He's Insane | Lewis Black's Rantcast #262

Lewis Black

0:02 This could all go horribly wrong at any minute.

0:06 Hello there and welcome to the 262nd

0:09 edition of Lewis Blakes's Rankcast entitled He's Insane.

0:14 Uh yes, he is.

0:15 And it's who you think it is.

0:18 Maybe it's not who you think it is,

0:19 but if if you don't really know who that is, then uh uh then you're insane.

0:25 And I will be repeating that a few times.

0:27 I I uh I um in it's a bit muddled

0:31 here at the beginning because we're having to repeat the opening.

0:34 I had a different title for it and uh

0:37 then by the end of the day uh yesterday there

0:40 was a new title was necessary because uh it

0:44 was really the title I was going to use initially.

0:47 Yeah.

0:48 and uh he kind of you know took another step forward in terms

0:52 of proving uh this hypothesis of mine which is no longer a hypothesis.

0:58 It is I think it's a legitimate statement of fact.

1:02 He's insane.

1:03 Okay.

1:04 the president that was elected uh duly elected uh and even though we don't think

1:10 that people should be sending in uh uh these u the you know being uh

1:18 voting by mail uh he was he was elected and a lot of those people

1:22 sent in their ballots by mail and uh didn't realize at the time he was insane.

1:28 I kind of knew he was, but then he took it one step further and I said,

1:32 "Okay, it's got to I have to make that statement." Here's what he said.

1:36 uh which is what uh why I'm kind of had to[ __] with this uh

1:41 the title and really kind of uh fuss a little with uh the opening.

1:46 So, he uh in one of his tweets uh or post as they call,

1:51 it's not a post, it's a tweet.

1:53 All right?

1:54 uh even though he doesn't do it on X or whatever you want to[ __] call it.

1:58 Tuesday will be uh power plant day and bridge day

2:03 all wrapped up in all wrapped in one in Iran.

2:08 There will be nothing like it.

2:10 Uh open the[ __][ __] straight you crazy bastards or you'll be living in hell.

2:18 Just watch.

2:19 Praise be to Allah.

2:22 Praise be to Allah.

2:24 Praise be to Allah.

2:27 He he said he posted praise be to Allah.

2:38 Praise be to Allah.

2:41 Praise be to Allah.

2:45 Wow.

2:45 Uh I'll talk about it later on.

2:47 he uh that's overstepping bounds that you know if he if we actually go

2:53 ahead and do that if he does that in our name those are war crimes.

2:58 Okay.

2:59 Uh how do we kn know that?

3:00 BECAUSE THEY'RE WAR CRIMES.

3:03 That's how we know it because even in war

3:06 they came up with some rules that they said,

3:07 "Well, that's too[ __] far because it it[ __] with the civilian population.

3:12 You don't want to do that.

3:14 Son of a bitch." Okay.

3:16 So, that's where we are and that's why uh I've entitled it he's insane and I

3:24 will have take the title I had this week and use it for next week.

3:28 Meanwhile, uh you know, there we lose we almost lose a pilot.

3:33 We're certainly uh more have been injured, more are hurt.

3:39 Uh they don't have um any any aircraft left.

3:42 Of course, they don't have any um radar left.

3:46 They've got they can't track uh our our our planes,

3:52 but uh meanwhile they you know they blow one out of the sky.

3:57 it's flying in low and uh and they you know um

4:02 and they so it's and they're telling us that it's really

4:07 they've done everything possible to bomb them back into the stone

4:10 age as they like to say I guess I mentioned that last

4:14 week too that's the way they look at what they've done

4:17 and meanwhile they haven't all right and how do we know

4:19 that because they're blowing[ __] out of the sky they're not[

4:23 __] they're blowing our planes out of the sky and meanwhile Well,

4:27 we're finding out that really uh what we need are drones and um uh

4:32 and then we wouldn't have to put uh uh our our pilots at risk.

4:37 They could fly higher and do whatever they you

4:39 know would want to do like go to the moon, which is what we did this week.

4:44 And uh but really he's insane.

4:47 And at what point uh doesn't that can't that count toward uh

4:54 can't it count toward getting someone um you know impeached if they're insane?

4:59 Um cuz he uh really is this is nonsense.

