Brian Harpole Sends Out MORE Legal Notices. Jeremy Boreing Is Still A Creep. | Candace Ep 334
Candace Owens
0:01 All right, you guys, happy Wednesday.
0:03 What do I have for you today?
0:03 A lot.
0:04 Hook, line, and sinker.
0:05 Jeremy Boring, former CEO of Daily Wire, goes on the offense against my husband.
0:11 Hm, that's odd.
0:12 People don't normally do that.
0:14 Encouraging reporters to look into Laura Loomer's claims.
0:18 Did Candace lie to DHS?
0:21 He's kind of putting down that sort of energy.
0:24 Uh, I guess you can just toss another coin in the I told you so jar.
0:28 Daily Wire operates like a deranged cult,
0:31 and they will never stop trying to destroy my life.
0:33 We're going to speak about that.
0:34 Uh, we're also going to discuss Bryan Harsin though, first and foremost,
0:37 because he sent out some more legal notices that you should know about.
0:41 And his most recent one is beyond interesting to me.
0:45 I think you will find this to be very, very interesting indeed.
0:49 Right?
0:49 Because it's a dog that isn't barking.
0:53 We are learning about our legal system, if nothing else,
0:56 and there are a lot of people, it turns out, who abuse it for retaliation.
1:02 Welcome back to Candace.
1:09 [music] Okay, let's start with the interesting updates
1:21 regarding Bryan Harsin's lawsuit against me for defamation.
1:25 Uh, namely, that they are beginning to send
1:28 out what are known as preservation orders, okay?
1:31 Essentially, what this means is that when you receive one,
1:33 no matter who you are, uh, is you're not allowed to delete anything.
1:37 It will sort of list through here is what you are no longer allowed to delete.
1:41 Their lawyer will send it.
1:43 Uh, you can't delete your text messages, your signal messages.
1:46 Um, don't delete any communications between you and this person, emails, etc.
1:52 It's basically a way of letting someone know that they
1:54 may be in possession of something that is relevant
1:58 to helping either the defense or the prosecution build their case
2:02 against someone else or uh to protect somebody else, okay?
2:05 So, it's saying it signals we're going to try to subpoena
2:09 this information in the future and uh you need you have a hold.
2:12 Don't delete anything.
2:14 So, how do I know that this is what they are doing?
2:16 Well, because their lawyers emailed my team
2:19 wanting me to give them Ian Carroll's address.
2:22 I have actually never had Ian Carroll's address.
2:24 I think he kind of lives like nomad.
2:26 They were operating, it appears to me,
2:27 like under some delusion that he was a regular co-host of this show
2:33 or a host of the show and that he worked for me.
2:35 When actually, as you all know,
2:36 he just filled in for me while I was on maternity leave
2:39 last year and we paid for his Airbnb while he did so.
2:43 I could I could give them the Airbnb address,
2:45 but I don't think that would be helpful.
2:46 Anyway, I was a bit confused, I have to say.
2:49 I was very confused as to what Ian Carroll
2:52 has to do with really anything pertaining to Brian Hopple,
2:55 other than the fact that very early on he was used actually by the other side,
3:01 YouTubers, remember Paramount Tactical?
3:03 You had Valhalla, and they were like, "Ah,
3:06 are these military guys trying to warn you?" I told you about this at the time,
3:10 against featuring Mitch on my show.
3:12 I was going to have this show with Mitch.
3:14 They got to work getting a bunch of people to tell me if
3:17 I did this, this is going to be a big, big, big mistake.
3:20 I would never recover from this.
3:21 My career was going to be over.
3:23 I hear that so much, man.
3:25 I have heard that a lot over uh the last 10 plus years.
3:29 Uh they had a lot of things to say.
3:32 First and foremost, that Mitch was never at Fort Huachuca,
3:35 that he was a com- a complete fraud.
3:37 He could not even get onto the base
3:39 because he never even served in the military.
3:41 That's what they were saying initially.
3:43 He never even served in the military.
3:44 He had never been there.
3:45 You recall this, right?
3:47 Both of those things were eventually proven beyond
3:50 a shadow of a shadow of a doubt.
3:51 Yes, he did surf.
3:53 And yes, in fact, as I instantly said back that to Ian,
3:57 he definitively was at Fort Huachuca.
3:59 I have his he couldn't have produced more evidence.
4:03 I've looked at the metadata.
4:04 He recorded videos while he was there because it was sort
4:08 of a trip down memory lane from him from when he was serving.
4:11 He also had submitted to me his hotel receipts.
4:14 I was very confident that they were spinning BS and I wasn't quite sure why.
4:20 And then they began the attacks on his past.
4:22 Well, if she speaks to him,
4:24 we got all this dirt on what he did to ex-girlfriends and 20
4:27 years ago and and kids and baby mamas and suddenly got very Jerry Springer.
4:31 I'm like, I don't care about any of that.
4:33 I don't care if this man has 27 baby mamas.
4:38 Even if you had knew someone who was literally addicted to crack cocaine, right?
4:45 If they say, "Hey, I this morning I saw so-and-so at CVS." Okay,
4:50 they saw like they can they can describe.
4:52 They can they can actually say, "Yeah,
4:53 I saw this person at CVS." This is not a character assessment.
4:56 It's where you were if you were exactly where you said you were.
5:00 Now, Ian, after obviously not being able to convince me
5:04 that what they were saying or telling him was true,
5:07 gracefully just bowed out of the entire
5:09 situation bowed out of the entire debacle.
5:12 Uh but of course did what they asked,
5:14 delivered his warrant delivered their warnings, the military bro warnings.
5:17 They were said they were in communication with Lieutenant Colonels.
5:20 You know, really trying to come in with we're the professionals.
5:23 This is stolen valor.
5:25 Anyway, more on that later.
5:27 Because it's actually the second person,
5:29 the second character that I find to be even more interesting to the story.
5:35 So, you know, there were actually people online who did
5:39 publicly and very clearly accuse Brian Harpole of murdering Charlie Kirk.
5:46 Okay, it wasn't implied.
5:47 They weren't like, hey, maybe it was this guy killed Charlie Kirk directly.
5:54 Forget a meeting at Fort Huachuca, it was this is our guy Bryant Harpole,
5:59 he pulled the trigger or pulled something.
6:01 And yet mysteriously I've been sort of watching and paying
6:04 attention and those people are not being sued for defamation.
6:08 People that were making videos claiming that he did that, right?
6:10 That's that's a bit weird.
6:12 That's a bit weird.
6:13 Wouldn't you at first sue the person saying
6:15 that's just so clear-cut saying that you murdered someone
6:20 and in multiple videos Baron Coleman actually noted
6:23 this this discrepancy if you will on his podcast.
6:27 Take a listen.
6:29 Owens is the most high-profile spreader
6:32 of basic but baseless Charlie Kirk conspiracy theories,
6:34 but she is not the only one.
6:36 I did not yet turn the page when I thought he has to be talking about Blake
6:40 Bednarz here because Blake Bednarz basically accuses by name
6:44 Brian Harpole every single day of murdering Charlie Kirk.
6:48 Like frame by frame.
6:51 He has a whole video called Judas Harpole.
6:54 Like for crying out loud, if you're going to sue anybody,
6:57 Candace had somebody on and she was like, yeah, that's that's a close call.
7:00 I'm not really sure what to make of that.
7:01 Ah, we're going to sue her.
7:03 And Blake Bednarz out here going, yeah, Brian Harpole, he did it.
7:06 He absolutely did it.
7:07 You can't tell me he didn't do it.
7:09 Here's video of him doing it.
7:10 Here's where he squeezed his hand.
7:11 He's the one that did it.
7:13 All up and down X, all over the X spaces, all over YouTube.
7:17 And they're like and they and and then I thought, well,
7:19 maybe they don't know about it cuz you know,
7:20 Brian doesn't have a huge following.
7:22 It's sizable, but it's not huge.
7:25 So maybe he didn't know about oh no NO NO, HE DOES.
7:28 HE DOES.
7:28 IT'S RIGHT THERE.
7:30 IT'S LITERALLY on the screen right there.
7:34 And it says his name is Brian Harpole.
7:36 And then it has like action shots.
7:40 The detonator [laughter] triggers under his shirt below his rib I mean,
7:43 it's like an actual arrow pointing exact The remote
7:47 controller's in his right right front right pant pocket.
7:50 This is what caused Like, he's not opining.
7:54 He's not giving an opinion.
7:55 He's telling you this is how the man died.
8:00 That's what he's telling you.
8:03 And yet, no, this Blake Bednarz's character is not listed in this lawsuit.
8:09 He There's no action against him.
8:10 Now, Barron is not exaggerating, by the way.
8:11 The person he's referring to, a full name Douglas Blake Bednarz,
8:15 and he certainly did not mince words when he began positing
8:19 theories about Brian Harpole after Brian's disastrous interview with Sean Ryan.
8:25 Here are just a random selection of his tweets, Blake Bednarz's tweets.
8:29 He wrote in one, "This is who squeezed
8:32 the trigger to initiate the detonation under Charlie's shirt.
8:35 Brian Judas Harpole was wearing the controls under his clothes.
