a week in my life | my wellness routine

a week in my life | my wellness routine

Sydney Serena

0:00 Good morning, guys.

0:00 It's Sid and welcome back.

0:05 Rise back up.

0:05 [music] Doing green shot.

0:08 This is so good.

0:11 [music] This week we're doing a wellness vlog.

0:16 The older I get and the more I learn about my health and I learn about

0:20 my body and the way foods are digested

0:22 and like how workouts impact me on a deeper level,

0:25 the more I feel like inclined and motivated to take care of myself,

0:29 which makes a lot of sense.

0:30 I've been listening to like a lot of podcasts.

0:32 I've been really intrigued by these things.

0:34 Maybe I took the wrong life path.

0:36 Maybe maybe I should be a dietitian.

0:38 No, take this with a grain of salt.

0:40 I really think that's important to know.

0:41 Like I am not perfect.

0:42 These are just like habits and things that I've been trying to implement.

0:46 It's a Monday and I'm going to start out

0:47 my week getting some fresh groceries from the farmers market.

0:51 Sorry, I actually lied.

0:53 Before I go to the farmers market,

0:54 I wanted to take you guys from the very start of my morning,

0:57 like the first thing I do when I wake up.

0:59 One thing I have been very consistent with out of fear

1:03 is having a glass full of water first thing in the morning.

1:06 When I say out of fear, you know,

1:08 this actually did work in my favor because I do drink water every morning.

1:12 Now, when I was really young,

1:13 I was getting migraines all the time with like the aura.

1:16 I couldn't see anything.

1:17 They were pretty bad.

1:18 And so, I went to the doctor and he asked me the question,

1:21 "Do you drink enough water?" Clearly,

1:23 I wasn't because after that, I've really made it

1:26 an effort to drink water first thing in the morning.

1:28 Especially after you sleep overnight,

1:30 you really need to like replenish all that hydration that you've lost.

1:33 And ever since then, I've been doing it every single morning.

1:36 And I've hardly gotten any migraines since.

1:38 And now, if I don't drink water first thing in the morning, I'm scared.

1:41 I'm just scared that I'm going to get a migraine.

1:43 I'm not making any claims here, but and then I'm going to take a probiotic.

1:47 I got this one on Amazon, actually.

1:49 There's a few other supplements I take.

1:51 I decided to wear a tank top today

1:52 and I just forgot that it's not actually summer yet.

1:55 So, this will be much needed.

2:06 [music]

2:08 So, I just got off the train and I saw this bone broth stand from Spring Bone.

2:13 I've heard that bone broth is really good for you.

2:15 So, I've been trying to drink it more as like

2:16 a substitute to coffee sometimes and when it's really cold.

2:19 I really like it.

2:20 So, hi.

2:21 Um, can I have just like a small bone broth, please?

2:24 Thank you.

2:25 I just spilled.

2:27 Now, my new sweater is going to smell like chicken.

2:29 I got the immunity broth.

2:30 one.

2:30 I think they just add a little bit of ginger and like vitamin C to the broth,

2:34 which I think is always good.

2:36 So, I'm going to walk around the farmers market, see what I find.

2:47 [music] [music] After the farmers market, I had this meeting at a coffee shop.

3:01 So, I ordered a hot peppermint tea.

3:03 Something I've been drinking a lot more recently has been tea.

3:06 It just makes me feel good.

3:07 I love it in the winter months cuz it's warm

3:09 and especially if it's later in the day, like at this time.

3:11 I try to avoid caffeine.

3:13 I'd say after like 400 p.m.

3:17 [music] So, I just got out of my meeting.

3:20 I was just meeting the girl who runs the social

3:22 media because I had to give her some new jewelry pieces.

3:25 So, we met up here.

3:26 I'm almost done with my peppermint tea and I was going to go home,

3:30 but I was going through my wallet and I

3:32 saw that I have this massage card used up.

3:35 I used to go to this massage place all the time cuz

3:37 I used to [music] live right around here but then I moved.

