0:28 who is the daughter of Bernie Mareno, who is a GOP senator out of Ohio.

0:34 He's a freshman.

0:35 He actually took JD Vance's seat when JD Vance became president.

0:38 So this is a story that involves many highranking Republican

0:43 officials in the party and it's really he said she said

0:46 with some of this stuff but there are photos like I

0:48 said but Max Miller is fighting against this on the internet.

0:52 Now Max Miller is a freak.

0:54 He is uh Trump sinopant and he wrote a resolution

0:59 that would nominate Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.

1:49 Now, Emily and Max were married at Trump's

1:52 Bedminster Golf Club in August 2022 with the president

1:57 himself in attendance before Miller filed for divorce

2:00 on their second wedding anniversary two years later.

2:03 The allegations against the 37-year-old Miller, who Trump endorsed, as I said,

2:08 come as Emily seeks sweeping changes to their custody arrangement over what

2:12 she described in court documents as growing

2:15 concerns about his conduct and behavior.

2:20 this is not the first time that he has been accused of Stephanie Gisham,

2:27 who we actually have featured on the channel before,

2:29 who has come out and says that Donald Trump has White House aids,

2:35 also came out and accused Miller of her.

2:41 Former White House press secretary Stephanie Gisham accused her former boyfriend

2:45 of being for her during their time working in the White House.

2:49 Gisham made the accusation in a Washington Post oped.

2:53 Very maggot because within hours of the publication coming online,

2:57 Gisham's former boyfriend actually sued her even

3:00 though she never named him in the opin.

3:03 According to Politico, Miller ped Gisham against a wall and slapped

3:08 her in the face in his Washington apartment in 2020.

3:13 The report cited three people knew about the incident.

3:16 Now, Miller has denied the accusation in the political report.

3:22 It also says here, "One day while meeting with Melania Trump alone,

3:27 she asked how Gisham was holding up after the breakup." And she says,

3:32 "Here, my eyes started to well up.

3:34 I had been holding in the fact

3:36 that the end of our relationship had become violent,

3:38 reaching its worst point on the day I left.

3:41 I told the first lady that he had got with me." So,

3:45 Melania Trump knows whether or not this has happened before, interestingly.

3:50 But I don't think Melania Trump is one to report a Now keep all

3:55 that stuff in mind because these allegations to me kind of sound eerily similar.

4:04 the latest incident took place on February 1st of this year.

4:07 Moreno, 32, alleges that Miller, 37,

4:10 occurred during a custody exchange at his home in full view

4:14 of the couple's 2-year-old daughter leaving on her arm, elbow, and torso.

4:20 And I believe I have photos of that here.

4:24 Yes, you can see some here on her arm and here on her stomach.

4:30 And there's on her arm.

4:32 The Bay Village Police Department confirmed to the Daily Beast that it responded

4:36 to a report of child on that day and that an investigation remains open.

4:42 In an earlier incident that Mareno claims took place in June 2024,

4:47 Miller allegedly threw a pot of boiling water at her.

4:50 Some of it her chest while their daughter was present.

4:54 Photos obtained by the Daily Mail show redness in Moreno's chest.

4:58 After separating in 2024, the pair reached a divorce settlement in June 2025,

5:04 agreeing to share joint custody of their daughter.

5:07 Miller is required to pay $2,500 per month in child support.

5:15 It says here that when Emily filed Doc's requesting

5:18 a change in the custody arrangement because as she puts it,

5:22 Max quote regularly speaks to me in an inappropriate and demeaning

5:27 manner which is not in the best interest of our child.

5:30 She added that Max has conducted dangerous behavior in the child's presence.

5:36 I do not believe it is in our child's best interest

5:38 for Max and me to jointly make a decision for her.

5:42 I fear that attempting to make joint decisions and the lack of cooperation

5:46 from Max in doing so will cause direct harm to their child.

5:50 Now, Emily also insists that their child suffered

5:55 a broken collar bone while in Max's custody

5:59 and she quote unquivocally stands by the claim

6:02 Max got with her during that parenting transfer.

6:14 Mail from Max Miller to his ex-wife saying,

6:45 Emily's lawyer very smartly made this claim

6:49 that the images combined with the court

6:51 filings and I would say with those letters

6:54 directly contradict years of Max Miller's denial.

6:58 Max Miller then literally crashed out on Twitter yesterday.

7:07 but here we are saying that the media refuses

7:10 to tell the truth and said, "Let me be clear.

7:12 The recent article by the Daily Mail is nothing but lies."

7:15 And he like posted stuff about her retrieving her dog,

7:19 saying, "Why would she do this if she were afraid, this is crazy.

7:24 Oh my [laughter] god." Saying, "I allegedly Miss Moreno on February 1st.

7:32 Unfortunately for her, I have her video of her leaving my home with my daughter.

9:37 He has a history of it that he's been accused of it before.

9:41 I've certainly heard some things about this gentleman just from people

9:48 And regardless, someone like this should not be in office.

9:54 He should get his life together.

9:56 He clearly needs help.