8:40 I am 1 trillion percent certain." Well, that might be defamation.
8:44 Next one.
8:45 Uh there was never a gun.
8:47 It was a weapon called a shape charge.
8:49 Here is who actually detonated the charge under Charlie's T-shirt.
8:53 His name is Brian Harpole from Dallas, Texas.
8:56 Okay, third time.
8:58 Blake Bednarz writes, "A gun was never fired and a bullet did not hit his neck.
9:03 The pendant-shaped charge was detonated by Brian Harpole.
9:06 This is why the necklace was such a central focus right after the incident.
9:09 Eric and Frank had to establish its existence.
9:12 That is not the necklace that Charlie Kirk was wearing." Here's another one.
9:17 "What did Brian Harpole have hidden on his person?
9:20 Two things.
9:21 One, the item in his front right
9:23 pants pocket is what caused the audio interference,
9:26 and the item under his shirt below his left armpit is
9:29 what he squeezed to secretly at the moment that CK was hit.
9:33 Holy smokes, this is it.
9:35 I Truly, you guys, I could go on and on and on.
9:38 It was just an everyday beat Brett Harrelson, murdered Charlie Kirk,
9:41 and here's how he did it from behind
9:44 his back holding something, pulling a trigger.
9:45 Everyone saw this in the Twitterverse.
9:47 I certainly was aware of this.
9:49 Uh here's actually even a clip of Blake making those accusations.
9:54 Do you see this right here?
9:56 I want you to pay attention to every time with Brian.
10:00 This is what he does.
10:02 He's anytime he goes and messes with the uh
10:06 the weapon or the controller and or the detonator,
10:11 the trigger, he is pulling his shirt down because
10:16 he does not want all the wires to be seen.
10:22 So, I'm just demonstrating to you like if you're lawyers for Brett Harrelson,
10:28 this would be a slam dunk, I would say, right?
10:32 I I had to at the very least send this guy a cease and desist.
10:35 I've got Bud for suing, but I I probably would send this guy a cease and desist.
10:39 So, you have to imagine my surprise
10:41 when I got contacted by Blake Bendaris himself, the man right there.
10:46 And I learned that Blake Bendaris had been served by Dylan Law Group.
10:50 But not with the lawsuit,
10:52 but with a simple preservation order because they think he might
10:55 have something that might help to prosecute me in a defamation suit.
11:02 Uh-huh?
11:03 What?
11:04 [laughter] This is a Guys, we are living in Upside-Downland, okay?
11:08 This is beyond the realm of sanity, okay?
11:11 Beyond the realm of sanity here.
11:14 They know who he is.
11:15 They're listing him in the lawsuit.
11:16 They know what he has said or putting him
11:19 uh demonstrating what he has said and blaming me.
11:24 And they're just It's right there.
11:25 And then nope.
11:26 Nope.
11:27 We're suing Candace.
11:28 Hey, Blake, could you help us?
11:30 We feel like she talked about this Fort
11:31 Huachuca B-day and we're we're trying to get her.
11:35 So, what actually is happening here?
11:39 And who even is Douglas Bednarz?
11:44 So, I'll tell you my communications with him.
11:46 I was introduced to him via someone that I trust early very
11:50 early on in our investigation when we were in the gathering footage phase.
11:53 We had reached we said to everybody, "If you've got any footage,
11:55 please send it to us tips@kcsun.com." Um
11:58 and a girlfriend of mine contacted me and said,
12:01 "Hey, there's this guy who is purporting to have
12:04 never before seen footage from the UVU event.
12:07 And can I set him up talk to you?" I said,
12:09 "Of course." He He said that he somehow had
12:11 a contact that was there at UVU who had everything.
12:15 So, we connected.
12:16 First thing that was weird that he was that he wanted to be on FaceTime.
12:18 He He really wanted to be on FaceTime.
12:21 I thought, "Okay, that's odd, but okay." Um we discussed some possible theories.
12:26 Was it Could this Could this have been an exploding mic?
12:28 I don't know.
12:30 Did not discuss Brian Harpole, that's for sure.
12:32 But then as I kept asking him, "Okay, could you send me that really long footage
12:36 that you've got?" He just kind of never did that.
12:40 He sent me a clip here, a clip there, a link to somebody else's footage.
12:44 He just sort of kept kicking the can down
12:46 the road and eventually I just felt like something was off.
12:50 You know, the intuition came on and I said,
12:52 "Something's not right here." My spidey senses went up in December.
12:57 Right around the time that we began discussing Fort Huachuca when
13:00 he suddenly shifted gears and began sending me stuff about Brian Harpole.
13:05 And making radical demands that I show the footage that I
13:08 show and present what he believes happened about Brian Harpole.
13:12 Basically trying to say that I was a front You got to talk about Brian Harpole.
13:15 You could find this it was insane.
13:18 And also, where's your back footage?
13:19 Maybe challenging to see if I actually had it.
13:21 I don't know.
13:23 But I never took the bait.
13:25 I always trust my gut.
13:25 I said, "Something's not right here.
13:27 Something's so I'm just not going to reply
13:28 to you beginning in mid-December." Just didn't respond at all.
13:33 And I am so grateful that I did not because it may very
13:36 well be that they were attempting to set a trap of of some description.
13:42 I'll tell you why I'm getting there with Turning Point
13:44 USA and you let me know if you agree cuz well,
13:49 someone's going to explicitly say it.
13:50 I'm going to show you evidence of that actually.
13:52 That's um definitely what one of the YouTubers said, our military boys,
13:58 who were effectively threatening me to not ask Mitch anything.
14:02 Don't don't interview Mitch.
14:03 Don't speak to Mitch.
14:04 He's got baby mamas.
14:06 He's got issues.
14:08 I we're going to blow up your spots.
14:11 We're going to show everybody what kind of a man he is.
14:14 Okay, I don't I don't I'm not trying to marry this dude.
14:17 Just trying to figure out if he was at Fort Huachuca.
14:18 Let's read some of those messages now to provide you with context.
14:21 These messages were intended to be delivered to me, right?
14:25 So, this is the YouTube military boys insisting that I speak with them
14:29 so they could explain to me cuz this is their this is their territory.
14:33 Well, we know military stuff.
14:35 That uh this is a case of stolen valor.
14:38 Mitch wasn't even in the military.
14:40 He's a fraud.
14:41 He's I spoke to an ex-wife who said he never
14:44 even has ever been to Fort Huachuca in his whole life.
14:48 That's what that's that's where we were starting with this.
14:49 Here's one of those messages I want to read.
14:52 And uh so the person saying uh dude, he didn't see Erica and Brian Harpool.
14:59 He's just a con artist.
15:00 My my source at Turning Point USA literally
15:03 said they have all the documents and proof proof
15:07 both Brian and Erica weren't there and they're
15:10 purposefully giving Candace rope to hang herself with this.
15:14 While they build a massive defamation lawsuit.
15:19 Huh?
15:22 What?
15:22 That doesn't make I'm I'm I'm in communication
15:24 with Turning Point USA during this time.
15:26 I sat down with Erica this exact week.
15:29 What do you Why wouldn't you Does that make any sense?
15:30 Why would you This doesn't make sense to me.
15:32 I was thinking this can't be right.
15:33 Here's another message.
15:35 Um Uh no, she thinks because he went to a military base
15:41 that means that his story about seeing Erica and Harpole somehow credible.
15:44 Also, it's looking like he spent time locked up and got
15:47 his special forces tab revoked for crimes against a child.
15:50 This to blank anyway, I did my due diligence and uh we can do it the hard way.
15:58 I do my I do my due diligence pardon by giving her a chance.
16:01 We can do it the hard way and tie her to a con artist
16:05 with a horrible history of abuse against women
16:07 and children and raising uh 130,000 dollars for him.
16:11 Like this was they were basically threatening me before I spoke to Mitch.
16:15 They were saying you go through with this and we're
16:18 going to tie you to this con artist.
16:20 First, he wasn't in the military.
16:21 Then they said, "Okay,
16:21 he wasn't in the military but that doesn't matter that he was in the military.
16:23 He wasn't at Fort Huachuca." Okay, maybe he was at Fort Huachuca but just cuz he
16:28 was at Fort Huachuca doesn't mean he saw Brian Erica.
16:30 Okay.
16:31 We're We've been open to that possibility that he misremembered who he saw.
16:35 But this felt weird to me.
16:37 It was a weird reaction.
16:39 It felt like they were threatening me and saying they were going
16:43 to as always ruin my career if I didn't do it their way.
16:47 They could protect me otherwise, you know, we could protect you.
16:50 But you need to listen to us and not speak to Mitch anymore.
16:52 Okay.
16:53 And they've got a source at Turning Point USA who's saying they're planning it.
16:56 They're intentionally not answering my questions
16:59 because they're going to they want
17:00 to give me rope to hang myself while I'm talking to them.
17:04 Okay.
17:04 So, they're strategically uh not responding according to this person, right?
17:11 According to this military YouTube bro.
17:14 But I got to say that's a far cry
17:15 from what Brian Harpole is now claiming in his lawsuit.
