History or Drive | The Travel App You Need w/ Walk with History

0:26 Well, we are on the brink of the summer travel season.

0:31 And if you are anything like me,

0:34 uh if you go road tripping or anything like that, any vacations

0:37 that that my family takes always include some sort of history element to them.

0:43 Uh so even when I was a kid, my my parents would go on vacation,

0:47 we would always go to some history related place.

0:50 We got something really really cool uh with Scott and Jen from from Walk

0:54 with History that we're going to be talking about here in just a little bit.

0:57 Uh but before I bring them on, I want to give you a little

1:00 bit of a heads up of a few other things that are going on.

1:04 I I don't know if you've seen the announcements

1:06 or anything that I've made on social media,

1:10 but like I said, summer travel season is is coming up.

1:14 And this year for the 250th anniversary of the United States, uh,

1:22 here on History Underground,

1:23 we are going to be embarking on probably, well, not probably,

1:28 it is going to be the most ambitious road trip that I have

1:33 ever taken with the most aggressive travel schedule that that I have ever had.

1:40 and and what we are going to be doing.

1:41 I'm not going to give all the the details just yet,

1:45 but but it's going to be huge.

1:47 And I am going to attempt to post a new

1:52 video every single day during the entire length of this trip,

1:59 almost giving kind of like a daily update of where I am.

2:02 We're going to be hitting all kinds of cool history sites

2:05 along the way that that celebrate the history of this country.

2:09 And in conjunction with that, uh,

2:12 we're going to be treating this as a fundraiser

2:15 for the expansion at the Gettysburg Museum of History.

2:19 And, uh, along with that, got some some pretty

2:22 unique things that that we are going to be doing.

2:25 uh if if you are a small business owner or if

2:29 you are connected with a small business in any way

2:32 and would like to be a part of what we are

2:36 doing to raise money for the the Gettysburg Museum of History,

2:40 uh I'm going to have probably another video that I'm

2:42 going to make in the the not too distant future.

3:41 pretty interesting piece of of history tech that that we

3:45 are are going to be rolling out here.

3:49 Uh, so anyway, Scott and Jen, how are we doing this morning?

3:54 Uh, I we got the the patriotic background going on there for America 250.

3:58 Looking good.

4:00 Yeah.

4:00 Always patriotic in this household.

4:02 I know, right?

4:05 So, what uh speaking of like summer travel plans and things like that, what

4:09 have you guys got anything lined out

4:10 this year that you're you're thinking about doing?

4:13 We do.

4:13 And and I'll kind of let Jen talk about some of the specifics,

4:16 but we're we're not too far behind you.

4:18 In fact, when we saw you do your Route 66 trip the other summer,

4:21 um we had had similar plans and uh it

4:24 was just a matter of me finding out out time.

4:27 So, actually this summer, um we're going to be doing Route 66.

4:31 So, we're not starting all the way up in Chicago like you did.

4:34 Um, we're starting in St.

4:35 Louis because we got to spend a couple days

4:37 in California uh with with uh some family of mine,

4:40 but uh yeah, we're pretty excited about it.

4:42 Yeah.

4:43 So, if you guys uh can you hear me?

4:45 Okay.

4:46 Sorry.

4:46 Thanks, babe.

4:48 Um so, if you guys know about you know Scott,

4:49 active duty, getting two weeks off is a big deal, right?

4:53 And so, trying to get the two weeks to do Route 66,

4:56 we didn't even know if that was going to happen.

4:58 And we were lucky enough he's be kind

5:00 of between jobs and able to take two weeks off.

5:03 And as you know, JD, like our kids

5:05 are at that age where we don't have many summers left with them.

5:11 Yeah.

5:10 Right.

5:10 And so we wanted to do this road trip with the family, all of us in the car.

5:16 It'll be very much like National Lampoons, right?

5:19 Like the smells and all the things.

5:21 And uh driving Route 66.

5:23 And we're doing more.

5:24 We're starting in St.

5:25 Louis.

5:26 I kind of say it it's more like Lewis

5:27 and Clark like we're setting off right on core discovery.

5:31 Uh and then we'll be hitting the the the road.

5:35 We are going to make a beline off to the Grand Canyon since we had

5:38 never been there before and so we wanted to do that with the kids as well.

5:42 So that'll be kind of an offshoot.

5:45 We're going to spend some days with Scott.

5:46 Scott's from California.

5:47 So family out there.

5:49 And then we're going to take the Southern Way back.

5:50 So we're going to hit Tombstone since we've never Yeah, we're excited.

