this event with 600,000 people.

57:37 It felt exactly the same.

57:40 So, if you're going to feel the same,

57:42 then you might as well add a zero to the end of the problem.

57:46 Instead of a $100 problem, make it a $1,000 problem.

57:48 Instead of a thousand, make it 10.

57:50 100,000, make it a million.

57:52 Bigger problems, bigger payoff.

57:54 Solve bigger problems.

57:55 We get that.

57:56 [cheering and applause] I'm going to speed it up a little bit.

57:58 I know.

57:58 I'm just having fun with these because they're so important.

58:01 And then you got Eigor talking about AI.

58:03 You're going to have the perfect balance today.

58:04 We're going to get you fired up and then do a little workshop.

58:06 Cool.

58:07 You guys with me?

58:08 You still All right.

58:10 Number four, I'm going to go a little faster.

58:12 Be bold.

58:15 Uncomfortable action is the price of growth.

58:19 Hands down, simple, hard stop.

58:22 Moving forward is uncomfortable into something new.

58:27 And that's usually where the next level of you lives.

58:30 Your next level lives on the other side of the thing you're uncomfortable with.

58:33 There has never been a better time in life to be bold,

58:36 to take action, to say yes,

58:38 because hesitation has already cost you a compounding advantage.

58:44 It's already taken away that hasn't compounded.

58:46 It hasn't compounded.

58:47 You already I said this earlier, but you already missed too many opportunities.

58:52 Make bold moves, not risky ones.

58:56 Here's a good frame for you.

58:58 Regret verse risk.

59:00 Think about that.

59:02 Is it going to end your life if it doesn't work?

59:05 No.

59:05 In most cases, no.

59:06 Is it going to make you go broke?

59:07 No.

59:08 So, just what could be the ROI,

59:10 the return on investment, the return on time verse the risk?

59:13 If I go allin and it works, what could happen if I do nothing?

59:19 What could happen?

59:23 Right?

59:24 I think about that even when decisions I make

59:26 when I'm going to be a part of something.

59:28 What's the upside?

59:29 What's the downside?

59:30 If the upside has 10 times risk, which I truly believe our workshop does being

59:34 a part of this, it's got 10 times multiple.

59:37 If it doesn't work, there's no downside.

59:40 Whatever it takes, evaluation,

59:43 sometimes you just got to jump out of the plane and grow wings on the way down.

59:47 Sometimes you have to realize that feeling

59:49 uncomfortable is when you got to move anyway.

59:52 In fact, it's the time you have to move.

59:55 All right, I'm going to go a little quicker.

59:56 Number five, I got this from Agamandino in the book,

1:00:01 The World's Greatest Salesman.

1:00:02 Love that book.

1:00:02 Had my kids read that book.

1:00:05 I will persist until I succeed.

1:00:08 So many times in podcast, people are asking me,

1:00:10 Dean, what's the secret to success?

1:00:11 There's a lot of pieces.

1:00:12 There's no magical machine, money machine.

1:00:14 There's no magical answer.

1:00:16 But couple of things I like to say.

1:00:18 Find somebody that's already done it.

1:00:22 Model what they do.

1:00:23 Secondly, anchor in a purpose that keeps you going.

1:00:28 And third, keep going until you succeed.

1:00:32 Like, if you have the map and you have the purpose,

1:00:37 then you just got to keep going till you get to the destination.

1:00:40 Agendino said it really cool now that you have reference.

1:00:43 He said, "You never know how many corners you have to go around

1:00:46 until your success is there." And I look at those corners as potential failures,

1:00:54 disappointments, but you don't because you're learning and you're growing.

1:00:58 And and then I also think of maybe Adonia has to go

1:01:01 around five corners before she just nails it and is doing her thing.

1:01:05 But maybe Kenneth has to go around 13

1:01:07 and maybe poor Mike Sherwood's got to go around 30.

1:01:10 If you don't quit, eventually around one of those corners is your next level.

1:01:16 And when you have AI as a multiplier,

1:01:18 you could do dry runs, you could delegate, you could test drive,

1:01:21 you have a smart brain going back and forth,

1:01:23 help you with your weaknesses, but you got to keep moving forward.

1:01:28 Who's going to promise to keep moving forward no matter what?

1:01:31 [cheering] Okay, next one.

1:01:36 Number six, commitment over convenience.

1:01:44 We live in a world where everybody wants convenience and outcomes.

1:01:49 Sometimes we need a commitment because dabbling is expensive.

1:01:54 If you agree with that, please put yes.

1:01:56 Dabbling in a relationship is that expensive emotionally,

1:02:00 dabbling with a weight loss program, dabbling with exercise, well,

1:02:03 dabbling with your next level of success is very dangerous.

1:02:07 No more dabbling.

1:02:08 Commitment over convenience.

1:02:11 Commit now to do the work.

1:02:12 even if it's uncomfortable, so your future selves can say thank you.

1:02:18 Think about this.

1:02:21 Has dabbling ever worked in any area of your life?

1:02:24 Right?

1:02:26 And think about this.

1:02:28 Who would be willing I know if you're following Tony,

1:02:31 if you're here after four days,

1:02:32 I I already know the answer, but I'm going to ask it.

1:02:35 Who would take the next 90 days to be a little uncomfortable, to work hard,

1:02:41 to learn things you've never done so the next

1:02:44 nine months and nine years could be spectacular?

1:02:47 Raise your hand or say yes if you'd be willing to do that.

1:02:51 All that is all that is is commitment over convenience.

1:02:55 It's unfortunate.

1:02:56 We all know somebody that wants the convenience and the outcome.

1:02:59 I haven't found that yet.

1:03:01 If you do, DM me and let me know the easy way.

1:03:04 The way I know, model proven practices, go deep on your purpose.

1:03:09 Keep moving forward.

1:03:11 Commitment over convenience.

1:03:12 The last one, who verse how.

1:03:17 This is something you just got to program

1:03:19 into your brain for the rest of your life.

1:03:23 I said the three the formula model proven practices.

1:03:27 That's all it is.

1:03:28 You don't need to figure it out alone.

1:03:32 You find the who.

1:03:34 Who has already built the plan?

1:03:37 Who is already on the other side?

1:03:39 Yeah.

1:03:39 I used to use this silly analogy of if if you were

1:03:42 in the rainforest in Brazil and there was this beautiful, you know, uh,

1:03:47 mountain view that everybody wants to get to, but you

1:03:49 got to trek through 20 miles of woods,

1:03:52 really dangerous woods with insects that could kill

1:03:54 you and predators and quicksand and all that.

1:03:58 You might get there and somebody say,

1:03:59 "I I'm going to get to that beautiful place." And they just

1:04:02 run in the woods and they get bit by the wrong bug,

1:04:05 almost die, fall into quicksand, f can't find a way, come back out and quit.

1:04:08 It's too hard to get through it.

1:04:10 But if you look down a little bit,

1:04:11 there's a guy sitting there that's been through the woods for the last 10 years.

1:04:15 He's got a map, right?

1:04:17 And he's like, "Yeah, you can figure it out on your own,

1:04:19 but I can show you how to stay safe.

1:04:20 Where to stay halfway through?

1:04:22 Where to get some clean water?

1:04:24 Do you want to go at it by yourself

1:04:25 or do you want to do you want the map?" Right?

1:04:29 That's who verse how.

1:04:31 We always think to ourselves, how can I figure that out?

1:04:33 How am I going to do AI?

1:04:34 How do I know which is the right tool?

1:04:36 How do I take my stuff from uh chat GBT and move it over to Claude?

1:04:40 How do I turn that?

1:04:41 How?

1:04:41 How?

1:04:42 How?

1:04:42 Freaks you out.

1:04:43 Just say, "Who's already done it?

1:04:44 How do I model proven practices?

1:04:46 How do I get the mentor, the playbooks, even the proven paths, right?

1:04:51 Who verse how?" When you start thinking about

1:04:53 that, your life will never be the same.

1:04:56 And the truth of the matter is that's

1:04:58 what the six week AI advantage boot camp is.

1:05:00 It's the how delivered by the who.

1:05:03 Eigore and Tony and I knowing how to make this fit in your life.

1:05:08 Listen, I've been using this term for a long time.

1:05:13 It's the ultimate version of paying for speed.

1:05:15 When people say, "What do you do for a living?" We help people go faster.

1:05:20 You pay for the map, right?

1:05:21 In that in that scenario of the woods

1:05:23 in Brazil or the rainforest, you could say,

1:05:26 "I'm going in for free." And get bit and beat up and not make it through.

1:05:29 or just walk over and pay for the map and get there quicker, right?

1:05:33 You could spend the next year googling,

1:05:35 watching random YouTube tutorials, piecing it all together,

1:05:37 maybe a half a clone build, or you could spend six weeks with us.

1:05:42 And when I share this, please know I do it with straight

1:05:46 enthusiasm because I know who you'll be on the other side of this.

1:05:49 It's Tony, it's Eigor, it's myself, plus a community of thousands of amazing

1:05:53 people coming together and seeing each other transform.

1:05:58 Here's what I want to share, too.

1:05:59 Could we can we pull up the lower third really quick?

1:06:01 I want to see how many hours we got.

1:06:03 I wanted to show you this.

1:06:03 All right, we are at 7.2 million hours saved.

1:06:09 I just want to say, yeah,

1:06:12 I want to say congratulations [music] to all of you who are a part of this.

1:06:17 When you put this much work into it and [music]

1:06:19 you get the opportunity to see that and transform lives,

1:06:21 believe me, it's the greatest gift of my life.

1:06:23 This is this is what I get to do for a living.

1:06:25 I beyond grateful.

1:06:27 And I just want to share when you take these seven

1:06:29 keys to success and you combine them with six weeks of Eigor

1:06:33 walking you through step by step and building your clone

1:06:35 and train to think like you and turn it into an agent.

1:06:38 That's when life changes.

1:06:40 You're building the foundation that'll be with you forever.

1:06:46 If you think about it, the principles that I've been teaching,

1:06:49 that Tony's been teaching can make you unstoppable.

1:06:52 It's really agendino.

1:06:54 How do you just keep going?

1:06:56 the blueprint that Eigor created.

1:06:59 That's the system.

1:07:00 That's the map to follow.

1:07:03 And I know for some of you, today's decision time, right?

1:07:05 This offer closes soon because we start the training on f on Friday.

1:07:09 So, I just want to answer before I bring on Eigor.

1:07:12 There's like four or five questions that have just been redundant in this chat.

1:07:15 They've been redundant in the community, redundant on customer service.

1:07:19 I want to answer them even though I've answered them before.

1:07:21 I want to take just a few minutes

1:07:22 and answer these and then we'll bring on Igor Pagani.

1:07:25 All right.

1:07:25 First, what can I realistically first question,

1:07:29 what can I realistically expect at the end of the six weeks?