17:18 In his lawsuit filing, remember,
17:20 he says the reason he didn't respond to my not one,
17:23 not two, but three separate messages.
17:26 Remember, here they are.
17:27 Here are my messages.
17:28 Hey Brian, this is Candace.
17:30 Uh people tell me that you're planning siege regarding a lawsuit.
17:34 I want to see if you wanted to have an off-record discussion with me about
17:36 anything or if you'd like to simply
17:37 clarify something that you think I got wrong.
17:39 Hey Brian, just again reaching out in case you want
17:42 to clarify your whereabouts in the morning of September 9th.
17:44 I'm only interested in the truth.
17:46 So I'd be happy to debunk Mitch if
17:48 he perhaps is misremembering the faces he saw.
17:51 Hey Brian, reaching out again to see if you'd
17:52 be willing to speak about the morning of the 9th.
17:54 I'm obviously not trying to do anything other than debunk
17:56 Mitch so that I can pivot and refocus the investigation,
17:59 but I oddly can't get you to confirm or deny if you were there.
18:03 He says Brian in his filing,
18:05 he's going to say that his reason that he didn't respond
18:07 to these messages was because he didn't want to grant me an exclusive.
18:11 He didn't want me to make money off of clicks by telling me yes or no.
18:15 Hmm.
18:16 You guys buying that?
18:18 I also was wondering like who who
18:20 was the source for these military bro YouTubers?
18:23 Who was the Turning Point USA source telling them that they're
18:25 intentionally not responding and they want to plot a lawsuit?
18:30 Well, you guys remember.
18:32 The answer arrived somewhat accidentally.
18:36 You'll recall when YouTuber Paramount Tactical, one of the rows,
18:40 um accidentally read Andrew Colbath's text messages live on air.
18:47 And he said um just a little too quickly,
18:49 he read the message and then Andrew said,
18:52 "Please don't share publicly." But he had read that out
18:55 to loud and it was an alibi regarding Fort Huachuca,
18:58 asserting that the story was insane
18:59 and that Erica was at home with her children.
19:02 It was that accidental slip that caused the internet to explode.
19:07 Because why would Andrew and Erica need to be coordinating a PR message secretly
19:14 with a relatively unknown YouTuber when they were
19:17 both in communication with me at that time.
19:20 Erica and I had just sat down on December 15th.
19:24 This felt oddly backhanded to me.
19:25 Also, during our sit-down,
19:27 Erica told me that she was no longer using Andrew as PR cuz he kept going rogue.
19:33 He kept going rogue.
19:33 Well, here we had proof that he wasn't going
19:35 rogue because it was a photo of her sending
19:39 him a picture alibi of her covering her phone with her kids on the wrong dates.
19:45 Here it is.
19:46 And uh he dinner dinner so I'm going, "What's going on?
19:51 Why why is he the secret Turning Point USA
19:53 source coordinating Why why isn't Erica just texting me saying,
19:56 'Hey, you saw your show.
19:59 Um just wanted to let you know, you know,
20:03 she wasn't there.'" So, this arrived as a double whammy, right?
20:08 Everyone was acting really weird about Fort Huachuca.
20:11 They still are.
20:12 So, I set about finding out uh by way
20:15 of messaging both Andrew Kolvet and Justin Stripe about
20:19 Fort Huachuca on December 27th after we realized that he
20:24 Andrew Kolvet was the one working on this messaging.
20:26 And here is what I wrote to Justin Stripe and Andrew Kolvet in a group text.
20:31 Um I wrote, "Putting you both on a chat here since there seems
20:35 to be a gap between what Andrew communicates publicly and what the truth is.
20:39 Very simple request.
20:40 Mitch Snow is very certain he saw Brian Harpole
20:42 departing a meeting at Fort Huachuca around 7:30 a.m.
20:46 on September 9th.
20:47 I went out to Brian Harpole to debunk that and have not received a response.
20:51 If you would like to submit something to me, a video of his metadata,
20:54 text messages, etc., I would be happy to publicly debunk that.
20:58 Not as crucial in my opinion because he never
21:00 said that she was a part of the meeting, but he also believes that he saw Erica
21:04 departing a hotel on the base on September 8th,
21:07 accompanied by special a special forces looking guy.
21:10 This would have been around 6:45 p.m.
21:13 If Andrew would like to debunk that formally, please do.
21:15 I'm happy to update everyone so he and Erica
21:17 do not need to backchannel through obscure YouTubers.
21:21 There is also now residual confusion because Andrew messaged Gary,
21:25 that's Paramount Tactical,
21:27 saying that Erica was with Charlie on the 9th at the office all day.
21:31 But Erica herself told Jesse Waters that Charlie was at the office
21:34 all day and never said that she was with him.
21:36 She said that they had dinner that night together.
21:38 Uh which I am aware of Ooh, lost my place here.
21:45 Dinner that night together,
21:47 which I am aware of because it was with Father Klein.
21:50 Gary has confirmed to me that Andrew's messages are related
21:54 to Erica's schedule on the 9th and not the 8th.
21:57 And honestly, was not as interested in his sighting of Erica.
22:01 This is now blowing up due to Andrew getting
22:03 caught communicating with these YouTubers and making matters more confusing.
22:07 That's exactly how I felt.
22:08 I felt like this is getting weird now.
22:12 But why I this is such a he wasn't making any accusations against Erica.
22:15 He just saw her.
22:16 I mean, there's a thousand reasons she could be on the base.
22:18 Her mother works with the military.
22:21 She could just have been visiting a friend or she
22:23 could have been visiting her mother for all I know.
22:26 When her mother was sick, she could have been on the military base, right?
22:28 That's that you have access to that.
22:30 You work in Intel.
22:31 None of this was strange until they made
22:33 it very strange by their reaction to it.
22:37 Uh the threats, the trying to get me under duress,
22:40 we'll ruin you if you go out with this, we're looking at his baby mama's,
22:43 we're pulling up Mitch's entire life.
22:45 I I said something's not right here.
22:49 I still, however, in a noble pursuit,
22:51 attempted to get an answer from someone and I messaged Dan Flood.
22:56 This is all the way we're we're in January now.
22:58 That's that's Brian's business partner, long time colleague.
23:02 On January 4th, I messaged him.
23:04 And this is what I wrote him.
23:06 I said, this was not included in the filing.
23:08 I said, "Hey Dan, Candace Owens here.
23:10 Long time no talk.
23:11 I know you still have contact with Brian Hurlbut and that tensions
23:14 might be a bit weird between you guys and Turning Point USA.
23:18 I have reached out to him a few times, but I wanted to see if you could
23:21 maybe help facilitate a conversation between he and I.
23:24 My goal is pretty straightforward.
23:25 I have an eyewitness who is certain he saw him at Fort Huachuca on the morning
23:28 of the 9th and I just want to get a statement from him on that.
23:31 Thank you." No reply.
23:35 No reply.
23:36 There's this this caricature of Candace Owens out
23:38 there that she never does any due diligence,
23:40 just puts out vibes that she doesn't try to actually get to the truth.
23:46 This situation wasn't that interested until it became
23:50 very interesting on the basis of everyone's reactions.
23:55 Everyone being weird about delivering a basic yes or no.
24:00 And what would be the reason for that?
24:02 What would be the reason that everyone got all weird?
24:05 That suddenly Andrew Kolvet's working with YouTubers and trying
24:08 to get out an alibi not through me,
24:11 but he's trying to respond to me through these YouTubers.
24:13 Are we to assume that he was the one directing the threats, maybe?
24:16 I don't know.
24:17 We'll find out.
24:18 We sure as hell will find out in this lawsuit.
24:21 I would say there's only two possible reasons for how everybody reacted.
24:24 The first possible reason is that they really were,
24:27 just as was expressed from the military bros,
24:31 uh before I even hosted Mitch, plotting to trap me in a defamation lawsuit.
24:37 And everyone immediately got on board trying to facilitate
24:39 that by not answering and giving weird answers.
24:43 That's one option.
24:44 The second option is that they really were actually at Fort Huachuca.
24:52 We haven't seen any clarity or any evidence yet to the contrary,
24:57 uh despite his filing, which to me reads like a PR campaign.
25:02 I uh I agree with uh the assessment that Baron Cohen
25:05 gave in his show that if I am a federal judge,
25:09 a lawsuit like that, which reads uh like you are
25:13 are trying to get it on the cover of a magazine, would make me a bit upset.
25:19 I would say, "You're you're playing with the courts here.
25:21 You spent the first three pages calling her an anti-Semite.
25:24 What does this have to do with your claims?"
25:26 What does this have to do with your claims?
25:28 Anyway, I wanted to show you that because I
25:29 think there is something weird about the Blake Bednarz piece.
25:32 It does not make sense to me.
25:33 I think there is some digging that needs to be done.
25:36 Everyone all at once started feeling really weird about
25:38 this guy and how angry he was that no
25:41 one uh would perpetuate his claims about Brian
25:45 Harpole uh pulling a trigger to murder Charlie Kirk.
25:49 And I think there's something there.
25:50 I'll find out, obviously.
25:52 I'm going to keep digging.