5:54 And uh we're going to do some stuff.

5:55 I'm writing a book right now about the Wasp pilots,

5:57 the female pilots of World War II.

5:59 Oh, cool.

6:00 So, we're gonna stop, but their base was in Sweetwater, Texas.

6:04 So, we're going to stop there as well on the way back.

6:07 Interesting.

6:07 I didn't know about the the book thing that you had going on.

6:09 That's really interesting.

6:11 Yeah.

6:11 You know, I wanted to um write a book

6:13 kind of like A League of Their Own with aviation.

6:19 Yeah.

6:18 Right.

6:18 And so during World War II, a thousand women trained to be military pilots

6:24 and they flew every aircraft coming off the assembly line.

6:27 They flew every military aircraft because they were turning

6:29 out like 800 aircraft a day off the assembly line.

6:32 And these women fured them across America to get them to the bases

6:36 and it opened up a thousand men to go fight on the front.

6:40 Oh wow.

6:40 That that is fascinating that you're you're doing a book on that.

6:43 How how far along are you on your on your project?

6:46 I'm almost done.

6:47 78,000 words.

6:48 Yeah.

6:50 Really?

6:50 240 pages.

6:50 Yeah.

6:51 So, I I don't want you to give too much away,

6:53 but but what's one of the more fascinating stories

6:56 that that you unearthed while you were doing this uh this project?

7:01 Well, I I I making it it's more like historical fiction.

7:05 So, it's very like this first group of women have

7:08 to prove they can do it to get it approved.

7:11 And it's first from all different parts of America.

7:14 And there were Native American women, there were Asian women, right?

7:19 And so the the prejudices against them as well.

7:23 So at first, these women are kind of against each other and they're

7:26 almost going to sabotage the program

7:28 until they realize they're stronger together.

7:31 So it's very much a story of like overcoming

7:34 our differences as Americans and knowing that we're stronger together.

7:38 And and one of the one of the neat things on this is Jen being a historian,

7:42 she's not just pulling this stuff out of the top of her head.

7:45 She's actually done some legit research

7:49 on the wasps and she actually like there's some,

7:52 you know, real life or or formerly,

7:55 you know, alive wasps that she's basing some of these characters on.

7:57 So there's there's a lot of of true wellressearched history in this.

8:04 and and then then you kind of craft it to to kind

8:06 of tell the story to to make it a little more lively.

8:10 But there's a lot of like real real history in here, you know, and we've done

8:15 it's super cool.

8:15 We we've done videos in the past were like the B29.

8:19 So that's the best story.

8:20 Did you have did do you know this JD?

8:21 Like Paul Tibbitz men were afraid to fly the B29 because it was so big, right?

8:28 And so he went to the women and trained two women how

8:31 to fly it and they're the ones that flew it into training.

8:34 And so when the men saw women flying it in, they were not afraid.

8:39 They all went into training.

8:40 Yeah.

8:41 So, so it's it's stories like that that she's been researching

8:44 and obviously I'm gleaning a lot of it just from, you know,

8:46 kind of, you know, us talking about it.

8:49 Um, but I think it's going to be it's gonna

8:51 I think it's it's going to be a fun book.

8:53 Yeah.

8:53 And it's very much like I I wanted it to be it's not a man-hater book.

8:57 These women need men who believe in them and champion them, right?

9:02 And so it's very much of like the men who believe in us,

9:06 the women who inspire us, right?

9:08 And it's all a big part of the war effort, right?

9:11 That women came together to support the war effort.

9:14 Oh, that is really interesting.

9:16 Yeah.

9:16 I I knew I didn't know that you were working on that.

9:18 That's really cool.

9:19 And they had a whole base devoted to them.

9:21 So after this first class, they made a whole base in Sweetwater,

9:25 Texas, and that was where they trained.

9:27 And today, it's the Museum of the Wasps, and you can stop there.

9:32 Uh, and you can see all the planes

9:34 that they flew in the barracks and everything.

9:36 So, uh, we're going to stop there.

9:37 I've never been.

9:38 I've been in contact with them, but I've never been.

9:40 So, we're going to That's going to be one of the videos we do this summer, too.

9:43 Yeah.

9:43 I I've been wanting to go to that museum for for a while, but um Yeah.

9:48 Just just haven't made it down.

9:50 Yeah.

9:51 Haven't made it down that way.

9:53 Um, so anyway, that that's that's a pretty good

9:55 segue into uh what what we're going to be

9:58 talking about today with a project that that you

10:01 guys have undertaken that that you're calling history or drive.