5:03 This is uh madness.

5:05 He comes on to make a speech about uh how he feels about uh what's happening.

5:11 Try to explain stuff to us.

5:12 He doesn't explain anything.

5:13 He explains nothing.

5:15 not a[ __] thing because he can't

5:17 really explain it because he's already drifting

5:20 the uh you know the there's already there's a sailboat in his head and it only

5:25 is docked for maybe 10 to 12 seconds a day to collect whatever words he's

5:32 going to be using more of and then the the boat leaves and so does he.

5:36 It's beyond belief.

5:38 Okay.

5:38 I don't know what it takes.

5:40 I how people sit there and watch this.

5:43 I mean Lindsey Graham It's beyond enabling.

5:47 He's nuts.

5:48 If you see somebody who's crazy and you don't realize they're crazy,

5:52 then you're[ __] crazy.

5:54 And that's crazy.

5:55 What's going on?

5:56 Okay.

5:58 Oh, no.

5:58 He's just in comedy.

5:59 Just says no.

6:01 Comes on.

6:01 He's going to make a speech about what the[ __] uh you know, why we went there,

6:06 what, you know, to kind of get us uh you know,

6:09 it's the dullst it's it's a speech.

6:12 Okay, for those of you out there who

6:14 have trouble sleeping at night, get a recording.

6:18 Okay, I didn't listen to it.

6:23 I couldn't listen to it.

6:24 Okay.

6:25 All right.

6:26 I There was a bit of it, but I mean, I didn't hear it.

6:28 I just ignored it.

6:30 I just It went here.

6:32 It went there and then it went out and uh

6:35 and and and Sammy left the room to work on his speech uh

6:41 for you know when he announces that he'll be running for president

6:45 and uh it's our our that was that's his lead I think.

6:50 Um also uh Sammy in solidarity with our president was neutered last week.

6:56 Yes, that's a treat.

6:58 Um wow.

7:00 I had not had to go through that uh with either dog that I'd had.

7:04 Um the first one was already neutered.

7:07 John John was neutered and Nick I believe was also uh neutered

7:13 uh found in a box uh outside on uh in New Haven, Connecticut in the road.

7:19 And there he was.

7:20 And um so uh but this is the first time and uh

7:26 you put that cone around his head and he is not[ __] happy.

7:29 This is a dog with a lot of energy.

7:31 Certainly more energy than I think I've ever had and he is not happy.

7:36 Um, but it gives him some time and he can be uh, you know,

7:41 once the, you know, the drugs kind of allow him to drift off,

7:45 but I think he's able to really uh,

7:48 see as clearly as our president uh, what needs to be done.

7:52 And, uh, meanwhile, Pete Hedgehog is uh, whacking away.

7:57 He got rid of um, God, what's his name?

7:59 I'm really sorry.

8:00 Rand Randy George.

8:02 That's right.

8:03 Um, that's right.

8:05 he got rid of uh the US Army Chief

8:07 of Staff because he felt that he couldn't follow the orders.

8:11 Some say that it was because he he wasn't able to fire the two um

8:18 black officers and uh the two women that he wanted fired uh uh that uh Mr.

8:28 Hedgehog wanted out of the out of there.

8:31 and uh cuz he is godamn it we have a war

8:35 and uh this is the kind of[ __] we are now the department

8:38 of war and we can't have this kind of[ __] Um

8:42 and so uh bye-bye and uh you know and unbelievable in the midst

8:49 of a of what is an incursion whatever you want to[ __]

8:53 call when when a when when we align with Israel no less who

9:01 really is also off you know in in its own they've got

9:05 a leader who's literally spinning uh he's spinning around in his own head.

9:12 He's got a a gyroscope for a brain.

9:15 And uh and don't even ask me what it means because it doesn't matter.

9:18 Doesn't[ __] matter.

9:20 All right?

9:21 Cuz now I'm insane.

9:22 We decimated Iran is what uh Trump said.

9:26 That's what Hedge Hedge say.

9:31 Hedgehog keeps saying we decimated him.

9:34 Decimated him.

9:35 And so by decimating them,

9:37 we created missiles and all sorts of stuff that could go into the sky.

9:41 And maybe that's what happened.