25:53 We'll keep you updated.
25:55 Uh and we'll be back after a brief break.
25:57 All right, you guys.
25:58 Most of what you hear in the wellness industry is just noise,
26:00 quick fixes, empty promises, and miracle supplements.
26:03 But I'm not really about that.
26:04 I believe in products that are actually backed by research.
26:07 Your liver is at the center of it all.
26:09 Your energy levels, digestion, metabolism,
26:11 and that's why I take Dose for your liver.
26:14 Dose is a highly absorbable liquid supplement taken in a daily
26:17 2 oz shot that tastes like fresh orange juice.
26:20 It's a plant-forward formula that's clinically backed to promote liver function
26:23 and cleanse the liver of unwanted stressors that may be slowing it down.
26:27 Your liver is your body's daily filter.
26:28 It processes everything that you consume and performs 500-plus daily functions.
26:33 Think energy production, digestion, fat metabolism, and vitamin storage.
26:37 Your liver is key in making those processes happen every day.
26:41 And when it's overworked, you definitely feel it.
26:43 People who take Dose consistently report less sluggishness,
26:46 less midday crashes, better digestion, and even less bloating.

27:59 All right, you guys.
28:00 We now return to I don't even know what season we're in regarding Jeremy Boring,
28:05 uh his non-stop pursuit of me, Tucker Carlson,
28:09 uh formost former CEO of The Daily Wire.
28:12 You'll recall he got forced out of the company,
28:13 generally speaking, because he's a a deranged psycho.
28:17 Just that's speaking generally.
28:18 Most people who have ever worked with him would have that same conclusion.
28:21 Never going to stop trying to make it in Hollywood,
28:23 certainly uh no executive by any stretch of an imagination.
28:27 Uh anyway, Jeremy Boring, I had indicated to you guys uh was the number one
28:33 person behind effectively stalking me when I left The Daily Wire.
28:38 There's no other way to say it.
28:39 It was literal stalking, sending interns on secret trips on onto planes
28:45 uh to follow me to my public events.
28:47 This is after you fired me.
28:48 This stuff is unheard of.
28:50 Unheard of.
28:52 And that's that's not even uh beginning to get into what happened beyond that.
28:56 Stalking every single like that I made on Instagram,
29:01 on Twitter, the reading that as disparaging grounds to sue.
29:05 I mean, really strange stuff that if you did this as someone's ex-boyfriend,
29:10 you would you would end up in prison.
29:11 You would get arrested.
29:12 Like, there's no question about it.
29:13 You would just want someone to leave you alone and be done.
29:16 Uh he he has an obsessive personality that uh did not just follow me, obviously.
29:22 It also followed uh Brett Cooper.
29:24 And because I know his pattern,
29:26 because I know which people he works with so he never gets his hands dirty,
29:31 which people he works with to get messages out.
29:33 Like, when I was at The Daily Wire, he used Alyssa Cordova,
29:36 uh who would send things to Ian Miles Cheong,
29:39 who's generally speaking very gross, uh to go after his enemies.
29:43 Because I know how he works, I just know when I'm in a Jeremy Boring storm.
29:47 I just know when something has a touch of a Daily Wire in it.
29:51 And I just felt it last week leading
29:53 up to Brian Harp filing by their lawyer, right?
29:56 This is the lawyer that Jeremy Boring and Ben and The Daily
30:00 Wire worked with to pursue me for 2 years in court,
30:03 uh just with the explicit goal of bankrupting me.
30:07 And when a lot of this personal information was coming out about my family
30:11 uh being uh I told you two of the cars accurately published online,
30:16 LLCs that were found that you would only be able to find if you I don't know,
30:22 paid that LLC, right?
30:24 Which we Daily Wire paid me for years.
30:27 Personal information uh that I had shared with them.
30:30 I just knew that this was coming from The Daily Wire.
30:33 They'll never admit it.
30:34 They'll never admit it.
30:34 They always pretend it's not them,
30:36 but I think now the public is seeing how they behave, generally speaking.
30:40 So, imagine my surprise, not at all,
30:41 when Jeremy took to his show yesterday to essentially
30:45 platform Laura Loomer Laura Loomer's attacks against my husband.
30:51 Remember, she's been all over the place.
30:52 My husband hit a guy, she named the guy,
30:54 pulled up insurance paperwork, I told you,
30:57 then combined it with another incident and said that we
31:00 paid off someone to hide the fact that George was,
31:05 you know, brandishing weapons in a car accident like
31:09 he I don't know what was a gangster or something.
31:11 Like the Oxford boys come a long way, that we paid someone to hide this because
31:15 George was not a a citizen when this happened.
31:18 That has been her over her overarching theme.
31:20 There's been a lot of other themes, too, but let's just stick to this one,
31:23 and here the way in which Jeremy tries to confirm her story.
31:26 Listen to his words.
31:28 I've read almost every day for a year in change
31:31 that I left The Daily Wire after bankrupting the company.
31:35 That's not true.
31:36 Every single year that I led The Daily Wire, we grew revenue.
31:40 Every year, year over year, for 10 straight years.
31:43 My last full quarter as CEO was at that time
31:46 the biggest quarter in the history of the company.
31:48 My last full year as CEO was at that time
31:51 the biggest year in the history of the company.
31:53 Just like the year before it had been,
31:55 and the year before that, and the year before that.
31:58 But the lie persists.
31:59 In recent weeks, public records and documents
32:02 have surfaced alleging that Candace's husband, George Farmer,
32:05 was arrested in Nashville in August 2023
32:08 for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
32:11 When Candace insists that this has nothing to do with her husband,
32:14 that it's some completely different George Farmer in Nashville,
32:17 Tennessee, well, that denial strikes me as pretty audacious.
32:22 I was first made aware of the arrest and charges,
32:25 leaving the scene of an accident after wrecking his truck
32:27 at three times the legal limit while carrying a loaded firearm,
32:30 shortly after it happened,
32:31 back when Candace still worked for me at The Daily Wire.
32:34 People who had access to the court documents approached
32:37 me with them quite early before the situation was resolved.
32:40 By the time Candace started engaging more and more evil behavior,
32:44 the arrest was pretty well-known in conservative circles.
32:46 I was personally approached more than once by people
32:49 asking me if I would speak out about the charges.
32:51 In every instance, I refused.
32:54 Not because I thought Candace's conduct was defensible, far from it,
32:57 but because I believed then and still
32:58 believe that family should generally be off-limits.
33:02 Of course, Candace doesn't believe family is off-limits.
33:05 Just ask Charlie Kirk's widow.
33:06 So, people now have decided to play by Candace's rules.
33:10 But here, too, the lack of journalism online is very much a part of the story.
33:15 While the charges are now public knowledge,
33:16 making Candace's denials look increasingly strained,
33:19 there's almost no reporting on what actually happened to the case.
33:24 There's still no reporting on what happened to the charges themselves.
33:26 Did Candace and George pay to make them go away?
33:29 Did the police make an error or violate George's rights in some way?
33:32 Were the charges brought against him found to be untrue?
33:35 I mean, the police arresting you doesn't mean you're guilty, after all.
33:38 Responsible journalists would be pursuing these questions if
33:42 there were any responsible journalists left to pursue them.
33:47 You guys, I if I could just explain to you for a second, I I saw red last night.
33:52 I saw red like I was in a state of like let me calm myself down when I saw this.
33:59 If you just know who Jeremy Boring is,
34:00 the the audacity of the lie that he is telling.
34:03 So, just to just to break this down, okay?
34:06 Just to break down what he is asserting.
34:07 He's asserting that this happened while I was working for the Daily Wire,
34:11 and someone came to him and wanted a a comment or a statement,
34:14 but they never came to me.
34:16 They never came to George.
34:16 And he never told us.
34:18 Okay?
34:19 That's that that's what he starts with.
34:21 Absolutely untrue and a lie and completely made up.
34:26 There was never an incident that happened while I was at the Daily Wire.
34:28 I was never contacted.
34:30 The media about me?
34:32 Like enemy number one, you think they just sat on that?
34:35 Like Jeremy, do you want to comment on this?
34:37 We're not going to reach out to Candace, but would you like to comment on this?
34:40 He's making it up.
34:42 Foremost, I just want to say kudos to me for telling
34:45 you guys that these were the psychos behind the push.
34:49 Okay?
34:49 It was beyond obvious.
34:50 It had all the markings, like I said, of Daily Wire.
34:53 So, what he's doing is that that first part is more relevant.
34:55 He's angry that I told the truth about his spending
34:58 habit that put the Daily Wire in the financial hole.
35:00 It's just a fact.
35:01 He also thinks that you're an idiot, right?
35:03 He always talks about my rhetoric my rhetorical tricks,
35:06 but actually he's playing a rhetoric game here.
35:09 When he says, "Revenue grew every year while I was
35:12 there." All that means is we sold more stuff, okay?
35:15 Revenue growing means nothing.
35:18 If you spend uh $100,000 to take home $50,000, you're in the red.
35:24 You didn't have a good year.
35:26 Revenue means how much money the company is taking
35:28 in, but how much it spends matters much more.
35:32 What is the profit?
