Fang Fang’s Farting Boyfriend Is OUT

0:04 Fang Fang's farty boyfriend, Eric Swalwell,

0:08 is officially out of California's gubernatorial race,

0:11 thanks to an onslaught of harassment and sexual misconduct allegations.

0:18 But, this story really isn't about that misconduct and those allegations.

0:23 It is about a very targeted,

0:26 coordinated takedown done by his own party because they see Mr.

0:30 Fang Fang as a risk.

0:32 And while they try to feign all of this moral

0:35 superiority and outrage and say that he's going to be investigated,

0:38 they're going to look very seriously into all of these allegations,

0:41 it would be wise to remember that his own party,

0:43 his peers, people who have defended him,

0:45 have allegedly been sitting on all of this information for years,

0:49 just waiting to use it.

0:51 And so, obviously, that begs the question in my mind,

0:53 does anyone in government actually work for us?

0:55 Does anyone work on behalf of the American people?

0:58 Or are they just working for the people

0:59 who actually sign their checks, the lobbyists?

1:01 Or are they working for who knows about the skeletons in their closet?

1:06 Well, I don't have any concern about Mr.

1:07 Swalwell.

1:08 Anyway, we will get to that.

1:09 Let's jump into this story because here is what Swalwell posted on Sunday night.

1:13 He said, "I am suspending my campaign for governor.

1:16 To my family, staff, friends, and supporters,

1:19 I am deeply sorry for mistakes in judgment that I have made in my past.

1:23 I will fight the serious false allegations that have been made,

1:26 but that's my fight, not a campaign." Oh, yes,

1:28 he's he's very deeply sorry for his lapses in judgment,

1:31 the mistakes, BUT ALSO IT'S FALSE THAT HE WILL FIGHT IT.

1:33 OKAY, ERIC, got it.

1:34 Got it.

1:35 Like, it's false like you never farted on live TV in front of everyone.

1:39 Ukrainians to help him cheat in election.

1:41 It's false like you never slept with a Chinese spy, Fang Fang, got it.

1:44 Speaking of Fang Fang, the Chinese operative,

1:46 I don't know why anyone is shocked about the Swalwell story,

1:50 thanks to that story.

1:51 Again, just a few years ago, Swalwell allegedly had a little tit-for-tat,

1:56 was canoodling with a Chinese operative,

1:57 and the reality is he should have been expelled from Congress then.

2:00 But no, the Democrats stood behind him.

2:02 They didn't have a problem with that because they still needed him.

2:05 He was still a useful mouthpiece.

2:07 Because the truth about politics that we

2:08 are all unfortunately having to learn right

2:10 now is that your party will protect you until it is not convenient anymore.

2:15 This was so perfect.

2:16 This person posted, "Number one, a man too perverted to be governor.

2:19 Number two, a man not too perverted to be a congressman." Yeah,

2:23 now I just want to say, "Sorry,

2:24 Paula White, you have been knocked out of the running."

2:26 That face right there is my new sleep paralysis demon.

2:29 Like, imagine that thing coming on to you.

3:22 Anyway, as I spoke about last week in regards to Tony Gonzales,

3:25 I briefly mentioned at the end of that episode that there

3:27 were sexual assault allegations allegedly coming out about Eric Swalwell.

3:30 But at the time, all we had was one person

3:32 on on Instagram making reels saying that she had talked to people,

3:36 she knew that it was coming.

3:37 So, I wanted to wait and see what would happen

3:38 before I really leaned in and started ripping into this grape.

3:41 But oh boy, since then, in like the last 6 days, has it come crashing down.

3:45 Now, before we get into it,

3:46 just to really jog our memories about who this man is who we're dealing

3:49 with, I want to show you guys the Swalwell video from back in September.

3:53 Just watch.

3:54 I was the 216th person to sign the Epstein petition to release

3:59 all of the files and finally bring justice for these victims.

4:02 So, we're just two away.

4:04 Two more members sign it and we are on our road to justice.

