0:05 Anthony Fauci on charges of conspiracy because

0:18 who falsified information and hid records.

0:25 the lines of hiding documentation than actual fraud,

0:34 for at least 2 years here on Redacted at least

0:36 because we've been following it because of Senate

0:39 committees that showed us these emails from Dr.

0:41 Morens where he used his Gmail to work around paper trails.

1:04 Daszak, quote, I learned from our FOIA lady here how to make

1:08 emails disappear after I am FOIA'd but before the search starts.

1:14 So, I think we are all safe.

1:16 Plus, I deleted most of those earlier

1:19 emails after sending them to Gmail, end quote.

1:23 Is that consistent with NIH document retention policies?

1:27 It is not.

1:29 Does the NIH FOIA office teach employees how to avoid transparency?

1:34 I certainly hope not.

1:36 He also later wrote Dr.

1:38 Daszak and I quote, we are all smart enough

1:41 to know to never have smoking guns and if we did,

1:45 we wouldn't put them in emails.

1:48 And if we found them, we would delete them, end quote.

1:52 Is that consistent with NIH document retention policies?

1:56 It is not.

1:58 Finally, emails show that Dr.

2:00 Morens would share internal discussions

2:03 regarding upcoming FOIA releases with Dr.

2:06 Daszak.

2:07 He would then help Dr.

2:09 Daszak craft responses to documents being released in these FOIAs.

2:14 Are those actions consistent with NIH policies?

2:18 If those actions occurred, they would not be consistent.

2:21 So, do these actions concern you, Dr.

2:24 Tabak?

2:25 It does indeed.

2:27 What is Dr.

2:28 So, what we knew is that they were getting

2:32 FOIA requests and they were doctoring them and then

2:35 they were trying to forward them to their own

2:37 Gmail so it didn't exist in their work emails.

2:41 I mean, that's kind of a dumb boomer thing to do,

2:44 but they were Who's the FOIA lady who's like, I'll show you.

2:48 Forward this to your Gmail and then delete it

2:50 and then this will never show up on documents.

2:52 So, it's the dumbest thing ever.

2:53 But we have proof of it happening.

2:55 And more importantly, who were those co-conspirators?

2:58 the DOJ says there are at least two.

3:10 two others were trying to get around these FOIA

3:14 requests and they were specifically trying to do

3:17 that because they wanted to discredit the lab leak theory.

3:21 They wanted to continuously push on the American

3:23 people that COVID was a natural phenomenon,

3:27 not not a result of gain of function.

3:30 And we have seen many much documentation about gain

3:34 of function research in fact being exposed from a lab.

3:38 So, it's further says that, you know, they were talking about,

3:41 I'll just do this for you and in exchange I will deserve it.

3:49 of wine for behind the scenes shenanigans.

3:52 Then later we talk about like, I'll deserve it by, you know,

3:55 getting this Michelin star restaurant experience in Paris, New York, DC.

4:01 Who offered that to him and why?

4:04 This is someone asking Morens to pervert research to be used to manipulate

4:11 the American public into what was our experience during the COVID-19 pandemic.

4:16 It could be Dr.

4:17 Fauci.

4:18 It could be, you know, several people that we've seen copied on these chains.

4:22 There was a lot more than just this one person.

4:25 So, why are we getting the only one?

4:28 It could be we've seen information exchanged from Dr.

4:31 Jeremy Farrar.

4:33 He is currently the chief scientist at the World Health Organization.

4:36 I have a few guesses.

4:38 You know, for instance, this is not the only academic paper

4:42 that was manipulated to downplay the lab leak theory.

4:47 You know, here is further from the indictment saying that they were just

4:50 trying to counter the narrative that COVID came from a lab lab leak.

4:55 This was also done in the infamous 2020

4:58 paper that was in the journal Nature Medicine.

5:00 This one we've talked about many times was used by the government

5:04 and the media to shut down all speculation that COVID was from a lab leak.

5:09 But later we saw investigations show

5:12 that even WHO scientists had doctored the outcome.

5:17 This email from Dr.

5:18 Farrar, the one I told you about who works for the WHO now,

5:22 who had said, oh, I love the paper,

5:24 great, but instead of concluding that COVID was unlikely to come from a lab,

5:28 can we say it was improbable?

5:31 I mean, that's not what the study showed.

5:33 He just wanted a paper to say, no, it didn't.

5:37 It's improbable.

5:38 It couldn't You can't just change the conclusions.

5:40 Now, there were several doctors on these chains.

5:44 So, your guess is as good as mine as co-conspirators.

5:47 I mean, we have evidence of Fauci doing this, too.

5:50 So, I'm just wondering why this one guy, you know,

5:54 and also it's worth pointing out the indictment does not

5:57 specify fraud in the research and that fraud was what Dr.

6:02 Regina, who has been on our show many times about Canadian hate science.

6:06 That's exactly what this is.

6:07 This is hate science.

6:08 You're using something to expand government power and push

6:12 things on the American people that's not scientific.

6:15 So, the fraud is not what the the indictment about.

6:19 It's about FOIA request.

6:21 It's about document production.

6:23 It's about, let's hide this in order to.

6:26 So, I would very much like the fraud to be prosecuted.

6:31 Fauci lied to Congress about gain of function.

6:34 We now know that that happened.

6:36 You know, he was on these chains about research obfuscation.

6:42 The indictment doesn't answer that.

6:44 Doesn't charge about research fraud.

6:46 It doesn't name the co-conspirators.

6:49 It is more about hiding records.

6:52 That leaves a lot of bigger questions

6:54 untouched and it's frustrating for those of us

6:56 who saw how they did in fact pervert

6:58 the science to enact restrictions on the public.