35:35 And Jeremy Boring went for broke after the success not of what he did,
35:38 but of what is a woman of what Matt Walsh did.
35:41 We had our documentaries.
35:41 We had a a tremendous year.
35:43 And when money was peak,
35:46 he decided this is my time to try to make it in Hollywood again.
35:49 I failed at Hollywood.
35:51 I want to pursue this high school dream.
35:53 Uh so, yeah, if they took in more
35:54 money than ever before year after year after year,
35:56 it doesn't mean anything and they were
35:57 selling more stuff year after year after year.
36:00 And that is what happened.
36:01 Pendragon, Jeremy's high school dream,
36:04 drove the company into the ground financially um with a project I want to be
36:07 clear with not even Disney Studios would
36:09 have invested tens of millions of dollars in.
36:11 That's that's a a tremendous financial risk.
36:14 He thought it was going to be a a roaring success.
36:17 It was an abject financial failure.
36:18 So, he's mad at me for exposing the fact that he failed as a CEO.
36:22 And so, now he decided,
36:23 "I'm going to boost Laura Loomer's claims." In the same way they did last time.
36:26 He always acts like he's an authority.
36:28 No one will question me cuz I was the CEO of the Daily
36:30 Wire and I'm telling you this went down when Candace was working for me.
36:35 And I just didn't say anything.
36:36 That is a lie.
36:37 Okay, that is a lie.
36:39 And and how is he doing by speaking very He
36:42 speaks very carefully in the attempt to confirm her reporting.
36:45 It sounds audacious to me,
36:47 but he doesn't actually confirm her reporting and he asks
36:50 other reporters to instead go out and to confirm her reporting.
36:54 So let's clarify when he says I was
36:56 working for the Daily Wire when this incident happened,
36:58 he means that the date of the incident report that Laura
37:00 Loomer is sharing happened during my tenure at the Daily Wire, okay?
37:04 Literally again, I cannot stress never ever was there a DUI
37:07 incident where the executives were contacted about me during their time there.
37:11 So no, he had no idea and never spoke to me about this or anything
37:15 having to do with George outside of George helping them to raise money.
37:20 He knows exactly who George is because George
37:22 was traveling with the co-CEO while Jeremy was gone.
37:25 It would be amazing if they contacted him because you guys
37:27 will recall Jeremy stepped down in order to go pursue Pendragon.
37:31 He had to temporarily put a hold on being
37:34 the CEO because he went to Hungary to shoot Pendragon.
37:38 So nobody would have been contacting Jeremy Boring at all.
37:43 My husband was trying to help them raise money.
37:45 They went to London,
37:46 him and the co-CEO or the just the CEO at that time, the interim full CEO.
37:50 Kayla Robinson, George introduced them to all of his circle of investor friends,
37:55 his father's circle of investor friends.
37:57 So when you see Laura suddenly
37:59 knowing a lot about my father-in-law's investments,
38:02 I'm a little suspicious that it's probably coming from them.
38:05 So what is he referring to actually is that after I
38:08 was fired and they began to stalk me and my husband,
38:12 and I am saying literally and seriously stalking me and my husband,
38:16 they themselves hired PR people, outside PR people.
38:19 My lawyers believe that they had hired private eyes as well
38:22 to find any and all relevant dirt on me and my husband.
38:26 This is how they play.
38:27 This is the way that they think.
38:28 If we can get a little blackmail,
38:30 we can get people to do what we want, and that will be that.
38:34 This is the reason that they sent the intern
38:36 on the plane to follow me to Texas, right?
38:38 They're always looking to catch you in a moment.
38:39 They peppered her with a question that she was they
38:42 were supposed to record that's meant to embarrass me on stage,
38:44 and they were going to pass it around
38:46 to make it look like it went viral organically,
38:49 but they're they're passing it out to all their little minions.
38:52 They wanted to destroy me by any means possible, okay?
38:54 It is The Daily Wire and Jeremy Boring and their affiliates that stumbled upon
38:59 an instant report an instant report with George
39:01 Farmer in the late summer of 2024.
39:04 When we were contacted, we were the ones who were told through our PR team
39:09 that they were trying to get The New York Post to publish it.
39:12 That The Daily Wire had found a report and they
39:15 were trying to push The New York Post to publish it.
39:18 I want to be clear, Charlie was alive and well during this time.
39:21 And actually was one of the people that I was
39:23 speaking to about how insane and deranged their attacks had become.
39:27 After looking into that report that he's referring
39:29 to, The New York Post declined to publish.
39:30 They then tried to go to lower-rung publications.
39:33 I believe The Daily Beast might have been one of them.
39:36 I'll have to fact-check that.
39:37 And they too declined to publish it because they couldn't confirm it.
39:41 So, they were getting a little desperate.
39:43 We got phone calls during both of these attempts.
39:45 Uh we were also relevant This is very relevant.
39:48 We were locked in a court battle at this time with them.
39:51 As they were trying to sue us into bankruptcy, literally.
39:54 So, if you think that they were fighting us in court,
39:57 trying to bankrupt bankrupt us before we could even begin our uh new podcast,
40:02 and yet simultaneously, he was being a good guy and and protecting
40:06 us because family's supposed to stay stay off limits, you are out of your mind.
40:10 You do not know who that man is.
40:11 He is deranged.
40:12 So, what did they do?
40:14 Uh who did they turn to this year when
40:16 they went to renew their attacks on my family,
40:19 Uh someone who they knew would have no morals
40:22 and would create and perpetuate story after story after story,
40:26 and that person is of course Laura Loomer.
40:28 Citing and naming a person,
40:31 remember Tracy Robinson, this is the hit-and-run victim,
40:34 claiming that we paid to cover up three drunken arrest instances.
40:38 This is what she is publishing.
40:39 This is what he is attempting to platform.
40:42 And I want to tell you why this made me see
40:44 red last night because the goal of this is so sinister, okay?
40:48 They have done a lot to try to destroy me,
40:50 to try to destroy this platform, to try to destroy this podcast.
40:53 What they are doing is they are hoping that what Laura Loomer is saying is true.
40:59 They are daring reporters to uncover a scandal, right?
41:03 A scandal where George had to cover up a bunch of DUI incidents with cash.
41:08 Me and him had to do this in order for him to get his citizenship.
41:12 She is saying and implying that we lied to DHS.
41:16 So, what is the ultimate goal of what Jeremy is saying when he says,
41:18 "Reporters should look into this.
41:20 Where did this go?" Reporters should try to find out what happened here.
41:24 The ultimate goal is he wants George's citizenship to be revoked.
41:29 That is what he is trying to achieve.
41:32 He wants George's citizenship to be revoked.
41:34 He wants someone to do the leg work to figure out if there could plausibly
41:39 be a scenario where we paid somebody off
41:41 and lied to the Department of Homeland Security.
41:43 That is where the Daily Wire is at.
41:45 This is how desperate they are.
41:46 They have looked into every layer of my life from birth to childhood.
41:49 They looked into my family,
41:50 and they can't uncover anything scandalous enough to hurt me.
41:53 So, they are hoping, and I want to be clear, wrongly, of course,
41:57 that there is now a Hail Mary chance that George and I broke federal law
42:02 by hiding and willfully lying to the Department
42:05 of Homeland Security about a DUI conviction.
42:09 It is utterly untrue.
42:10 We would have never taken that risk with children, and they will come up dry.
42:14 So, reporters, feel free to look into that.
42:16 We absolutely would have never lied.
42:18 Laura is tagging people.
42:20 Oh, we're calling the DHS.
42:21 We're going to do this.
42:22 Feel free to do that.
42:24 But, I want you to truly marinate.
42:25 Forget Laura Loomer.
42:27 This is a person who was formerly the CEO of Daily Wire.
42:30 I want you to truly marinate on how sadistic that is.
42:34 That he's hoping that he can break up my family.
42:39 Oh, reporters should look at that.
42:41 Why?
42:42 Because he sunk his company and his career trying to ruin me.
42:47 That's what they're calling for.
42:48 That explicitly.
42:49 We are call We are hopeful this is true.
42:52 And Laura Loomer is tagging DHS.
42:54 She is tagging Mark Meadows, the Secretary of Homeland Security,
42:58 to tell them to look into George for violating federal laws, okay?
43:02 So, for me, it is the audacity of him using Charlie Kirk, my friend,
43:06 not his, as a human shield, claiming that he's doing that for Erica.
43:10 That he's doing something that's actually unusual.
43:12 Yeah, no, we don't We don't go after family members,
43:15 but I have to do this for Erica cuz Candace is going after family members.
43:18 That's stupid, obviously, because Erica is a public figure and a celebrity.
43:23 She is not a at-home grieving widow with her kids.
43:26 Stop pretending like she is.
43:29 And also stop pretending like the last 3 years of my life has not been
43:34 about you and your demented stalker pursuit to ruin me and to ruin my family.
43:39 Shane Cashman said it best on X when he wrote this.
43:43 He wrote, "Jeremy Boring is Ted Bundy doing a Mr.
43:48 Rogers impression." The entire team, my team,
43:52 we all worked for Daily Daily Wire.