9:43 Maybe it we blown up so much stuff that a few days later it it hit

9:49 wherever it hit in the middle of the earth

9:50 and bounced back up and hit our plane.

9:52 Who the[ __] I'm surprised they didn't use that as an explanation.

9:57 And um it's uh and then he just said

10:02 if we he just sent out one of those brilliant

10:05 things on true social aid yesterday I believe it

10:08 was and uh that uh if they don't uh come to the table if they don't you know

10:14 surrender if they don't do the things that we're asking

10:16 them to do uh and straighten out the the straits

10:20 of Hormuse then we're going to you you know,

10:27 blow them even further into the into wherever we think

10:31 we're we're blow we might as well be blowing them.

10:34 All right, it might as well come that even

10:37 you might as well have said we're sending enough thousands

10:40 and thousands of Americans to blow as many in Iran

10:44 as we possibly can in order to subdue them.

10:47 I you know Jesus it's so he's at the end

10:54 of it after he talks about destruction for another country destroying it

11:02 and doing things that would you know such as blowing up

11:07 uh the the uh energy sources that they have blowing up bridges.

11:15 These are things that are against the the uh that are illegal in terms of war.

11:22 It's just illegal.

11:23 Even even war has, you know,

11:25 places where you have to go, no, you can't[ __] do it.

11:29 But he hasn't read about that or know about that.

11:32 That's why apparently we've lost the wars we've lost because we didn't

11:36 have the courage uh to to pick someone like a a commentator

11:41 to be in charge of and then change the name

11:43 of the department uh of the defense to the department of war.

11:47 all of these things coming to play um and so

11:50 that we are able to do these things now in the name

11:54 and at the end he after saying this I'm not even

11:58 reading it because it doesn't deserve to be read he goes glory

12:02 be to God wow wowy wow and you don't think he's

12:06 insane okay and and and there are people out there who

12:10 don't realize that he is nuttier than a fruitcake don't hand

12:13 me off well you know it's this or that it's[ __] Okay, we've come to the end.

12:19 He's nuts.

12:20 And it's just going to get further

12:21 and further and further into the world of crazy.

12:25 And it's going to make us crazier.

12:27 And don't think it's not.

12:29 Watch it.

12:31 Sick of this is just the business of government is war, not child care.

12:38 That's a quote.

12:40 That's one of his quotes.

12:41 One of those insightful quotes.

12:43 The business of government is war, not child care.

12:48 Uh-uh.

12:49 We don't have time for that.

12:51 We got a way.

12:52 He's got a $1.5 trillion defense budget.

12:56 War budget.

12:57 Sorry.

12:58 War budget.

12:59 He's asking for in the next budget.

13:02 We just come through this insanity.

13:05 Now you need 1.5 trillion.

13:07 No, you need drones.

13:10 All right.

13:10 And you need to figure out another way to[ __] go to war.

13:14 And the godamn it 1.5 trillion.

13:18 No.

13:19 All right.

13:20 It's what you want to do.

13:21 It's not what the rest of us want to do.

13:24 Not even close.

13:25 All right.

13:26 And when you[ __] running a government

13:28 in which the people of the COUNTRY ARE GOING, "STOP IT." And and and I believe

13:34 that my dog could be elected president against you.

13:37 Okay?

13:38 When the people are screaming, "Stop.

13:40 Don't do this anymore and you keep doing it.

13:43 __][ __] it, man.

13:45 That's called nuts.

13:47 All right.

13:48 That is called God damn it.

13:51 I I just My brain's just kind of I watched the synapses just burn, just blow up.

13:59 Okay.

14:00 Son of a[ __] I mean, god damn it.

14:03 And uh they also believe uh because a it's

14:08 every third person in this government is making money

14:11 including Pam Bondi who just got fired and has

14:13 a really uh is going into a private sector job.

14:16 It's so I can't I'm not going to go look it up.

14:20 Okay.

14:20 They they just said we're going to go to a private sector job.

14:23 It's really he[ __] this she's like uh for[ __]

14:28 the entire time she can't do enough for him.

14:31 He fires her.

14:33 The[ __] idiot sitting there who let her become the attorney general.

14:38 All right.

14:39 And another jackass is going to come on the way.

