4:44 We're dealing with the current Manchester United who are in a rut,

4:47 who have not won anything for a long time.

4:49 They are trying to get out of a really, really bad period in their history.

4:53 And then we're dealing with the aspirational Manchester United

4:55 who are one of the biggest teams in the world,

4:57 who have incredible revenues, who are going to be back in Champions League

5:00 and can attract the biggest players in the world.

5:02 So that is, I think,

5:04 why we're sitting here saying Carrick doesn't have the full job because

5:08 is he the guy to take them to the next next level?

5:11 Right now, they're doing well.

5:12 They're back where they should be.

5:14 But to get to the next level, we don't know if Michael Carrick has that cache.

5:18 We don't know if he can coach three competitions, four competitions.

5:21 the players can do it.

5:22 We don't know if the players can do it.

5:23 So, that's the biggest question.

5:30 but he's going to be given more and you don't know