43:53 We laughed like, this is the most accurate description.
43:55 Anybody who has been around Jeremy Boring,
43:58 that is the most accurate description.
44:00 You can see it in his demeanor.
44:01 Well, I'm doing only doing this because of that.
44:04 Reporters, is is Is still happening?
44:06 Spot-on.
44:08 He is Ted Bundy doing a Mr.
44:10 Rogers impression.
44:12 So, um if you need any more proof of that, please
44:15 note what he attempted to do to Brett Cooper,
44:18 who was she 21, 22 at the time, for the crime of her wanting to get married.
44:21 It is exactly like being hunted by Ted Bundy who pretends to be Mr.
44:25 Rogers.
44:25 On the surface, we're glad to see Brett go.
44:28 We wish her well.
44:30 Behind the scenes, I will bankrupt her.
44:31 I will destroy her.
44:33 I will sue her over wearing a blue shirt.
44:35 I will I will uh go to her wedding and then proposition her maid
44:40 of honor to take over her show because I want her to hurt.
44:43 And now let me clear, that's wrong to both sides of that equation, okay?
44:46 Two girls got hurt in the process of that.
44:48 Two young girls got hurt in the process
44:50 of that because he was deranged and focused and obsessed.
44:54 That is the true Jeremy Boring.
44:57 Now, you want to talk about how obsessed he is?
44:58 I want you This is a a true statistic.
45:00 Since launching his new podcast,
45:02 Jeremy Boring has done 19 shows that nobody has watched.
45:06 You should know that 17 of them have been about me and Tucker Carlson.
45:10 17 of them have been about me and Tucker Carlson.
45:12 This is a former employer who just stalks, right?
45:16 He is stalking and masquerading it as a show.
45:20 Everything is about me and Tucker Carlson.
45:23 Now, for his last point,
45:24 pretending that it could have been about morality, right?
45:27 It really could have been about morality that he decided to take
45:31 a swipe at my husband who tried to help him rescue his company.
45:35 They are constantly going on and on, by the way,
45:37 just in a broader sense about morality, right?
45:40 We're better than you.
45:42 The Daily Wire, him and Ben, we're better than you as they privately seek
45:45 to destroy people and to tear apart families.
45:48 He thinks, and I mean, whether you're saying don't get married,
45:51 whether you're going after somebody's husband, this is how they play the game.
45:54 And he is saying that it is a moral position
45:57 that reporters should follow what could potentially be a DHS scandal, right?
46:03 Well, I think those reporters, if they've got some free time, if there are any,
46:07 like he said, any responsible journalists left
46:09 that that wish to pursue these kinds of stories,
46:12 they should probably at first take a look
46:13 into the many scandals The Daily Wire has been burying,
46:17 some of that are occurring right now, right?
46:20 I'll ask the question, did the police make an error
46:22 in arresting their long-time employee and camera operator,
46:26 Zachary Lewis, who was arrested regarding one of the more
46:29 disturbing child pornography cases I have ever read, last May?
46:34 He was arrested.
46:35 It's actually too disturbing to read in detail,
46:37 but suffice it to say that it involves
46:40 that this camera operator distributing uh he's been accused,
46:45 I should say, because it's still going through the court,
46:47 he's been accused of distributing pornography of pre-pubescent
46:52 kids in the process of soliciting other minors.
46:57 I And again, I'm going to say allegedly because he's not been convicted yet,
46:59 but the case is making its way through the courts, and perhaps more crucially,
47:03 you should know that this now former employee, Zachary Lewis,
47:06 happens to have worked in The Daily Wire Kids department,
47:10 where they filmed kids' shows with kids.
47:13 Now, if there are any responsible journalists left,
47:15 they should probably reach out to Jeremy Boring,
47:17 who was at the helm of The Daily Wire uh Kids department,
47:21 Ben Key, while this was all going on, and ask,
47:24 you know, did he know anything about Zach?
47:27 Were there any complaints about Zach?
47:29 Uh was it over the span of the years that he was working there,
47:32 were there any complaints, any signs?
47:33 Were the parents of the children that Zach Lewis was presumably
47:36 filming for Bent Key Kids notified about this uh pending case,
47:42 about the offenses that were the charges that were brought against him?
47:45 I feel like that's a lot more relevant.
47:48 Zach was arrested, as I said, in May of last year.
47:50 I am told that he was not immediately dismissed from The Daily Wire, allegedly.
47:54 Is that true?
47:56 There are currently six felony counts pending before the judge.
47:59 I dropped the details of the case against him on my X feed.
48:03 Um, I am of course again not going to say them
48:05 on the show because it is it is very very dark.
48:09 And I think yeah, if you're going to if
48:12 there are any real reporters left, oddly by the way,
48:16 just to add to that, I have been informed that they did not build a stage
48:19 to gloriously fire Zach Lewis and to publicly hang
48:22 him before the employees like they did with me.
48:26 My offense was that I said Christ is king.
48:29 Is it deemed a worse internal offense to say Christ
48:33 is king and to tweet out genocide is always wrong?
48:37 That's that's worse than what Zach Lewis did.
48:39 Like I said, were were the parents informed?
48:44 What about the other talent at the Daily Wire?
48:46 Were they aware of this?
48:47 Cuz I'm hearing nobody knew about this.
48:49 I got a public hanging, but Zach Lewis just gets to go?
48:51 That's interesting.
48:54 Again, that's just that's just if there are any responsible
48:56 journalists left cuz that seems to be what he's concerned with.
48:58 Or if guys right there,
49:00 I think that you guys should furnish the answer to those questions.
49:04 Again, I also want to be clear that we are
49:06 only presenting this out of a sense of moral duty.
49:10 The Daily Wire has established the rules
49:12 of continually trying to destroy the businesses
49:14 of people who are simply doing better than them in the free market.
49:17 They just keep attacking Tucker Carlson as an example.
49:20 They constantly are seeking to humiliate
49:22 others using their personal and business relationships.
49:27 I don't know, maybe people should look into Jeremy.
49:30 Maybe re-examine the relationship between Jeremy
49:33 and his much older sugar mama wife who
49:35 he met and has she's been bankrolling him since his failures in Los Angeles.
49:40 The whole conservative origin story of the Daily
49:42 Wire should probably be called into question actually.
49:45 He doesn't uh keep Anne Boring and and Boring
49:48 his wife away from the cameras to protect her.
49:51 I don't think that's true.
49:52 And [snorts] I'm not so sure about that story
49:54 about him being a struggling actor in Hollywood
49:56 who just became best friends with Armie Hammer
50:00 uh as he regularly brags via Bible study.
50:02 I don't take Armie Hammer as a Bible studying kind of guy.
50:07 What kind of Bible were these two studying together?
50:09 Cuz Armie's sexual interests don't register to me as biblical.
50:15 They may have been consensual.
50:17 I don't know if they were biblical.
50:18 Neither do Jeremy's, by the way.
50:20 Right?
50:20 Writing a movie script like Lady Ballers and inserting Brett Cooper
50:23 into a role to lick your face which she declined to do.
50:28 That feels a bit gratuitous to me for a conservative company.
50:31 If I'm being honest,
50:32 that's just an opinion and I'm asserting it out of moral duty.
50:37 But again, just so you know, um it's it's there to protect Charlie Kirk.
50:42 That's why I'm doing it, really.
50:43 To protect him.
50:45 You established the rules and I'm just following them.
50:47 I'm just your regular old Mrs.
50:49 Rogers who has spent the last week having my employees docked,
50:52 their faces docked, uh their infant kids put online, my home address published,
50:57 the LLCs which oddly were given to you guys
51:00 that you were aware of published onto the internet.
51:03 Um that's it.
51:07 Anyway, you guys should know that Jeremy responded because
51:10 we publicly invited him to come on to the show,
51:12 discuss George and what he did and when you knew,
51:15 discuss your morality and why it should matter to reporters.
51:19 He is naturally declining uh to be the change
51:22 that he wishes to see in this world.
51:24 Here's what he said on X.
51:25 I am not going to read the whole thing cuz it's another Jeremy boring diatribe.
51:28 We can skim through it.
51:30 Um this video is prime Candace,
51:33 every manipulative rhetorical technique in the books.
51:36 Okay, she makes roughly 236 claims.
51:39 Yada yada yada, Brandolini's law.
51:41 The whole process is meant to make the accused look crazy for even trying.
51:46 She uses rhetorical slide of the hand.
51:48 Next, can we get to you you responding?
51:51 He said, "I might respond that I've never made any any such claim,
51:54 but Candace has already suggested that I'm working
51:56 with Laura Loomer to launder accusations against her.
51:59 I might respond that I haven't spoken privately to Laura Loomer in years." Oh.
52:05 Oh.
52:06 Do you think I'm dumb, Jeremy?
52:08 I worked for you.
52:09 I know how it works.
52:09 Like I said, you use your minions.
52:11 You never get your hands dirty.
52:13 You didn't get your hands dirty when you went for Steven Crowder, either, okay?
52:17 You use your minions to get stuff out into the press that you want out.
52:21 And if the press declines to do it,
52:22 you turn to the people who you have absolutely no respect for that you
52:26 think are just deranged but dumb useful idiots that will take your money.