4:08 I was proud to do it as a former prosecutor,

4:11 as somebody who has spent my time in Congress

4:13 working to stand up for the rights of victims.

4:15 And now I'm calling on my Republican colleagues.

4:17 This is not about red team versus blue team.

4:19 This is about sexual assault victims deserve justice.

4:55 Again, like I said, the information was teased in last week's episode,

4:58 but now we have it because 3 days ago, on April 10th, the first shoe dropped.

5:04 Now, this headline read, "Ex-staffer says that Eric Swalwell,

5:07 candidate for governor of California,

5:08 sexually assaulted her." And then, just a couple of hours later,

5:11 CNN had talked to three more alleged victims.

5:14 Exclusive, "Four women describe sexual

5:16 misconduct by Representative Eric Swalwell,

5:18 including a former staffer who says he raped her." Now,

5:21 almost immediately, I think this article came out at like 7:00 p.m.

5:24 By 10:00 p.m., Eric Swalwell had a statement ready to go.

5:28 Let's just watch.

5:29 A lot of things were said about me today through anonymous allegations.

5:32 And I thought it was important that you see and hear from me directly.

5:37 These allegations of sexual assault are flat false.

5:40 They are absolutely false.

5:42 They did not happen.

5:43 They have never happened.

5:44 And I will fight them with everything that I have.

5:48 They also come on the eve of an election where

5:51 I have been the frontrunner candidate for governor in California.

5:54 I do not suggest to you in any way that I'm perfect or that I'm a saint.

5:58 I have certainly made mistakes in judgment in my past.

6:02 But those mistakes are between me and my wife.

6:05 And to her, I apologize deeply for putting her in this position.

6:09 I just to say, like, this whole thing is just so weird.

6:12 Like, he's sitting in some weird hotel room.

6:14 He's being casual.

6:15 His shirt is unbuttoned.

6:16 Nobody wants to see that.

6:17 Button it up.

6:18 This is part of the whole problem.

6:19 You need to re-clothe yourself.

6:21 He's taken off the glasses so he can really connect with us.

6:24 He's doing all this stuff with his face.

6:25 Like, I don't It's weird.

6:26 I feel invaded.

6:27 And I do not want to feel like I don't know

6:29 who advised him to do that because that video convinced no one.

6:32 The internet just then spent hours making fun of him.

6:35 And honestly, personally, it just gave me the heebie-jeebies.

6:37 But unfortunately, for Eric, again, that video did not really work because then,

6:41 24 hours later, on Saturday, this then came out.

6:44 "Eric Swalwell paid a legal Brazilian live-in

6:47 nanny under the table with campaign funds,

6:49 complaint alleges." Just listen to this.

6:51 "When the South American babysitter's temporary work

6:52 authorization was about to expire in 2022, he and his wife, Brittany,

6:56 lied to the feds to keep Amanda Barbosa working for them."

6:59 A new complaint filed with the Department of Labor claims.

7:01 Another complaint filed with the Department of Homeland Security in February,

7:04 and previously unreported, unreported,

7:07 accuses Swalwell of paying the nanny under the table with campaign funds

7:10 for a period of 2 years when she didn't hold a valid work authorization.

7:13 Again, note the language, previously unreported.

7:16 We we just didn't really think to cover it.

7:17 Wasn't really relevant.

7:18 We don't know where these complaints came from, just out of thin air.

7:21 But yeah, we just didn't cover it, of course, because clearly,

9:43 In addition to all of that, videos have now also come out

9:46 of him in bed with a woman who people have now allegedly determined,

9:50 based on her online presence, to be a sex worker.

9:53 So, that's Swalwell.

9:54 He's pulling the girl back.

9:55 There's somebody behind him.

9:57 There also was somebody else in the bed.

9:59 Somebody is recording him.

10:01 Some people are saying this is in a hotel.

10:02 Other people are saying, "No, actually that is his home." I HAVE NO IDEA.

10:05 I HAVE NO INFORMATION.

10:07 I am just showing you all of that.