10:07 So So tell us a little bit about about this project.

10:11 So So History or Drive is is something that um we we just released.

10:15 Um, if you guys aren't aware, you can go to history.com.

10:18 And essentially, since the very beginning, and JD, you and I were kind of um,

10:24 chatting about this the other day offline,

10:26 but since the very beginning of the channel,

10:28 this is something, this is a concept that I've had in mind of our mission,

10:32 part of our mission is to help people

10:34 get out and travel to these historic locations.

10:37 So, on our website, walkthistory.net,

10:39 that I've had like a maps page where I would plot our points so I

10:42 could show people how to get there and everything like that and it wasn't ever

10:47 quite working right like logging on to a website and this that and the other

10:50 and just you know a few months ago

10:53 we were sitting here talking and some commercial

10:56 popped up about you know hey if you have an idea you create your own

10:59 app and Jen was like we could create our own app and I was like

11:03 I absolutely could do that and so I start doing some research and um there

11:08 with the rise of some of these app coding websites that you can you can do.

11:12 Now, I am not a coder by any means,

11:14 but I have enough technical curiosity, I think, to to make it work.

11:22 Um, and you know, really this was built in a few months,

11:27 but in reality, JD, as you know, this was built over the course of years.

11:31 Yeah.

11:31 because the beginning of our channel, the beginning of your channel,

11:35 um it takes years to build an app

11:38 that has content in it like this, like your videos,

11:43 like our videos, and hopefully, you know,

11:46 hopefully in the future we'll we'll be able to expand.

11:49 It's going to take some time because I got

11:51 to kind of figure figure all this stuff out.

11:53 Um but yes, History Drive is an app that you can now log on to.

11:57 You can go to history.com.

11:59 You can, it's a web app,

12:01 so it's not in the app store and there's pluses and minuses, right?

12:04 The upsides and downsides.

12:06 Um, but essentially history drive app,

12:09 you log in for this year, it's very, very inexpensive.

12:14 Um, only $2.50 for the rest of 2026.

12:17 The whole year for the whole year anniversary.

12:20 $2.50.

12:21 So it's like 30 a month basically.

12:24 And it's a travel app.

12:26 It's a travel app.

12:27 And so you open it up and

12:29 you drive and you if you're driving along, you're like,

12:31 I wonder if JD's made a video from here.

12:33 I wonder if Walk with History's made a video from Oh my gosh,

12:35 here's a video and we can watch it as we drive

12:38 or as you drive and then you know what to see,

12:41 what not to miss, and where to go and you're like, I want to do that.

12:45 So it's one of those it's a companion to your travel and that's

12:48 what we JD like what we do is so specific to history.

12:52 We do on location history like you.

12:53 We take you to the location.

12:55 And so what a great way to see it on a map

12:59 to kind of put yourself in the story as you're driving.

13:03 You can go along.

13:04 You can make your own road trip.

13:06 Like it's one of those great ways to have us with you along your way.

13:11 And what's really great about this, JD,

13:13 like you've been like Scott was saying, we have years of content.

13:17 So there so much of it's covered.

13:19 Yeah.

13:20 And just so your your watchers know,

13:22 I've been making my way through JD's list of 500 plus

13:25 History Traveler episodes and and meticulously mapping them across the globe.

13:31 Um I was joking with JD the other day.

13:34 We were chitchatting and I was like there are a couple locations I just could

13:37 not find them on the map and so they they didn't end up in there.

13:41 But those are very few and far between.

13:43 Um and especially for some of your overseas stuff like in France.

13:47 Um, and I I know you've got the you can log in on a website

13:50 or or through the an actual like on your phone in a browser.

13:53 Anything that has a browser is where where this will work.

13:56 Um, so if I couldn't find the actual location because

13:59 you're in the middle of the woods somewhere in France,

14:01 I would pick the closest city and I would put the city

14:03 center or like a church in the city center so that hopefully,

14:07 you know, if someone's over there and here's the cool part is you go over there,

14:11 you can pull up that point of interest and you just click wherever you're

14:15 at, you click on the get directions button and it pulls up Google Maps.

14:19 It'll open the Google Maps app and it'll start

14:21 giving you driving directions there wherever you're at, right?

14:24 as long as you allow it to to to pull up your own location.

14:29 I'm I'm a super visual person.

14:30 So, let let's take a look at

14:33 at this app in action.

14:47 So, what we're looking at here are basically pin

14:53 drops for all of the national parks, which is great.

