Epstein LEFT A NOTE... And Trump Is HIDING IT!!

0:02 Epstein left behind a note and the public has never seen it before.

0:06 It's been locked away from public view via court process and Donald

0:10 Trump and his Department of Justice are actively covering it up.

0:14 They claim, and they've done this publicly, that they've never seen the note.

0:17 It's not in their possession.

0:19 They don't know what it says.

0:20 And I find that incredibly difficult to believe.

0:22 So, I want to go through this story that just dropped via the New York Times.

0:26 It is quite a bombshell that has never been talked about before.

0:30 But I also want to discuss some other Epstein news

0:32 that has come out in the past 24 to 48 hours,

0:35 especially this story, which leaves me with a very weird feeling.

0:40 It's just one of those stories that you read that you kind of get goosebumps.

0:42 It sends a shiver up your spine.

0:45 And I think you'll know what I mean in just a second.

0:47 We're learning that a political heir who is 25 years old,

0:50 who has left $5 million in Epstein's will, just took their own life.

0:55 just days after an investigation into their parents was launched.

0:59 And that investigation into the parents is

1:01 specifically focusing on their connection to Epstein.

1:05 So, weird circumstances happening around this this case.

1:08 The son of two top diplomats from Norway has died

1:11 by suicide amid an investigation

1:14 into his parents' connection to Jeffrey Epstein.

1:16 Edward Juel Rod Larson, 25 years old, was found dead in Oslo on Wednesday,

1:22 just days after Norwegian and French police

1:24 launched a joint investigation into his parents,

1:27 diplomat Tur Rod Larson, and Mana Juel, a former ambassador.

1:31 Police launched the probe into the high-profile

1:33 figures after it was reported that Ebstein left

1:36 a total of $10 million to Edward and his twin sister Emma in his will,

1:42 which is an incredibly large sum of money.

1:45 I mean, what's the connection there?

1:47 Why was Epstein leaving this amount of money behind?

1:50 And what makes it even weirder is that that is

1:52 the same amount that Epstein left behind to Gain Maxwell.

1:56 So, Epstein is putting both this family

1:59 and these kids and these diplomats on the same scale

2:02 in terms of financial reimbursement or I should

2:04 say uh uh in his will as each other.

2:08 And so, that that's a little weird.

2:10 Now, Edward and Emma Juel Rod Larson were never accused of wrongdoing.

2:13 The couple's lawyers confirmed their son's untimely death,

2:16 saying it stands in the shadow of months of public spotlight

2:19 that has long ceased to be critical and has instead become vicious,

2:22 speculative, and at time limitless.

2:24 The legal team wrote, "A spotlight that has not only affected the two parents,

2:27 but also drawn their children involuntarily into the relentless machinery

2:31 of the public." And I think this is probably a good point.

2:34 I mean, again, they have not been accused

2:35 of wrongdoing in my at least in my knowledge,

2:38 there's no evidence of wrongdoing or anything like that.

2:40 But there are certainly questions that need to be answered here.

2:43 You're not just leaving $10 million behind to people

2:45 that you don't know or that you don't have connection to.

2:48 But the children really shouldn't be in the way of that.

2:50 They should not be getting media coverage or being criticized by anybody.

2:53 They didn't do anything wrong um in this case.

2:56 It's just like another weird high-profile story of uh you know,

3:01 somebody h somebody dying, somebody taking their own life in this, you know,

3:04 very very weird saga that's been going on for many years.

3:11 a lot has come out in just the past day.

3:13 But let's get into this conversation about this note that Epstein wrote

3:17 that has been hidden from public view that was discovered by an inmate.

3:22 A suicide note purportedly written by Epstein in a Manhattan

3:25 jail has been kept secret for nearly 7 years,

3:29 locked up in a New York courthouse.

3:31 I can't believe this letter that could be very significant in the conversation

3:35 we're having surrounding Epstein has just been locked up in this courthouse.

3:39 It's just sitting there and nobody has released it.

3:41 Nobody's talked about it.