1:07:33 Now, I know I've said this a lot, but I just want to really clear.

1:07:36 Not only will you have the AI confidence, you'll have your own clone.

1:07:40 It'll be customized to you,

1:07:41 and then we're going to turn it into an agent that can work for you.

1:07:44 I don't want I'm not trying to oversimplify it,

1:07:46 but that's exactly that's exactly what you're going to be doing

1:07:50 with the skills and the confidence to integrate that into your business,

1:07:54 your career, or your life.

1:07:55 and integrate it into other platforms as you grow.

1:07:58 And the truth is, we're not guessing here.

1:07:59 Thousands of people did exactly this after our November summit.

1:08:04 It works.

1:08:06 Okay, let me share with you exactly, you know,

1:08:08 actually, I'm going to go to the whiteboard.

1:08:09 Follow me over real quick because I want to share this.

1:08:16 Okay, the trainings.

1:08:19 I oversimplifying it, but I this is the last time.

1:08:22 We're not doing any more videos.

1:08:23 This is it.

1:08:23 So, I just want to share this with you.

1:08:25 We build in on the first one.

1:08:27 We start implementing it into your schedule to get time back.

1:08:29 We train it to know your voice, how you think,

1:08:31 how you do, and also your weaknesses so it can fill the gaps.

1:08:33 Then we get it to work alongside of you.

1:08:35 Faster decisions working, getting things done.

1:08:37 Time is already compounding that you're saving.

1:08:40 Then we get it to work for you in these last two creating agents for you.

1:08:44 And we make it your new normal.

1:08:46 You get the resources, you get the replays,

1:08:48 all there at your fingertips in a back office.

1:08:50 Those of you who are alumni, we already have,00 people from last year.

1:08:56 Join us again.

1:08:56 We can't wait to have you back.

1:08:58 Your biggest questions were, "What's the difference?" These two.

1:09:02 This is where we stopped last time.

1:09:04 It was a 30-day training last time.

1:09:05 This is where we go.

1:09:06 Plus all the bonuses and things I'm talking about.

1:09:08 This we're going to work on building your agent together.

1:09:11 And I know we built it last time in chat.

1:09:14 [snorts] Igor said three quick steps.

1:09:16 You move everything over.

1:09:18 No worries.

1:09:18 Chat's great.

1:09:19 We're just going to do it here because it's the easiest path to agents.

1:09:22 So, that's what we're going to do over the six weeks.

1:09:27 The bonuses, you get three months of the AI club.

1:09:29 Remember, that's the ongoing membership, monthly training.

1:09:32 That's like the gym membership.

1:09:33 This is the immersion.

1:09:35 Tony's leverage playbook, 25 tasks your agent can handle this month.

1:09:40 I'm telling you, you're going to want this because once your agent is set up,

1:09:43 you're not even going to think.

1:09:44 You're like, "Oh my god, it can do this.

1:09:45 Oh my god, it can do that." Between Toad,

1:09:47 Eigor, myself, this bonus is incredible.

1:09:50 And plus, they're handwritten.

1:09:52 But you get Molly, Leor, Arthur's, and Rachel's bonuses.

1:09:56 All kickass bonuses that are worth as much as the whole program.

1:09:59 They got Molly did the first one, so they each created a kick-ass bonus.

1:10:03 Um, and that's what you get.

1:10:05 You get guarantee of 15 hours back each week or we'll give you a full refund,

1:10:10 and it's $995 or three payments of 380.

1:10:14 That's the offer.

1:10:15 I just wanted to make sure you had it.

1:10:17 I'm not going to even bring it up again.

1:10:21 But this is truly the greatest thing I think we've

1:10:24 ever created and I'd hate for you to miss out.

1:10:26 So, let me go to question number two.

1:10:29 I love this week, but I still feel I'm behind in today's tech.

1:10:33 Is this right for me?

1:10:35 Okay, you don't need to be techie

1:10:37 or a coder or someone who uses every single app.

1:10:40 I need to say that again because I know

1:10:41 that 10 15% of you I know it's overwhelming.

1:10:44 Listen, 90% of the value comes from mastering one core model,

1:10:48 a simple methodology, one path.

1:10:51 No matter where you are, this is the one thing.

1:10:53 We wield it down to the single most effective and efficient way to use AI,

1:10:57 which is building a clone and evolving it

1:10:59 to an agent over six weeks in training.

1:11:03 That's it.

1:11:04 That's our whole goal.

1:11:06 And remember, we're building this inside Claude,

1:11:09 which is just the one that we think is the easiest.

1:11:11 If you're on another one, we're going to help you move it over.

1:11:13 Zero problem.

1:11:14 No special coding, no special software,

1:11:16 nothing complicated complicated and it's yours forever.

1:11:20 Two more questions.

1:11:21 Number three, what if I have to miss a call?

1:11:23 Well, that's easy.

1:11:25 Resources and replays.

1:11:26 That's what was down here.

1:11:27 You get access to all of it.

1:11:30 Can I wait until next time you offer this?

1:11:33 Well, of course you could.

1:11:34 And that will probably be next year because we shut it down.

1:11:37 After we did the last workshop, we shut it off, right?

1:11:39 First off, I just want to say yes, but technology isn't waiting.

1:11:45 And if you want to try to figure it on, I get it.

1:11:48 But time isn't on our side for this one.

1:11:51 And this truly is an event only offer.

1:11:54 We start the training on Friday.

1:11:55 And once the training starts, this is officially closed.

1:11:59 Here's the best part.

1:12:00 I want you to hear from my heart.

1:12:02 This is the final 48 hours.

1:12:04 The doors close.

1:12:05 Actually, it'll close on Thursday.

1:12:07 If you've been feeling a pull in your gut,

1:12:10 that little voice that says this is time,

1:12:12 all I'm gonna say is trust it and let us prove that we can do this for you.

1:12:15 And unconditional money back guarantee if we don't.

1:12:17 I know there's some questions.

1:12:19 I don't want to keep answering them because I want to get to training.

1:12:22 But here's what I want to say.

1:12:22 If there's questions, I promise you they're answered with inside the training.

1:12:26 If it doesn't work for you,

1:12:27 you email us or click a button and we'll refund your money.

1:12:30 We only want you here.

1:12:31 If you absolutely love it and brag to every single person you see.

1:12:34 So, if you're ready to say yes to yourself,

1:12:36 you go to jointhebootcamp.com and get enrolled.

1:12:39 So, here's what we're going to do real quick.

1:12:41 We're going to take a 7 minute break.

1:12:43 Eiggor is going to finish up and come out and do a boot camp.

1:12:45 So, or or a small little uh workshop.

1:12:47 Here's what I would say to you.

1:12:49 Get a pen, get a computer, get a second computer screen open, right?

1:12:53 We're not going to go too deep on this, but get ready.

1:12:56 Get prepared to do this.

1:12:57 We're going to take a seven-minute break.

1:12:59 This is one of the last opportunities to join us, to say yes to you.

1:13:02 Um, don't go anywhere.

1:13:04 Eigor has been planning so hard.

1:13:06 We'll take a quick break.

1:13:07 Thank you for being with us on this bonus day.

1:13:09 I'm so excited to be here.

1:13:11 We'll give it up for Eigor in a few.

1:13:12 See you in seven minutes.

1:13:28 Like in my chest.

1:13:32 And the whole world fell apart.

1:13:35 I learned hope and it still can cut through the dark.

1:13:42 You say [music] stay close.

1:13:46 I say I I say I almost feel shy.

1:14:21 We were made to fly.

1:14:28 Open the sky.

1:14:35 only.

1:14:43 If the night comes back, we face it [music] side by side.

1:14:50 One last breath, then the whole world opens wide open.

1:15:07 We were made to fly in the sky in the sky.

1:15:21 Hold me while we ride.

1:15:51 You caught me in the glow with your hand in mind.

1:15:56 So slow bare feet on the boardwalk soaked on your skin.

1:16:04 We talk I was running on empty.

1:16:08 You made the whole thing feel easy like it now.

1:16:23 The world is spinning [music] out, but you keep pulling me back into the sound.

1:16:30 Golden.

1:16:33 You make the whole day.

1:16:38 Golden P.

1:16:42 I'm right where I want to Golden P.

1:16:50 We turn to golden golden light through the open air.

1:17:07 Wind [music] in your tangled hair.

1:17:10 We take the long way home.

1:17:13 Never feel too far from close.

1:17:19 Every little moment turns into something.

1:17:25 And I swear I'm changed since you said my name.

1:17:34 And I can feel it now.

1:17:36 The world is spinning out.

1:17:38 But you keep pulling me back.

1:17:45 Golden.

1:17:54 Right where I want toen you turn love to golden

1:18:07 golden golden tighter and we'll rise a little higher my hand.

1:18:24 Let the whole world fade.

1:18:27 We can stay in this shining place.

1:18:43 Everybody looks alive when you move like that.

1:18:52 Hold me in the middle.

1:19:00 You and me and a sky full of gold in our eyes.

1:19:05 Sunburn.

1:19:09 We keep its weird.

1:19:16 Clap your hands with me.

1:19:19 Clap your hands with me.

1:19:23 Clap your hands.

1:19:28 Water on your shoulders.

1:19:30 Sparkles on your skin.

1:19:33 And we all drink on every [music] day when you sing.

1:19:47 Hold me in the middle.

1:19:50 Let the good partin you and me in a sky full of gold in our eyes.

1:20:01 Summer confetti.

1:20:12 Clap your hands.

1:20:15 Clap your hands with me.

1:20:26 turns blur.

1:20:28 Then bring me back to your grin.

1:20:32 [singing] We keep its weird confett.

1:20:52 Clap your hands with me.

1:20:54 Clap your hands with me.

1:20:59 Confett.

1:21:14 One, we can dance all day.

1:21:17 Come on.

1:21:18 Don't shine.

1:21:19 Now I can hear you.

1:21:21 When the come, you know what to say.

1:21:27 Come on.

1:21:27 Come on.

1:21:40 Everybody go.

1:21:43 harder drink in my hand.

1:21:48 No one has easy wave.

1:21:54 Every little heartbeat wants one beat.

1:22:03 We can dance all day.

1:22:09 When the horns come, you know what to say.

1:22:21 [music] Randy Johnson, you just been killing it.

1:22:26 So have you.

1:22:26 Ryan, what's going on, man?

1:22:29 Look at all this great energy.

1:22:31 Hey, [music] if you're away from your computer, come on back.

1:22:33 You're not going to want to miss this.

1:22:34 It's going to be so much fun.

1:22:36 [music] All right.

1:22:41 All right.

1:22:41 Um, so we got Eigor coming out in about 90 seconds.

1:22:44 I just want to say thank you.