3:40 So I didn't know I filled up this whole

3:42 reward card thing and I never fill up cards.

3:45 Like I always lose them before I finish them.

3:48 So I get a free massage and I'm right here

3:50 and it's a wellness vlog which means I should get a massage.

3:54 I'm really reaching.

3:56 Update.

3:56 I did do it.

3:57 Great massage.

3:58 Honestly 10 out of 10.

3:59 The problem after getting a massage is I just want to go straight to sleep.

4:04 Like I could probably fall asleep right now.

4:06 Anyways, now I'm going to make some dinner.

4:08 I want to show you guys what I got at the farmers market earlier.

4:11 I never did a haul.

4:13 I picked up a little fresh produce and a couple things.

4:15 The first thing I got though was just some sourdough bread.

4:18 I'm going to use this for the next couple days and then after that I'm

4:21 just going to freeze it cuz I want to like save it for a while.

4:24 But that is going to be a part of the dinner tonight.

4:26 Actually, all of this is going to be for dinner.

4:29 Next, I got some little I don't know if

4:31 they call them mini sweet potatoes or fingerling sweet potatoes.

4:34 These are like easier to chop.

4:36 I don't really know if there's a [snorts] big taste difference.

4:38 And then I also got some really fresh mixed greens.

4:41 Mixed greens are one of my favorite things to get at a farmers market.

4:44 And then I also got an apple.

4:45 My plan is to make maybe like a little

4:47 salad with all of this stuff with sweet potato,

4:49 the mixed greens, and then I also have some chicken in my fridge.

4:52 So, I'll try to use that and like make up a dressing.

4:55 We'll see.

4:56 I feel like I can put something together here.

4:58 Also, my roommate's not home and I'm really lonely, so that has no relevance.

5:03 I just wanted to say that before I even start cooking,

5:06 I need to make sure this is good.

5:07 I literally put this in my purse because I had no bag

5:10 with me and I felt really weird walking around with sourdough in my purse.

5:18 Workout of the day was doing that.

5:20 All right.

5:22 Mm- [clears throat] Fresh sourdough.

5:25 There was like nothing better.

5:26 [music] [music] I used to actually hate sweet potatoes

5:39 and my roommate Olivia was the one who got

5:43 me to like them because she showed me how

5:45 good it is when you season them with cinnamon.

5:48 Nothing I would have ever done myself or like thought to do.

5:52 And once she introduced me to that, I have been so obsessed with sweet potatoes.

5:57 So, that's what I'm going to do.

5:58 I'm going to put these all in this bowl and just coat them with some olive oil,

6:02 some cinnamon, some salt,

6:03 some like basic seasonings, and then I'm going to throw these in the air fryer,

6:07 start cooking the chicken, and chop the apple.

6:10 I guess it's kind of it.

6:11 So, [music] [music] Dinner is ready.

6:23 And I am honestly really impressed with myself because I didn't follow a recipe,

6:27 which usually freaks me out because I think I'm just so type A.

6:30 I need to have all the instructions and like measurements laid out for me.

6:34 Kind of annoying like that, but I just threw together kind of some random stuff.

6:38 So, I'll show you.

6:39 So, this is the salad.

6:40 I put some apples.

6:42 I had some crushed peacons, too.

6:43 I put in there and then chicken and parmesan.

6:46 I also put together this little dressing and I'm

6:48 going to put the ingredients on the screen.

6:49 I also have my sweet potatoes over there.

6:51 I'm probably going to get way more.

6:52 I have my sourdough toasted.

6:54 I'm telling you guys, this dressing is amazing.

6:56 I usually have everything on hand for it and it's so good and fresh.

7:01 Anyways, I'm going to eat and turn something on.

7:03 That dinner was so good.

7:04 I ended up having three plates, so I'm very full.

7:08 I did just eat a Reese's peanut butter cup, so I forgot to film that.

7:12 Balance, everybody.

7:13 It's balance.