14:42 And he had to fire her.

14:44 And they they should never have let

14:46 her become the they sat there and questioned.

14:49 They questioned him her the hedgehog[ __] uh ROBERT KENNY JR.

14:55 THEY QUESTION him and they go, "Boy,

14:57 I'm really surprised they're doing this stuff." extraordinary.

15:02 So now she'll be making money and then meanwhile

15:04 Pete Hedgehog it it was it turns out just

15:09 before the war the incursion whatever you want to[ __]

15:12 call it he was investing in the defense industry.

15:17 That's what he was or he was trying to do it.

15:20 You know I guess he couldn't get somebody

15:22 couldn't figure out how to dial a phone.

15:25 Unbelievable.

15:26 Cuz he was too busy talking to whatever that[ __]

15:30 thing is where you talk to people you shouldn't be

15:33 talking to when you're getting ready to do something that's

15:38 just ins when you when you're when you're telling secrets.

15:42 Okay.

15:43 Military secrets.

15:46 All right.

15:46 Next week's going to be a short one.

15:49 Uh, just so you know, because uh I'm going to be going off to uh

15:53 the golf tournament that's named after me and I won't have time.

15:56 So, I'm gonna try to get it done in the next few days and and tack it on.

16:01 Don't worry.

16:04 I mean, something important might happen,

16:07 but uh what I'll be reading to you is more than enough

16:11 uh to give you a sense of just how shitty it is.

16:15 um and will be more than enough for me to talk about for for 10 or 15 minutes.

16:20 Uh couple of things here you should know.

16:23 Um the Ultimate Fighting Championship athletes will start training FBI agents.

16:31 That's right.

16:32 In hand-to-hand comat combat under a deal struck by the bureau boss Cash Patel.

16:38 He called the partnership a tremendous opportunity for agents

16:42 to become even better prepared to protect the American people.

16:47 Trump supporting UFC President Dana White, meanwhile,

16:51 said he was proud to give FBI agents the chance to train

16:55 with some of the baddest men and women on the planet.

17:00 God, that'll be good.

17:01 That's how you That's how you get the FBI to do

17:05 the the kind of work that needs to be done.

17:08 Boy, you have them trained by the UFC so that they can march down the street.

17:12 They see somebody and just give him a thing then

17:15 give him a quick[ __] kick him in the teeth,

17:18 knock him to the ground, you know, grab him by the balls,

17:21 throw them over the goddamn railing into the audience, whoever is watching.

17:27 I don't even know what I'm saying anymore and it doesn't matter.

17:29 Okay?

17:30 And it doesn't I don't think obviously and I

17:35 because really he this is where we are.

17:40 Okay.

17:40 Not we found this we can help the FBI do that.

17:44 You know really uh better ways to investigate

17:47 better ways to look at the information we're getting.

17:50 Let's stop firing people because we think

17:53 that they may have tried to but they didn't.

17:56 And you know, they didn't go after the president because most

18:00 FBI agents don't have the time or the energy to to be,

18:04 you know, you don't, you know, you don't focus them.

18:06 They don't have time to have a grudge.

18:08 Okay?

18:09 They got[ __] to do.

18:10 They have a job.

18:11 Cash Patel as opposed to your goooo googly eyes.

18:16 God damn it.

18:18 Former Fox News host Megan Kelly,

18:22 who opposes the Warner ran, accused current Fox host Mark Levan,

18:26 of having a micro penis, which prompted Levan,

18:30 a war supporter, to call Kelly a harlot.

18:34 What is the Yeah, boy.

18:35 Good job.

18:36 Good comeback, Mr.

18:38 War guy.

18:39 Mr.

18:40 Mark Lean, boy.

18:41 Oh, boy.

18:43 You got a What is the matter with us?

18:47 and that it's printed because uh we got we got we got to get it out there.

18:53 Oh, this is what I wanted to read.

18:54 I'm sorry.

18:55 A federal judge has dismissed a $100,000 lawsuit from a German tourist who

19:01 found the salsa in a Mexican a Manhattan sorry a Manhattan Takaria too spicy.

19:10 Fal mans admits he added a lots of he added a lot of spoons of uh los

19:17 tacos number one salsa verde to his tacos

19:21 but says he was unprepared for the resulting physical symptoms.