10:08 Real men don't terrorize women.

10:10 So now that you have all the information,

10:11 let's just break all of this down because all

10:12 of this has grown to an absolutely insane level.

10:15 Like this was the most well-executed takedown campaign I have ever seen.

10:20 He is now being accused of harboring an illegal immigrant, you know,

10:23 misusing campaign funds, like $200,000 worth of campaign funds,

10:26 harassing employees, but most significantly, rape.

10:29 And per usual, we should be careful

10:30 with throwing that accusation and that word around.

10:33 So, with all of these women that are accusing Swalwell,

10:35 according to CNN, there is a similar pattern.

10:38 And CNN, in their article that I showed you, broke all of this down.

10:41 just want to read this to you.

10:41 They write, "The women described a similar pattern of events.

10:45 Swalwell, who is married and has three children,

10:47 showed close interest in their lives when they

10:49 were in their 20s and finding their footing professionally,

10:51 making them feel special and even starstruck.

10:53 Then, they said, he would send them increasingly sexual messages.

10:56 Many said that they reciprocated and engaged with him

10:59 in part because of his position of power.

11:01 In some cases, those inappropriate exchanges escalated

11:03 to unwanted physical touch or sexual assault,

11:05 often tied to episodes of heavy drinking." Now,

11:08 unfortunately, and I say unfortunately because

11:10 this is just utterly gross and embarrassing,

11:12 a lot of this took place on Snapchat.

11:15 Like that was already a red flag

11:16 that Representative Eric Swalwell was on Snapchat.

11:20 But in addition to the women that have

11:21 been written about in these articles and on CNN,

11:23 another person on X said for Eric Swalwell,

11:26 "He's legit a loser that's actually harassed me as a college

11:29 student on Snapchat." And then included screenshots of them texting him,

11:32 texting her and saying, "Check your Snapchat.

11:34 I Snapchatted you." And then she has evidence

11:35 there from 2019 of them calling and communicating.

11:38 Now, I don't know what was said on Snapchat.

11:40 I think in a few minutes you'll see you can start speculating,

11:42 but I just wanted to put it out there

11:43 that it's not just these women that CNN has interviewed.

11:46 Anyway, moving on from that, going back to CNN,

11:48 one of these victims actually spoke in a video and honestly to CNN.

11:52 And the stories that she recounted are truly disgusting.

11:55 Like they are awful.

11:56 Just take a listen to this.

11:57 It was in 2019.

11:58 I was again driving him to an event.

12:00 This was my job.

12:01 And you were 21 years old.

12:02 And I was 21 years old.

12:03 We see some sort of parking lot and he says to pull over.

12:06 He pulls out his penis and instructs me to give him oral sex.

12:13 And I started to, again, I felt incredibly uncomfortable.

12:18 And I stopped and I said to him,

12:21 "I This feels really uncomfortable and anyone could see

12:26 us right now." And he said to me, "You're right.

12:28 It's probably not good for a congressman to be

12:30 caught with his pants down." He would send,

12:32 um, short Snapchat videos of him rubbing

12:37 his penis through his pants while on the airplane.

12:41 I mean, just objectively, this is disgusting.

12:43 The man is a freaking perv.

12:45 This is completely inappropriate.

12:46 It is absolutely the textbook definition of sexual harassment and misconduct

12:50 where a boss is obviously abusing his position of power.

12:53 This is a, you know, at the time, 21-year-old employee and she is his staffer.

12:57 You're terrorizing women.

12:59 Real men don't terrorize women.

13:00 That being said, even though objectively that is gross,

13:03 just weird pervy behavior,

13:05 I do want to be careful here with what we are accusing

13:07 him of because some of these women have admitted to reciprocating his advances.

13:11 And a few of them even had contact after these incidents,

13:14 asking him for job references and that sort of thing.

13:16 And CNN actually wrote that many of them were flattered by his attention.

13:20 They wrote that they Snapchatted him back.

13:22 They communicated.

13:23 They even sent nude images back to him.