1:22:46 I'm so glad you guys loved those seven shares that I did.

1:22:49 Those are things I've been compiling.

1:22:51 That used to be a list of 18 and I whittle it down to my seven most important.

1:22:55 If you can fact pull these up for a second.

1:22:57 Do me a favor because I just want to know while we're here live.

1:23:00 Uh, can you pull those up on the screen?

1:23:02 The the seven.

1:23:04 Uh, no.

1:23:07 Almost.

1:23:08 We're getting there.

1:23:09 We're getting there.

1:23:09 We're getting there.

1:23:10 I can feel it coming.

1:23:14 Well, they're coming.

1:23:16 Somebody could post them in the chat.

1:23:17 Can you guys get them up or no?

1:23:20 All right.

1:23:21 No worries.

1:23:21 I guess they're coming.

1:23:22 Um, there they are.

1:23:24 Yay.

1:23:24 Give it up for [cheering] the team.

1:23:25 They didn't know I was going to ask for them.

1:23:28 Okay, so out of these seven, first off,

1:23:31 again, thank you for the beautiful comments.

1:23:32 I just sat back there during the break and I was looking

1:23:34 at all your comments cuz I don't want to stare at it too much.

1:23:37 But number one was audit your inner circle.

1:23:40 You remember that one?

1:23:41 Number two, it's on me.

1:23:42 No one's coming to save us.

1:23:43 Let's solve bigger problems.

1:23:44 The ones that challenge us, let's move towards them.

1:23:46 Let's be bold and brave.

1:23:48 Let's be courageous.

1:23:50 Let's persist until we succeed.

1:23:51 Once we have the map, we got to keep going.

1:23:53 Commitment over convenience.

1:23:55 Let's spend the next 90 days going allin

1:23:57 so we can have an easier ride after that.

1:23:59 and then find out who verse the how and model proven practices.

1:24:03 So if you had to choose, I know they're I think they're all killer,

1:24:07 but if you had to choose, you could just use a number one through seven.

1:24:10 Put a one through seven in the chat of what's

1:24:11 your favorite one that you might tell your kids,

1:24:13 your spouse, your friends, your family.

1:24:16 Let's see which one.

1:24:16 And I'll run it through AI and I'll see which ones are the winners.

1:24:20 Lot of sevens.

1:24:21 Twos.

1:24:22 Lots of twos.

1:24:22 531.

1:24:23 Look at these.

1:24:23 Amazing.

1:24:24 I'm going to just use my my agent.

1:24:26 when you're done and have it run through and tell me what the winner is.

1:24:29 I'll tell you after.

1:24:30 Listen, thank you for playing full out.

1:24:32 Thank you for being here on this bonus day.

1:24:34 This should be so much fun.

1:24:35 We've never done this before until we get to the boot camp and you're

1:24:38 just going to get a tiny little glimpse of what we get to do together.

1:24:42 So, without further ado, can we please give a huge welcome to Igor Pagani.

1:24:48 [cheering] All right, [music] you got it.

1:24:55 Okay, you guys.

1:24:56 [music] Oh man, I love it.

1:25:00 So, welcome.

1:25:01 Welcome.

1:25:02 Um, Dean warned you.

1:25:03 I love the dog in the camera.

1:25:04 That's incredible.

1:25:06 Dean warned you.

1:25:06 We're going to get we're going to actually go

1:25:08 into doing stuff here like literally on your computer.

1:25:12 And I want to be be upfront with you.

1:25:15 We have so many people in this room.

1:25:18 Everybody with different setups.

1:25:19 I know some some people I see some people in cars watching on their phone.

1:25:22 You shouldn't be doing that.

1:25:23 I see some people at their desktop with amazing setups.

1:25:26 You know, if you have two screens,

1:25:28 you're going to have the best time in the world doing this.

1:25:30 If you have one, you can absolutely do this.

1:25:31 If you're doing it on a mobile device, it might it might be a problem.

1:25:36 I want to preface all of this by saying this is recorded

1:25:39 and it's available on YouTube for the next I think four days.

1:25:42 So, you can rewatch there.

1:25:44 So, I'm going to walk you through this first and I'll repeat this again.

1:25:47 No need to do anything yet, but I'll walk you through this and then we're going

1:25:53 to do um actually then we're actually going to do together.

1:25:56 Okay?

1:25:57 So, first information,

1:25:58 then doing and we're going to go to like a what what we're going to do

1:26:02 like three four minute break for you to fill out what I'll give you here.

1:26:06 So, get ready to to be doing because we'll be returning.

1:26:09 Let's pull up the contact sandwich real quick.

1:26:10 What we'll be doing here is we'll start going um we'll start building out

1:26:15 the first piece of the context sandwich um and that is the here's who I am

1:26:20 part and here's the thing about that there's many things you can put in there

1:26:26 but over time it has just proven

1:26:27 that certain things work better than others right

1:26:30 and I want to give you that those certain things matter of fact

1:26:33 in a second here I will give you of a Google doc a prompt um not

1:26:37 a prompt a Google doc that you will be able to fill out with certain

1:26:40 points and then I'll show you how to add that into your chat GPT or cloud,

1:26:43 whatever you're using to permanently upgrade your experience.

1:26:47 But I was watching the chat throughout the three days.

1:26:49 One thing that came up over and over and over again,

1:26:52 and rightfully so, is this this big privacy question.

1:26:54 It's kind of the elephant in the room, right, of like, okay, I get it.

1:26:58 Every single person keeps telling me that I should

1:26:59 give it more info on myself, but hold up.

1:27:02 Do I want to give it all info on myself?

1:27:04 These tech companies, I don't know.

1:27:05 Their their incentive seems misaligned with mine.

1:27:09 and you know they're they're building all of this and I

1:27:11 don't know what they're going to do with my data.

1:27:13 I think all of that those are fair

1:27:15 concerns and I brought three super quick um tips.

1:27:19 Two are conceptual and one is a a switch that you should flip right now inside

1:27:24 of your chat and claw account actually and I want to tell you these three tips.

1:27:27 These are the top three things on privacy that I would tell you and we go

1:27:31 deeper in the boot camp but really the first one is just just kind of a mindset

1:27:35 towards privacy because you know people go in and like I know a lot of you

1:27:39 are all in type of personalities where you're like if I do something I'm going

1:27:42 to do it proper right I don't mess around like if I'm going to do

1:27:45 this I'm going to do it proper and then if I tell you like give it information

1:27:47 on yourself your mind goes to like okay

1:27:49 I'm going to give it everything right but keep

1:27:52 in mind like one core thing that I always teach is treat AI as a new employee.

1:27:58 If you look at it through that frame, super skilled employee, super advanced,

1:28:01 super educated employee, but as a new employee, and think about it,

1:28:04 if you get a new employee or a new assistant or whatever it might be,

1:28:08 and you give them a task, what kind of context would you give them?

1:28:11 You would you would probably not go ahead and give

1:28:13 them every email you've ever written right away, right?

1:28:16 If the task is like, "Hey, I want you to write this email." Then

1:28:18 here's the email that I'm responding to, right?

1:28:22 So, use common sense.

1:28:24 That's kind of my my my point there, right?

1:28:26 If you're telling it about your goals, well, maybe with the new employee,

1:28:29 you wouldn't go in and sit them down for two hours

1:28:30 and tell them about every goal and every thought you ever had.

1:28:33 Use what matters.

1:28:35 And over time, you might get more

1:28:36 comfortable and you understand how it interacts, but but just use common sense.

1:28:40 Don't get, you know, the new employee,

1:28:41 you wouldn't give it your uh him or her your social security number.

1:28:45 You wouldn't give them your banking details, your passwords, right?

1:28:48 No, of course not.

1:28:49 Same thing with AI.

1:28:51 If you can look at it that way, you're good, right?

1:28:54 Right?

1:28:54 So those are those are like clear no nos like those things that I named, right?

1:28:58 Because you wouldn't give it to an employee.

1:28:59 That test really works well.

1:29:00 So don't give it to AI.

1:29:02 Simple as that.

1:29:03 Whereas saying that hey this goal this year I want

1:29:05 to double the revenue in my business without adding new employees.

1:29:08 It's probably something that you can absolutely tell

1:29:10 it and also there's nothing personal about that.

1:29:12 Okay.

1:29:13 So that's one.

1:29:13 Secondly, some of the things as soon as you start giving

1:29:16 it some information you might notice it's very concrete to you, right?

1:29:19 So if I start giving you information like hey my name is Igor Pugani

1:29:22 and I live here and do this this is my title and these are my goals

1:29:26 and these are my values maybe this is the type of revenue that I want to achieve

1:29:30 or this is the headcount that I want to achieve in this department this year it

1:29:34 starts getting very concrete to you right maybe you would go ahead and tell it

1:29:39 that you have three kids and then you

1:29:40 would start naming the kids well here's the thing

1:29:43 there's always and this is not obvious this is not obvious what you can always

1:29:46 do with AI without affecting its performance You

1:29:49 can tell it that you have three kids, but you don't have to give the names.

1:29:54 It's not going to change.

1:29:55 What's going to change about the output is maybe

1:29:57 it's not going to refer to them by name, but it's not going to change anything.

1:30:00 Or if you if you're working I know a lot of people who use AI

1:30:03 for financial use cases and you know they

1:30:04 they kind of use it as a strategic advisor.

1:30:07 Well, what they do often is they anonymize the data.

1:30:11 So instead of saying I don't know last month we did $24,000512 $24,512 instead

1:30:18 of that they say we made you know 20,000 right just rough estimates and it

1:30:23 gets anonymized the same thing by the way this is a thing a lot

1:30:26 of lawyers do too I don't I don't know if they should but they

1:30:29 do this like they take contracts and they anonymize all the data so they

1:30:33 remove the names they change certain details and all of a sudden it's not

1:30:36 saying you know contract between Eigor and XYZ but they just changed the names

1:30:41 and all of a sudden it's a generic contract and you're not leaking any data.

1:30:45 So that is a very very common trick that you can apply and a very elegant way

1:30:49 to not share any of your personal details if

1:30:52 you [snorts] don't want to do that overall before

1:30:54 showing you one uh switch that you can

1:30:56 flip that is going to prevent from you sharing

1:30:59 um any unnecessary data with with these tech companies

1:31:02 which I think is a great thing to do.

1:31:04 Um overall I would just say uh think about it as an employee as I said

1:31:10 but also like there's one rule of thumb one rule of thumb that I want to leave

1:31:17 you with on privacy and then I show you the switch and that rule of thumb

1:31:20 is if you're comfortable with sharing it on social

1:31:24 media it's totally fine to share with AI.

1:31:26 That is the most conservative stance you can take.