14:57 I I think that that everybody should, you know, visit our national parks.

15:00 I'm really glad that that is integrated on here.

15:04 But also, if you scroll in, well, you can take a look

15:14 and you can see the exact locations where

15:19 all of the different episodes for History Underground,

15:24 History Traveler, rather, and Walk with History have been filmed.

17:45 And JD, I think you and I are of the same mind because I had done something

17:48 similar like I had I had tried the Google

17:50 Maps thing and it wasn't it didn't quite work.

17:53 Um and uh and for folks who are interested I mean you can go

17:57 to the website history.com and you can start and you can log in right now.

18:01 Um and again this is a it's a portable web app.

18:04 So the nice thing is is it'll work

18:06 on your home computer anything with a browser.

18:09 You open the whatever browser on your phone, Android or um iPhone,

18:14 and you can go to history.com on your phone,

18:18 and then I I do have some uh like an FAQ section in there that will show people,

18:23 tell people how to install it essentially

18:25 on their on their home screen as like an app, right?

18:29 Um and again, it's one of those things that you

18:32 go in there and you're like, "Oh my gosh,

18:34 this makes so much this makes so much sense." because

18:36 you can see where it'll ask for your location and that's

18:39 so that it can give you right the um directions

18:43 from your location but you can also just see what's around you.

18:45 So you'll show up as a little blue dot like we show up as a little

18:49 blue dot every time I'm sitting here in Memphis because we live near Memphis

18:53 and um you can play the podcast you know within the app while you're doing

18:57 that you can watch the video you can do it on the way to the location.

19:01 Now, there are some limitations like I

19:03 don't have podcast downloading stuff just yet.

19:06 Um, I'm trying to work on that.

19:08 Um,

19:09 and for the national parks, when you click on a national park,

19:12 it'll open that up and you can open

19:14 up the national park website right within the app.

19:17 Um, and the and one of the cool things too, and JD,

19:20 you had mentioned this when we were talking the other day, was you can filter.

19:24 So, you don't have to just scroll around the app.

19:27 If you use the filter function, you can either filter by just your videos,

19:32 just our videos, just the national parks, or you can type in text.

19:36 Like if you want to see, you can filter by state.

19:39 Hey, I'm in I live in California.

19:42 I want to see anything that's been done in California.

19:44 You can just start typing in text in the text filter, which is really cool.

19:48 And then it what it'll do if you type in, you know, um, Verdone.

19:53 I just finished mapping a bunch of your Verdone videos.

19:56 If you type that in and you apply the filter,

19:59 it'll actually kind of instantly show once you hit apply,

20:02 it'll show on the map right where all

20:05 your right where all your uh verdone videos are.

20:08 Any anything that's that's so if it's global, it'll show the whole map.

20:12 But if you go in there and you type for done or if you

20:15 type um you know Band of Brothers or uh you know Eagle's Nest or whatever,

20:22 it'll instantly kind of zoom to that location fitting those within the app

20:26 and then you can zoom back in and scroll around and all that stuff.

20:29 So, um it it's just the discoverability within it is really cool.

20:36 Um, so it's it's one of those things that once I kind

20:40 of got it off the ground and and figured out this like,

20:44 you know, I learned I broke a couple things when I

20:46 was first messing with this for the first month or two.

20:49 Um, but then once I kind of got it got it all ironed out, you know,

20:53 it's it's an amazing tool and and I'm excited

20:56 to continue to populate it with our videos, with your videos,

21:01 um, and kind of hear what what people like, what they don't like,

21:04 because not only is this a tool for anybody that that signs up,

21:08 but you're also supporting us.

21:09 You're supporting history, you're supporting, you know, JD um,

21:13 through the through the sub subscriptions through the app.

21:16 And if folks do think that they like this and they're like,

21:19 "Oh, I could use this all the time, every summer, you know,

21:22 or you just retired and you want to do a big road,

21:24 you got a big road trip coming,

21:25 that we do have lifetime member options where you don't have to subscribe.

21:29 You just pay once and for as long as I'm going

21:31 to be doing this, which is going to be a long time." Um,

22:12 to filter it out on your phone or look at YouTube and kind of save them all,

22:16 you got it all right there in one location.

22:19 Like I want to do what JD and Jen did in Normandy.

22:23 I want to see what they saw.

22:24 They make it easy for me to know where to go and what to see and not to miss.

22:28 And so it's really for the user.

22:31 The user interface is so great.

22:34 And it's for people who really love what we do,

22:37 want to be a part of it, want to walk where we walked.