7:14 I'm going to get ready for bed because I'm so tired.

7:17 My good friend just got me for Christmas a journaling Bible,

7:21 which I haven't had before.

7:22 [clears throat] It's everything that your Bible has except for this one

7:25 has margins on the side that you can take notes in.

7:29 I'm going to do this for a little bit before bed

7:30 and not go on my phone because the last 20 minutes before bed,

7:34 I really try to not go on my phone cuz it really does disrupt my sleep.

7:39 [music] [music] Good morning, guys.

7:53 I'm at Solid Core.

7:54 I'm doing a workout class here, and I've never done one of these classes.

7:58 I'm really nervous.

8:00 We're going to see how this goes.

8:02 You know, I'm actually like really nervous

8:04 for this because I've just heard it's like really hard.

8:07 Wish me luck.

8:08 People always told me that solid core moves really

8:11 fast compared to regular Pilates and they were right.

8:13 That would be my biggest description.

8:15 It was so hard, guys.

8:17 But I did enjoy it.

8:18 The coach was so nice.

8:19 I just died in there.

8:21 I really just died.

8:22 It was as hard as everyone says.

8:24 I did have to like modify so much.

8:26 Holding my phone right now is really painful.

8:30 Like I'm that sore.

8:31 I can't even hold my phone.

8:32 Anyways, I got a little Duncan protein refresher after.

8:36 This is so good.

8:37 like 10 out of 10.

8:38 Great little post-workout snack.

8:40 All right, guys.

8:41 I'm back home.

8:41 I have like no energy right now because I am so exhausted from that.

8:45 I'm honestly proud of myself for going though.

8:47 I was like pretty nervous for this because people like talk

8:50 about solid core all the time and how hard it is.

8:52 And I've just heard some like pretty intense stories about it.

8:55 So, I'm just glad that I went and I did it.

8:58 I just prepared my lunch.

8:59 I just threw together leftovers from last night.

9:02 The same exact thing I had,

9:03 the salad with sweet potato, chicken, and everything.

9:05 I do think this is going to be my new lunch rotation.

9:08 I kind of like obsess over a food for a month

9:10 or two or like a meal or like a breakfast.

9:12 And I think this is probably going to be the one

9:15 that I make a lot because it's so good and easy.

9:18 My days are always so much better when I work out in the morning.

9:21 Like working out in the morning and making my bed are

9:23 the two things that really change the trajectory of my day.

9:28 [music] This year you guys are going to be

9:30 seeing a lot more of me in my kitchen.

9:33 If you've watched me, you know that I've been really trying to cook

9:36 more and I've actually been enjoying it more.

9:38 Something I never thought I would say.

9:40 It's definitely been a progressional thing for me.

9:42 I didn't just wake up one day and like to cook.

9:44 And I'd still say I'm not fully there yet.

9:47 So, I like something that's easy and convenient,

9:49 which is why I was so excited when GreenChef asked to work with [music] me.

9:53 Green Chef makes things so much simpler

9:54 for me because it takes off the grocery shopping,

9:57 the ingredient prepping, and being a lazy girl chef myself,

10:00 I really appreciate that.

10:02 I decided to personalize mine.

10:03 I like that you can do that.

10:04 You can choose high protein meals, high fiber meals, whatever your goals are.

10:08 So, the one I'm going to make tonight

10:09 is a chicken pesto and rice bowl with squash.

10:13 I recently started liking squash.

10:14 All the ingredients are pre-measured,

10:17 which just like makes for such less of a mess, too.

10:20 I think this is a really good thing if you're trying to cook more,

10:22 but like you're not fully there like me.

10:24 I'm definitely going to be using this a lot.

10:26 I'm sure you guys will be seeing me use this often this year.

10:28 I'm really excited to cook and I'm also

10:30 cooking for my boyfriend because this makes two meals.

10:32 So, he's going to come over for dinner and I love cooking for him.

10:36 I've found it's like part of an act of service that is

10:39 one of my love languages that I never knew about until recently.

