How To Use Digital Assets To Build Real Wealth

How To Use Digital Assets To Build Real Wealth

Myron Golden

0:00 On this video today,

0:02 I'm going to talk to you about simple virtual real estate riches.

0:06 What does that even mean?

0:06 Simple virtual real estate riches.

0:08 Like one of the most valuable places to invest

0:14 in real estate is not in dirt and drywall.

0:19 In fact, most people think that the value

0:25 of real estate is based on like location, location, location.

0:30 I would agree with that.

0:31 But the greatest location in the world is a virtual location.

0:36 What if I told you the most valuable

0:37 real estate on the planet has no physical address,

0:42 no zip code, no property taxes, no toilets to fix,

0:47 and it can never be foreclosed on?

0:49 That's what I'm going to talk to you about today.

0:51 Um I was talking to a friend of mine.

0:53 Um I won't mention his name, but he owns thousands of doors of real estate.

1:01 And I told him once how much some

1:04 of my virtual real estate makes, he said, "Myron,

1:08 you would need 300 million dollars worth of real estate

1:16 to make that much money from real estate." I was like, "What?

1:20 Okay, so here we go." So, you've been taught to buy lands and buildings.

1:27 I'm here to teach you how to buy electrons and acquire attention.

1:34 Most people think of real estate as dirt and drywall,

1:37 but the real estate I'm going to talk to you about the location is the value,

1:42 but that value is not any physical location.

1:47 See, when you think of real estate,

1:48 you think of this building, your house, my house, an apartment building.

1:55 But what real estate really is,

1:57 it's a place where value is stored and exchanged.

2:02 That's what real estate is.

2:03 It's a place where value is stored and exchanged.

2:09 The internet is the most highly trafficked location on planet Earth.

2:15 And if you can figure out how to get

2:18 some real estate on that highly trafficked surface,

2:21 you can make some significant income.

2:25 An asset is something that you you What is an asset?

2:29 It's it's a solution that you create for somebody else's problem.

2:33 And you've heard me say it before,

2:35 I got it from Daniel Priestley, it's not original with me.

2:37 I'm going to give credit where credit is due.

2:38 Income follows assets.

2:40 If you don't have enough income, it's because you don't have enough assets.

2:44 And so one of the things that you need to do is you

2:46 need to build and acquire more assets if you're going to have more wealth.

2:50 So, physical real estate has four problems

2:56 that digital real estate does not have.

2:59 Physical real estate, number one, it can be cost prohibitive to acquire.

3:04 Digital real estate is not cost prohibitive to acquire to acquire.

3:08 Like, you can literally have less than $100

3:12 to your name and acquire digital real estate.

3:16 Uh digital real estate, I mean physical real estate can be extremely confusing.

3:20 You say, "Yeah, but digital real estate's confusing as well." Yeah,

3:23 but you don't have If you're going to go into physical real estate,

3:25 you need to understand dozens and dozens

3:27 and sometimes hundreds of documents and know

3:30 what they mean and know what they say and know what the purpose is.

3:33 And then you have to have professionals who know that like real estate

3:37 attorneys and real estate agents who even understand it better than you do.

3:40 And all of y'all have to be in lockstep

3:41 with the other person's real estate agents and attorney.

3:46 Yeah, there's there's a level of complexity

3:48 with digital real estate and virtual real estate, but it ain't that complex.

3:53 And then it can be cost prohibitive to renovate and upkeep.

3:57 Physical real estate, really cost prohibitive.

4:00 Like you look at a property,

4:01 somebody sent me a deal this week um on a property that it was

4:06 300 something thousand dollars could be worth

4:08 500 something thousand dollars when it's done,

4:10 but it needed like 40 50 thousand dollars worth of renovations.

4:14 For the average person like where do where

4:16 am I going to get 40 50 thousand dollars?

4:18 Right?

4:18 I'm For me I'm that's not a problem, but for some people that's a problem.

4:22 So it can be cost prohibitive to renovate and upkeep.

4:26 And then it can be destroyed

4:28 by a hurricane or fire or somebody else's malevolence.

4:36 It can be foreclosed on.

4:38 It can be taxed.

4:40 And there's all kinds of other problems

4:42 that virtual real estate just doesn't have.

4:44 Virtual real estate doesn't have any of these limitations.

4:46 So I'm going to teach you about

4:48 three different virtual real estate asset classes.

4:53 And I'm not going to just talk to you about them.