1:31:28 that is this end of the spectrum and the other end of the spectrum is

1:31:31 just sharing absolutely everything carelessly and I don't

1:31:34 think that's right and I think if you if you treat it as a new employee

1:31:38 you're somewhere in the middle and that's that's

1:31:40 where I personally live that's where a lot of people I know live and if you

1:31:43 bring in a contract anonymize it and you're

1:31:46 safe those are my tips so let's bring

1:31:50 up these two slides I have two little slides where I where I'm going to show

1:31:53 you this setting that you can change right

1:31:55 now whether you use chat GPT or claude

1:31:57 and this only applies to you if you have a chat with your cloud account.

1:32:01 Some people use others, but basically every time these big tech companies are

1:32:05 going to give you the option to opt out,

1:32:07 they're going to give you this option and it's just under settings and this is

1:32:10 chat data controls and then there's a setting improve the model for everyone.

1:32:16 Okay, you can check your account right now.

1:32:18 It's literally two clicks.

1:32:20 And if you have this set to off, you basically say, "Hey, OpenAI,

1:32:24 I'm not giving you permission to train and to use my to train your future

1:32:28 models with my data and to use my data." This is and you know,

1:32:32 on free this, you only get this on paid accounts.

1:32:34 By the way, if you're on a free account, if you're not paying for subscriptions,

1:32:37 they don't this is one of the big big reasons,

1:32:39 you know, to consider a subscription.

1:32:42 They only give you this on a paid plan.

1:32:43 Maybe we can show the next slide for Claude.

1:32:45 And then let's move into setting up um the context sandwich permanently.

1:32:48 This is what it looks like in Claude.

1:32:50 Again, if you're on a free account, you don't get this choice.

1:32:52 And I want you to notice if you're not paying for AI,

1:32:54 you're paying with the data basically, right?

1:32:57 If you decide to pay $20 a month, they give you this option to opt out.

1:33:00 So, they cannot use your data.

1:33:02 Now, is this bulletproof?

1:33:05 Probably not.

1:33:05 I don't know.

1:33:06 Who knows what the future holds, but it's an easy switch.

1:33:09 Settings, privacy.

1:33:11 That's included.

1:33:12 settings, privacy, and then you just toggle this off.

1:33:15 Help improve claude, right?

1:33:18 Does that make sense so far?

1:33:20 [cheering] Making sense?

1:33:22 All right.

1:33:23 So, I'm glad.

1:33:23 So, I thought this was an important thing to talk about,

1:33:25 but it's also not a thing you want to lead with, right?

1:33:27 Because a lot of people just have no baseline

1:33:29 understanding of AI and we're building here over multiple days.

1:33:33 So, now we're ready to, you know,

1:33:35 move into the piece that now that you know about privacy and you

1:33:39 know about the power of context and I showed you the context sandwich.

1:33:41 Now, we're ready to move into this idea.

1:33:44 Can we pull up the contact sandwich?

1:33:46 Can we full screen that?

1:33:47 I want to move into this idea of setting up um here's who I am permanently.

1:33:51 We can pull up the slide.

1:33:52 It's okay.

1:33:53 I'm going to work on my laptop here.

1:33:54 But here's who I am.

1:33:56 The top piece of the contact sandwich.

1:33:58 Remember in the middle it was the task.

1:34:00 Here's what I need.

1:34:01 At the top is here's who I am.

1:34:03 There it is.

1:34:04 So, here's who I am.

1:34:05 We're going to be dealing for the next I don't know 15 minutes,

1:34:07 20 minutes with just this top piece.

1:34:09 Okay.

1:34:10 And what my goal is with that um what

1:34:14 my goal is is to give you a permanent setup, something that you can set up once.

1:34:18 Okay?

1:34:19 We're going to be answering questions about yourself,

1:34:21 stuff like your role, your goals, your values,

1:34:24 and we're going to be setting it up

1:34:26 inside of your Claude account or CHV account.

1:34:28 I'll show you both.

1:34:28 It's easy.

1:34:29 We'll be setting it inside of it.

1:34:31 Um so it's there permanently.

1:34:33 But the beautiful thing, we're not going to be doing this work inside of the AI.

1:34:37 We're going to do it in a Google doc.

1:34:38 Okay?

1:34:39 And before I give you that Google doc and before I give you

1:34:41 like five minutes to work through it and fill it out and peace yourself,

1:34:44 I want you to just listen for a second.

1:34:46 Okay?

1:34:46 I know you're listening already,

1:34:48 but like don't try to like follow along and and do everything.

1:34:50 We we set this up in a way just listen,

1:34:52 take it in, be present with me for a second.

1:34:55 Let me show you how this really works.

1:34:57 And then I'm going to give you a link to the document.

1:34:59 You can copy it into your um own Google account.

1:35:02 I hope you have a Google account.

1:35:03 That's kind of a prerequisite here.

1:35:05 Kind of assuming everybody here has a Google account.

1:35:07 Um, and then you copy it onto your Google

1:35:09 account and you just fill out a few things.

1:35:13 But so let me let me show you because um it's it's this.

1:35:17 Okay.

1:35:18 No, so we can we can just let's full screen me and let

1:35:21 me let me draw let me draw because here's who I am, right?

1:35:25 That's the top piece to the contact sandwich.

1:35:26 In the middle is the task.

1:35:27 That's intuitive piece.

1:35:28 Hey, I want you to do XYZ.

1:35:30 But the here's who I am is not that intuitive.

1:35:32 And I need you to understand how this works practically in chat.

1:35:35 Right?

1:35:36 So both chat claw it doesn't matter every AI it works this way right

1:35:41 I think there we go and here for the first time you get to witness

1:35:51 my um I don't know very below average drawing skills but it is what it

1:35:55 is applause come on that's just disrespectful

1:36:03 so here's how every AI ever works Right?

1:36:06 You send a prompt, right?

1:36:08 Write me an email to XYZ about XYZ.

1:36:11 Right?

1:36:12 Ideally, you add more context in a context sandwich,

1:36:15 but like you basically send a prompt and then what happens?

1:36:18 You receive an answer, right?

1:36:22 Answer.

1:36:26 This is the base interaction.

1:36:27 One of the core things I can teach you right away is like don't give up here.

1:36:32 But go back.

1:36:32 If you don't like the answer,

1:36:33 go back to prompting and sending hitting enter again and answer.

1:36:37 Prompt answer.

1:36:38 Right?

1:36:38 This is the base interaction.

1:36:39 That's why it's called chat GPT, not one message GPT.

1:36:43 It's important to important to remember.

1:36:45 You're supposed to talk to it.

1:36:46 And this is how it looks, right?

1:36:48 If you've ever used AI or saw somebody use it, this is how it looks.

1:36:51 You type in a prompt, you hit enter, you get a response.

1:36:54 If you don't like it, you type in another follow-up prompt,

1:36:56 you hit enter, you get a new response.

1:36:58 And it just keeps going.

1:36:59 It's this circle here is what I want you

1:37:02 to learn today and what I want you to realize.

1:37:05 You might think that this prompt that we sent, right?

1:37:10 Literally the prompt that you the stuff that you

1:37:13 there's one big box in the middle of the interface.

1:37:15 What you type into there, you might think that's everything the AI is getting.

1:37:19 And you're you you might be wrong because over the last three days,

1:37:24 we hammered this home like a hundred times.

1:37:26 The power of context, right?

1:37:28 Add context to your prompts.

1:37:29 Make them context rich.

1:37:31 What we're basically telling you like don't just give it the task.

1:37:34 Also include context.

1:37:39 Uh that should be a T.

1:37:43 I warned you.

1:37:46 So basically whenever you're sending a prompt like split up, you know,

1:37:49 like includes the task but also add some What's up with that?

1:37:56 Give it the task, but also add some context.

1:37:58 It's going to make it better, right?

1:37:59 With the context sandwich,

1:38:00 I showed you a concrete concrete framework to do that.

1:38:03 Give it the task.

1:38:04 Give it information about who you are.

1:38:06 So, we're getting more concrete here.

1:38:08 So, give it some info on who you are, who I am.

1:38:14 And then, you know, I guess this is in a different order.

1:38:17 And then there like what good looks like.

1:38:24 what good I'll do the whole thing looks

1:38:26 like you give these three things okay the contact

1:38:32 sandwich task was in the middle but you

1:38:34 get the point you just give these multiple points now here is the deal if you do

1:38:40 this manually it takes forever right it takes a while

1:38:43 because you give it the task that might be write me an email but then who am

1:38:46 I gosh I could write about that for five

1:38:48 minutes that's what we're going to do here

1:38:49 in a second now I want you to know that there is a way to kind of permanently

1:38:55 set this up inside of your account so that it always has it so that you set

1:38:59 it up once and you can focus on what tasks you want to do with AI, right?

1:39:03 We're focusing on how can we get time back instead of, you know,

1:39:08 explaining ourselves over and over and over every time.

1:39:12 So, what we're going to do very practically here is we're going

1:39:14 to be we're going to ignore this bottom part what good looks like.

1:39:17 You'll still have to do that manually,

1:39:18 but what we'll do is um let's see if I can get a different color.

1:39:22 We're going to be setting this up so it's

1:39:24 permanently in your account so that all you need

1:39:27 to do is give it the task and then it already knows who you are who you are.

1:39:31 That's really the point of the whole exercise.

1:39:33 And before we we talked about privacy,

1:39:35 we now talked about what we're about to do.

1:39:37 I want to add one note because there's a few ways to do this, right?

1:39:43 So I want to I want to just make this point

1:39:46 because if you send it a prompt Oh my god, that is not acceptable.

1:39:56 So if you send this, you know, a task, contact sandwich,

1:39:59 all of that, chat GPT automatically kind of, okay, I made this up on the spot.

1:40:04 I'll use it.

1:40:04 Kind of plays Barkeeper and mixes a little cocktail for you.

1:40:08 So they add other ingredients.

1:40:10 So they know that they know the power

1:40:11 of context and they don't just accept your prompt.

1:40:14 And what they do is one on in your account,

1:40:18 you have something that is called, there's two names for it.

1:40:20 I'll show you exactly in I think at chatri it's called custom instructions.

1:40:24 I think at clude it's called custom personal preferences.

1:40:28 It's just context that is linked to you that is mixed

1:40:32 in like a barkeeper would add a certain ingredient into the drink.

1:40:35 Every prompt you send it's there.

1:40:37 You don't see it but it's there.

1:40:39 And there's a second one.

1:40:41 And probably a lot of you know this, some of you might not.

1:40:44 But because these companies, they know the power of context, right?

1:40:47 They know the power of context.

1:40:48 They created an automatic feature and I don't want you to get

1:40:52 confused by this but I just want you to know that it exists.

1:40:55 They they created an automatic feature called memories.