13:25 They also knew that he was married.

13:27 They knew he was a married father of three.

13:29 And yet, they still advanced this relationship.

13:33 They went out with him.

13:34 They partied with him.

13:34 They got drunk and hooked up with him,

13:36 which is now being labeled as rape by at least one of the women.

13:40 Now, interestingly, in regards to that woman,

13:42 and this is where I'm treading lightly and trying to thread a needle,

13:44 so just stick with me here.

13:46 There's a lot of nuance.

13:46 But in regards to this woman,

13:48 years later after that first incident that she called rape,

13:51 because there were multiple, after that first incident,

13:53 she and Swalwell reconnected again years later at a political event.

13:57 She invited him to get drinks.

13:59 And she said it was totally professional.

14:00 It was fine.

14:01 And then, after that, after they saw each other in a professional capacity,

14:04 again, years after a rape took place, she then got on her phone

14:08 and Snapchatted him after their totally professional drink,

14:11 whatever it was, inviting him out for even more drinks with all of her friends.

14:14 And then, for the rest of the night,

14:15 they went from bar to bar and she woke up in bed with him in his hotel.

14:21 And once again, she's calling it rape.

14:23 Just listen to this.

14:24 This is what CNN published.

14:25 "When Swalwell came into a car to pick her up, he put his hand on her leg.

14:28 I said, 'No funny business.

14:30 Like that is not what this is.' She remembered.

14:32 And he was like, 'Okay, okay.'" Which I do just have to say,

14:34 if you were previously sending nude photos to a man,

14:37 giving him oral sex in a car,

14:39 having relations with him, even if you were calling it rape,

14:42 I think if you're inviting him out for a drink,

14:44 he might be under the impression that that's why.

14:46 Okay.

14:47 This is like I'm treading in, you know, treacherous territory, but here we go.

14:50 "But then, over drinks,

14:51 Swalwell told the former staffer that he had been obsessed

14:54 with her and never cheated on his wife except with her." All right.

14:57 "But then, she said, 'I guess I liked the attention,

14:59 but I never wanted to sleep with him.'" "As the night progressed," she said,

15:02 "the two went on to another bar and continued drinking.

15:04 She said that she was heavily intoxicated and does not remember leaving the bar.

15:08 The next thing the former staffer remembered

15:09 was that she was in bed with Swalwell

15:11 in his hotel room and that he was having sex with her," she said.

15:13 She said she remembers flashes of that evening,

15:15 him on top of me, me pushing him off, him grabbing me.

15:18 Now, obviously, and like I said, this is treacherous territory.

18:05 I'm not trying to discount about Mr.

18:07 Swalwell.

18:07 And so, on that note,

18:08 thinking about what's going on in the world right now, like what changed?

18:11 I want you to think back to this fall.

18:13 We did an episode about it,

18:14 but Swalwell is or was running for California governor.

18:18 And there was no doubt in anyone's minds

18:20 that he was going to be the Democrat frontrunner.

18:22 But Democrats don't really have California in the bag the way that they used to.

18:26 And I think that that made them nervous, especially because of this open secret,

18:30 the skeletons in the closet that were following Eric Swalwell.

18:33 And I think they realized that as they inched closer to this election,

18:37 those secrets could destroy him, just handing the election to the Republicans.

18:41 And so, the Democrats, Nancy Pelosi, they decided to take him out themselves.

18:46 I mean, for example, reporter Nick Somner, he openly said that he had and was

18:50 sitting on a bunch of information about Eric Swalwell,

18:53 but he was waiting to use it, to deploy it until in the election.

18:56 I think the Democrats knew that and they were scared.

18:59 I mean, this is what Nick tweeted.

19:00 He said, "We were going to wait until just before the California primary to nuke

19:03 Eric Swalwell out of the race with my recordings

19:05 of him inebriated with lobbyists at dinner.

19:07 But now that his Democrat friends are calling him to drop out,

19:09 I guess I don't have to wait.