19:27 And then you're going to sue and you're going to hire

19:29 a lawyer to file suit over hot sauce over[ __] over salsa.

19:37 the judge probably, you know, God.

19:40 And I'm surprised we didn't hear from uh you know, our president about this.

19:46 Judge Dale Hoe found the restaurant had no duty

19:49 to warn diners that it salsa is spicy and added,

19:53 and here's how he got his became a judge.

19:57 He added that the spice is often the point.

20:02 Okay, fake.

20:03 If that is your real name, come on.

20:07 $100,000.

20:09 What the[ __] is the matter with you?

20:12 Son of a[ __] Alrighty.

20:15 No more crazier than our president.

20:18 Sammy says, "Hi." I say goodbye.

20:20 I'm on my way.

20:21 I want to just uh thank you all very very much.

20:25 I'm going to watch uh the Rangers play uh the Washington Capitals,

20:30 the team I root for, and it's uh going to be turned into a uh

20:36 an animation tonight in real time apparently uh for which I did a recording.

20:43 It's the uh Inside Out group of animated figures which I play Anger.

20:51 And uh so I they invited me to the Rangers game to watch tonight.

20:56 So I'm I'm heading out.

20:59 I want to thank you all for listening.

21:00 I can't tell you what a privilege and a pleasure it is to spend time with you.

21:05 I hope you all had either a very happy Easter or a spectacular.

21:11 I hope it was good.

21:13 And always amazing when they coincide because the calendars are way different.

21:19 So, uh, maybe that's maybe that's a good omen.

21:23 I doubt it, but maybe it is.

21:26 And people are returning to churches,

21:28 but I don't have time to go and I haven't got time to go into that.

21:34 I've got to go take a nap so I can time for me to shut up and thank you.

21:42 Thank you.

21:43 Thank you for this time and get get them in.

21:47 I'm just serious.

21:48 get those rants in.

21:50 Especially if you are coming to the show in Chandler,

21:53 you're going to want to get those rants of yours in because I will be

21:57 doing about a chunk of uh I'll be doing a a live rant is due,

22:04 which is just me kind of reading the rants that you send in.

22:07 And I'm looking forward to that.

22:08 Looking forward to seeing you out there in Arizona.

22:12 You go, I can't believe he's saying that.

22:15 Well, I will be.

22:17 Take care of yourselves.

22:19 I'm glad that Sarah Bartlett sent it in to share it with us.

22:24 Stunning Lewis.

22:27 I've read this article a few times and I'm still perplexed.

22:31 I can't really even get beyond the headline.

22:35 Quadruple ampute cornhole player accused of shooting man while driving.

22:45 You're going to want to check that uh out.

22:48 Many of you, it's true.

22:51 I I I still can't get over the fact that it's true.

22:55 And thank you, Sarah, for sending that along.

22:59 Um it was something that I probably should have put in the rant,

23:04 but uh I missed that.

23:07 I I just kind of let that it was too much.

23:10 My brain could not it's it's just but it's perfect

23:13 in light of all of the realities we're dealing with.

23:16 Why not?

23:17 This from Ken Mlin.

23:19 I was driving home in the suburbs of Boston.

23:21 I was behind a Porsche at a light.

23:24 When the light turned green, the Porsche didn't move.

23:27 I honked at them and the driver made a left

23:29 at the light with no oncoming traffic at 5 miles an hour.

23:36 The cheapest Porsche is $65,000.

23:39 Why would a cautious driver buy one if they're not going to drive fast?

23:45 Were they just 80 and out of it?

23:48 They shouldn't just let you buy one to show off

23:50 if you're 80 or drive like a person that age.

23:54 It's a bad image for the brand.

23:57 Imagine showing this behavior in a Porsche TV ad.

24:01 And another thing, why in the hell would

24:05 anybody buy a Porsche unless they're a rich[ __]

24:11 who is just showing off to his neighbors when

24:14 they pick up their friends kids for soccer practice.

24:18 Wow.

24:18 Wow.

24:18 Wow.

24:19 I've never understood the Porsche SUV Porsche SUV either, Ken.