10:42 So, I'm going to start cooking.

10:43 But, if you guys want to check out Greenchef,

10:45 you can go to greenchef.com/sigraza and use

10:48 code sigraza to get started with 50% off

10:50 with GreenChef and get a free Graza olive

10:52 oil set in your second and third boxes.

10:54 Again, it's code sidraza at greenchef.com/sidgraza.

10:59 Let's get cooking.

11:05 [music] [music] After the chicken and veggies were cooked,

11:25 I put in the pre-made pesto that they had,

11:27 some lemon, and then I dished the plates out with the rice, the [music] peas.

11:31 This was so good.

11:32 Like re-watching this back while I'm editing, I want it again right now.

11:36 I really want to reorder actually this specific meal from them.

11:39 So good.

11:39 And something I felt really like proud

11:41 to make considering I usually cook very simple meals.

11:44 My boyfriend and I devoured the screen chef probably [music] within 5 minutes.

11:47 I wish you guys could taste this.

11:48 It's so good.

11:49 Definitely a recipe I'm going to start making for dinner.

11:52 We're probably on rotation now.

11:53 We both approve and recommend.

11:55 10 out of 10.

11:57 Good morning, guys.

11:58 Happy Wednesday.

11:59 This was technically my first meal of the week where I ate out.

12:02 I've been trying to eat out a lot less.

12:03 So, I was working out and I just picked up this breakfast bowl.

12:07 Kind of random.

12:08 Not something I'd like usually order, but it was pretty good.

12:10 And then I went back home where I'll update you.

12:13 Good morning.

12:15 Actually, good afternoon.

12:16 I'm sorry.

12:17 I'm sorry I didn't vlog this morning.

12:19 It's 400 p.m.

12:20 Sorry.

12:21 Wow.

12:21 There's always one day when the vlogging is just not up to par.

12:25 I am deathly sore from yesterday's workout.

12:28 Like my whole body, every minor ligament,

12:31 areas I didn't even know could be sore are sore.

12:33 I really don't want to do like a whole

12:35 strength training workout today cuz I need to like chill.

12:38 But I do want to just like get my steps in.

12:39 Honestly, the biggest motivator I have for getting my steps

12:42 in is I find that it helps me sleep better.

12:44 On days where I don't get my steps in, I

12:46 just find it like I'm more restless at night.

12:48 And instead of going to the gym,

12:49 recently I've been liking to just walk around the mall.

12:52 I find it a lot more fun and like interesting.

12:55 I used to do this back home in Minnesota at the Mall of America.

12:58 I just like walk around to get my steps in.

13:00 And it's kind of fun.

13:01 I feel like, you know what?

13:02 I think a lot of seniors do this.

13:03 No shame.

13:04 Why am I doing it then?

13:06 I don't know.

13:06 It's just a lot more fun and I like really enjoy it.

13:08 Sometimes I like get on a call for 45 minutes while I'm walking around.

13:11 So, I'm going to go do that and then I am going to figure out dinner.

13:15 I have no idea what I'm going to do yet

13:18 for that, but let's go take a little casual walk in the mall.

13:23 Off I go to the mall.

13:24 I was starting really bleak 2300 steps.

13:27 So, I had a lot of work to do.

13:29 I was there for about an hour just walking around.

13:31 I had my favorite podcast by Rob Dial going, The Mindset Mentor.

13:35 Oh, I also called my mom, I think, for like half of it.

13:37 I kind of love this time.

13:38 It's like time to myself.

13:40 And then on the way home,

13:41 I stopped at the grocery store to pick up a couple things for dinner.

13:44 [music] All right, guys.

13:49 I've made it back home.

13:50 I took the smart route this time and I

13:53 Ubered because if you watch my recent vlog,

13:55 I decided to walk home one day with all of my heavy groceries

13:58 and I got like such bad shoulder pain from that that lasted a whole week.