4:54 I'm going to show you the results like in real time,

4:58 my real numbers for my virtual real estate so you can

5:01 know Myron's not just a talking head out here making stuff up.

5:04 Okay?

5:05 So um the first digital asset in the virtual

5:10 real estate market is a website that sells products.

5:18 So a website has an address, but it's not a physical address.

5:20 It's a www.

5:24 blah blah blah domain address, right?

5:25 It's a website address.

5:27 Okay?

5:28 Well when you have a website that's a digital address,

5:34 it can sell digital products.

5:37 It can sell physical products.

5:40 It can sell like physical live events tickets.

5:45 It can sell virtual live event tickets.

5:48 It can sell ebooks.

5:49 It can sell physical books.

5:51 It can sell like digital music.

5:53 You could sell CDs with music on them.

5:57 Somebody, I'm sure somewhere has a CD player still left in the world.

6:00 Right?

6:01 And so so you can have you can have

6:05 digital real estate as websites that make you money.

6:11 Okay.

6:12 A website is a digital property.

6:13 You own it.

6:14 You control it.

6:15 Unlike social media which you don't own and you don't control.

6:18 No one can shut it down or change the algorithm on you.

6:22 It's your website.

6:23 Every every product page equals a sales rep that never sleeps.

6:28 I want you to think about this.

6:29 I make money all day every day and all night

6:37 every night because I am a digital real estate investor.

6:40 I'm a virtual real estate investor and I

6:43 own many many many virtual real estate properties.

6:47 And when I wake up and I see how much money I wake up to every day,

6:51 it's like it's my life experience of life and it's mind-blowing to me.

6:54 I'm like this this is this doesn't feel like

6:58 it could be possibly real for anybody, let alone me.

7:02 So, I'm going to show y'all some of that here in a minute.

7:05 It's a sales rep that never sleeps.

7:08 The goal is to build a site that converts strangers

7:11 into customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

7:13 That's the goal for this particular asset class.

7:16 So, I'm going to show you if we can start with Michael

7:20 Trashman to Cashman as a physical book that has a digital location.

7:26 Now, today is only May Is this in the last 30 days?

7:30 This is This is this month.

7:31 This is starting from May 4th.

7:34 Okay.

7:34 So, give me No, don't give me I don't want 30 days yet.

7:37 I want That's a year.

7:40 That right there is from May 4th.

7:42 Can you give me from What's today?

7:43 Can you give me from April 12th?

7:46 From April 12th.

7:47 So, this book right here I wrote this book.

7:50 Now, here's what I want you to see about this.

7:51 This book is not the real estate.

7:54 This book is just the thing the real estate sells.

7:56 The real estate is the digital storefront where this book is for sale.

7:59 Now, here's what's really interesting.

8:00 Most people who write a book, they want their book in Barnes& Noble.

8:03 This book you can't find in Barnes& Noble.

8:06 You can't find this physical book on Amazon being sold by me.

8:09 Now, there are other people who are selling it on Amazon for 55

8:11 bucks and 100 I've seen it for sale for $1,100 on Amazon.

8:15 Like, why would somebody pay $1,100 for a $20 book?

8:17 Anyway, um but I sell this book for $20 on its website.

8:21 Now, here's what's really cool.

8:22 Why don't I sell this in Barnes& Noble?

8:23 Why don't I sell the physical book?

8:25 I sell an ebook on Amazon.

8:26 Why don't I sell the physical book on Amazon or in Barnes& Noble?

8:30 Here's why.

8:31 Because it has too much competition in those environments.

8:36 Nobody's going I mean,

8:37 maybe somebody now would be going to Barnes& Noble looking for this book.

8:40 But the reality is the only book for sale on this website is this book,

8:45 which is why in the last 30 days from April 12th to today,

8:48 the book funnel for this has made $9,447.06 from work I did 20 years ago.

8:58 work.

8:58 I have not read this book in probably 18 years.

9:07 And it's still made me $9,000.

9:08 How much has this book made me in the last year?

9:11 This book has made me $79,365 in the last 3 years.

9:18 And Michael, if you can put it on the monitors in the front, too,

9:20 so the people in the front don't have to turn around in the studio.

9:22 If you can.

9:22 If you can't, don't worry about it.

9:24 They can turn around.

9:24 Okay.

9:25 So, So, this book This is that the website

9:29 where I sell this book is one digital asset.