1:41:00 memories and you know super high level again this is automatic but what

1:41:08 memories do is they basically look at all your chats and if I'm like

1:41:11 hey my name is Eigor and I'm doing XYZ it's like ha got him

1:41:14 good his name is Eigor let me take that and automatically store that inside

1:41:18 of Eigor's account so then you might experience this if you have memories

1:41:21 on we'll show you in a second but if you have memories on you

1:41:26 you send a message and all of a sudden it knows my name

1:41:28 how does it know my name it's

1:41:29 because of memories they automatics context gathering.

1:41:32 The problem with this, it's super shallow, it's leaky,

1:41:35 you're not in control, and it certainly doesn't go deep.

1:41:38 So, what we're going to do here is forget about

1:41:40 all of this and we're going to set it up ourselves.

1:41:43 We're going to take, I don't know, control of our destiny,

1:41:45 so to say, cuz we can set these things ourselves.

1:41:48 They're trying their best.

1:41:49 They're building a product that works for, I don't know, 8 billion people.

1:41:52 So, there's a lot of compromises they need to make, understandably.

1:41:56 So, what we're doing here is we're taking control of what's going on.

1:42:01 And um at this point, I'm ready to share my screen and to move to this piece.

1:42:10 All right, let's switch to my screen and I'm going to be demoing

1:42:12 this inside of first Claude and then I'll show you briefly in chat GPT.

1:42:17 But we'll start at this point and again I want you to watch

1:42:19 for a few minutes and then you'll have

1:42:20 like five minutes to work through this yourself.

1:42:22 Okay?

1:42:23 But everything I just taught you is reflected in here.

1:42:26 This is the beginning piece.

1:42:27 This is the This is the context sandwich, right?

1:42:30 It's who I am.

1:42:31 It's what I need to do.

1:42:32 It's a great prompt, by the way.

1:42:34 What I want to do and this is what good looks like, right?

1:42:38 So, if I send this, it's going to, you know, write an elevator pitch for me.

1:42:41 And I can just hit enter and it's going to write the elevator pitch for me.

1:42:44 This is the basic interaction.

1:42:45 You send the prompt, you get a response, right?

1:42:48 And what we're going to be doing is we're going to be setting this part who I

1:42:52 am up inside of my account and we're going

1:42:56 to go like 50 times as deep right now.

1:43:00 Okay, that's the plan here.

1:43:02 So, let's just wait for this little elevator pitch as it kind of appears.

1:43:07 There it is.

1:43:08 Pretty good.

1:43:09 It's really good at writing elevator pitches, by the way.

1:43:12 If you This is a great prompt.

1:43:13 If you ever struggled with kind of formalizing what

1:43:15 you do after this little training 20 minutes from now,

1:43:18 you can kind of rerun this prompt.

1:43:19 Don't worry, you have the recording of all of this.

1:43:20 It's on YouTube for the next few days.

1:43:22 So, you can return again.

1:43:23 I just want you to listen now because as I said, I said it three times.

1:43:26 I said it one more time.

1:43:28 What we're doing is we're setting who I am up on an account

1:43:32 level so that in my in my account in Claude or ChatgPT, it's there permanently.

1:43:37 How do I do that?

1:43:38 Just watch.

1:43:38 Just watch.

1:43:39 Look, I'll select this right here with my mouse, right?

1:43:43 I will right click and here I will copy it.

1:43:47 Okay, so we'll copy Amigor Pagani, head of education at the advantage.

1:43:51 And then what you do is you don't need to do it right now.

1:43:53 We'll do it together in a second.

1:43:54 But if you go here to the bottom left, you can go to settings.

1:43:58 And in your settings, right at the top, they know how important this is.

1:44:02 Right at the top of my settings, it says,

1:44:04 "What personal preferences should Claude consider?"

1:44:07 And this is the extra ingredient the bartender adds,

1:44:10 you know, Claude adds into every one of your messages.

1:44:12 It mixes it in every time without you knowing.

1:44:15 If I right click in this box and say paste permanently,

1:44:18 it will know my name and that I'm

1:44:20 the head of AI education at the advantage permanently.

1:44:23 What does this mean?

1:44:24 I could save it and if I go into a new chat without telling it,

1:44:28 I could ask it what is my ro roll ro job question mark.

1:44:35 And I didn't tell it anything about me, right?

1:44:37 I didn't tell it, but it knows.

1:44:40 You get it?

1:44:41 So this way you can kind of set up your account

1:44:43 once so that permanently you get the benefit of that.

1:44:47 Now quickly in chat, maybe if you're a chat user, the same thing, right?

1:44:52 I could kind of I'll just um I just have it still copied.

1:44:55 It's the same thing.

1:44:57 It's just in a different menu, right?

1:44:58 So this is why we're we're only going to be boot camp is only in claude

1:45:01 because then it's so easy just to progress

1:45:03 and turn it into an agent after week four.

1:45:06 But in chat it looks like this.

1:45:07 You go settings here.

1:45:09 You go to person.

1:45:10 You kind of click your profile picture.

1:45:11 Then you go personalization.

1:45:13 And then here it says custom instructions.

1:45:15 It's the same idea.

1:45:17 Look, I right click and I paste.

1:45:20 And that's it.

1:45:21 So both of these, every service has this way of setting up permanent context.

1:45:25 Right?

1:45:26 Now you might say, Eigor, okay, I get it.

1:45:28 That that's great.

1:45:29 Like I get it.

1:45:30 So if I give it new task, it's going to know about me.

1:45:32 Half the context sandwich is done before I even start.

1:45:36 Like that's pretty confidence inducing.

1:45:37 Let me tell you that.

1:45:38 New tasks come up, you're like, I've already set up half the thing.

1:45:41 I can now focus on doing things.

1:45:43 Now, because you already know the power of context,

1:45:46 and you know where to set it up.

1:45:48 Now we go deeper.

1:45:50 And what I mean by that is literally

1:45:52 expanding this oneliner to 50 times its size.

1:45:56 And the way we're doing that is through filling

1:45:59 out um something that I call a DNA document.

1:46:03 DNA document, all it means is permanent context.

1:46:06 I'll zoom in for you guys.

1:46:07 I can see this is pretty small, but we just fill out this Google doc.

1:46:10 And right now would be a uh we're going to we're going

1:46:13 to share this in a second with you in all the chats.

1:46:15 You can do it yourself,

1:46:17 but right now we're going to fill out this Google doc in a second here.

1:46:19 Look at this Google doc just with me for a second.

1:46:21 Okay, we're not doing yet.

1:46:22 We're just looking.

1:46:23 But you can see it has my name, it has my role, my location, and my background.

1:46:28 The basics.

1:46:29 This is the type of stuff that chat picks up on you.

1:46:31 Maybe it, you know, maybe sometimes it's like,

1:46:34 oh, here's one of the things Eigor cares about.

1:46:36 Let me add that to his memory profile as I told you.

1:46:38 And and it kind of does that.

1:46:40 And it does an okay job.

1:46:42 It does nowhere close to good a job as you can do.

1:46:46 They're trying.

1:46:48 They're looking at chats and randomly picking out stuff.

1:46:50 If you take control and if you fill this out truthfully,

1:46:55 you'll see your entire AI experience transform.

1:46:58 I promise you that.

1:46:59 Matter of fact, if you follow along this exercise,

1:47:01 we have like in the next 15 minutes roughly.

1:47:03 If you follow along, I promise you a lot of you in the end will be a, you know,

1:47:06 I don't use this word m lightly, but you will be a bit mind-b blown by how good

1:47:11 it can kind of predict you just from what we fill out.

1:47:14 Because look what we have.

1:47:14 This is basic.

1:47:15 Yeah, it matters but it's basic.

1:47:18 Then we have goals, right?

1:47:20 Three goals that you're working towards and you always need to be concrete.

1:47:25 Everything in bracket you fill out.

1:47:27 Okay, just add your most important goal, a second one,

1:47:29 and maybe a personal one here, things that you want to do.

1:47:32 And then this one really makes a difference.

1:47:34 And and let me tell you, we did this, I don't know,

1:47:37 over a 100,000 times with different people.

1:47:40 And these are the patterns that work.

1:47:42 You could give it a ton of things.

1:47:43 This is the core.

1:47:44 These are the difference makers.

1:47:45 If you give it the your goals, you basically tell it like, hey,

1:47:48 I'm doing a task right here when you're interacting with chat every day.

1:47:51 And if it has your goals, it knows like, hey, this is where I want to go.

1:47:54 And then chat is really good at kind of drawing

1:47:56 the line in between and getting helping you get there.

1:47:58 So goals make a huge difference.

1:48:00 Next one is values.

1:48:02 Kind of add things that you believe, right?

1:48:05 There's some examples here.

1:48:06 I'll also show you mine filled out here in a sec.

1:48:08 But you fill fill out what you believe.

1:48:10 Just free bullet points.

1:48:11 It can be short.

1:48:12 It can be free words.

1:48:13 can be a sentence.

1:48:15 It doesn't need to be perfect now.

1:48:16 I just want you to be honest with it.

1:48:18 I just want you to be honest with it.

1:48:20 You can go deeper later, right?

1:48:21 Then what frustrates me makes a big difference actually.

1:48:24 That's a good one.

1:48:25 And then finally, this one is super business relevant.

1:48:28 Your target audience.

1:48:29 So if you're if you're trying to use

1:48:31 chats to help you systematize your business,

1:48:34 save time with clients, with your work,

1:48:37 cl audience is is just the golden standard.

1:48:39 Like nothing helps more than than being clear on your target audience cuz what

1:48:42 do we business we do business for other people not for ourselves right sure

1:48:46 there's a component that is that is fulfilling to ourselves too but like mainly

1:48:49 we're serving others or at least I hope we should be so then target audience

1:48:55 comes into play so so you know it helps you there and this is

1:48:59 it this is the form now this is what it looks like when I fill

1:49:02 it out um I'll zoom in a little bit for you give you a second

1:49:04 to read this but it's just this straightforward you know I add my name.

1:49:09 I add um my ro location.

1:49:13 You know, this probably I couldn't come up with within like a minute or two.

1:49:18 Probably need to think about this a little bit.

1:49:19 But the good news is like this document, it's not my document.

1:49:24 It's not OpenAI's document.

1:49:25 It's not a Thropics document.

1:49:27 It's yours.

1:49:28 We're going to give you a link here in a second.

1:49:29 You just copy to your Google Drive.

1:49:31 And as you expand this document, I don't care what tool you use.

1:49:34 I don't care what happens to AI.

1:49:37 You'll finally get clarity on who you are as a person in a document.

1:49:42 And then that is going to be your foundation for any AI you use in the future.

1:49:47 Whether you whether you decide to go with route A, route B, it doesn't matter.

1:49:52 This is your base.

1:49:52 And you can expand that base.

1:49:53 And let me tell you,

1:49:54 every AI tool in existence works better with these informations.