3:42 We're just learning about it now.

3:44 It's very weird.

3:45 A cellmate said he discovered the note in July of 2019 after

3:48 Epstein was found unresponsive with a strip of cloth around his neck.

3:52 Epstein survived that incident,

3:54 but weeks later was found dead in the jail cell that he was being kept in.

3:58 Now, this is something that is important for folks to remember with Epstein.

4:02 He tried to take his life once before and was unsuccessful.

4:05 So, that's kind of lost in the conversation

4:08 sometimes when especially politicians are talking about this.

4:11 But when Epstein died,

4:12 it wasn't the first time that that something like this had happened.

4:15 The note was eventually sealed by a federal

4:17 judge as part of the cellmate's own criminal case,

4:20 according to documents and interviews.

4:22 That means investigators scrutinizing Mr.

4:23 Epstein's high-profile death lacked what could

4:26 have been a key piece of evidence.

4:28 Key piece of evidence indeed.

4:30 I mean, what could this letter say that it means

4:32 it's been kept away from the public for this long?

4:35 On Thursday, the New York Times petitioned the judge to unseal

4:38 the note which said it was time to say goodbye.

5:05 view even at a time of unprecedented transparency.

5:08 Transparency from the Trump administration.

5:10 They have still covered up millions

5:11 of files around the government's investigation into Epstein.

5:14 Since December, the Justice Department has

5:16 released millions of pages related to Epstein,

5:19 but there are of course still millions out there.

5:21 The Times has not seen the note and could not find it in the Epstein files.

5:24 A Justice Department spokeswoman said the agency had not seen it.

5:29 And this is what I find very difficult to believe.

5:32 Does anybody actually believe that Donald Trump's

5:34 Department of Justice has not seen this note?

5:36 Or maybe they haven't seen it physically, but do they not know what it says?

5:40 I find that incredibly hard to believe.

5:42 And really, we can't trust a word they say about the investigation into Epstein

5:46 and what they have seen or what they haven't seen because time and time again,

5:50 this Department of Justice has been caught in lie after lie after lie,

5:54 especially at the benefit of Donald Trump.

5:56 I mean, how many times have they been

5:58 called out for downplaying Trump's connection to Epstein,

6:01 only for it to be later exposed as much deeper than we thought?

6:04 Happens all the time.

6:05 But a cryptic two-page chronology in the records

6:08 describes how the note became tangled up in Mr.

6:10 Tartagleó's messy legal case.

6:12 The chronology says that the lawyers for Tartagleó authenticated the note,

6:17 though it does not explain how.

6:18 If it was written by Epstein,

6:19 the message could provide insight into his state of mind

6:22 in the weeks before he died hanging from a bunk bed.

6:25 The Justice Department spokeswoman said that in response

6:27 to a federal law demanding the release of the government's files,

6:30 or the Epstein files, I should say, the agency quote,

6:33 underwent an exhaustive effort to collect all records in its possession.

6:37 Just it's just not true.

6:39 It's just not true.

6:40 Epste's death at age 66 was of course ruled as him taking his own life,

6:44 but revelations of security lapses in the now

6:46 shuttered Manhattan Correctional Center have spawned

6:49 countless theories about how he died and whether his life was taken from him,

6:53 somebody else murdering him.

6:54 When jail officials asked Mr.

6:55 Epstein about red marks on his neck after the July incident,

6:58 he told them that Mr.

6:59 Tartagleó had attacked him and that he

7:01 was not interested in taking his own life.

7:03 Mr.

7:04 Tartag Leone, a former police officer charged with a quadruple homicide,

7:07 has long denied assaulting Epste.

7:09 Bureau of Prison records show that a week

7:11 after the initial accusation against his cellmate,

7:14 Epstein told officials that he never had any issues

7:16 with Tartagleó and felt safe being housed with him.

7:19 So, changing his tune relatively soon after he made that initial claim,

7:24 convicted in 2023, Tartagleon is now serving four life sentences.

7:27 He is pursuing an appeal and maintains that he is innocent.