14:03 It makes me sound very um unathletic when I say that story,

14:07 so I kind of hate talking about it,

14:09 but I Ubered with my grocery bags cuz I had so many.

14:12 I picked up a ton of stuff for dinner.

14:14 I want to make a little cottage cheese.

14:16 All right, stay with me.

14:17 It's going to be good.

14:18 Trust me.

14:18 Like cottage cheese over toast with tomatoes that are roasted.

14:22 I saw it on Tik Tok.

14:23 Tik Tok is where I seem to go for like majority of my recipes nowadays.

14:27 So, I wanted to get ingredients for that.

14:28 That was the main reason I went.

14:30 And then I also just like needed to stock up on a few extra groceries.

14:33 I got a ton of snacks and things.

14:34 So, I wanted to show you.

14:35 I got these crackers.

14:37 These are my favorite.

14:38 I feel like a broken record.

14:39 I talk about them all the time.

14:40 I like to pair those with these mini sweet bell peppers.

14:43 They are so good.

14:44 I obviously need a type of condiment for this combo.

14:47 So, I like to pair it with some hummus.

14:49 I just got this garlic roasted hummus.

14:50 These three together on a platter.

14:52 So delicious.

14:52 Like the best healthy snack.

14:55 Some cilantro.

14:56 I'm thinking of making avocado toast with that sourdough.

14:59 You guys are going to be tired of that s

15:01 [clears throat] sourdough by the end of this.

15:02 I got some fresh blueberries for like maybe yogurt in the morning.

15:06 Some milk.

15:07 I do drink regular Why am I holding this like a child?

15:10 That's a weird natural position that I took this upon.

15:13 I could go on a whole like 5 minute spiel

15:15 about milk and I'm just going to spare you all.

15:17 I used to drink oat milk.

15:19 I don't have a problem with people that drink oat milk.

15:20 I still like oat milk sometimes, but feel like a lot of it's marketing.

15:23 I don't think it's like completely needed.

15:24 [music] Some people I think truthfully like do react poorly to dairy milk.

15:28 I think some people are like prone

15:29 to breaking out and acne and like stomach issues.

15:32 Lactose intolerance.

15:33 Like that's totally different than me.

15:35 I can't even speak on that.

15:36 In my opinion, I love milk and I've been drinking

15:39 regular milk for like a year and luckily for me,

15:42 I haven't had like any breakouts.

15:43 Hasn't caused any like any stomach issues.

15:45 So, that's just my milk journey.

15:47 My milk journey that no one no one asked for.

15:50 And then the cottage cheese, which is going to be a part of my dinner.

15:54 I got these mini cherry tomatoes because I am making essentially it's

15:58 toast with cottage cheese and roasted baby tomatoes with like a garlic paste.

16:03 I also got garlic paste.

16:04 Wow.

16:04 worst haul ever because I didn't show that.

16:06 So, apparently all you do for this is

16:08 just throw some cherry tomatoes, some olive oil,

16:12 and then some garlic paste into a pan and like roast it in the oven.

16:18 [music] [music] All right, I guess we just say a prayer,

16:24 throw it in the oven, and hope for the best.

16:27 This is what the tomato mixture currently looks like.

16:29 and I'm going to throw in the oven.

16:31 Get started on my sourdough.

16:37 So, I just pulled the tomatoes out of the oven.

16:40 They smell so amazing.

16:42 She said you should be able to mash them a little bit.

16:44 They mix in really well with the garlic.

16:47 Now, I'm just taking my cream cheese

16:49 and putting [music] it on my toasted sourdough.

16:51 Some of the tomatoes with the garlic sauce.

16:55 I love balsamic glaze.

16:57 And I spent so long at the store looking for this.

16:59 So, I'm going to add a little bit of this on top.

17:04 All right.

17:05 And there we have it.

17:05 It looks really good.

17:07 I'm really curious how this tastes.

17:09 Oh, I hope it's good.

17:14 Usually, I feel really strongly one way or the other,

17:16 but in this instance, I sort of am neutral, which is really boring.