9:34 In fact, Michael, I I didn't ask you to do this, but if you can

9:36 go to trashmantocashman.com and pull the website up

9:38 so people can see what it looks like.

9:39 I want you to I I didn't think of that until just now.

9:42 Sometimes I don't think everything in advance.

9:44 So, hate me.

9:46 Okay, so this this website is not the most elegant,

9:51 most beautiful website you've ever seen.

9:52 It's not ugly, but it's just it's just a it's just a regular book funnel.

9:58 Okay, learn the secrets that took me from making $6.25

10:02 per hour to owning a multi-million dollar business and then boom,

10:05 send me a copy today get your copy today and then when you click

10:09 on that I Is that the whole Is that the like the opt-in funnel?

10:12 Is that what that is, Michael?

10:13 Okay, from the pit of poverty yeah, you can just kind of scroll down slowly.

10:16 You can see I just want to show them what the website look like.

10:18 I don't want to read it to them.

10:19 So, I want you to see that that website

10:22 is what brought in $9,447 in the last month.

10:26 There's no videos on it.

10:28 It's not fancy.

10:28 It doesn't do any whiz-bang anything.

10:30 It's just words and pictures on a page.

10:34 That piece of digital real estate, $9,000 in the last month.

10:38 By the way, $9,000 a month times 12 is

10:43 a hundred and something thousand dollars a year, right?

10:46 $79,000 in the last year though.

10:48 So, now let's look at Boss Moves.

10:50 This is another book that I wrote.

10:52 It's over there.

10:53 I'm not going to get it.

10:54 Boss Moves is a book that I wrote five years ago.

10:58 So, but I've got a piece of real estate.

11:00 That book in the last month has made me 12,000 $26.

11:05 If you add $12,026 to $9,447, that's over $21,000.

11:15 $21,000 $21,000 a month.

11:22 If you got a fat hog and a big garden

11:23 and you quit smoking and you can live off of that.

11:25 Okay.

11:26 And I don't even eat pork or smoke cigarettes.

11:29 And I I have a garden.

11:30 But anyway, you can still live off of it.

11:32 Okay.

11:33 So, so the Boss Moves book in the last

11:36 year has made a hundred and sixty thousand dollars.

11:40 If you add the seventy-nine thousand to the sixty thousand,

11:46 we'll call it sixty-one thousand cuz okay,

11:49 it that would be uh seventy-nine eighty uh eighty and sixty two hundred

11:54 forty thousand dollars in the last year just those two real estate properties.

12:00 By the way, that's not all the digital real estate we have.

12:02 That's just two of them.

12:04 Let's show them another one.

12:05 Let's do the Make More Offers Challenge which starts next Monday.

12:09 The Make More Offers Challenge which starts next Monday

12:11 at the time of this the we're this YouTube live.

12:14 The Make More Offers Challenge in the last thirty days okay,

12:17 we're going to go back to we're going to go back to um yeah, April 12th.

12:25 And we're going to refresh that.

12:27 And this funnel, this one piece of real estate digital

12:30 real estate has brought in in the last month thirty-nine thousand.

12:34 Well, if you add the twenty-one thousand to thirty-nine thousand,

12:37 if my math serves me correctly, that's sixty thousand dollars.

12:41 In the last thirty days from digital real estate,

12:43 and that's not all the digital real estate.

12:45 That's just some of it.

12:47 Those are just the ones that I'm thinking about right now.

12:48 We have other offers that have made like way more money than this.

12:52 This is this is just the money that's coming on credit cards.

12:55 Okay.

12:55 So, Michael, now let's pull up Okay, that's that's good for right now.

12:59 We're not going to pull up anything else.

13:00 Can y'all see that it makes sense to have a website that No,

13:08 I don't want I don't want to show that yet.

13:10 Okay, we're not.

13:11 Okay, perfect.

13:11 You just got it ready.

13:12 You got it ready.

13:13 Okay.

13:13 So, so can y'all see clearly that it makes sense to have virtual real estate?

13:20 By the way, um here's how much that virtual real estate cost.

13:23 The price of a domain name which is about ten to twelve dollars a year.

13:28 The cost of hosting, which is I don't know.

13:31 What how much is hosting?

13:32 I don't know.

13:33 Let's call it even if we call it $30 a month, that's $360 a year.

13:39 Right?

13:40 And the cost of having it designed, which you can do in lovable now.