52:31 And those who might not even know that you're behind it.
52:34 Like I said, you always keep your hands clean.
52:35 Do you Do you think anybody's buying that?
52:37 I don't speak I don't speak I haven't spoken to Laura Loomer privately in years.
52:40 That's not what we're asking you, Jeremy.
52:43 You wouldn't have to.
52:43 Matt Saracens could speak to her.
52:45 Your lawyer could speak to her.
52:47 They seem to maybe know each other.
52:48 May maybe be in the same orbit at the very least.
52:52 He says, uh, "But Candace has already moved on to say
52:54 that I'm coordinating with Ben Shapiro to launder ideas to Laura Loomer." Next,
52:58 let's get to the next page.
52:59 Um, he says, "This is, by the way, like every working for him,
53:04 people who are reading this at Daily Wire are just like,
53:06 man, remember we just used to try to get out of there,
53:08 but Jeremy just loves to hear himself speak." Right now,
53:12 everybody's on X like, "Dang, man, I really I really want to get out
53:14 of here." This man just loves to hear himself speak.
53:18 I'll tell you the Jeremy Boring podcast will never be a success,
53:21 but it will always have one unique listener, which will be Jeremy Boring.
53:24 There's no doubt he listens to himself when he gets ready in the morning.
53:27 He just He loves himself.
53:28 He thinks he is so wise and so talented.
53:31 Uh, here's his next, uh, tweet.
53:33 He says, and next part of the tweet that I wanted to point out.
53:35 He says, "You might think that there is one claim I simply have to address,
53:40 that a Daily Wire employee was arrested for sex crimes involving a minor.
53:43 Yeah, I think you should I think you should respond to that.
53:45 But while that accusation is terrible, it has nothing to do with me.
53:50 Okay.
53:51 [laughter] Okay, explain it to us like we're seven.
53:56 If George was brandishing a weapon
53:59 and lied to the Department of Homeland Security,
54:02 what would that have to do with you given
54:04 he was never an employee of the Daily Wire, never worked under you,
54:08 and um you didn't expose him to children and have him facing a charge like this?
54:14 I'm not tracking that.
54:17 Incredible.
54:18 This is who he is.
54:19 It It This is just who he is at all times.
54:21 He makes sense of the things that are absolutely senseless.
54:23 Next, he then says, "Other than that, I have nothing to say to Candace.
54:27 She invited me to come on her show to talk about George,
54:30 but I have nothing to say about George at all." Uh She
54:37 invited me to talk about this person she says committed this terrible crime,
54:40 but an hour of have you stopped beating your wife
54:43 guilt by association slander isn't my idea of a good time.
54:47 He just want to come He just want to talk about it.
54:48 He just wants to say stuff on the internet.
54:51 He says at the end that also, "My audience is rightly concerned for my safety
54:56 if I go to Candace's studio." Jeremy,
55:00 you know all of us We all left the Daily Wire.
55:02 I don't know why you would feel unsafe, but I did offer,
55:05 and I still will extend the offer,
55:07 to join virtually if he's scared um up for his safety.
55:11 It Maybe cuz George is brandishing weapons.
55:13 I get it.
55:14 If George is brandishing brandishing weapons at police officers,
55:16 I could I could understand why you're scared for your safety.
55:19 Everybody knows uh he's a gangster Oxford boy, so Anyway,
55:23 we will be right back after a brief break.
55:26 All right, you guys, you know those days when you just feel off?
55:28 As a mom, I've had plenty of them between juggling work,
55:30 family, and everything else.
55:31 Eating perfectly balanced meals every day just is not always realistic.
55:35 That's why I started paying attention
55:36 to what might be missing from my nutrition.
55:38 Balance of Nature makes it very simple.

57:24 Top comment from the last episode came from Dean Jones.
57:26 He writes, "When Candace speaks about Charlie with deep emotion and affection,
57:29 his wife never has." Um, you know, I got to say that a lot of people do
57:33 feel like they couldn't connect with her when she was speaking
57:35 about Charlie and I think that in part could be because
57:37 like I told you Blake Neff was writing her speech allegedly.
57:42 I'm told by people with direct knowledge who have since been
57:44 fired from The Daily I've been fired from Turning Point USA.
57:48 That might be why.
57:50 I also think she's reading from a prompter.
57:52 I think in general every time she's spoken it hasn't actually been her words.
57:56 There might be a reason for that.
57:57 I'm not sure.
57:57 I don't think Blake Neff would be my choice ghostwriter in general.
58:02 Every single day he's watching the show.
58:04 He's pulling stuff live virtually from the show every single day.
58:08 I'm asking him Blake I want to keep you focused on one thing.
58:11 You got donors who say that the Charlie voice saying that he appoints
58:16 Erica as CEO which you guys alleged took place at the Aspen event.
58:21 Donors that were in attendance say that that did not happen.
58:23 Blake what say you?
58:25 Can you please drop the video?
58:27 That's it.
58:28 Second number I guess number two comment.
58:30 I was going to say second number one comment.
58:32 Genius.
58:33 Dimwit writes Blake Lively is a true influencer.
58:35 She influenced me to never watch any movie she's in ever.
58:39 Yeah, I totally agree.
58:40 I think a lot of us feel that way.
58:40 I don't even like when they post her.
58:42 I just saw too much of how she treats people.
58:45 It's very hard to come back from that.
58:46 Look, I hope she they'll be rich for the rest of their lives.
58:49 I think quietly retiring and doing some charity
58:52 and raising their children totally works for me.
58:54 I don't wish any bad on them,
58:56 but it was hard to read through what they did to Justin
58:59 Baldoni out of sport her and her husband just out of sheer sport.
59:03 I definitely don't ever want to see Ryan Reynolds ever again though.
59:06 I almost the bullying that he put him through was just unbelievable.
59:10 Just so pompous and so arrogant.
59:12 More comments from today's episode of sorry,
59:15 I was not prepared to scroll down here.
59:17 Sarah writes first who else remembers when Candace revealed that Andrew
59:22 Colvin was the person who betrayed Charlie in her dream.
59:25 I sure do.
59:25 That is actually really interesting, especially in the retrospect.
59:30 It definitely is very, very interesting about Andrew.
59:33 So much more seems to be coming out.
59:35 GB writes, "Can I need complicit in this nonsense merch?" We got
59:40 We had do have some new new merch coming for you guys.
59:42 It's going to be some great merch, actually.
59:44 Attack Wretch writes, "Best quote for the Feds thought by far." Quote,
59:49 "Take it with a grain of crack cocaine." Whatever we're talking about, Laura.
59:52 Just take whatever she says with a grain
59:54 of crack cocaine and and you'll be fine.
59:56 Um Alaska Dog Lady writes, "I got nothing.
59:58 This is all insane, but expected.
59:59 Another day in the spiritual war and demons going to demon." Catholic Gang Gang,

1:00:05 Yeah, we're in we're in it.
1:00:06 We are in the thick of it,
1:00:07 but I have to say with the way that they're thrashing,
1:00:10 the desperation, the anger, the non-stop obsession, it feels like we're winning.
1:00:16 It's hard, trust me, every day.
1:00:19 I cannot pretend that it is not hard for me when they go
1:00:23 after my employees who have nothing to do with anything or, you know,
1:00:27 when they go after my family members who go after,
1:00:31 you know, who have nothing to do with anything.
1:00:32 I you tagging my family members in things.
1:00:35 I'm like, I wish just give it Give me all of the attacks.
1:00:39 But I I also just know that everyone, I think,
1:00:42 has been made stronger and that we all feel the same way that these attacks
1:00:46 seem to be happening because we as a society are getting closer to truth.
1:00:50 And so we know that we have to keep pushing and wake up and fight another day.
1:00:55 Wake up and fight another day.
1:00:56 And, of course, cuz I know that you guys have my back big time.
1:00:59 That makes it a huge difference, trust me.
1:01:02 If I had to then also fight you guys, I don't know.
1:01:05 I probably would be in a bit of a collapse,
1:01:06 but I know that this is the majority opinion and we
1:01:09 are fighting a minority that just happens to have a lot
1:01:12 of power and it seems like a bottomless pit of anger
1:01:16 and devastation that they wish to impart upon the world.
1:01:18 Nate Simon writes, "CK Show would be
1:01:20 the biggest influence for propaganda in Israel.
1:01:23 Expansion via Salem media, US wants war to control global trade on oil,
1:01:28 the Hormuz Strait, Malacca, Japan, Gibraltar Gib- I always say that wrong.
1:01:32 Gib- Gibral- You guys know Gibral- You guys know what I'm trying to say there.
1:01:41 [laughter]
1:01:40 CK denies the deal, um, propaganda takes over, uh, coincidence, question mark?
1:01:46 Seven sheets writes, "Your story will be heard for a long time." They were
1:01:50 why they were so arrogant and they thought they'd take on Disney.
1:01:52 The razor blade commercials were so cringe and the facade was failing.
1:01:56 What's up with that genius business idea?
1:01:57 I love what you do in faith and prayer.
