7:10 So why not John Terry coming back and uh because he's

7:14 a legend having the dressing room with him and doing the job.

7:19 this is a con consequence at the moment of Chelsea

7:22 going down this route of younger players longer contracts.

7:56 So, you have to if you're signing these younger players,

7:58 you have to make sure that they're going to hang around.

8:01 And it seems to me that because of all the changes,

8:04 because of the sacking of the managers,

8:06 because of the way they run the club and the silliness that's going

8:09 on, that these guys will all look to go in their different directions.

8:12 And and your your uh strategy of signing young and bringing

8:17 them through is really a difficult one cuz for that to happen,

8:21 you have to keep everybody at the club for a good five, six, sevenyear period.

8:25 And that is very unlikely in today's modern football,

8:28 particularly when players are not seeing what they like

8:31 uh both behind the scenes and on the field.

8:33 They're going to look to go somewhere else.

8:37 What do you make of Southampton allegedly spying on their playoff opponents?