13:43 You can design a website in love It's just like

13:46 everything is so easy and so simple and so inexpensive now.

13:49 Like for less than $500,

13:52 you can have a piece of real estate on the internet making you like

13:55 thousands of dollars a month or potentially

13:57 tens of thousands of dollars a month.

14:00 And you don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars

14:02 out of pocket or tens of thousands of dollars

14:04 out of pocket like you do when you're

14:05 buying physical real I I love physical real estate.

14:08 Physical real estate gives you tax advantages.

14:09 But learn how to make money with virtual real estate

14:12 and then take the money you're making from the virtual real estate,

14:14 invest it in the in the physical real estate so that now you

14:18 can save taxes on the money that your virtual real estate made you.

14:21 Bing!

14:22 Okay.

14:23 So, here's the key insight.

14:27 Traffic, that means people coming to your website,

14:30 times conversion equals revenue.

14:33 You don't need millions of visitors.

14:35 You just need the right visitors who are looking for the answers that you have.

14:39 A hundred targeted visitors per day

14:42 to a converting page equals serious recurring income.

14:45 I don't buy ads for those books that I showed you.

14:48 I don't buy I don't I like I don't actively promote

14:51 them on my YouTube channel and say go buy my book,

14:53 go buy my book, go buy my book.

14:54 I almost never say that.

14:55 I don't even remember the last time I said it.

14:57 I dare say that in almost a thousand videos that we've produced on YouTube,

15:01 I dare say that I've asked somebody to buy

15:03 my book six times out of a thousand videos.

15:06 But we do put the links in the description.

15:08 Why?

15:08 Because people who want more will find out how to get more.

15:12 Okay?

15:14 Physical real estate makes you money while your tenants pay the mortgage.

15:18 Digital real estate makes you money while your content pays the mortgage.

15:23 All right.

15:23 So, that was the first asset class in the virtual real estate riches portfolio.

15:30 Are y'all ready for the second?

15:31 Yes or yes?

15:32 This is one of my favorites of all times.

15:34 All of them are my favorites, but this is one of my favorites of all times.

15:38 Um YouTube long-form videos.

15:45 So, I like Now, I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

15:52 But, I am glad I'm not a wooden spoon.

15:55 I was on YouTube.

15:56 Don't make fun of people for not knowing things.

15:59 I was on YouTube for 14 long years before

16:06 I knew YouTube paid people for putting videos on YouTube.

16:11 I have videos on YouTube.

16:13 I had enough watch time hours.

16:16 I had enough subscribers.

16:18 I didn't know there was a button you

16:19 could push that would make them send you money.

16:23 For 14 years?

16:25 Come on, Myron, what are you doing?

16:26 Talk about being asleep at the wheel.

16:29 14 years.

16:30 And then when I found out in October of 2021,

16:33 it only took me November, December, January, February.

16:36 It only took me four more months to PUSH THE BUTTON.

16:39 [laughter] OH, JOKES.

16:43 YEAH, YOU THINK you have to be super smart.

16:45 Okay.

16:47 Um but I love YouTube, thinking of YouTube as real estate.

16:53 I love every video as a door that makes you money every month.

17:00 How much money does it make every month?

17:01 I don't Depends on the video.

17:04 But, the rental property appreciates and cash flows simultaneously.

17:10 A YouTube video is a 24-hour, day, 7-day a week asset.

17:16 It ranks.

17:17 It recommends.

17:18 it converts, which means I'm not only

17:20 making money from this digital real estate itself.

17:23 But this digital real estate is sending traffic

17:26 to my websites that make me money as well.

17:29 So it's making my other properties more valuable.

17:33 It's like like having an apartment building

17:37 and then it makes you all this money,

17:38 and then you build a new apartment building and all the people from your old

17:40 apartment building tell all their friends go rent

17:42 from this person in their new apartment building.

17:45 Okay, you all getting it.

17:46 And so, unlike social posts that die in 48 hours,

17:51 a great video generates revenue for years.

17:54 So, um to prove that point, let's go to why evil people are rich.

18:02 Can you find that video, Michael?

18:04 Why evil people are rich.

18:06 This is a video This is what This is

18:07 the video that's gotten the most views since I

18:10 created it in I think since we launched it in I think April or May of 2020 two.

18:19 Okay, so it's 4 years old and in 4 years this one virtual real estate property,

18:25 Why evil people are rich, long form.

18:27 Um Why evil people are rich.