17:20 I thought I would like have a very strong reaction.

17:22 It's good.

17:22 I would I'm definitely going to eat this whole thing,

17:25 but I don't think I would like go out of my way to make this again.

17:28 I think if anything, I would just like rather make bruschetta.

17:33 [music] So, I got into bed and I got really tired.

17:36 I've just been on my phone doing absolutely nothing.

17:38 But I did eat some of these smart sweets.

17:41 They're so good and I ate the whole thing.

17:44 I do want to say this is not I probably should have said this earlier.

17:48 This is not a what I eat in like a day or a week video.

17:51 I'm not showing every single thing I eat in by far.

17:53 I'm kind of just showing you guys some of the healthier

17:56 things I've been trying to do during the week.

17:57 I'm going to read a little bit more of my Bible before bed.

18:00 And then in the morning, I have a workout class at Aloe.

18:04 It's not a workout class, it's Pilates.

18:06 My roommate and I are going to go.

18:07 Love you.

18:08 Night.

18:11 Good morning, guys.

18:13 I am really tired [music] right now, but I am getting ready to go work out and I

18:18 have to leave in 10 minutes because I snoozeed my alarm.

18:21 Yeah, this is a big problem for me.

18:22 I've been trying to like not snooze my alarm in the mornings.

18:25 It just creates so many problems.

18:27 This is my little workout fit.

18:29 I just have an aloe sports bra and leggings.

18:32 My bed's going to have to be made when I get back.

18:38 [music] [music] Yes.

18:51 Crunch.

18:51 You got three more.

18:52 Yeah.

18:53 Bit from here.

18:54 And crunch.

18:55 Three.

18:56 Two.

18:56 Come on.

18:57 Three.

18:58 There you go.

18:59 All the way down.

19:00 Shift [music] the hips back.

19:01 Booty is already on fire here.

19:03 In.

19:03 Yes.

19:04 Exhale.

19:04 Press it back up.

19:05 I'm dying.

19:06 That was so hard.

19:06 Especially cuz I'm so sore from my class two days ago.

19:09 I couldn't even speak throughout the class.

19:11 Like, I was dying.

19:12 But it was so good.

19:13 It was so fun.

19:14 And I'm like so grateful that I get to come here.

19:16 Look at this cute new top that they gave me.

19:18 How nice.

19:19 They gave me this little gray zip-up top with a little

19:22 sports bra and some pants that I still have to put on.

19:25 This is the best way to start my day.

19:26 I'm going to go [music] figure out breakfast cuz I'm really hungry.

19:30 I just got back to my apartment and the very

19:32 first thing I did was make myself food.

19:34 My go-to like breakfast when I'm really lazy

19:36 and just like want to throw something together is yogurt.

19:39 This is pretty much my staple yogurt bowl.

19:41 I put some unsweetened plain Greek yogurt and then

19:43 I put a little bit of maple syrup on top.

19:45 Put some cinnamon in, some granola, and then a ton of blueberries.

19:49 And that's my breakfast.

19:53 [music] Then I went to go do work,

19:55 which I had a iced vanilla latte with skim milk.

19:58 I'm trying to slowly taper off of vanilla in my lattes.

20:01 I don't know if this will ever

20:02 truly happen cuz I'm unfortunately addicted to it.

20:04 But then I was actually a bit hungry so I decided to pick up a smoothie.

20:07 This one had banana, strawberry, peanut butter, protein powder.

20:11 And then for dinner, I had my sourdough.

20:13 Again, I'm obsessed with the sourdough with eggs,

20:15 some of the tomato from the night before, cilantro, and avocado.

20:18 So, I just kind of like made it up, threw things together.

20:21 It was It was pretty good, though.

20:22 It did what it needed to [music] do.

20:26 Good morning.

20:27 Happy Friday.

20:28 The first thing on my mind this morning was coffee.

20:31 And I think I'm just going to make some at my apartment.