19:11 Stay tuned for a drop in the coming days.

19:12 Swalwell spent his dinner bragging about orgies on Capitol Hill." Okay,

19:16 well, apparently we all owe Madison Cawthorn an apology.

19:18 I guess he was right about that.

19:19 Anyway, "Telling the lobbyists that he's bored

19:21 of his wife and only wants to F 10s.

19:24 Worse, and actually, Nick, I don't think this is worse,

19:26 but he spoke about abusing his power on the House Intel Committee,

19:29 which he's since been booted off of, saying he pushed

19:31 to subpoena Ivanka Trump because she's hot as F." Now, in the last few days,

19:36 Nick has released bits and pieces of this recording and his night with him,

19:39 but he is still teasing the full thing.

19:40 You get the gist of it.

19:42 Democrats probably knew that these stories,

19:43 that content like that, was out there.

19:45 All you wanted was him out of the race.

19:48 You don't care about victims.

19:49 You don't care about justice.

19:50 You just want to win.

19:51 Well, I don't have any concern about Mr.

19:52 Swalwell.

19:53 With all of the deviant behavior up in Washington,

19:55 they probably have this on a lot of people on both the left

19:58 and the right and they just wait for the right time to deploy it.

20:01 And so that mixed with the amount of lobbying and money in Congress,

20:05 the insider trading and now insider gambling on apps like Polymarket,

20:08 it's probably my know in Congress really seems like they

20:11 act in the interest of their voters or their alleged values.

20:15 I It's just so awesome.

20:16 It like it's so peachy.

20:17 I'm so excited to be sharing this on a nice Tuesday afternoon.

20:21 It's just so ridiculous.

20:22 So glad we all have faith in these systems.

20:24 I mean it's just I'm tired.

20:28 I feel like I say that every episode, but it's just like exhausting.

20:31 And it's so hard to have hope and to want to fight

20:33 to elect good people when this just seems like the reality.

20:36 Anyway, all that to say,

20:37 thank God he is out of the running so the Democrats can run somebody who is not,

20:40 you know, accused of harassment and abuse.

20:43 Oh, wait.

20:45 My God.

20:46 Okay, well, well, if it's not the abusive wife,

20:48 then at least they have the billionaire candidate Tom Steyer.

20:52 Yeah.

20:53 Eat the rich.

20:54 No ethical billionaires,

20:55 but also this is most likely who is going to be the next governor of California.

21:00 It all really makes sense.

21:01 What a mess.

21:03 Now with the Republican candidates in California,

21:05 there are fewer accusations of abuse and harassment.

21:08 I mean, we'll see what happens at this rate, but it actually is also heating up.

21:11 It's getting a little bit messy because Trump endorsed a man named Steve Hilton.

21:14 He is a Fox News contributor.

21:16 He's actually worked in English politics over in the UK years ago.

21:19 Trump endorsed him, but interestingly,

21:21 California Republicans aren't so sure about that.

21:24 And the California GOP needed a 60% majority

21:27 vote from their delegates to issue an endorsement,

21:30 and neither Hilton nor the former Orange County Sheriff Chad Bianco,

21:33 who's the other man running,

21:34 neither of them got enough votes from California GOP.

21:37 But even more interestingly is that more delegates

21:40 voted for Bianco versus the Trump endorsed Hilton.

21:43 So I'm just assessing the situation here,

21:45 and it seems like that might be a sign for times to come.

21:48 And Republicans around the country should take note.

21:50 Because gone are the days that you could skate by with a Trump endorsement

21:54 and just like a commitment to the MAGA agenda stamped on your campaign website,

21:57 that's not going to fly anymore.

21:59 And honestly, a lot of Republicans might not even like that in the slightest.

22:03 Like that is done.

22:04 Like please work harder for our votes.

22:06 Stand on your own.

22:07 Do not just rely on Trump.

22:09 And for the love of God, please do not cheat on your wives.

22:12 Do not prey on your 20-year-old employees.

22:14 It genuinely is the bare minimum.