18:29 Um it's under lives.

18:30 It's probably under lives.

18:31 That's why you can't find it.

18:32 There we go.

18:34 And if you look under most viewed, it'll probably pull it up.

18:37 Filter under most viewed.

18:38 So, I'm the This is going to blow your This blows my mind.

18:41 Like I don't even know what the number is, but I know it's a lot.

18:44 How much this one video has made.

18:45 Think about this as one apartment building.

18:47 In 4 years, this is how much money it's made me.

18:49 Okay, one unit in an apartment building.

18:51 This is how much money it's made me in the last 4 years.

18:54 Okay.

18:55 Um Not Not It's It's You're on videos still.

19:03 Yeah, you want to go under live and then There we go.

19:06 Okay, so we're going to pull up this video.

19:08 When you see it, I think it's got two or three million views,

19:13 something like that.

19:14 Um and um that that's probably the thumbnail title

19:21 which is why you're having a hard time finding it.

19:23 Um Hm.

19:31 Yeah, it's okay.

19:31 He'll find it.

19:32 He'll find it.

19:32 So, um you And Michael, if you don't,

19:36 we'll just do a different video and I'll let you find that while I

19:38 look at Let's Let's go to the video we did a couple weeks ago,

19:40 the live we did a couple weeks ago called Just Get Rich First.

19:43 This video is only 2 weeks old.

19:45 We launched it I think on um April 27th, I think is when it launched.

19:50 Just Get Rich First.

19:51 Okay.

19:55 There it is.

19:55 Okay, perfect.

19:57 So, let's pull that video up.

19:58 Okay, that video is how many days old?

20:02 That video Just Get Rich First, I think it launched on April 27th.

20:07 So, today is the 11th of May.

20:10 That video has made $9,328 since April 27th.

20:19 You can't buy You can't build a house without selling it.

20:24 That's going to make you that much money.

20:26 This is one video.

20:28 This is one video has made that much money.

20:31 And okay, show us Show me my most recent video,

20:34 whatever it was from last Monday.

20:35 From last month from Yeah,

20:37 most recent live from last Monday, whatever it Whatever that is.

20:40 Um I think it's the one we did cuz I wasn't here.

20:48 Okay, perfect.

20:50 Just keep That was the one we did last Monday?

20:53 Okay.

20:57 Right, but the I want the video that we

20:58 released last Monday because we had Stage Selling Secrets.

21:01 Yeah.

21:04 Yeah, there you go.

21:05 This video right here.

21:06 It's a week old.

21:08 Last Monday.

21:10 This piece of virtual real estate has made me $1,495.07.

21:15 By the way, when you launch your YouTube virtual real estate machine,

21:19 it's not going to make you this much money this soon.

21:21 Right?

21:22 It's not.

21:22 So, I'm not I'm not That's not the point.

21:24 The point is if you get good at it, it can eventually make you this much money.

21:31 And if you keep on doing it consistently while you're not good at it,

21:34 eventually you can get good at it.

21:36 And the time is going to go by whether you get good at it or not.

21:40 So, you might as well get good at it.

21:42 Okay, let's just pull up our lifetime revenue page at the revenue

21:46 page so I can show these people like this this blows my mind.

21:54 And hopefully it'll blow your mind as well.

21:57 Okay?

21:57 So, total um yeah, we're going to pull up some analytics.

22:01 I'm going to show you how much You're going to laugh at me when you see this.

22:05 It made no money from April from March of 2007 to February of 2022.

22:12 Cuz Myron didn't know there was a button.

22:14 Okay, you This I love this.

22:15 Like my YouTube channel financially basically is dead for 14 years.

22:20 For 15 years.

22:22 Right?

22:23 I didn't push the button.

22:25 All you had to do is push a button, Myron.

22:28 I didn't push the button until February of 2022.

22:31 But since February of 2022, my virtual real estate on YouTube has

22:37 brought in just on this channel $1.7 million.

22:42 This is not my only channel.

22:44 I have another channel that I launched in April and I'm

22:48 not going to look it up right now cuz it doesn't matter.

22:50 That I launched in July of 2024.

22:53 That channel is a year and a half old.

22:54 It's already brought in over $100,000, maybe even more than that.

22:57 I don't I don't have time to look at it right now.

22:58 It doesn't matter.