1:49:58 They're desperately trying to put memories in where where they

1:50:01 get this information so it can do a better job.

1:50:03 But you can take control and you can make you can give

1:50:07 the new employee a chance to do a good job by doing this systematically.

1:50:11 It's not intuitive.

1:50:12 I know that nobody goes in and starts a two-page Google doc

1:50:15 when they start working with AI just like of course I need this.

1:50:18 No, but it's the biggest lever you have.

1:50:20 That's why we're doing it here.

1:50:21 Few more things, free goals.

1:50:23 And again, you just kind of have to be honest and specific with it.

1:50:27 If you if you put a goal in there like I want to make more money,

1:50:29 it's like, okay, great.

1:50:30 That that's that doesn't say anything.

1:50:32 You need to be concrete.

1:50:33 You need to tell it like,

1:50:34 I want to make my more money so I can have more time so

1:50:38 that I can be home for dinner earlier for my three kids or something, right?

1:50:44 You need to be specific.

1:50:45 If you if you keep it high level, it's not going to do much.

1:50:47 So specificity and honesty is what matters here.

1:50:51 And then finally, here are some values.

1:50:53 And then, you know, I wrote out my target audience.

1:50:55 It hopped onto the second page.

1:50:56 Doesn't really matter because here's the final step before I give this to you.

1:50:59 The final step is this.

1:51:01 You kind of click here at the bottom and you select the whole thing.

1:51:04 I just I'm just holding down my mouse.

1:51:07 Going to select the whole thing like this.

1:51:10 Beautiful.

1:51:12 I right click, say copy.

1:51:14 You could also click command C on a Mac.

1:51:16 Control C on a Windows.

1:51:20 Command C on a Mac.

1:51:21 Control C on a Windows.

1:51:22 And then I'm going to go back into Claude.

1:51:25 And remember where we set this up permanently.

1:51:27 Remember from before?

1:51:28 Anyone?

1:51:29 Settings.

1:51:32 And then here in this field, all I do is paste it in here.

1:51:35 So, how do we paste?

1:51:37 We could rightclick on a computer and say paste.

1:51:40 Or we could say commandV on Mac, controlV on a Windows.

1:51:44 That's a keyboard shortcut.

1:51:45 It's does the same thing, right?

1:51:46 Rightclick and paste.

1:51:50 Nice.

1:51:51 And now when I save this in here,

1:51:53 you will see that if I go into a new chat and ask I ask like, what are my goals?

1:51:59 Look how quick that was.

1:52:00 I literally just tell it what I want reflection on.

1:52:02 And obviously this is a demo just for you.

1:52:05 But it will know my goals.

1:52:06 Now what if I ask it something like write me elevator pitch.

1:52:09 Do you think it would do a better or worse job than before?

1:52:12 Before it had one line on me that I'm head of AI education.

1:52:14 Now it has what I value, what my goals are,

1:52:16 what frustrates me, what who I serve.

1:52:20 Of course it would do better.

1:52:21 Now let's let's just briefly try it actually.

1:52:24 Um and and let me Okay, wait.

1:52:28 Let me right here.

1:52:35 So, at this point in time, and I will show you again one or two more times.

1:52:38 We'll go through it step by step by step.

1:52:41 But at this point in time,

1:52:42 I think you guys are ready to get this Google doc for yourself.

1:52:45 And I think at this point in time,

1:52:46 I would ask the moderator uh the moderator team who is massive.

1:52:50 Shout out moderation team.

1:52:51 You guys do so great.

1:52:53 Yeah.

1:52:53 share the link to the Google doc in the chat and all

1:52:57 you'll do all you'll do is you know go to your screen go

1:53:01 to that link and a button will appear on your screen which

1:53:05 says copy and when you click that button it will copy the doc

1:53:09 to your account and then I want you to take let's let's

1:53:13 say four minutes let's say the next four minutes to just go

1:53:17 through it fill it out for yourself again this is not our document

1:53:20 you're copying this into your Google account and it's yours forever Right?

1:53:23 You're literally making a duplicate and dis

1:53:26 decoupling it from anything we do over here.

1:53:30 But just do that.

1:53:31 Just do that.

1:53:35 It's saying this file might be unavailable right now due to heavy traffic.

1:53:39 Try again.

1:53:40 Are we overwhelming it?

1:53:41 Are we overwhelming it?

1:53:42 Okay, then it might take a few seconds for multiple.

1:53:45 You know what we could do?

1:53:47 You know what we could do?

1:53:49 So, probably too many people clicked it at the same time.

1:53:52 That's just the that's the magnitude of this audience.

1:53:57 But we'll get there.

1:53:58 Have a little patience.

1:54:01 We could also see there's some good ideas there.

1:54:06 It works for a lot of people now.

1:54:09 You broke Google.

1:54:10 Yeah, I did.

1:54:13 Yeah, we could share it in chat.

1:54:15 Um, we could even share the template in chat.

1:54:17 It's just a bit harder to copy from there.

1:54:19 So maybe mods you can take the whole template and just

1:54:21 paste it as a message in chat if you want.

1:54:23 You can copy it from there if you're confident,

1:54:26 you know, and have a little patience with yourself.

1:54:30 You don't need to figure this out right away.

1:54:32 We're here together.

1:54:38 We broke Google.

1:54:39 That's kind of funny.

1:54:48 And you don't have to use a Google doc.

1:54:50 You can use anything.

1:54:52 You can use Word.

1:54:54 You can use a note app.

1:54:56 Anything, right?

1:54:58 It's just Google Doc.

1:54:59 It's really easy for us to share with you.

1:55:03 You could do this in whatever you feel comfortable with digitally.

1:55:08 Notepad, [music] text edit on Mac, Microsoft Word, up to you.

1:55:34 [music] the entire templates in the chat.

1:55:38 So if you want, you can copy it from there.

1:55:40 We're not rushing here.

1:55:41 We're not rushing.

1:56:02 All right.

1:56:02 How are we doing?

1:56:03 I see a lot of people succeeding.

1:56:06 some people still working through it.

1:56:08 Again, this this link will be permanently available.

1:56:11 So, you know, once Google lets us,

1:56:15 you will have access to this from here on out forever.

1:56:17 We're not taking this down.

1:56:20 For some people, it still says not available.

1:56:25 Oh, great question here from Hester in chat.

1:56:27 I have multiple roles.

1:56:28 How do I do this?

1:56:29 Pick one.

1:56:30 Pick one.

1:56:32 Just the one.

1:56:33 Just focus on one thing now.

1:56:35 Some people have two jobs and a personal life.

1:56:38 You might want to create two of these eventually.

1:56:41 Start with one.

1:56:42 Pick one.

1:56:42 The easiest one.

1:56:44 The one that's easiest and closest to you.

1:56:54 Okay.

1:56:56 Okay.

1:56:59 Tanya asking, "Can you repeat the directions, please?" Eigor, let me do it.

1:57:02 Let me do it.

1:57:03 Simple.

1:57:04 So, let's go to my screen for anybody who wants to see the step by step.

1:57:09 You create a copy.

1:57:10 You create a copy of this template into your account, right?

1:57:12 Either now or later.

1:57:14 Again, we're not we're not rushing.

1:57:16 This is this is something very simple.

1:57:18 Also, there's no more complexity.

1:57:19 That's it.

1:57:19 If you you fill out this doc and you add it into your account, that's it.

1:57:23 That's the whole process.

1:57:24 Whether you do it now, tomorrow, a week from now, it doesn't matter.

1:57:27 You have the link now, right?

1:57:28 So, as long as you store the link,

1:57:29 I'm sure Google will smile upon us eventually.

1:57:33 But the process, you take this document, you copy it into your account,

1:57:38 and then you just fill out these different parts, right?

1:57:41 You go in and say first name, surname until it looks something like this.

1:57:47 Okay?

1:57:48 And then once you have everything, you copy everything.

1:57:52 I'm just going to use my mouse here.

1:57:53 Just kind of left click my mouse and drag it over everything.

1:57:59 So, like this.

1:58:00 Missed a word there.

1:58:01 Once more, drag over everything, right click, copy, and then inside of claude,

1:58:12 I would go into my account settings,

1:58:15 and then in this field, I would rightclick and paste.

1:58:18 That's it.

1:58:20 If you're curious and you're inside of chat and using chat, it's the same thing.

1:58:25 Let me let me go back to a fresh chat account.

1:58:27 This is what a fresh chat account looks like, right?

1:58:29 By the way, this works both on paid and free plans.

1:58:31 It's such an important feature, they they just gave it to everybody.

1:58:34 But inside of chat, you go here, you say personalization,

1:58:41 and then here under custom instructions, you rightclick and you paste.

1:58:46 Now, we might see a problem here in chat.

1:58:48 I'm already telling you I tell I'm telling

1:58:50 you chat built a product for 8 billion people.

1:58:53 You see how the border is red?

1:58:56 They don't want to process this much details on you.

1:58:59 you might have to trim this down.

1:59:01 And that's that's the thing about chat is

1:59:02 that like they want to save money by limiting

1:59:05 how much info you can give it here because if you put this here, guess what?

1:59:09 They have to pay.

1:59:09 Every time you send a new message,

1:59:11 they have to pay for this text on their servers.

1:59:13 So they're like, "No, no, no.

1:59:14 This is too much detail.

1:59:15 Claude, you can go like five times as long." It's another reason I like Claude.

1:59:20 And yes, there's ways to get around this, but so

1:59:22 I would just delete the bottom paragraph here and say save.

1:59:24 And now it's set in chat.

1:59:27 Now it's set in Claude, right?

1:59:30 It's all set up here.

1:59:32 So now, just to finish the demo from before, if you look at my screen,

1:59:35 if I if I go back to my elevator pitch prompt,

1:59:38 I'm just going to pull it up here.

1:59:40 Write me a second 15-second elevator pitch just to keep it apples to apples.

1:59:44 If I go new chat, wish me luck here.

1:59:47 Write me a 15 second elevator pitch.

1:59:51 If I hit enter now, it didn't add any extra info, right?

1:59:56 There's no who I am.

1:59:57 There's no talk about my goals.

2:00:00 Nothing.

2:00:00 It's just, hey, I need an elevator pitch now.

2:00:05 Give me the results.

2:00:06 Not doing anything.

2:00:07 Not adding anything.

2:00:09 No magic trick here.

2:00:10 I just set it up with my account.

2:00:15 And there it is.

2:00:16 We help nontechnical professionals stop guessing with AI

2:00:19 and start running systems that save them hours every week.

2:00:23 That's perfect.

2:00:25 And it knows that because guess what?

2:00:26 I told it about my target audience in the doc, right?

2:00:31 I told it about who we serve and what we do, what our goals are.

2:00:34 It's all encapsulated in here.

2:00:36 And elevator pitch is short.