24:25 And I certainly don't know why the person would make

24:28 a five a five mile per hour turn in one.

24:33 Wow.

24:34 Taking a left.

24:36 Okay.

24:37 It's that kind of day.

24:38 It's that kind of life.

24:40 It's that kind of century.

24:41 All right.

24:42 Thank Thank you, Ken.

24:44 Quick, simple, to the point.

24:45 Enough said.

24:46 From Douglas Beef.

24:49 If you take pictures of the food you're eating,

24:52 then you, my friend, are the problem.

24:59 I'll admit I've done that, Douglas.

25:02 And uh yes, I consider myself uh part of the problem.

25:08 I did a bit about this watching people go through what

25:12 Mark U is going to tell you that he's going through it.

25:17 I I know it's I I'll just read it.

25:20 It tickles me.

25:21 So, my kid is now at the age to join youth sports.

25:25 Now, Lewis, when I was young and played little league,

25:28 we probably had two practices a week for like an hour or so.

25:32 You know, enough so my parents could go out for a smoke and a drink.

25:36 And we played a total of 10 games.

25:39 That's it.

25:40 My kid joins the sport and it's like I'm taking a second full-time[ __] job.

25:46 First off, they have practice every day during the week for 3 hours.

25:52 So, we're not getting home and eating dinner until like 8:30.

25:55 And my kids too[ __] tired to do any homework.

25:59 He's like 10:00.

26:00 We're not training for the Olympics or some[ __] But the[ __] coach

26:05 makes it seem like every practice is as important as the moon landing.

26:09 Then I'm spending my weekend traveling to god knows where

26:13 to play in a tournament in another state 3 hours away.

26:18 They play like four games in one day.

26:20 I'm getting up at like 500 a.m.

26:22 So my kid can play their first game at 700 a.m.

26:25 on a Saturday on a[ __] Saturday.

26:28 My[ __] Saturday is spent hanging out with Connor's and Tanner's mom.

26:34 Not only that, but I have a I have to volunteer required

26:38 volunteering to feed all the[ __] kids and cook meals and provide snacks.

26:44 When did signing up my kid for little league

26:47 mean that I have to feed everybody's little[ __] brats?

26:51 Tanner's mom has a car makes her ass go to make her ass go

26:56 to Burger King and get him a Whopper or some[ __] and they have allergies.

27:01 So, I have to find some vegan peanutree[ __] so nobody feels left out.

27:08 And if I don't volunteer, my kids kicked off the team and I'm a shitty parent.

27:14 Damn it.

27:15 All I wanted was for my kid to play a sport so I could

27:19 drop him off at the field and have some[ __] free time to myself.

27:25 Now my weekends are[ __] gone and Tanner's mom is now my new best friend.

27:32 __] me.

27:35 You are[ __] Mark.

27:38 Yeah, I had my my my my friends who

27:41 raised kids used to uh they were playing volleyball,

27:45 I think, in soccer and uh but it was volleyball.

27:48 They would go and have to go every weekend.

27:53 I mean, hopefully you at least get to come home that people I go to do

27:57 I would go to do my gigs and people were showing up uh you know

28:02 the full scale teams is obviously and they'd be have to spend the night

28:06 at the the[ __] Holiday Inn or wherever

28:09 the residence in or wherever the[ __] it was.

28:13 So now you're not only you paying and with that time

28:17 you're losing the time you're losing money because now

28:20 you got to then you got to spend time you

28:24 know in an overnight and who enjoys that the kid.

28:28 Oh boy.

28:30 Wow.

28:30 That's rugged Mark.

28:32 Good luck.

28:33 I hope they win the pennant.

28:34 Here's one from Dennis Mann.

28:36 Every goddamn day, I get multiple phone calls and text messages

28:41 from some[ __] telling me about the status of your loan request,

28:46 working on my 250,000 business line of credits or some

28:51 other[ __] Based on my strong record with your existing loan,

28:56 it looks like they may actually be able

28:59 to renew your existing loan for a larger amount.

29:04 What a colossal trough of internet diarrhea.

29:08 I don't have a goddamn existing loan.

29:10 I didn't make a[ __] loan request.

29:13 I have no idea who the[ __] you are.