22:40 And that's that's really been our mission.

22:41 I know that's your mission, JD.

22:43 Like that's get people out into their history.

22:46 And so this is just a tool to do that.

22:49 Um, history or drive comes from you'll see the snake.

22:53 The app is the snake, but it looks like a road.

22:56 And it comes from join or die because we made it history or die.

23:00 And then now it's history or drive.

23:03 So, it's really just about us coming together as a as, you know,

23:09 as historic history lovers and getting out into our history

23:12 and the the black and white makes it easy to see and understand.

23:16 So, um yeah, it's super it's just really great to be

23:20 able to give this back to people who love history,

23:22 who really have supported us, make it easy for them, right?

23:26 Rediscover old videos.

23:28 Uh it's just it's just a really great interface and I

23:31 love rolling it out before summer road trips of America 250.

23:36 Right.

23:36 So I just think it's a a great thing.

23:39 We always wanted to do this but and the same

23:42 thing JD like you need content to put in.

23:46 Yeah.

23:46 So it's good that we've had some years of content behind us, right?

23:50 The technology, we hadn't caught up with the technology yet to do this until

23:54 we had a bunch of uh uh you know videos to put in.

23:57 But it's nice and but we can also see where we're lacking.

24:00 So, um yeah, the spots on the map we got to go to.

24:03 You're doing Scott.

24:06 Well done finding those places that I went to in Verdun.

24:09 Uh because there were a few of those that were out in the boon.

24:15 Like I went places that nobody else has gone to on YouTube.

24:19 So So there were most recently um when I

24:23 think I was doing some of the Verdun stuff,

24:25 there's a couple of them I just couldn't find.

24:27 So what I did is I would actually put them

24:30 at a known location like you had a Verdone video series.

24:34 Yeah.

24:35 Um and I think there was one there was a couple

24:38 that I had to just um like just like that.

24:41 Right.

24:41 So you see there you know if it's all in one location.

24:44 I try to make it so that both vid you know a couple

24:46 videos that were basically at the same spot um are in that.

24:51 So but then it's on the user if they kind

24:53 of want to explore more once they get to the area.

24:55 But, uh, I was telling you the other day and for so

24:58 your audience knows like how hard I've been trying to really map this out.

25:02 I'm I was actually screenshotting, you know,

25:04 se scenes in JD's video of like a road

25:08 sign and I would drop it into Google image searches.

25:11 I was like, "This is near for done." And Google would be like, "Okay,

25:14 I think this is where it is." And so I'm like,

25:16 I'll spend like 10 minutes trying to find one video location.

25:19 Um, and so, uh, and a couple of them,

25:21 like when you're out in the woods trapesing around,

25:23 I try to pick like the the closest location that I that I could.

25:27 Um, so, uh, but yeah, so it's it'll get you, if not all the way there,

25:32 it'll get you at least 90% of the way there.

25:35 Um, and then, you know,

25:36 that's part of the fun is kind of finding finding it for yourself sometimes.

25:40 Let let me show this this filter function as well.

25:43 So you can go up here and uh again on the filter so you can filter by era

25:52 which is really cool.

25:54 You can you know map out some of your favorites.

25:57 Um so let's say oh wow I hadn't even seen all of this to be honest with you.

26:03 Yeah.

26:02 Uh where you can filter it out by Hollywood history,

26:05 historic sites, grave sites, battlefields.

26:07 So, so let's say you're into military history and and you only want to see,

26:15 you know, different battlefields.

26:19 Okay.

26:19 Well, here's Yeah.

26:22 Now, some of my labeling may need to be updated.

26:25 So, if if I don't label something as a battlefield,

26:29 feel free users out there to let me know or JDU as well.

26:34 um if I label something like a historic

26:36 site instead of a battlefield um or whatever, it's easy easy to update.

26:41 And so, uh the the labeling of those I kind

26:45 of had to take my best my best shot at those.

26:49 Well, let let's say that you're looking at this map and you're like,

31:49 at Wilson's Creek and um at P Ridge and stuff like that.

32:55 Um but that one that's that's kind of a perfect example.

32:58 It's not our typical kind of history video, but if you're like,

33:01 "Oh, what's this in my area?" You know, um, you pull that up, you're like, "Oh,

33:06 this is interesting." And then you you

33:07 learn something that you hadn't learned before.

33:08 Because YouTube might not serve that up to you.

33:13 Typically, you're going and, you know,

33:14 a lot of people love their World War II history.