2:00:37 Guess what's going to happen if you write a multi-page document?

2:00:39 Those little details, they're going to bleed in all over the place.

2:00:42 It's wonderful.

2:00:43 You're not going to have to reexlain yourself every time.

2:00:45 This is how you This is what we mean by AI clone,

2:00:48 giving it enough context that it essentially knows what you know,

2:00:51 training an employee up to a level where you're confident with it.

2:00:55 All right.

2:00:56 So, I see it worked for a lot of people.

2:00:58 And if it didn't, again, don't worry.

2:01:00 There's not more to it.

2:01:01 It's this.

2:01:01 You fill out the doc and you put it into this one field.

2:01:03 You have the recording of this for multiple days.

2:01:05 You have the link to the Google doc.

2:01:07 Maybe you managed to get it from chat.

2:01:08 Maybe it didn't.

2:01:09 Maybe you just stored it and you're like, "Hey, go.

2:01:11 I'm cool.

2:01:11 I'm drinking my coffee over here.

2:01:12 I don't want to be doing." Or maybe it didn't work right away.

2:01:15 You're like, "It's fine.

2:01:16 It's fine.

2:01:16 This is this is simple.

2:01:19 It's simple, right?

2:01:20 It's two steps.

2:01:21 fill out the doc and put that info

2:01:24 into that field right here settings and put it into here.

2:01:30 That's it.

2:01:31 Right now, I told you before there is this extra

2:01:35 function for anybody who feels comfortable at this point.

2:01:37 If you're like if you're like figuring this out, don't worry about this.

2:01:40 But I told you about these memories.

2:01:41 I just want to close the loop

2:01:42 on that before we close out this little session here.

2:01:45 But those memories, they live here within capabilities

2:01:49 in claude and they're right at the top.

2:01:51 See this?

2:01:51 If I go to capabilities, it says memory.

2:01:53 And basically what I tell it like in except of the info that I gave you,

2:01:57 I give you permission to look at my other chats and to create

2:02:03 a profile on myself from what I talked about with you.

2:02:07 Does that make sense?

2:02:08 So you give it your doc and then you give it permission

2:02:11 to look at other chats and kind of gather information on you.

2:02:14 And if I want to see it, you can see him here.

2:02:15 I can open this up here.

2:02:16 This is the type of stuff it gathered on me.

2:02:18 It's helpful.

2:02:19 Again, power of context.

2:02:21 And again, just like I showed you on the board,

2:02:22 every task you send it now, it mixes that in the bartender.

2:02:27 It kind of adds those ingredients every time.

2:02:29 And they're helpful.

2:02:30 But this is where the power of AI

2:02:32 starts getting unleashed where you where you become

2:02:34 conscious of the memories existing and where you

2:02:37 start taking control of the context you give it.

2:02:39 Right?

2:02:39 Right?

2:02:40 If I'm building a new business, I will want a whole new set

2:02:42 of context compared to me just asking personal questions.

2:02:46 This is the type of stuff we go into.

2:02:49 And it's it's as simple.

2:02:50 We can go back to the to the camera.

2:02:52 And it's really as simple as that.

2:02:54 Just curate this context and and you're you're intentional about it.

2:02:58 You're honest and you're laser focused.

2:03:01 And this is this is what you do.

2:03:02 These are the first steps that I showed you of the boot camp.

2:03:04 This is the who I am layer, right?

2:03:06 And it reads it before every conversation.

2:03:10 So, wherever you are at this point,

2:03:12 if you manage to do it or not, you have the tutorial.

2:03:14 It's two steps.

2:03:15 Fill out the doc and put it into that damn field and you're done.

2:03:18 That's it.

2:03:19 Okay?

2:03:19 You have the link.

2:03:20 You have all of that.

2:03:21 You can do it on your own time.

2:03:22 Maybe you did it now.

2:03:23 But if you did it, I want to end our little session here together with something

2:03:27 that I personally it was it was a magical moment for me when I first did this.

2:03:32 If you filled this out, maybe you're halfway through or something.

2:03:35 Now, we just ask you to stop now and to add it to your account.

2:03:39 You know, you can finish it later, but add it to your account now.

2:03:42 I know a lot of you have already,

2:03:43 you know, we have a lot of different people here.

2:03:44 We got to make sure everybody, you know, gets this.

2:03:48 But if you've done that, I want I want you to do one thing,

2:03:50 and it's it's really simple.

2:03:51 I just want you to go into your account, right?

2:03:54 And now, whether you Let's go back to my screen.

2:03:56 Whether you filled it out in your account and put

2:03:59 it there or you're just going to now do

2:04:02 kind of the quick sloppy thing where you just copy

2:04:04 it and you put it into your chat here manually.

2:04:08 I don't care.

2:04:08 Either one works, you know, just put it in here.

2:04:11 Either one works.

2:04:12 I just I just want to make sure this context is in here.

2:04:16 But I want you to just type the following few words.

2:04:20 Okay?

2:04:20 And you can type this manually inside of the chat above it.

2:04:23 Say, tell me something about myself I don't know.

2:04:32 Tell me something about myself I don't know.

2:04:34 Take a second to type that out and experience.

2:04:38 I want you to experience firsthand what it looks like to have personalized AI,

2:04:43 to have an AI assistant that has been trained upon,

2:04:46 well, your values, your goals.

2:04:49 Me and Dean have been talking about this for three days now.

2:04:51 you know, the clone trained on this and that and power of context.

2:04:55 Oh my god, this is what it looks like.

2:04:58 Tell me something about myself.

2:05:00 I don't know.

2:05:01 And then add that context underneath.

2:05:03 Maybe it's in your account already.

2:05:05 Whatever you do.

2:05:06 Maybe you do this later.

2:05:07 I don't care.

2:05:08 But try it.

2:05:09 Hit enter.

2:05:11 And I know now it's going to it's going to it's going to expose me.

2:05:14 It's going to it's going to like it's going to look

2:05:16 at your patterns and based on everything it knows and it knows a lot.

2:05:20 Remember, it read every book in existence,

2:05:22 read all the blog articles, all the YouTube videos.

2:05:24 It knows a lot.

2:05:25 Based on all of that, it's going to find

2:05:27 something about yourself that maybe not even you know.

2:05:31 And I wonder who's Okay, thank you for sound effects.

2:05:40 Good stuff.

2:05:40 Good stuff.

2:05:42 And I wonder if you if you get this result and this is taking its time,

2:05:45 you know, it's like thinking it's like

2:05:46 who would this guy not know about himself?

2:05:50 When you get this result, I want to hear in chat.

2:05:52 I want to hear in chat if this actually showed you something you didn't know.

2:05:56 Or maybe if you feel comfortable enough, you can even share what it show.

2:05:59 I see the first mind-b blown emojis and OMGs in all caps.

2:06:04 I wouldn't expect any less if you fill this doc out

2:06:06 that I showed you honestly and you put this prompt in.

2:06:15 There it is.

2:06:15 There's mine.

2:06:16 So, let's see.

2:06:16 Let's So, okay.

2:06:17 Let's see what it told for me.

2:06:18 Again, this is only going to be relevant to me, right?

2:06:20 This would never be relevant to you.

2:06:22 That would be right.

2:06:23 But let's see.

2:06:24 Here's one thing I think you've fully named.

2:06:26 You described yourself as hyperindependent,

2:06:28 but everything you built is the support system your younger self never had.

2:06:32 Okay.

2:06:33 Okay.

2:06:33 Okay.

2:06:33 This is getting a bit personal out here, but I'm okay with that.

2:06:36 I don't mind.

2:06:37 But there it goes.

2:06:40 It kind of Okay.

2:06:41 Okay, your YouTube channel, newsletter, boot camp, amplifier club,

2:06:43 the framework d you stacked your skills in isolation because you had to.

2:06:49 Now you're systematically removing that requirement for everybody else.

2:06:53 That's not just a business model.

2:06:54 It's a redemption arc.

2:06:58 I mean, yeah, fair.

2:07:02 I picked the hardest demographic to convert.

2:07:04 Slower to adopt, lower tolerance to jargon,

2:07:08 a pure the done is better than perfect isn't actually your mantra.

2:07:13 You smuggled free quality gates into clear, honest, useful.

2:07:16 Look at that.

2:07:16 This is my core philosophy.

2:07:19 And again, this is only going to be relevant to me.

2:07:21 And I don't know however you feel about this answer.

2:07:24 Let me just say like it's it's [snorts] honest to me.

2:07:28 But the thing is you set this up for yourself so it can be honest for you.

2:07:33 Okay?

2:07:33 and your result is going to be different from mine.

2:07:36 And I hope and I hope that it shows you

2:07:39 the potential that AI has because from here on out,

2:07:42 whatever task you throw at it,

2:07:44 it has a level of knowledge that goes way beyond where you were 15 minutes ago.

2:07:49 Okay?

2:07:50 And again, I see a lot of people people sharing it in chat being mind-b blown.

2:07:56 do this now, do this later,

2:07:58 and prepare to go a whole lot deeper if you decide to join

2:08:01 us at a boot camp because this is literally, it's the first 5%.

2:08:05 We go way deeper on this, and we show

2:08:06 you so many more little tips and tricks like this.

2:08:09 It's incredible.

2:08:10 I hope this helped.

2:08:11 I hope this brought you that little wow moment.

2:08:14 [cheering] And yeah, keep being awesome.

2:08:16 Thank you so much for joining me.

2:08:17 Thank you so much for your patience.

2:08:20 [music] So good.

2:08:23 Thank you, Gordon.

2:08:25 Give it up for ego everybody.

2:08:26 [music] What's going on everybody?

2:08:40 Hey, give it up for Igor in the chat.

2:08:42 Here's what I want to tell you.

2:08:43 Don't Don't you like the way um don't you like the way he teaches?

2:08:48 Like, as I was sitting there watching all your comments,

2:08:50 there there's a couple people.

2:08:51 There's 10% of you like, "I didn't catch up.

2:08:53 How do you do that?

2:08:54 Well, that's why the first workshop alone,

2:08:57 the first workshop alone is two hours.

2:08:59 And like I said, that's probably the first 10 or 15 minutes.

2:09:02 And we don't let anybody fall behind.

2:09:04 Last year, you know what he did?

2:09:06 It was so cool.

2:09:06 Could you switch the slide?

2:09:07 There was something on the slide I wanted to see.

2:09:09 Um, last year, you know what he did after the first training?

2:09:12 There was about 10% behind.

2:09:14 Who was in last year's boot camp?

2:09:16 Right?

2:09:16 Raise your hand.

2:09:17 Do you remember what he did?

2:09:18 If you want to put it in the chat,

2:09:19 did the training and about 10% of the people were like, I was a little advanced.

2:09:22 He sat in the studio right after and filmed an hour

2:09:26 special extra hour training just for those that were really new.