22:59 What matters is What matters is like in 4 years,

23:03 if you take $1.7 million and you divide it by four,

23:06 that's over $400,000 a year in virtual

23:10 real estate income with no toilets to clean,

23:13 no rent to collect, nobody tearing up your property, right?

23:18 Like it's mind-blowing to me.

23:22 Virtual real estate riches.

23:23 I'm I'm telling you, it's it's it's so worth it.

23:26 I'm not saying it's going to be easy.

23:27 It's not going to be easy.

23:28 It's not going to be easy.

23:29 It's just going to be worth it.

23:31 I I told my friend, I got a friend I play golf with, his name is Paul.

23:34 His name is Paul.

23:35 I told Paul, I said, "Paul, I said, Paul,

23:38 if you just like start a YouTube channel and do a YouTube

23:43 channel a YouTube video every week about something you're passionate about,

23:46 like it can make you money." He started doing

23:49 a YouTube video every week about golf because he loves golf.

23:53 He started posting those YouTube videos on a channel

23:56 in January of last year, in January 2025.

23:59 That YouTube channel now has over 10,000 subscribers.

24:05 For playing golf, this man makes between a thousand and three

24:08 thousand dollars a month from you to his YouTube real estate.

24:12 And he was going to play golf anyway.

24:16 Like what are we talking about, people?

24:17 Okay, they found the video I was looking for.

24:19 This is my most popular video.

24:20 It's got over 4 million views.

24:22 This video launched, I think, in May of 2022.

24:26 So, it's 4 years old.

24:28 It's made 36 thousand dollars since May of 2022.

24:39 That's over $9,000 a year.

24:44 It's mind-blowing.

24:46 Now, here's here's how I think of my I'm going to tell

24:49 you how I think about my virtual real estate on YouTube.

24:53 If I look at how many videos I have,

24:56 which I have we're just going to call it just under a thousand.

25:00 And last month between my two channels between

25:04 my two channels last month I got 809 videos

25:07 on this YouTube channel and I've got a little

25:09 over a hundred on my Bible study YouTube channel.

25:12 And those two channels last month brought in about $45,000.

25:19 So that's a significant amount.

25:23 Right?

25:24 Okay.

25:25 So what if we say that the average YouTube

25:28 video that I produce brings in about $200 a month?

25:34 Do you know what that means?

25:35 When I have 10,000 YouTube videos my YouTube

25:39 channel if everything holds the same should be

25:42 making me about 2 million dollars a month

25:47 for doing something I was going to do anyway.

25:53 Okay.

25:54 Cool.

25:54 Hopefully somebody's getting inspired.

25:56 Okay.

25:57 Um why long form beats short form for wealth.

26:00 Let me talk about that.

26:02 Short form builds followers, long form builds buyers.

26:06 And I'm going to show you what those buyers turn into here

26:08 in a minute when I show you the the third form of virtual real estate.

26:11 The algorithm rewards watch time.

26:14 The more watch time, the more reach, the more reach, the more cash.

26:17 One 20-minute video can do more than a hundred

26:20 reels or a hundred shorts or a hundred TikTok videos.

26:24 And it gets you more attention.

26:25 Okay?

26:26 Three things every long form video must do.

26:29 Number one, it must hook the viewer.

26:32 The the thumbnail has to hook them to click.

26:37 The video title has to hook them to start watching.

26:43 Then the next thing it has to do it has to hold.

26:45 The that hook has to capture them the first 30 seconds of the video

26:50 has to capture their attention and make them want to watch more.

26:52 Then you hold their attention,

26:53 you have to deliver so much value they can't leave.

26:55 Hopefully I'm doing that right now.

26:59 Then it converts them.

27:00 You tell them exactly what you want them to do next and they go do it.

27:04 It's so simple, so poetic.

27:07 It's like poetry in motion.

27:08 Your YouTube channel is not a hobby.

27:10 It's a virtual apartment building.

27:11 Every video is a unit and the rent is called ad revenue,

27:15 affiliate commissions, product sales, sponsorships, brand deals.

27:20 All of those are ways you get paid

27:22 when you have enough virtual real estate on YouTube.

27:25 And here's what's really cool.

27:26 Your YouTube channel can start making you money long

27:29 before you start getting qualified to get ad revenue.

27:33 Because the reality is if 300 my video only got 300 views.

27:37 If If you did an event and 300 people showed up,

27:40 would you be excited about that?

27:41 Well, why are you not excited about 300 people showing up to your event online?