29:15 Undoubtedly, it's some[ __] robot in a hole

29:18 in the middle of Nigeria or some other godforsaken place.

29:22 I have my phone set to not ring from phone numbers it doesn't recognize.

29:29 And it puts unknown text messages in a separate file.

29:33 But still, I have to deal with blocking

29:36 the numbers and the goddamn voicemails they leave behind.

29:40 So why the[ __] can our overpaid, worthless,

29:44 do nothing Congress do something about actual

29:48 problems like this that we the people deal

29:51 with on a daily goddamn basis instead of worrying

29:55 about we're a tiny fraction of a percent of people

29:58 go to the bathroom or the 12 trans kids across the country who just want to play

30:04 sports or investigating the non-existent problem of voter

30:08 fraud or making it illegal for nonitizens to vote,

30:12 WHICH IS ALREADY[ __] ILLEGAL.

30:15 But be honest with me, is this too[ __] much to ask?

30:21 Once again, hitting delete and report spam.

30:26 Dennis Mann rhymes with lawn rhymes rhymes with pain today.

30:33 I understand, Dennis.

30:35 I get it about it to stop now for reasons

30:37 I don't understand but I get it about cars that I

30:40 don't have man thank you Dennis Mann rhymes with lawn

30:47 thank you and good luck and this from Robert Gabriel dear

30:51 Lewis long have I considered sending you a rant

30:53 but with so many outraged in a world gone to[ __] how

30:56 to choose I've noticed one common thread in all of your listeners

31:01 rants that being people are[ __] In my 64 years,

31:07 I have never met anyone with an[ __] who wasn't one.

31:12 Humanity.

31:13 Living proof that God does indeed make mistakes.

31:17 We are the absolute worst.

31:19 Huh?

31:20 Greedy, petty, violent creatures that corrupt all

31:23 that is innocent and beautiful in the world.

31:26 From children to the environment to even our pets.

31:30 You only need to look around to see that the end is nigh.

31:34 High[ __] time.

31:35 I say bring back the dinosaurs, huh?

31:39 They survived 400 million years,

31:41 whereas people have managed to kill a whole planet in less than a 100,000 years.

31:46 A[ __] planet trying to remain sane in an insane world is by definition insane.

31:55 That's my excuse anyhow.

31:57 I don't even feel bad for the occasional decent humans I encounter.

32:01 And I do mean occasional.

32:04 I don't even feel bad for the occasional decent humans I encounter.

32:08 And I do mean occasional.

32:10 We allowed this mastrom of madness to happen.

32:13 And by not doing anything about it,

32:16 we are as guilty as those who brought it about.

32:20 So go ahead, just stroll down the road to oblivion on social media,

32:24 drinking your $12 coffee and stepping on the necks of others to get to the top,

32:30 whatever the[ __] that means.

32:32 And you can be king[ __] of Turd Mountain.

32:37 Thank you, Lewis, for allowing me to take this enormous ex

32:43 existential dump and thank you for sharing it with us, Robert.

32:48 Thank you for that.

32:51 I hope you feel better now.

32:52 I do.

32:56 Wow.

32:57 It's unbelievable.

32:59 And here comes Richard Karu.

33:01 Can someone tell me why school buses

33:03 today spoil all these snots with doortodoor service?

33:07 It is incredibly[ __] annoying, inefficient,

33:11 and ridiculous that all of us commuters get

33:14 stuck behind a school bus either on our way

33:17 in or on our way home that has to stop at every[ __] other house on the street.

33:23 Enough already.

33:25 In my day, it was one or two

33:26 stops for the neighborhood and from there we walked.

33:30 You know what the best side effect was from that?

33:34 No child obesity problems.

33:36 These little fat bucks haven't got a clue, man.

33:42 Richard.

33:43 Wow.

33:45 You must have be fun in the morning.

33:48 Thanks to all of you for listening to my rantcast.

33:51 If you have a rant you want to get off your chest,

33:53 send it into me at lewisblack.com/live.

33:58 You can think of it as therapy or whatever you want to think of it as.

34:03 Just let it rip.

34:05 And I want to thank the true stars of our show,

34:08 the ranters and the splendid rants they gave us.

34:12 Lewis Black's Rant Cast was created and hosted by me.