7:30 In a recent phone interview from a federal prison in California,

7:34 he gave his version of how he came upon the note.

7:36 After the July episode, Epstein was moved to a different part

7:38 of the jail and briefly placed on suicide watch.

7:41 Around then, Mr.

7:42 Tartagleon said he found the note in his cell tucked into a graphic novel.

7:47 Quote, I opened the book to read it and there it was.

7:49 Mr.

7:50 Tartagleon said a piece of yellow paper ripped from a legal pad.

7:54 The note said the investigators had looked

7:56 into Epstein for many months and found nothing.

7:59 Mr.

7:59 Tart Tigle Leone recalled.

8:00 He said the message continued along the lines of, "What do you want me to do?

8:04 Bust out crying?

8:05 Time to say goodbye?" And this is

8:07 the uh cellmate of Epstein who found the letter.

8:10 He gave the note to his lawyers, he said,

8:12 because it could have been helpful if Epstein continued

8:14 to claim that he had tried to hurt him.

8:16 The note was not mentioned

8:17 in the official official investigations into Epste's death,

8:20 which is really weird.

8:22 Why would it not be?

8:23 I feel like that's pretty relevant given, you know,

8:26 as the article pointed out that this could be a crucial piece

8:29 of evidence or insight into Epstein's mind at the time, his thinking.

8:32 I digress.

8:33 The note was not mentioned in this investigation,

8:36 including a 2023 report by the DOJ's inspector general,

8:39 but the timeline document released as part of the Epstein

8:41 files summarizes the note's journey through the justice system.

8:44 It is unclear why the document,

8:46 which is titled chronology and refers to inmates and lawyers by their initials,

8:50 was created or who wrote it.

8:51 A lot of questions still remain that, you know,

8:54 of course we're not going to get answers

8:55 from this Department of Justice on No Way.

8:58 The timeline says that on July 27th, 2019,

9:00 4 days after Epstein's apparent attempt on his life, Mr.

9:03 Tartagleó met with BB, his lead lawyer, and told him about finding the note.

9:07 When a guard said that Mr.

9:08 Tartar Tagleon, that's a mouthful of a name.

9:11 I keep saying it over.

9:12 It's tough, was not allowed to go to his cell to retrieve the note, Mr.

9:15 Barkett, his lawyer,

9:16 told his client to give it to the next lawyer who visited him.

9:19 The document says Mr.

9:20 Barket then called JW, another lawyer, John Weirder, uh,

9:24 and asked him to pick up the note from their client.

9:26 The timeline indicates that the lawyers tried twice in the next

9:28 few days to have the note authenticated without success.

9:31 They did authenticate the note in late 2019 or early 2020,

9:35 and the lawyer declined to comment for this article.

9:38 So, very, very weird stuff.

9:41 Um, and the judge overseeing his case,

9:43 who sits in the federal district courthouse in White Plains,

9:46 eventually ordered the note to be turned over to the court.

9:49 According to Tartagleon and his lawyer, in an interview, Mr.

9:52 Weirder told the New York Times that he drove

9:54 the note to the courthouse and gave it to a clerk.

9:56 He could not recall what it says.

9:58 You didn't read it.

9:58 You couldn't tell us what it says.

10:00 You didn't read it.

10:00 You didn't think to pick up the note and read it, man.

10:03 Um, and this note has apparently gotten wrapped up

10:05 in a lot of bureaucracy in in this legal case,

10:08 but of course, the DOJ probably has a hand in it.

10:10 Very weird stuff going on with this note, but there's a note.

10:13 There is a note that we have not seen from Epstein

10:17 that we I think the American people deserve to see,

10:19 especially with this law that was passed.

10:22 And will the Department of Justice, will the federal government push back

10:25 on this request for the note to be released?

10:28 I imagine so.

10:28 The New York Times is trying to get it.

10:30 And if they do, I hope they do.

10:32 Uh maybe we'll see it sometime soon,

10:34 but at no assistance from the federal government.