27:46 Send them to someplace they can get something

27:48 for free in exchange for your their email address.

27:51 Send them to an opt-in funnel where they can they can

27:53 give you their name and email address and phone number where

27:55 you can let them know when you've got something else coming

27:57 up or another video coming out and then you can build momentum.

28:01 That's what I do.

28:02 And it works pretty well.

28:03 I'm going to show you how well in a minute.

28:05 So, let's look at the third asset class.

28:09 The third asset class is affiliate marketing.

28:12 Earning equity in someone else's real estate without buying the building.

28:18 In other words, I didn't build the website.

28:20 I didn't build the product.

28:22 I didn't build the offer.

28:24 I didn't even do the webinar.

28:26 I just promote other people's products to my email list.

28:30 Michael, let's pull up YouTube I mean Click Click Funnels Click Funnels

28:33 and let's show them how many leads we've generated in the last 30 days.

28:37 Because one of the most valuable assets you

28:40 own is the number of contacts contacts you have.

28:44 So, in the last 30 days we've generated 1,554 leads.

28:50 That's 1,554 people gave me their name, their email address,

28:54 and their phone number and said, "When you have something coming up,

28:56 please let me know." Do you understand if you have 1,500 people a month

29:00 clamoring to know more that it's kind

29:04 you probably will sell some of them something.

29:06 If you sell If you sell 1% of those people, 10% would be 150 people.

29:11 1% would be 15.

29:14 15 people.

29:15 If you have sell 15 people a $1,000 offer, that's $15,000.

29:20 Okay.

29:21 We have a total of 136,473 names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

29:27 If you have 136,000 people that you can

29:29 let know that you're about to do a webinar,

29:30 you can let know you're about to do a challenge,

29:32 you can let know that you're about to do a live event.

29:34 If you got 136 thousand people that you can let know this, how

29:40 many of y'all know some of them are going to show up?

29:42 Okay, just want to make sure we're ON THE SAME PAGE.

29:44 OKAY?

29:45 WELL, guess what?

29:46 When I do and and I don't do a lot of affiliate marketing stuff, but I do some.

29:51 I just did an affiliate launch last month.

29:53 And I want to show you the results.

29:54 That affiliate launch last month generated 370 What does that say?

30:02 Uh conversions?

30:03 Is that what that says?

30:04 Customers.

30:05 Now, some of those customers they're they probably attempted

30:09 to pay and their credit card didn't go through.

30:11 Okay?

30:11 But $358,000 in sales.

30:16 Now, I'm I'm I'm sorry, that's not $358,000 in sales.

30:19 That's $358,000 in commissions I earned because I have an email

30:25 list of 138,000 people and I promoted somebody else's virtual real estate.

30:31 And I got paid $358,000.

30:35 Now, if you add I get it.

30:37 $358,000 is not that much.

30:38 I get it.

30:39 I get it.

30:39 In some places in the world, that's not a lot of money.

30:41 I get it.

30:43 But if you add the 358,000 to the 9,000 from the Trash Man

30:47 to Cash Man and the 12,000 from the Boss Moves and the whatever it was,

30:52 34, 35,000, I'm I'm probably going to be okay.

30:57 And even if I didn't have any more revenue.

30:59 By the way, most of the money that comes into our business, most of it,

31:04 like I'm going to say 80 to 90% of our revenue comes in via wire transfer.

31:12 Which you're only seeing credit card transactions.

31:16 Which is about 10 to 20% of our revenue.

31:21 You say, Myron, what are you saying?

31:22 I'm saying that virtual real estate makes sense for everybody.

31:29 There are children Hear me now.

31:31 There are children that have YouTube channels

31:34 that make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

31:36 There are children that have YouTube channels that make

31:39 more money than both of their parents working put together.

31:45 Let that marinate.

31:50 There I know people like I mean, I make okay money with affiliate marketing.

31:54 I know I know affiliate marketers who make tens

31:56 of millions of dollars a year promoting other people's offers.

32:00 They don't even have a product to sell.

32:03 They just have people to sell stuff to.

32:06 They've got the list.

32:08 You've got They've got the audience, you've got the offer.

32:11 There are people out there currently looking like you say, "I'm brand new.

32:14 I've got an offer, but I don't have an audience." Great,

32:16 go find somebody who has the audience.

32:18 Okay.

32:20 So, when you understand this, you promote other people's

32:23 proven products and you earn commissions on every sale.