1:01:59 They didn't have the characters that could have pulled that off.
1:02:01 I mean, it's just way too much narcissism.
1:02:04 Like you you cannot, like I said,
1:02:06 have a person who wants to be in front of the camera in front of the boardroom.
1:02:10 It doesn't work.
1:02:11 You need to have people that are thinking
1:02:12 like executives that are being driven by profit, not driven by, you know,
1:02:15 their high school dreams and their failures and you have to go,
1:02:21 "Okay, what is objectively the right thing for us to do?
1:02:23 How do we handle this?" And that was why I made the comparison to Fox News.
1:02:25 You It's unimaginable that, uh, what's the CEO of Fox News?
1:02:31 Suzanne, I'm blanking on her last name.
1:02:34 Uh, Fox News.
1:02:37 Suzanne Scott.
1:02:38 Unimaginable.
1:02:39 Try to imagine Suzanne Scott tweeting and doing
1:02:42 the things that you have seen Jeremy Boring do.
1:02:45 It's You just going tit-for-tat, making a show every day to talk about Tucker
1:02:51 Carlson and that what happened and her unique insights.
1:02:54 It just is not the way people who aspire to dominate the corporate space behave.
1:03:01 It's, you know, it's how, to be frank, an e-girl behaves.
1:03:04 And Jeremy behaves like an e-girl.
1:03:06 That's what he really wants.
1:03:07 He wants e-girl fame.
1:03:08 But it's I'm glad the public is seeing because a lot of what
1:03:12 he did happened in arbitration court and it was crazy and it was insane.
1:03:16 I felt like I was being stalked and now people are just going, "What's going on?
1:03:18 Why are they behaving like this?
1:03:19 Why are we bringing back her socials?
1:03:21 Why is he doing 17 out of 19 episodes about Candace Tucker?
1:03:24 Is that normal?
1:03:25 Do you have anything to offer?
1:03:26 Do you Are you passionate about anything?
1:03:27 Do you want Do you want to do an investigative series?
1:03:30 I don't know.
1:03:32 Into makeup?
1:03:32 You like makeup?
1:03:33 Why doesn't he do a show about makeup?
1:03:35 He's very passionate about makeup.
1:03:37 It could be great if he did a show about the makeup that he wears every day.
1:03:39 I don't know.
1:03:40 Just my opinion.
1:03:41 Uh Jen Common writes, "Am I boycotting Candace correctly?
1:03:45 I think I might be doing it wrong." That made me laugh so hard
1:03:48 to see people writing that back when they were demanding a boycott of our show.
1:03:52 Always bankrupt her.
1:03:54 Bankrupt Candace.
1:03:55 She's not allowed to have anything.
1:03:56 She's not allowed to live.
1:03:57 Because it's not through us.
1:03:58 It was fine for me to have money if I was working for them.
1:04:02 It is not okay for me to have money uh now that I am independent.
1:04:05 And so, they don't want you to buy the merch because it keeps us independent,
1:04:08 and it allows us um to be in the situation that we are in.
1:04:13 We We are We don't plan on growing.
1:04:14 We don't want to be a part of a network.
1:04:15 We We I mean, we might grow our team a little bit.
1:04:18 We're definitely going to get an upgrade in the studio, which we're working on.
1:04:21 But, we're going to miss it down here.
1:04:22 You know, I'm going to kind of miss taking over
1:04:23 my husband's space uh after getting fired from the Daily Wire.
1:04:27 I love the startup vibes.
1:04:28 I love the hunger of it.
1:04:29 I love knowing that it could fail.
1:04:31 Right?
1:04:31 Uh I I I am going to reflect upon it
1:04:34 and miss actually that time period going to them and saying,
1:04:39 "Hey, you're taking a chance if you leave the Daily Wire.
1:04:42 Like, they're they're the big dogs right now,
1:04:44 and we don't know if this podcasting is going to work.
1:04:47 We're doing it from my basement,
1:04:48 and we don't have a control room." And we did it.
1:04:52 We made it work.
1:04:53 That's amazing.
1:04:54 That That is really amazing.
1:04:55 Doing the right thing, I think, in the long run pays off.
1:04:58 And genocide is still wrong.
1:05:00 I haven't changed my opinion on that, guys.
1:05:01 Genocide is always wrong.
1:05:02 I have to say, I have not learned my lesson.
1:05:05 Christ is king, and genocide is always wrong.
1:05:09 Casually crafted writes, "This is for having to endure Gollum.
1:05:13 Gollum 2.0 struggled to cross his legs in skinny
1:05:15 jeans and thank you for exposing those who harm children.
1:05:18 Christ is king.
1:05:19 Yeah, that's our real battle against those who harm
1:05:20 children and those who protect those who harm children.
1:05:23 Looky Lou real estate writes, I would like to contribute to your legal fund.
1:05:27 Thank you guys so much for all these donations.
1:05:28 Go Max Candace, God bless and keep you George and your kiddos.
1:05:33 I will say the Brian Harpole lawsuit, I am you know,
1:05:37 I'm like I didn't know I did everything right and I do believe this is
1:05:40 going to give us access to things that we have wanted for a long time.
1:05:42 So thank you guys who have been, you know,
1:05:45 donating and and super chats and people that have been buying merch
1:05:48 and allowing us to not be I guess buried in the lawsuits,
1:05:55 which I think is what their strategy is.
1:05:56 I mean that's what legal abuse is
1:05:58 to harass someone constantly by keeping them in court.
1:06:00 I nonstop just been in court with Daily Wire adjacent people, I suppose.
1:06:06 Using the same lawyer and whatever, we'll get to the bottom of all of it.
1:06:10 Actually, we had an interesting lead today about Blake Bednarz.
1:06:13 So we'll follow that.
1:06:14 We'll see what we got.
1:06:16 A Lamore Pours writes, look at these lawsuits as a part of your job.
1:06:19 They just give you more followers who want
1:06:20 truth and light in this cloud of darkness.
1:06:22 Good thing Satan's greed makes him stupid.
1:06:25 Yeah, and you guys know I love Noah.
1:06:27 You know, he was just my lawyer for so long.
1:06:28 We've just been through so much.
1:06:29 We've been through presidents suing us, presidents just like, you know,
1:06:33 posting my ugly mug um up on up on X or Truth Social making fun of me.
1:06:40 We've been through a lot.
1:06:41 Through Jeremy Boring stalking us.
1:06:44 We just Noah's the homie.
1:06:47 And if I didn't have a lawsuit, would I be able to speak to Noah as much?
1:06:50 We don't know.
1:06:51 I don't know if Noah pick up my phone calls.
1:06:52 I think he would actually.
1:06:53 He always tell me I'm charging me for this, you're my friend now.
1:06:56 I want to talk to you about stuff.
1:06:57 What are you doing?
1:06:57 Why don't you call me anymore?
1:06:59 I don't even know if Noah watches my show anymore.
1:07:01 It's so sad.
1:07:02 He's blowing up.
1:07:03 I think Noah's blowing up.
1:07:04 I'm saying his name, people are starting to find out who he is.
1:07:06 He's probably got a lot of clients.
1:07:07 I wonder if I'm his favorite client.
1:07:10 I need attention right now from Noah.
1:07:12 I'm going to I'm going to call Noah in a little bit.
1:07:14 Thinking about you, Noah.
1:07:15 Merch on websites that we have available if you would like to support the show.
1:07:21 These came in our battle bun mugs.
1:07:25 And we do have some more exciting merch that is dropping.
1:07:27 Easiest way to support the show as we
1:07:29 prepare to cross over 6 million on YouTube.

1:07:35 We are like right there.
1:07:37 We need you.
1:07:38 We need you big time.
1:07:40 So, uh do that.
1:07:42 You can also join the book club, guys.
1:07:43 Going to push this hardcore cuz I'm very excited about reading my own book.
1:07:46 Um I'm excited for you guys to read it, obviously.
1:07:48 I I wrote it, I guess.
1:07:49 So, I'm excited to read it, but I'm excited to go through with you and kind
1:07:52 of give you the inside scoop on how the chapters came together.
1:07:55 Like I really know this book.
1:07:56 I really know myself.
1:07:57 And I don't know.
1:07:59 I I also want to challenge people who are feminists, especially.
1:08:03 I'm a left Listen, where are my lefty girls at?
1:08:05 If you're a feminist, I really want to challenge you to read this book.
1:08:08 I'm going to make a sandwich.com, you can buy it directly from us.
1:08:10 You can also get it on Amazon.
1:08:12 But I think that this book will make you understand where
1:08:16 I'm coming from and why I say I'm not a feminist.
1:08:18 I'm sure you saw the headlines.
1:08:19 Oh, it's like for funsies and we're all used to I used to be a, you know,
1:08:23 thought feminism was about equality.
1:08:25 I think learning the true origins of feminism
1:08:28 will transform your position on a lot of things.
1:08:30 And so, challenge for you to join the book club,
1:08:35 which we'll be starting that book at our next meeting next week.
1:08:39 Anyways, you guys, I got to go.
1:08:41 I just I just need to call Noah.
1:08:42 I'll see you guys tomorrow.
1:08:45 [music]