33:16 Well, if you love World War II history,

33:18 it's not going to serve you a video about Bigstone Gap.

33:22 Yeah.

33:22 So, so this is going to be a really good way, I think,

33:24 to help people discover older content and and also uh to to go and, you know,

33:31 hey, if I'm traveling to, you know,

33:34 California or if I'm traveling up to Washington

33:38 DC or something like that, what's what's around there?

33:41 And and one of one of the cool things

33:43 too that you can kind of build your own little,

33:47 hey, here's the places I want to see when I go to X location because what you

33:52 can do is the user can actually go

33:54 in there and they can favorite a point of interest.

33:56 You just click on the little heart

33:58 and then after you like let's say you're going to to Georgia, right?

34:02 you're going to go down to the Savannah area

34:04 and or or wherever you favorite a couple of JD's videos, a couple of our videos,

34:09 or whatever's whatever's down there that we have on the on the app.

34:12 But then what you can do is you

34:14 can actually filter by your favored points of interest.

34:19 So then the map will it'll only show

34:22 you the points of interest that you favored.

34:25 Or you if you don't want to filter it that way,

34:28 you can just click on the little menu icon in your account

34:31 and you can see your your your um your favorites.

34:34 But see then so he's favored.

34:36 JD probably favored a couple of those.

34:38 And so that's how you can kind of build your own

34:41 little itinerary if you know you're going to a location.

34:44 Oh, I want to go, you know, I'm going over to Montana and I want to make

34:49 sure I hit the things in the Montana Wyoming area that

34:52 or everything along the way.

34:53 Or everything along the way.

34:54 your Route 66 stuff, right?

34:56 I just added your Route 66 stuff in there and so people can see,

34:59 they can either filter by JD stuff first

35:02 and they can favorite the videos along the way

35:04 if they want to make sure they hit

35:05 those spots and then later on as you're traveling,

35:08 you just filter by your own favorites and then it just

35:11 shows the ones that basically you saved for yourself um later.

35:15 So there's there's some true kind of like individual

35:18 user account um stuff that that could be really

35:22 useful for people and if you want to just

35:25 like poke around and I think it's just really cool.

35:29 How often have you traveled to a place and went and checked it out

35:35 and walked around and then went on your way and then couple weeks later,

35:42 you kind of start looking into stuff and you're like, "Dang,

35:51 It happens a lot.

35:51 That that that happens all the time.

35:53 I I there was it happened

35:55 as you were saying that there was something that actually pops in my head

35:57 cuz I I that that that happens all the time like we were

36:02 I don't remember what it was but it absolutely happens.

36:04 So I know Long Island, right?

36:06 So I went out to Long Island to make Michael Murphy, right?

36:09 Michael Murphy the Navy Seal from Penn State,

36:12 the only Penn State Medal of Honor from Lone Survivor.

36:14 I went out to Long Island to visit his grave and to do his museum.

36:17 As I'm driving out to Long Island, I'm like, "Oh, this is where Turn was.

36:22 This is Sakit.

36:24 This is Oh my gosh, I need to make this history.

36:27 I didn't have the time, but I was like,

36:29 I didn't even realize as I'm driving out there all the history that was there.

36:35 And I'm like, oh my gosh.

36:36 So, I I have to get back out there.

36:38 Like, I haven't I didn't make any of that stuff, right?

36:41 And America 250.

36:42 I was like, this would have been perfect.

36:43 So, it's one of those things like we that's what we're trying to do.

36:48 We're trying to help you not miss it, right?

36:51 because we did and we learned and because we can go back

36:55 and because you know it's important to us and this is what

36:58 drives our lives like we're gonna go back and make those videos

37:01 but we want to make sure you don't miss it and um

37:05 so the benefit of our research the benefit

37:08 of us you know going back and going back

37:11 I mean how many times have I been back to Arlington JD and I still miss places

37:17 right so I still I still have many more Arlington videos to make uh it's

37:20 Just one of those things like we want you to benefit from our research.

37:24 We that's our mission.

37:26 That's your mission.

37:27 We want people.

37:28 It's not us our mugs and you know like we want you to go there, right?

37:33 We want you to see it.

37:34 We want you to feel what we felt.

37:36 We want you to be in that presence

37:38 of history and uh that we're trying to facilitate

37:41 that for you and make it easier for you to to get there and see it.

37:45 Well, it's again absolutely brilliant.

37:48 I think you all have done uh a fine job at putting this together and uh it's

37:54 it's only going to grow and it's only going

37:57 to become more populated and and more more robust.