2:09:30 Nobody gets left behind.

2:09:31 So, could you imagine how cool it be?

2:09:33 Look what he just did in 18 20 minutes when you know it's lots of people.

2:09:36 It's more intimate in the boot camp.

2:09:38 But could you see yourself going so much

2:09:40 further when you can learn those kind of pieces?

2:09:43 [cheering] So freaking cool.

2:09:45 There was a couple things I wrote down that that I wanted

2:09:48 to address um real quick and then we're going to wrap up.

2:09:50 I know I went a little longer, but it was worth it, wasn't it?

2:09:54 Seeing what's possible and I saw all the mindblowing uh mind-blowing so good.

2:10:00 I I felt the same way the first time I did that.

2:10:02 Um, some of you asked, you know, the clawed account that you have to get.

2:10:06 Yes, you have to get the $20 a month

2:10:08 clawed account to do this effectively and efficiently.

2:10:11 Right now, if you're in, like I said, if you're in chat, awesome.

2:10:15 That's what we did last year.

2:10:16 But things evolve and you can take everything

2:10:18 you learned and bring it over to Claude.

2:10:19 Easy eagle.

2:10:20 I'll show you.

2:10:21 But somebody said, "Do I have to pay the 20

2:10:22 a month?" Here's what I want to tell you.

2:10:24 That's 66 cents a day.

2:10:26 And I was back there trying to figure out what to compare it to.

2:10:30 And I don't know what you could compare it to because

2:10:31 you can't even get a cup of coffee these days for 60.

2:10:33 I was going to say a cup of coffee,

2:10:34 but a cup of coffee I just is like $6 or $5 every day, right?

2:10:39 So for 66 cents a day,

2:10:41 you have access to unlimited knowledge to create a partner.

2:10:44 It's it's amazing.

2:10:45 So I just wanted to bring that up.

2:10:47 Um, somebody asked, "When the training starts next week,

2:10:50 do you have to do anything in advance?" Just a couple things to be prepared.

2:10:53 It's really just showing up.

2:10:54 And that's what we're doing this Friday, the welcome celebration.

2:10:57 I got some fun stuff to share with you.

2:10:59 Um, and Eigor is just going to give you two or three things.

2:11:01 So, you've come to the first workshop prepared.

2:11:04 Um, yeah.

2:11:05 And then this is just a glimpse of what you're going to see.

2:11:08 Um, that's it.

2:11:10 That's it.

2:11:10 And I saw there was a few people say,

2:11:11 "I'm getting lost." Well, if you're getting lost, then you absolutely need it.

2:11:15 If you loved it, you absolutely need it.

2:11:16 So, I'm going to leave it there.

2:11:18 That was my That was my list.

2:11:20 Listen, I I think you get a glimpse of why after all the people we interviewed,

2:11:26 we really love working with Igor and he truly does have a heart to serve.

2:11:30 And you see how this can evolve.

2:11:31 Like each step is designed to get you closer

2:11:35 and more time and more comfortable and more trust, feeling good about your data,

2:11:39 protecting it on the way and getting to a point where it's like one

2:11:42 or multiple incredible employees allowing you to go

2:11:45 quicker without coding skills or tech skills.

2:11:48 You needed [clears throat] those six months ago.

2:11:50 Not anymore.

2:11:52 And you just go one step at a time.

2:11:55 And you know, we talked about it earlier is this is what happens when

2:11:59 you go beyond dabbling or chasing tools and you get to follow a plan.

2:12:03 The truth is the gap between those having incredible

2:12:07 results and those that aren't is not that far apart.

2:12:11 It's just a path and a plan, right?

2:12:13 They got to build the clone.

2:12:15 They got to use the framework.

2:12:17 They got to evolve it into working with them and for them.

2:12:20 And that's the difference.

2:12:23 Um, there's one more thing I wanted to say, and this is just a quick one.

2:12:31 I hope we served you over these last couple of days.

2:12:34 We've been here together for four days.

2:12:36 I hope you know that it is my job, Linda.

2:12:38 Thank you for the thumbs up.

2:12:40 It is my job to deliver value that you don't

2:12:44 feel for a moment you wasted a minute of your time.

2:12:47 I hope each and every one of you feel that you got

2:12:50 value at each level from mindset to success principles to overcoming old beliefs

2:12:55 to the seven success principles today to the purpose and why two days

2:12:59 ago all those people and Tony

2:13:01 about decisions and simultaneously learn from experts

2:13:04 in AI to see a glimpse of what's possible that is our whole

2:13:07 goal and simultaneously it's my goal at the same time for those ready

2:13:11 to keep going to not let this be the end of four days

2:13:14 but the beginning of transformation it's my job to get you to say yes.

2:13:17 And I love it because I know who you'll be on the other side.

2:13:22 So when you feel I hope you see both sides.

2:13:24 I'm really transparent today.

2:13:25 When I know I could shift your life,

2:13:27 I'm going to do everything in my power to nudge you to action.

2:13:30 When we said yes or two days ago, those were in the boot camp last year.

2:13:34 What was it like?

2:13:35 The [music] chat exploded.

2:13:37 This was this was some of it, right?

2:13:38 I read it yesterday.

2:13:39 The last boot camp was definitely worth it.

2:13:41 The the the last boot camp absolutely amazing boot

2:13:44 camp last year by far the [music] best investment.

2:13:46 They went on.

2:13:47 They were non-stop.

2:13:48 We already have about 1,400 of them returning with us.

2:13:51 What's I'm so freaking stoked.

2:13:54 Listen, if you're just realizing now that this bubble is going to burst,

2:13:59 that this is coming to an end, then we'd love to have you join us.

2:14:03 Either way, here's what I'd say.

2:14:06 Whatever it takes, stay connected.

2:14:07 Whatever it takes, gain the skills and capabilities you deserve.

2:14:11 We all deserve to live into the best version of ourselves.

2:14:14 Is it easy?

2:14:15 Heck no.

2:14:15 Was life easy?

2:14:16 No.

2:14:17 But when you have a path and a plan that can shift your life,

2:14:21 a path and [music] a plan that can get you there faster

2:14:24 and have the opportunity to truly live into who you're meant to be,

2:14:27 isn't that what [music] life's all about?

2:14:29 I want to say thank you on behalf of Tony, myself, Eigor.

2:14:32 Thanks for being with us.

2:14:33 Thank you for being here on bonus day.

2:14:35 Thanks for playing full out.

2:14:36 Thank you for the beautiful messages.

2:14:38 I can't wait to work with so many of you.

2:14:41 You have the opportunity.

2:14:42 This closes on Thursday cuz we start on Friday.

2:14:45 You have the link below.

2:14:47 We're almost we're almost at 7.5 million hours saved.

2:14:51 I'm so freaking excited.

2:14:52 This is our last goodbye, but thank you.

2:14:55 We appreciate you.

2:14:56 I'll see so many of you on Friday.

2:14:58 See you guys.

2:15:14 [music] If there's something all these broken replies, let [music] it fall.

2:15:26 Let it fall on the edge of the [music] sky.

2:15:34 Every promise that I never kept lies like glass [music] along the steps I tread.

2:15:42 Still your shadows on the old brick wall.

2:15:45 [music] Still your whisper cuts through it all.

2:15:50 If you're out there in the great unknown,

2:15:52 [music] send a spark into my hollow B on the edge of the sky.

2:16:11 open wide through the rain breaking [music] through.

2:16:18 If there's something about [music] all these broken records, let it fall.

2:16:27 Let it fall on the edge of the sky.

2:16:34 [music] I have run.

2:16:36 I have run from the light, [music] from the flood.

2:16:42 But your name But your name keeps on ringing in [music] my blood.

2:16:49 If this road, if this road leads me anywhere at all, [music] let it be.

2:16:58 Let it be where your grace is going to fall.

2:17:14 [music]

2:17:26 On the edge of the sky, [music] I'm reaching for you with my arms open wide.

2:17:35 [music] Every town burning through.

2:17:41 If there's something above all these borrowed, let it fall.

2:17:50 Let it [music] fall on the edge of the sky.

2:18:00 On the edge of the sky.

2:18:05 Let it fall.

2:18:07 Let it fall on the edge of the [music and singing] sky.

2:25:50 Hold me closer now.

2:26:49 Watch me.

2:26:50 Watch [music] me.

2:26:51 I don't break.

2:27:03 We go up.

2:27:10 We go.

2:27:16 I let the truth in.

2:27:20 No more shadows on my name.

2:27:24 I hit the spark and the whole thing changed.

2:27:28 Now the room goes quiet when I step in.

2:27:32 Feel the floor.

2:28:35 We go bright.

2:28:57 Yeah.

2:28:58 Pulled up in the heat haze.

2:29:00 Go train on a wrist blaze.

2:29:02 [music] Cold drink in a red cup.

2:29:04 You can feel the room on sneakers in a straight.

2:29:09 [music] You look over I pull.

2:29:11 Say my name clearer.

2:29:19 Come closer.

2:29:21 We're just getting started.

2:29:43 No pressure.

2:30:17 Hold it right there.

2:31:25 He'll tap space.

2:31:27 You look once then look twice.

2:31:28 I know that I know that smile right hands up.

2:31:37 I walk by now.

2:31:41 You can feel that when I turn, you lose your brain.

2:31:46 Say my name on me.

2:31:52 Watch me move so easy.

2:32:00 I make up on this show on me.

2:32:18 pride [music] ring flash when I shift sides you lean in but I

2:32:22 don't lean back I like it clean I like it every set

2:32:26 the tone I said mine then take the throne if you want

2:32:29 to dance close but keep you lose your brain My name on me.

2:33:06 So I don't need one look then.

2:33:21 I know what I am.

2:33:44 Watch me move on.

2:33:59 Take the risk in the grin.

2:34:02 Same old room, but changes [music] when your voice hits like a match to dusk.

2:34:11 [music] And I can feel it right.

2:34:23 Don't let it fade.

2:34:26 We're not lost.

2:34:27 We're on our way.

2:34:30 Keep me close tonight.

2:34:32 Keep me close tonight.

2:34:34 We can make it light.

2:34:36 We can make it light.

2:34:37 Hands of heart.

2:34:39 Hearts on.

2:34:41 We were close tonight.

2:34:47 Keep me close tonight.

2:34:49 Let the shine.

2:34:51 Let it shine.

2:34:54 heart.

2:34:57 We were dancing the hood of your beat up [music] car parking lots.

2:35:07 You said don't blink.

2:35:09 It's the best part now.

2:35:11 So [music] I held that frame and I held it.

2:35:15 Hands warm up on your jacket.

2:35:17 Every [music] roll and the crowd leans in.

2:35:21 We don't need more than this to begin.

2:35:23 I can feel a start right under my skin.