32:26 No product creation, no customer service, no inventory.

32:32 Your vehicle is your YouTube channel and your email list that you already own

32:40 and you send traffic to an offer that's

32:42 going to benefit the people on your list.

32:44 Now, two ways you can make a percentage.

32:48 You can either create the product and affiliates promote you.

32:51 We do that, too, cuz we pay out affiliate

32:53 commissions every month to people who promote our offers.

32:55 But also, I can promote somebody else's

32:57 offer and they pay me an affiliate commission.

32:59 I do both.

33:00 Why?

33:00 Cuz both Poor people think either or.

33:02 Rich people think both and.

33:04 Okay?

33:05 Affiliate marketing is the closest thing

33:06 to a turnkey rental property on the internet.

33:09 Someone else built the house.

33:11 You just send them tenants and collect a check.

33:15 Virtual real estate riches.

33:17 Uh I like to call this the VIP assets.

33:22 Venues, that's websites.

33:24 Influence, that's YouTube long form.

33:27 Partnerships, that's affiliate marketing.

33:29 That's the VIP of virtual real estate.

33:32 The wealthy don't trade time for money.

33:34 The wealthy own assets and generate income from those assets.

33:37 Virtual real estate is the most accessible asset class in human history.

33:42 You don't need good credit.

33:46 You don't need a down payment.

33:48 You don't need a realtor.

33:50 You don't need a property management team.

33:53 You don't need an accountant.

33:55 You don't need an office space.

33:58 You need an idea and a phone that has a camera on it.

34:05 So, what would I recommend that you do

34:09 like tomorrow morning based on everything you learned today?

34:11 Now, you need some action steps.

34:13 Number one, audit your virtual real estate.

34:16 Do you have a website where you have a product for sale?

34:20 If the answer is no, figure out what product you're going to offer for sale.

34:26 It could be a book.

34:27 When you first write a book, maybe nobody knows about it.

34:31 You just start talking about it and start You know what you could do?

34:34 If you wrote a book and nobody nobody's buying it,

34:36 start reading the book as short-form videos or as long-form videos.

34:40 Read for somebody from your book for 8 minutes.

34:42 And if it resonates with people, boom, some of those people will buy it.

34:46 Okay.

34:48 So, um do you have a YouTube channel?

34:52 If you don't have a YouTube channel, what are you waiting on?

34:54 It's not going to get easier.

34:57 It's not going to get easier.

34:57 It's only going to get harder.

34:58 Why?

34:59 Because the longer you wait,

35:00 the more people jump in the water and the more people who jump in the water,

35:02 the harder it's going to be for you to get your stuff ranked.

35:05 So, you might as well jump in now.

35:06 The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago.

35:09 The second best time is today.

35:10 The best time to start your YouTube channel was 20 years ago.

35:12 The second best time is today.

35:15 Okay.

35:16 You get it.

35:18 Um choose your first asset.

35:20 Don't build all three at once.

35:22 Pick the one that's going to be the fastest path to cash for you.

35:26 Probably for most of you it'll be affiliate marketing.

35:29 If you have any social media following whatsoever and then

35:31 you can promote somebody else's offer, make some money,

35:34 use that money to create your own offer, sell that offer,

35:37 start your like build one at a time and get some momentum.

35:42 Um create something that solves somebody else's problem.

35:45 Um create some content, a product page, affiliate review,

35:49 all of it starts with solving somebody's problem other than your own.

35:54 All right.

35:57 There's nobody who can't do this.

36:01 Yeah, it might be hard.

36:04 Walking was hard when you first learned how to do it.

36:07 Riding a bike, driving a car, using a computer, using a cell phone,

36:12 they were all hard until you learned how to do them.

36:17 Everything's hard till you learn it.

36:19 Then you wonder how you ever thought it was hard.

36:22 Why don't you decide that you're going to make that the case

36:26 for you when it comes to simple virtual real estate riches.

36:31 I'm going to get rich in virtual real estate.

36:34 And then I'm going to take my virtual real estate riches,

36:37 and I'm going to invest that money in the physical real estate

36:39 so I can mitigate my tax liability on my virtual real estate.

36:43 If you will do that, you will be operating in some

36:47 of the highest like rare air that exists on planet Earth financially.

36:55 And your life will be changed forever.

36:57 So, congratulations for being here today in the right place at the right time.

37:01 Bye for now.

37:02 We'll see you in the next video.

37:06 [applause]