20:34 [music] I've recently started to make it at home, which usually I would go out,

20:37 but I think it's a lot better to make it at home,

20:40 at least sometimes, just because obviously getting coffee out, it adds up.

20:44 It's expensive.

20:45 I'm going to show you guys what I've been doing.

20:46 This is very basic and I don't have a coffee machine.

20:49 I've been debating getting one.

20:51 Starting out with ice in a glass, of course.

20:54 First step, I'm taking some blonde roast.

20:56 I really like this like unsweetened blonde roast.

20:57 So, I'm pouring this in my glass.

21:00 Coffee is in here.

21:01 Now, I'm taking a little bit of some low-fat milk and pouring a splash of this.

21:08 For the most important part, I'm taking this creamer from Chobani.

21:12 This is their zero sugar sweet cream creamer.

21:14 [music] And I really have been liking this.

21:18 And that's it.

21:19 That's my like very basic easy latte.

21:24 [music] Friday ended up being extremely tame for me.

21:29 As you can see, one of the things I did was I made

21:31 a chamomile tea and I edited the vlog that you're actually watching right now.

21:35 Pretty much just sat at this new monitor that I got all day.

21:39 I also somehow feel more qualified to be a YouTuber now that I have a monitor,

21:42 even though I went 11 years without having one.

21:44 One of my many snacks throughout this day

21:46 were these mini sweet bell peppers with the hummus.

21:49 You guys know how much I love this.

21:55 As you guys saw, I'm eating these peppers for my snack.

21:58 I'm really sad that I ran out of my crackers

22:00 because I would be eating those with it.

22:02 This is really tripping me out that I'm

22:04 filming and I'm also editing the same video.

22:06 Telepathy, I guess.

22:08 I decided to take a break from just sitting

22:10 at the desk like I've been doing all day.

22:12 I wanted to just like move my body a little bit,

22:14 but I don't want to like go fully work

22:16 out since I'm so sore from yesterday and this week.

22:19 Something I've been getting into, which I

22:21 never really used to care about, is stretching.

22:23 I actually used to be a pretty competitive gymnast

22:24 when I was younger and I was so flexible.

22:27 And recently I realized just how stiff I am and like I can barely move.

22:32 I actually don't want to get into it.

22:33 It's going to sound bad and embarrassing for me.

22:35 But I've learned the importance of stretching and that it's

22:38 actually there are a lot of benefits to it.

22:40 So I've been just putting on like little 10-minute YouTube videos.

22:43 Nothing crazy.

22:44 I really like doing this before bed because it kind

22:46 of winds me down and it like d-stresses my mind.

22:49 I'll try to like link some of the stretching videos that I like below.

22:53 I usually just do like the quick 10-minute ones.

22:55 Nothing crazy.

22:56 And I just do it like right here

22:57 on my rug because I don't have a yoga mat currently.

23:01 Really nothing fancy.

23:02 If you have access to YouTube,

23:03 which you do if you're watching this video, then you can do it, too.

23:07 So, that's what I love about it.

23:08 Anyone can pretty much do it.

23:15 [music] [music] [music] Hey guys, I am getting ready for bed now.

23:33 I'm having actually a very early night in, you know, Friday nights in.

23:37 This is 25.

23:39 All right, I got to stop with that.

23:40 I'm definitely not perfect when it comes to this.

23:42 I have good days.

23:43 I have bad days.

23:44 I eat junk food sometimes.

23:46 Like that's not the point of this.

23:47 But I hope this has kind of inspired you

23:49 to just like maybe cook at home a little bit more.

23:51 Maybe make small changes like I've been trying to make.

23:54 It's really about the small things and like

23:56 don't you don't have to go overboard.

23:57 I know I talked about this in my New Year's vlog,

23:59 [music] but I'm proud of us this week.

24:00 I think we did pretty well.

24:02 Thanks for supporting me.

24:03 I love you guys and I'll see you in my next vlog.

24:07 Bye.
